The FAQ will focus solely on this campaign and provide tips and strategies along the way. This walkthrough can be used on both single (best done using Gib Fest Mutation) and multiplayer playthrough. Last note is that while the game spawns items and supplies randomly, there are almost granted points which are covered. ========================= 300: New stuff \ =============================================================================== This DLC features a couple of new additions listed below: . New Uncommon Common infected, “The Fallen Survivor”. A harmless infected that spawns randomly across the map and runs away when seen. Kill him for dropped supplies. . New Mutations mode. . foot lockers with unlimited supply. . New Melee “The Golf Club”. . New Weapon, “The M60 Gun”. Spawns randomly across the map. Once fully used cannot be reloaded. . New Achievements. TORCH BEARER Survive The Passing Campaign. 20G WEDDING CRASHER As the Charger, grab a Survivor and crash them through 8 chairs at the wedding. 30G TIL IT GOES CLICK Using the M60, kill 25 infected without letting go of the trigger. 20G GRAVE ROBBER Collect 10 items dropped by a Fallen Survivor. 25G MUTANT OVERLORD Play 6 Mutations. 30G FORE! Knock off the heads of 18 infected with the golf club. 25G KILLING 'EM SWIFTLY TO THIS SONG Play the new Midnight Riders song on a jukebox. 20G KITE LIKE A MAN Kill a Tank only with damage from the original Survivors. 30G CACHE GRAB Open 5 foot lockers. 20G PORT OF SCAVENGE Play 5 full games of Scavenge on The Port. 30G ========================= 400: Walkthrough \ ============================================================================== _______________________________________________________________________________ '-- 410: Riverbank -----------------------------------------------------------' Grab a weapon, melee, health pack and turn back making your way to the van ahead. Finish off all infected coming from the left and north. Take the left path dropping down and moving forward. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Tip: Use a melee weapon to clear a bunch of infected in one hit. | ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Expert Strategy: Make sure to clear all the infected before dropping down. | Walk by the left side and watch out for infected attacking form the sides. | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Expert Strategy: Clear all infected before moving and make sure to leave a | distans as soon as you spot the next ones to give yourself some space and | preparing time. | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Keep moving forward until you come to a stairs leading to the car park. Make your way across and enter the shop for weapons. Walk Forward into a corridor and take the left path going through the door up. Continue to the end with a door to the left, enter. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tip: Watch Out for infected or special infected. Take a look and get back | should you spot anything. Its better to wait than to rush into an ambush. | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go through the room into another short corridor and outside. Keep taking the right path and continue walking forward past the cars. Now turn to the other side and continue walking. Keep walking until you come across wooden walkways into the houses to your left. Enter the last one and make your way upstairs. Grab what you can find and continue to the otherside. Once outside, continue walking through the wooden walkway entering the park across the street. Continue walking forward until you come to a wedding setup. A wedding witch will be crying in the middle. Thankfully, you have too much room to navigate across her. Just make sure your don't turn on the speaker. Take care of the infected and continue moving forward.You should end up with a dead end and a road to your right. Take it and continue moving till the safe house to the left. _______________________________________________________________________________ '-- 420: Underground ---------------------------------------------------------' Resupply and go out. Stand still and shot all the infected around. --------------------------------------------------------------- Tip: Make sure to clear your surroundings before moving ahead. | --------------------------------------------------------------- Once done, continue up till you reach the opening with both left and right. Again stand still and take care of both sides infected. Take the right side all the way to the end. Enter the bar through the window on the left grabbing any weapons or supplies and exit dropping down to the construction below. Take the left path all the way up and enter the building on the other side across the truck. Navigate your way to the second floor and take the metal steps up on the emergency exit. Walk across the wooden platform to the other building dropping down once inside. Look for a room with allot of windows and pick the one with two booths below. Drop down easing your landing and walk to the building across with a broken door. Navigate your way till you reach underground. Keep moving on the walkway checking the rooms for supplies and killing all infected in the way. You will reach a stairs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Expert Strategy: Move slowly taking out all infected ahead. Make sure | there are no special infected as well. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Keep moving until you drop into the sewers. Navigate to the ladder on the far right. Enter through the dark tunnel to your right and continue dropping down and up to the bridge switch. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Expert Strategy: Keep your pip boom ready as you will need to distract | the infected in below water. Your speed on water will be decreased, use | the adrenaline shot to speed up your movement. Move together and take | out the coming infected ahead along with the sides. The infected will | keep coming so keep moving. | ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Grab the supplies and push the button. Drop down and run to the ladder ahead. Get up and keep moving to the other switch. Keep moving and you will drop down again. Push forward throwing any pipe or bile bomb you may have. Keep moving through the dark tunnel until you come to the light. Grab and use any supplier and move up using the ladder then the metal stair. Turn right until the coming left and continue to the safe house. _______________________________________________________________________________ '-- 430: Port ----------------------------------------------------------------' Make your way out and keep walking till you come across the old survivors. Use the elevator at the back. In Order to lower the bridge, a generator must be filled with a number of gas cans determined by the difficulty settings. The gas cans will be glowing so you can't miss them. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Expert Strategy: When coming across two cans at once, keep picking and | dropping them one by one moving forward until the generator. Don't bother | filling the gas immediately, instead gather all the cans required and start | inputting them one by one. | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once the generator is online, the back bridge walkway will open and you will be required to run to the car. Once reached by all, the finial will be over. ========================= 500: General strategies \ ============================================================================== . Enter buildings only if you have to or to defend from infected. . Cut the smoker’s tong with an axe or other sharp melee. . Stay together at all times. . Keep moving when fighting the tank. . Clear the area of any infected before moving on expert. . Avoid being cornered while fighting the tank. . Save the pipe/bile bombs for when you really need them. . Use melee weapons to save ammo. . Avoid healing when being attacked. . Avoid turning on the generators when being attacked. . Try to sneak by the witch. . Communicate properly when online. . Place and use the gas cans properly as you can take damage as well. . Push and use melee weapons when surrounded by infected. . Always alert your team to pickups such as pipe bombs. . Burn the tank with a Molotov for extra damage. . Don’t use the Molotov on the witch as she will still catch. . Always reload ahead. . Don’t reload in the middle of a shot out. . Move at a reasonable speed, not too slow and not too fast. . Don’t rush ahead or back for any unimportant item alone. .
