Pick one with good handling. *Try rolling with ADS off to get some bonus XP. *When turning, hug the inside bend to gain some time. *Don't gun it as soon as the race starts. You can burn out. *Straightaways are your golden opportunity to take the lead, don't waste it! *Try to pick a car with good acceleration like the 2011 Koenigsegg Agera. *Before playing online, play offline to get the hang of things. *You can try to sell vinyls, liveries, and tunes online to boost your offline career. *When playing online, play fast, but fairly. *If you don't have the lead right away, you can still catch up... *When playing online, pick a car with good handling and acceleration. * Try not to crash when damage is on... *Turn off all assists for a highly rewarding challenge. You will get a lot of bonus XP! *Try using the braking line to assist you on turns. -Braking *When approaching a turn at speed, pump the brakes gradually, not slam them. You can damage your car by doing this. *Also, instead of braking, just let go of the accelerator. -Accelerating *Be very gentle. This is a sim, not an arcade racer. *Gunning it can make you lose control. -Steering *Use the joystick gently. *When turning, don't push your finger all the way in one direction, do it gradually. ===================================================================== ============= [AST01] Assist Recomendations -Suggested Line Recommended: Braking Line Tells you where on the track to slow down. If this is too challenging, use full suggested line. -Braking Recommended: ABS On Game applies slight brakes during turns. If this becomes too easy, turn ABS off. -Steering Recommended: Simulation Steering More challenging than normal, but still fairly easy to use. Switch back to normal if you cannot handle this. -Traction and Stability Recommended: TCS Helps your wheels from spinning out of control. Driving is much harder when this is off. -Shifting Recommended: Manual Beginners should use auto, but if you have Forza 5, you are probably not a beginner. This is easier than it seems. -Damage, Fuel, and Tire Wear Recommended: Simulation This is what a racing simulator is all about! Very Realistic. You might need to use the pit often, but you can also knock your opponents out of commision.
