I will go through all the enemies, game modes, and achievements in the game just for you. To get to something in the table of contents fast, press CTRL and F at the same time, then type in the number corresponding ith what you’re looking for. For example, if you’re looking for tips on pacifism mode, you would press CTRL and F, and then type in ‘4.04’ ________________________________________________________________________ 2.0 – Basics ________________________________________________________________________ 2.1 – Controls The controls for Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 are very, very simple. All you have to do is move the left thumb stick in the direction you wish to move, and push the right thumb stick in the direction you want to shoot. If you are given bombs in a game mode, you can activate them by pressing either of the triggers. 2.2 – Scoring Every time you kill an enemy you get points. Also, every time you kill an enemy they explode, leaving shiny little geoms which are tiny green diamonds or triangles. Picking up these geoms will boost your score multiplier, making each kill worth more and more points. If you activate a bomb you will not get points for the enemies that it kills, but the shapes will still drop geoms you can collect. In modes that have lives and/or bombs enabled, you’ll collect an extra bomb and/or life if you get 100,000 points. After this point, multiplying your score by 10 (100,000 to 1,000,000 to 10,000,000 and so on) will give you another omb and/or live. _______________________________________________________________________ 3.0 – Enemies and Strategies _______________________________________________________________________ 3.1 – Purple pinwheels Purple pinwheels wander aimlessly around the map. They move in random directions and are very easy to eliminate. They appear in Deadline, King, Evolved, there are a few in waves, and they also appear in Sequence. Purple Pinwheels generally come in groups with other enemies. Unless you have to, it’s best to just dodge these while you take on more threatening enemies. 3.2 – Red squares Red squares are very similar to purple pinwheels because they seem to randomly move about space. Also like purple pinwheels, you should generally take out other shapes before these if possible. Red squares appear in Deadline, Evolved, sometimes in Waves, and in Sequence mode. 3.3 – Purple squares From the moment a purple square spawns, it will shoot at you, following your every move. When you shoot a purple square, two to three mini-purple squares spawn from its remains, which can make them very annoying if you haven’t already found a strategy that works for you. What I usually do is shoot the purple square, and then either stop and kill the mini-purple squares, or back away if I’m too close to it and kill the mini-purple squares. Purple squares are found in Deadline, Evolved and Sequence. (They may be in Waves, but I don’t remember ever seeing them there.) 3.4 – Mini-purple squares Mini-purple squares spawn wherever a purple square is destroyed. For each purple square, there spawns two or three mini-purple squares. These move in a small, circular pattern around the area where the purple square was shot. Generally, it’s best to shoot them from a distance, but if it is absolutely necessary to move through them, shoot directly in the path you’re moving and hope they don’t hit you in the side. Mini-purple squares are found in every game mode that regular purple squares are found. 3.5 – Blue squares Blue squares, like purple squares, follow your every move from the start, but these are much easier to fight. They seem to move slower than purple squares and do not create mini-squares when terminated. If there is only a few blue squares, taking them down is simple. If there are many blue squares, avoid them, and shoot towards the nucleus of the pack. Blue squares appear in every game type (They may or may not be in Waves, that I’m unsure about) 3.6 – Green squares Green squares are similar to blue and purple squares in the fact that they will follow you, but they have one major flaw. Whenever you shoot toward them, they will attempt to evade your bullets. This is a good and a bad thing for you, the player. It is good because you’re surrounded, you can shoot and move in one direction and you’ll basically be safe. The bad thing is that they can be a bit tricky to get rid of. One thing that usually works is to push them near a wall with your bullets, trapping them and then close in on them with your shots. Green squares are found in Deadline, Evolved, Waves, and a ton in Sequence mode. 3.7 – Worms Worms are small blue shapes with long, windy orange worm- like tails. The only way to kill a worm is to shoot the blue head, and shooting its tail will not injure the worm at all. When you kill a worm, geoms will explode all through the worm’s body. Worms usually come in groups, so be careful. It’s generally a good idea to stay a good distance away and shoot at the group; usually your bullets will hit them. Worms are found in Deadline, King, Evolved, and Sequence. 3.8 – Orange arrows -Orange arrows, like the name implies, are orange arrows. These arrows move in a constant direction until they hit the wall, where they will turn around and move back. These arrows usually will come in a line shape (horizontal or vertical) or the can come in a large circle around you. If the group is in the shape of a line then it’s best to get against the wall and shoot the arrows closest to you first, but they come in a circle, get out of the circle fast and then shoot toward the center where they all congregate. Orange arrows can be found in Deadline, Evolved, Waves and Sequence mode. 3.9 – Pac-men Pac-men are very, very annoying. They are whitish circles that have an orange and blue side, but they can only be killed by shooting the blue side. If you shoot the orange side, they will be pushed aside, but will not be armed. Pac-men will pause, shoot themselves at you, and then pause again leaving an opening for attack. Dodge them once, and then shoot them in the back. Pac-men can be found on Evolved and Sequence mode. They may be found in Deadline, but I’ve never seen them before. 3.10 – Gravity wells Gravity wells will first appear as a large hollow circle, but once you shoot it, it explodes into a large worm-hole type object, sucking any enemy (or you) if they dare to venture near it. However, if the gravity well sucks in too many enemies it will explode with a fiery passion releasing tons of tiny white circles. If you explode a gravity well with your gun it will explode without releasing white circles and it will kill all enemies around it. Beware: if there are multiple activated gravity wells, they will circle around each other, magnifying the gravitational pull. The best way to take out a gravity well fast, is to get close to it and shoot multiple shots at it, so it will activate then quickly explode. If you kill an enemy with the explosion from the gravity well it will give you bonus points for their deaths. Gravity wells can be found on Deadline, Evolved and on Sequence mode. 3.11 – White circles White circles are tiny white circles that swarm you. (Much like the jacks from GeoWars1) These little buggers come from an overloaded gravity well and move a bit faster than you. They seem a bit clumsy because they don’t turn very well. If you ever have to encounter these horrid monstrosities, then it is best to run away from them and shoot behind you. This hopefully should take out all of them. White circles spawn alone during the 10th stage of sequence mode and in King. They can be found in Deadline, King, Evolved and on Sequence mode. 3.12 – Blue clouds Blue clouds are orange circles surrounded by stagnant blue circles. The blue clouds move very slowly, but are tough to kill. They take a lot of damage, so it’s usually easier to eliminate other enemies before taking them out. Blue clouds can only be found in Sequence mode, or I’ve just never seen them anywhere else. 3.13 – Gates Gates are blue lines with a bunch of orange circles on both ends. Moving through the gate will explode it. If any enemy is around the gate when you explode it, the explosion will kill the enemy and give you bonus points. You can also bounce bullets off of gates. If you kill an enemy by ‘rebounding’ your bullets you’ll earn bonus points. You can only go through the blue line, if you touch the orange tips, it will kill you. Enemies can also move through gates, so be careful. Gates can be found in Deadline, Evolved, Pacifism, Waves and Sequence mode. ________________________________________________________________________ 4.0 – Game Modes, rules, and strategies ________________________________________________________________________ 4.01 – Deadline Deadline mode is a new mode in the Geometry Wars series. In deadline mode, you are given three minutes, three bombs, and an infinite number of lives to try and get the highest score possible. To score higher, you need to collect as many geoms as you can, in as little time as you can. Depending on how you play, the enemies will either get increasingly more difficult, or will become a bit easier to fight. It’s important not to use a bomb unless you have to, but if you don’t use a bomb and die, then you’ll have to wait for the enemies to spawn, wasting precious time. An effective tactic is one seen in the Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved. You basically just move in a large circle around the map, shooting in front of and behind your ship. 4.02 – King King mode is also a new game mode in the Geometry Wars series. In king mode, you have no extra lives, no bombs, and there are also circles specific to this mode called Zones. Zones are the only place on the map that you can shoot from. A Zone is blue by default, but when you enter one, it turns green, and after you are inside of it for a few seconds, it will turn red, and disappear. There are always three ‘healthy’ Zones on the map, meaning that if one turns red then another will spawn somewhere on the map. In king mode, you do not want to be inside a Zone when it is closing. If you stay inside when the Zone closes the enemies will circle around you and kill you. A good way to stay alive is to get into a Zone, quickly clear a path to a second one and then move through the path you’ve created. Don’t worry about collecting too many geoms, because you’ll rack up a bunch in no time. 4.03 – Evolved Evolved mode is basically Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved with the newer enemies. In this mode you start off with 4 lives and 3 bombs. The enemies in evolved will come wave after wave, getting progressively harder each wave. Be sure to make good use of your bombs when they’re needed. Also be sure to use Gravity wells and Gates to earn extra bonus points. Use a tactic similar to deadline mode, making your way around the map while watching out for a growing number of Orange arrows that can throw your groove off in a second. 4.04 – Pacifism Pacifism is the third new game mode in Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2. In pacifism mode your weapons have been disabled. That’s right, no gun, and no bombs. To make things even better, you also have zero extra lives. On a more positive note, the only two enemies you’ll face are Blue squares and Gates. The Gates come in handy as they are the only way to defeat Blue squares in this mode. Be careful though, touching the edge of a Gate will kill you. Also note that enemies can move through Gates, so take that into consideration when moving through them. A good tactic in this mode is to use one similar to herding cattle. Basically, get a bunch of Blue squares to follow you, then move through a gate and BOOM! There’s not really a secret to this mode, you just have to have some intense weaving skills (and luck) to make it far in this mode. 4.05 – Waves Waves is the fourth new game to the Geometry Wars series. Waves is a very difficult mode to stay alive in. In Waves the enemies are mainly Orange arrows that come giant lines and move either vertically or horizontally. Eventually other enemy types (including Gates) will appear. I’ve found it best to stay in one corner, and shoot the arrows coming above/below you and to your sides. After a while, move on to the next corner, killing shapes as you go. Continue doing this and soon your scores should be improving. 4.06 – Sequence Sequence mode is the final new game mode to Geometry Wars. Sequence mode starts you out with three lives and three bombs. Your goal is to move through each of the twenty stages to reach the end of the mode. Each mode has a thirty-second time limit. If the time limit is reached, you will not lose a live, but you won’t get the points for the remaining enemies either. If you die, you will be sent to the next level, and if you clear all the enemies you will also move ahead a level. Because sequence mode has varying stages and varying strategies apply to each stage, I’ve provided an in-depth guide to beating each stage in sequence mode. To find a specific mode press control+F and type in “Stage” and then which stage number you are having trouble on. Each mode of sequence mode starts with 4 enemies that usually foreshadow what is to come later on in the stage. STAGE 1 -Stage 1 of sequence mode starts you with four Red squares, which are very simple to take out. After they’re destroyed, you’ll get surrounded by more Red squares, Purple pinwheels and two Gravity wells. What I usually do is take out everything except the Gravity wells, and take them out last. If you do chose to shoot the Gravity wells then you just need to be careful not to get too close, because the enemies tend to circle around the wells, kind of like how the moon circles round the earth. Doing it this way is risky, but you can get bonus points for blowing up the wells. STAGE 2 -Stage 2 starts you off facing two Purple squares and two Blue squares. It doesn’t matter which you take out first here, just do it quickly. After the four are destroyed, two walls of Blue squares will appear. Move to a side wall while shooting at only one of the two walls of squares as you go, and then sit, shooting at the Blue squares until the Purple squares appear. When this happens, use the evolved tactic and circle around the map while shooting behind you. Once the Purple and Blue squares are down, you can finish off the Mini-purple squares to finish the stage. STAGE 3 -Stage 3 starts off with two Purple pinwheels and two Green squares. Take them out as fast as you can, because the extra time will help. Once the initial wave is over, you’ll get surrounded by three walls of Purple pinwheels and one wall of Green squares. What I usually do is shoot a bunch of the pinwheels until the squares get close. When the squares are close enough, start shooting at them to repel them, and then start circling around the map. Once most of the pinwheels are destroyed, start to corner the Green squares, and finally destroy them. Clear out any stragglers and you’ll be finished with he third stage. STAGE 4 -Stage 4 starts by sending two Blue and two Green squares at you. Take them out and then wait for the next wave of a bunch of Blue and Green squares. Take out the Green squares, or at least as many as you can until the next wave of enemies spawns, while moving to the bottom right corner of the map. Once the second wave of enemies spawns (Two half-walls of arrows and a bunch of Purple squares) move along the bottom of the map to the left side while shooting the arrows in front of you. Once you get to the corner, move upward, and shoot the arrows that are in your way. Once this is done, start shooting the enemies behind you. When the two gates spawn, you can either go through them giving you bonus points, or be more cautious and wait until your enemies are cleared before taking them out. After a few tries this stage isn’t as hard as it first appears. STAGE 5 -Stage 5 starts off by sending 2 Orange arrows directly at you, accompanies by two Purple pinwheels. Take out the arrows first, and then the pinwheels. The next part is a bit tricky to get spot on, but there is a definite trick to it. In this part you’ll be circled by five waves of arrows, one after another. The way to do this is to move out of the circle as soon as it appears, and shoot directly inward toward where the arrows congregate. After the five waves have been eliminated, the screen will fill with Purple pinwheels and Red squares. Take all of the enemies out while dodging/destroying the arrows that got left behind. After a while this stage will feel pretty simple, and you’ll be dominating it in no time. STAGE 6 -Stage 6 is the first stage in the second row of sequence mode. This stage is relatively simple. You’ll start off facing two Purple squares and two Green squares. Take them out, and then the next wave of Purple and Green squares, and a few pinwheels will spawn. Take them out quickly, because you’ll need the space for the next part. After they’re gone, a giant circle of arrows will surround you, followed by a few pinwheels. This may look devastating at first, but it’s really simple. Pick a direction, any direction. Once you’ve chosen a direction, move and shoot in that direction. Once you’ve exited the circle of death, shoot backwards into the center, similar to the strategy used in the previous stage. This should take out most of the arrows. After that you’ve just got a few left over arrows and pinwheels to deal with. STAGE 7 -Stage 7 starts off very easily, with two pinwheels and two Red squares. Once they’re dead you’ll get two full walls of Blue squares along with more pinwheels and Red squares. You have to move fast and shoot the Blues as fast as you can or the second two-wall wave of them will get you from behind. After you’ve maneuvered past the first two waves of Blue squares, a third and final wave of them will appear. Get through them, and the Gravity wells will spawn soon. Be careful not to shoot any Gravity wells while you clear out the Blue squares. If you do hit them, you’ll have tons of white circles on your tail. Once the Blue squares are finished, take down the remaining pinwheels, Red squares and the two Gravity wells. STAGE 8 -Stage 8 starts you off with two Blue squares, and two Gravity wells. It doesn’t matter which you take out first, but be careful with the wells, because it’s pretty easy to move just a little bit too close and get sucked in. Once the initial strike is down, you’ll get surrounded by Gravity wells, and then they get surrounded by Blue squares. The way I see it, you have two options. (Using a bomb shouldn’t be one of them, because they’ll come in handy later) The first option is to instantly destroy one of the Gravity wells and then charge a side of the Blue squares, hoping you’ll make it through. If you do this, you take the risk of the wells imploding and releasing the white circles, in which case you’ll need to keep calm and shoot behind you at the enemies. The other way is to immediately charge through the wells not shooting them, then passing through the Blue squares, taking them all out before you face the wells. This option is hard because the wells will most likely chain together when you try to destroy them, increasing their pull. STAGE 9 -Stage 9 is the first stage I use a bomb, but it can be done without using one. In the very beginning you’ll encounter four Green squares. Take them out, and then an armada of Green squares completely surrounds you. Once you’ll get to this stage you’ll see why I like to use a bomb. If you use a bomb, quickly gather all of the geoms. If you choose not to use a bomb, you’ll have to be very careful not to let one of the squares slip by your bullets and get you from the side. STAGE 10 -Stage 10 is the second stage that I use a bomb on. You’ll start off against two White circles and two Red squares. Take them out and then you’ll see a border of Red squares along the walls. Begin circling around the map, avoiding the Red squares and shooting behind you while Pac-men and white circles periodically spawn behind you. Once about 5 have spawned, unlesh the fury of a bomb, and pick up the geoms and stragglers. STAGE 11 -Stage 11 is very, very difficult for me. I have rarely defeated it, but I’ve seen it done. The initial wave is four Purple squares. Take them out, and you’ll be attacked by two full walls of Blue squares, and two full walls of Purple squares. After a few seconds, two more walls of Blue squares spawn, as well as two more walls of purple squares. I don’t use a bomb on this stage, because I need them later. If you’re going to die, I’d just let it happen, and not waste a bomb. If you do get past the two waves of squares, there are a bunch of gates that will spawn, aiding you in your quest. STAGE 12 -Stage 12 is my personal favorite stage. You start out against two Worms and two arrows. Take them out and then head to the bottom of the map. Soon, a bunch of arrows and Worms will start coming, and lots of them. Stay at the bottom, shoot the immediate threats first, and then start making your way up, taking out arrows and the remaining Worms as you go. STAGE 13 -Stage 13 starts off with two Blue clouds and two Green squares. Take them out and then you’ll get bombarded with more Green squares and clouds. This part is difficult to complete without a bomb, but you can do it. If you’re about to time out (unless you’re going for the Smile achievement) don’t use a bomb. It’s best to save them for later. Just attack oncoming Green squares, and move around the clouds. STAGE 14 -Stage 14 starts off with four Gravity wells. Take them out one at a time, and after that there are two ways to go about doing this. If you’re just going to beat sequence, then you can just avoid the Gravity wells that spawn, not kill any of them, and to time out. If you’re going for a high score, or Smile, then you can take them on. Start by shooting in one direction, and continue killing Gravity wells on that side only. Once they start spawning, take them out cautiously. Almost every time, the wells will group together and chain together and increase their pull force.Just don’t get to close, and kill the wells. The explosions from the wells can also destroy the wells around it, helping you finish the stage. STAGE 15 -Stage 15 starts off with four Orange arrows. The next part is similar to stage 5 in the fact that you will constantly get circled by Orange arrows. It is different however, in the amount of arrows. This time, arrows will bombard you for a good time. Use the same strategies as in stage 5 until the circle of arrows grow larger, which then you want to implement the tactics used for stage 6. As with stage 11, try not to use a bomb. It’s best just to lose a life, instead of wasting a bomb and then ending up dying. STAGE 16 -Stage 16 is the third stage I like to use a bomb on. You’ll start off relatively simple, just four pinwheels. Once they’re gone, you’ll be attacked by a bunch of Green and Purple squares. Just run away from them, shooting behind you if you wish. Not too long after they spawn, you’ll be completely surrounded by Purple pinwheels. This is where I use a bomb. After the bomb is gone, there will be two walls of arrows from left and right. Get to the top or bottom of the map fast, and shoot like during stage 12, killing the immediate threats first, and moving towards the opposite side of the map. STAGE 17 -Stage 17 starts you with four Blue squares. Take them out and you’ll face a very difficult looking challenge. All four walls will get covered with Blue squares. Just focus on one side, and then move through the opening. By shooting, you should be able to hold out until the Orange arrows spawn, which is where you should use a bomb, taking most of the shapes out. Take out the remaining shapes, and you’re off to stage 18. STAGE 18 -Stage 18 starts off with two Purple squares and two Orange arrows. Once you take them out, you’ll be attacked by one wall of Purple squares and one wall of Orange arrows. Start shooting the arrows, and move away from the squares. In just a second, a second wall of squares and a second wall of arrows. As with the first two walls, take out the arrows first, because the Purple squares are easier to evade. In just a moment, a few more walls of Orange arrows will appear. You can use a bomb at this point, or you can save it to better your chances of finishing sequence. This stage can be really fun after you get the strategies down. STAGE 19 -Stage 19 sends four Worms at you right away. This is a very tough stage to complete without weaving skills. When the first four are dead, you’ll be assaulted by wave after wave of Worms. A good tactic is to shoot one side and then move away from the main cluster, and then shoot back at them. Once you’ve survived for about 10 seconds, you’ll also get a few waves of White circles. If you’ve got an extra bomb, use it when the circles spawn. If you don’t have bombs, continue focusing on the Worms. The White circles generally get in the way and get shot while you’re attacking the Worms. STAGE 20 -Stage 20. You’ve finally made it to the end. This stage is a pretty challenging one if you’re not used to facing Pac-men. You’ll start with two Pac-men and two white circles. Take them out fast, and then start circling, even if the second wave hasn’t started yet. You’ll get a few waves of Pac-men, accompanies by White circles. Continue circling until the four groups of Orange arrows. A bomb comes in handy here, but if you’re out, stick to a corner, and dodge oncoming Pac-men while focusing on the arrows. Once the arrows are gone, then kill off any remaining Pac-men and White circles. 4.07 – Cooperative and Versus Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 lets you play with up to 4 players locally in each of the six game modes. If you are playing cooperatively, players will share lives and score, and if you’re playing versus, players will have separate lives and separate scores. While playing with multiple characters you’ll often see a still, lambent star floating about. If you run over the star, you activate its power. Stars can have an instant bomb, a weapon upgrade, a shield, a boost (for yourself or teammates), or a speed damper (which affects all opponents) ________________________________________________________________________ 5.0 – Achievements ________________________________________________________________________ 5.01 – Slalom “Chain together 5 gates in 5 seconds. Crossing one gate every second.” This achievement is pretty much self-explanatory. It’s easiest to complete in pacifism mode, simply because the only things in pacifism are Gates and Blue squares. Just be sure that if you’ve found a group of Gates that you make sure only to do one a second for five seconds. 5.02 – Magpie “Collect 500 geoms in a single game.” This achievement is probably the easiest to get (besides unlock all modes) because it basically just comes with the game. Play anything besides Deadline and King and you’ll get it in no time. 5.03 – Unlocked All Modes “Unlock all game modes.” Just play through the game modes no unlock the next to get this achievement, it’s that simple. 5.04 – Millionaire “Score at least 1,000,000 points in all single player modes.” The only thing you might have trouble with on this one is getting it in King and Waves. Those were the last two I got 1,000,000 points in. In King just stay focused on surviving, a nd not the geoms or kills. Eventually, you’ll rack up enough points. That’s the same with waves, except it may be quicker to earn in waves. 5.05 – Wax On “Rub your ship along all four arena walls in Pacifism.” Wax on isn’t a particularly difficult achievement to get. Make sure you glide along the wall as soon as the match starts. Once you’ve gotten about 20% a little marker shows you how much of the wall you’ve touched. Don’t take too many risks, and you’ll get that 15g soon enough. 5.06 – Wax Off “Perform the Wax On achievement twice in a single game, don’t forget to breathe.” Even though you’re only doing 2X the work from Wax On, it’s about 10X as hard as Wax On. With Wax On, you usually get through the achievement without too many enemies spawning, but this is definitely not the case with Wax Off. You’ll soon be bombarded with hoards of Blue squares, making just running around twice almost impossible. If enemies spawn in front of you, don’t hesitate to getout of the way. Also, don’t get too down on yourself for losing... a lot, because it’s going to happen. Just try to stay alm, and it will come eventually. (Or so I’m told) 5.07 – Rebound “Destroy 75 enemies in a game of Deadline using bullets bounced off of gates.” This achievement can also be difficult, mainly because the number of gates you get in a match seems kind of random. If you do, however, get a game with a bunch of gates, make sure you don’t bomb, and you don’t die. Using a bomb will destroy the gate, costing precious time, and so will dying. Also, try not to go through the gate if at all possible. 5.08 – Treaty “Activate 30 zones in King without firing a shot, or destroying any enemies.” This one had me stuck for quite some time. It tends to get more difficult the farther you are, because after about 20 or so, the enemies seem to start to move faster than you. When this happens, keep making sharp turns while avoiding Purple Pinwheels, this seems to slow down the lue squares. 5.09 – Surf “Dodge 8 lines of enemies in Waves without firing a shot, or destroying any enemies.” This is another difficult achievement. After you get to about 4, the level of difficulty jumps immensely. Try to stay near the center, and don’t get trapped by two walls of arrows closing in on you. 5.10 – Phobia “Score 1,000 points in Waves without collecting any geoms.” This achievement is fairly simple. Just remember to not move too close to the enemies, or when you shoot them, their geoms will automatically get sucked into you. 5.11 – Game Over “Reach the end of sequence.” This is pretty much self-explanatory. If you need help getting past sequence, I’ve got an in-depth guide earlier on in this FAQ. (4.06) 5.12 – Smile “2, 4, 11, 15, 17, 18 and 19.” This is probably the hardest achievement in the game. What the description means is that you must time out on stages 2 and 4, and then lose on stages 11, 15, 17, 18 and 19, creating the pattern of a Smile on the board. Next, I will provide an in-depth ‘guide’ to smile differences. (To beat the other stages read my Sequence guide earlier on in the FAQ) –NOTE- you cannot die once except where I tell you to die in order to attain this achievement. Stage 2- With stage 2, the easiest way to go about this is to play the stage as normal until the purple squares arrive. Shoot them all, but leave a mini-purple square so you can time out and get the first eye. Stage 4- Basically do the same as stage 2. Wait for the purple squares, kill everything, but leave a mini-purple square or two to wander while you time out. Stages 11, 15, 17, 18 and 19 just die. Doesn’t matter where, just die. Now all that’s left is to defeat stage 20 and you’ve got smile! ________________________________________________________________________ Credits ________________________________________________________________________ Yacghtl My Gamertag Bizarre Creations For making this awesome game http://www.bizarrecreations.com/games/geometry_wars_retro_evolved_2/ For help on the enemies and achievements NextGenWalkthroughs (Youtube.com account) RoosterTeeth (Youtube.com account) For both of your help on achieving Smile and Game Over!
