Risen 3: Titan Lords; Game version 1.09b. This walkthrough includes the DLC's Isle of Thieves and Fog Island. Also, this guide focuses on taking the oath to become a demon hunter that involves a specific set of side quests. Aside from that, everything else is similar for joining the natives (Hirutu), or crystal mages (Magnus), both of those factions each with their own side missions. NOTE: In Options\Gameplay, make sure Subtitles are turned on if you want them. Also, when talking to anyone, you might hear a scratching sound. That means a new entry has been written in your Logbook. NOTE: When talking to anyone, choose carefully your comments. If your question or answer is not proper, your reputation will take a negative hit. NOTE: During the game, you'll see many papers and books lying around. Read everything you can. Many items you read will make a scratching sound. That means something has been added to your Logbook. Sometimes it's a clue to a Legendary item. In the Logbook/Legendary Items section, set map marker on each one to see if any of them shows a red location X on the Island where you are. TIP: Collect all Jade (often for sail or lying around in caves), Eyes (from larger creatures, especially giant crabs), and Monkey Skulls. The items are 3 of the 4 needed in creating a Voodoo Doll for possessing a particular person. The fourth item is something that belongs to the person you want to possess. PROLOGUE Fight through the ship, following the on-screen messages, heal by eating provisions. You wake up on board your ship. Get the key from a table, open a chest, take all items. Equip everything, then use the rowboat and choose the island. Crab Island. NOTE: If you use a game trainer with Infinite Health and Easy Kills activated, Patty also benefits from the activated cheats. Later on, when you are teamed with Bones, he also benefits from the activated cheats. However, it appears that the two side kicks can't die, they are simply knocked out for a few seconds. Don't explore the beach at this time. Ahead are two giant rats. Nearby is a row boat and a bag of gold and other items. Follow Patty and move along the trail to a cut-scene and chapter 1 begins. Eventually Patty mentions something nearby. To the left, go just across the river and search the Pirate body for a treasure map. Always lookout for more maps during exploration. In your log book, set the map marker to the treasure quest. Go back south then due east, to the X, to find a shovel and the dig up the a red X. Always keep a shovel in inventory. Also in the small ruins is another bag of gold. Back due west to the temple and kill a beast if not before. Search it and the human corpse. Enter the temple and read a book. Loot the chest. Continue due west to a rotten tree and lift the rotten tree root to create a bridge. Continue on with Patty till you reach the some ruins, kill a gorilla. Be sure you search all buildings till you find a Voodoo Doll and a Rain of Fire spell. The Voodoo Doll grants Parrot Flight. You'll have to fight 3 monkeys. After that, forward a little then left and up two flights of steps. In the building is a chest with the Rain of Fire spell. Loot the damaged buildings for some items and a Voodoo Doll that gives the Parrot Flight spell, put it in a quick slot 1 to 0. Enter a building and go left, then right up some steps, immediately make a hard right around a small fence. On the balcony where there's no bridge, Patty will say you could get across if you could fly. If you haven't found a Voodoo doll, in your Log\Tutorial\Flying Without Wings, set map marker and the X will show up on the Sea Chart. Also on the chart, notice which building you're at. Once you have the Voodoo/Parrot flight spell, return to the building. Activate the spell and use jump key for extra height. Don't hold jump too long, it uses up the spell. Once across, cancel the spell with right mouse button. You can find another parrot spell. Also find a spell "Rain of Fire". Put it in a quick slot. Continue along the path up to a campsite with a few pirates. As they come at you, use the Rain of Fire on them. To the right, across the water, you'll see that spirit pirate again. Climb those ledges and enter the temple. Examine the dead pirate. In Logbook\Crab Coast\Race against an unknown opponent, set map marker. The sea chart shows an X to the north. Move through the passages, killing all in the way. Pick up a Mask. Operate the switch to extend the bridge and Patty rejoins you. In the next room, examine Captain Rawlings' body. In the Logbook\Hunting for treasure\Through the ancient temple, set map marker to see an X on the Sea chart. You'll often find gold coins in or near torches and open flames. Don't go through the next north doorway. Take the hallway to the right, till the floor cracks as you continue on to a room with a sarcophagus. Kill the enemies and loot the Sarcophagus and the room of its treasure. On the return trip from the room with the sarcophagus, the cracked floor will collapse and you drop into a room to a valuable skill plant and some coins. Use the lever in a corner to escape the trap room and make your way back to the hall where Patty is waiting. Now SAVE, then continue north to another bridge. A cave appears and two Hellhounds attack. If one grabs you, quickly tap W to escape. After Killing them, enter the cave. At the end of the path, at the Crystal Portal, a cut-scene shows. LET'S GET OUT OF HERE. The quest begins with a conversation with Bones, but don't use the rowboat for quite awhile. Ask Bones "What did the shadows do to me?". Why Me? What matters is that my crew is safe.... How do we get away? Let's get out of here. Talk to Bones again... Where can I find them? Where are the exiled Mages? The natives are powerful. What about the inquisition? Who are you exactly? Who sent you to find me? How did you find me? Bones says "Have you got a moment? Answer "Speak". Where is this island? Don't torment me. I've heard the island is overrun... Where is Patty? You've learned about Fog Island and the Island of Thieves. (End) NOTE: Be on the lookout for a merchant that sells the "Rust" spell, early as possible, and put it in a quick slot. It rusts any lock in just a couple of seconds. Now you can open any chest or container. On the north end of this starting beach is a chest and other items. Pick up any and all kinds of shells. Then in inventory, open the shells. Some have pearls. NOTE: When possible, buy the area blast and rain of fire spells Explore every bit of the area. Just south from your starting position is a tunnel leading west, at the end find a Master Thieves book and other items. Reading the book adds to the Logbook\Legendary section, a reference to "Plan of Holm The Great" at Puerto Sacarico on Tacarigua. NOTE: In this walkthrough, most Legendary items don't require a book clue in order to get the items. Some Legendary items require clue books in order to get the items. If you want to find all 30 books and have the clues listed in the Log\Legendary section, see ALL BOOKS at the end of this walkthrough. This northern beach, of Crab Coast, has 3 or 4 chests. Having explored all the area, go back to the rowboat and choose the southern beach and explore it. Get back to the northern beach. Swim east to the large island. The big map shows a palm tree at the interior. Go there to an abandoned camp. Pick up a teleport stone and other items. In the chest is your first Legendary item, a Hardened Crab Shell bulletproof +10. Now return back west to the main island. Finally tell bones "Let's set sail". There's two ways back to the ship: Open the Sea Chart and choose (Return to ship. Or go back to the rowing boat, use it and choose (Board vessel). Tell Bones "Come on, Let's go. Use the wheel, and "Set sail", to the west click on Kila. Chapter 2 New Allies. On arrival, use Rowing boat and choose (To the beach). Just southeast, towards the wrecked ship, you should see Hawkins. If he is not talking to himself, you can talk to him. Ask "Are you alright"? Follow him. Try to talk till he says "They sent you to silence me". "Have you lost it....?" You mentioned the name Douglas....". "Is it possible you are talking to yourself?". "Are you capable of just one....?". "Show me where you heard the voices". Follow Hawkins. If Booze stops you, (End) conversation quickly as possible. Continue following Hawkins. "True, I hear ...(Lie), continue following. "I think I hear... Follow again. Fight spiders, take their parts. At cave 2 spiders. Wait, you mean the creature... Fight Hawkins, knock him down. Talk to him again. Don't explore the cave system at this time. Go back towards wrecked ship. At a campfire in the small pirate camp, find Hawkins again and talk, top choices always. You've also learned about the native Borbor. Find Buddy, at the knife target near the wrecked ship, or in the general area. Get all information from him possible, and learn the Monkey Trainer skill from him. Win a knife throwing contest with him and you get a Legendary object Monocle astral vision +10 and glory points. Find the spell in inventory and assign it to a quick number slot 1 to 0. You've learned about a water shortage. If Bones is with you, tell him to wait. In front of the wrecked ship, on a barrel near the round target, find a teleport stone. Go around behind the wrecked ship, and about halfway is a hole. You can see a chest in there. Send your monkey through the hole to rob two chests and find another teleport stone. Bring the monkey back out the hole and switch back to your body. While on the back side of the ship, find a high point from the small eastern half of the ship. To save a lot of time, fly to the deck, or jump onto the black ledge near deck level. Jump up on deck and go down the small square hole. You can pick up some coins, crystals, an ancient knowledge tablet, pick 2 chests, and pick up the gold bowl and find a key. Open the door and go pick up Bones, if he's waiting on you. From your rowboat, head due south, past Borbor's camp (don't talk at this time). Open your map and see a small body of water due south/southeast. Talk to Asali on all and she wants a gift for her confidence. Offer her the gold bowl and say you got it honestly (lie). You've also learned about a prisoner in the native camp. Go back to the wrecked ship, find Buddy and tell him, to end the quest. Up some small stairs in the largest ship half, is several items and a chest. Borbor's camp is located due south from your rowboat. Talk to him and say "That was liquor you drank." "I'd better take the remaining booze (requires silver tongue 20)". "If you show me the way". "Let's head for your camp". He takes a break at the water hole. Talk to Borbor again and he continues, then takes another break if you didn't get his booze. Tell him "You can't be serious)". Cross the rope bridge. To the left talk to Hirutu and eventually say "You're a powerful Voodoo shaman....? "What? A woman?". "My spirit was banished". Talk on all top to bottom. At the central fire, speak to Tenya always top options first. Say "Uh... Not enough.... Then talk all top to bottom. Trade and buy Parrot Flight. In Log\New Allies\The Kiss of The Dead\Sign of The Ancients, set map marker. Use the map to see the three X's. Cross the long northeast rope bridge to the first stone and read it. In the open building, get a teleport stone. In the area, kill some innocent monkeys and take their bones for a latter quest. Talk to Bahati, trade and buy the Black Cat's Paw. It's a Legendary item that boosts Voodoo magic +10 and gives some glory points. From the central area, cross the short southwest ramp and read the next stone. From the central compound, go southeast to the third stone and read it. NOTE: In the following ingredients, you have to set map marker one at a time in your logbook, so that each time an X shows on the map. In Log\New Allies\The Kiss of The Dead\The Sign of The Ancients\The Sign of Strength, set map marker. In the northeast section of the village, find the Strong Panther, kill it and take it's heart. Log\New Allies\The Kiss of The Dead\The Sign of The Ancients\The Eye of The Seer, set map marker. Open map, return to ship, take rowing boat to the beach. Head east from the wrecked ship and activate the teleport. View the map. Head to the large group of X's and pick up all X shells. In inventory, open all shells till you find the Shiny Perl. Log\New Allies\The Kiss of The Dead\The Sign of The Ancients\A Jade Symbol, set map marker. Continue swimming north, northwest, and north in the narrow strip of water, to a cave on your left. In there get the "Huge Chunk of Jade". If you activated the teleport near the wrecked ship, teleport there. Otherwise, a quick way back to the ship is open map and choose return to ship. Then take rowing boat to the beach. Head east, from the wrecked ship, near the cave activate the teleport, if not already. Enter the cave. Follow the red arrow to the Cave Spider and kill it. Take the sturdy spider leg. Return to the native village and give the four ingredients to Tenya. Buy more Parrot Flight if you want. Talk to Hirutu. Booze can be found in front of the wrecked ship during the day, or in the ship at night sleeping. Talk to him on everything to learn about delays in deliveries and Harry is in front of the ship during the day, or to the east in a small camp at night. Speak to him on all to learn about Firebird Eggs. In your Logbook\Kila\Booze's Befuddled Mind\Each egg like the other, set map marker. Go southwest to the X, following the red arrow on the mini-map. Kill the Firebirds and take all 3 eggs for a quest message. Return to Booze, talk on all top options first, and give the eggs. While he is brewing, enter the ship and straight ahead and up small steps go to his bed, on the top floor of the ship and use the bed to the sleep world. Then use the bed again and sleep till midnight. After waking up, get brewed rum from Booze. In Logbook\Kila\Booze's Befuddled Mind\Rum for everyone, set map marker. On the map see four red X's. Go give each booze to Buddy. Talk to Quinn and ask him "What kind of business?", then give him some booze. Give booze to Colby and Harry. Once you and everyone are gathered there, go to Booze's room and tell him. At the fire, Booze is found to be guilty of trying to poison everyone. You must knock him out. Once Booze wakes up, he is normal. Later get training and trade with him. Harry might speak with you about a woman for him, tell him "If it's that important to you...." SHATTERED INHERITANCE. During the day, Quinn is inside the wrecked ship and during the night he trains with knives at the knife-throwing shield. He asks you to find Flynn, talk on all. Later you'll find Flynn on Antigua. At night here on Kila, near the knife throwing shield, you can have a knife throwing competition that you have to win to complete the quest. Cunningham is inside the wrecked ship. He will ask you to search for a rare plant. Tell him "Yeah? Let's hear it" You will get a Parrot Flight scroll. Exit the room, turn right to the small room to find and read The Early Expeditions'. In the Log notice the Legendary items\The intractable liana. You'll be doing that somewhat later. At the native camp, in your Log\Kila\Psittacus Callidus, set map marker so that the X shows to the southeast on the map. From the central area of the native camp, go through the small building just east. Go down 2 small bridges. Go southeast down long bridge to large tower and kill the gorilla. Stand on the right side of the statue and look down between the tree and the damaged hanging bridge. See the plateau and steps of a small building. Now SAVE. Use a Parrot spell and fly down to the small building. Get the Camellia Sinensis. At the side of the small temple door is a circular puzzle with 3 circles. SAVE again before accessing the puzzle. Tap the Up arrow once to select the middle ring, then tap the right arrow 10 times. Inside the small temple are 2 ancient knowledge tablets, items, and a chest. Outside, open your sea chart and teleport to the station just east of the wrecked ship. Return to Cunningham and give the plant. East of the wrecked ship, in a small camp, find Harry. Talk and he wants you to find Douglass. In your logbook, mark the X for Douglas' location. You should go through the spider caves towards the most eastern exit where you find Douglas' body and several other items lying around. Head southeast and go up a sloping rock, kill a gorilla and find a teleport stone. Also find another Legendary object a Pestle that gives you Alchemy +10 and glory points. Head back to where you found Douglas's body and reenter the cave. Stay left into another dead-end passage and look carefully for an Old Bow, a Legendary item +10 Muskets and 400 glory points. A quick way back to Harry is to open your map and teleport there, or return to the ship, and take the rowboat to shore. Return to Harry with the bad news. Harry might ask you to find him a female companion. Accept the quest. Log\Kila\Forbidden Fruit, set map marker. See the red X on the map. In the native village, find a bed and sleep till midnight. Cross the longest rope bridge, to the southeast and find miamiti. She wants to leave the village, but you must not be seen taking her away. The best time is after dark. With her following you, teleport to the Wrecked Ship and Miamiti is with you. If no teleporting, one or two natives might stop you, try bribery or say you're gathering plants. Eventually Miamiti wants you to carry her, say "Fine, if it will shut you up". Do this and you automatically appear at the wrecked ship. From the east end of the Wrecked ship, Miamiti walks to Harry's camp. Talk to harry and he wants a way to easily talk to Miamiti. In your Logbook\Forbidden Fruit\A romantic gift, set map marker. Go talk to Cunningham on the wrecked ship, ask him "Where to find special flowers" Back in the native village, cross the long rope bridge and find a Blue Flower for a quest message. Return the flower to Harry. Hang around a few seconds and listen to Harry and Miamiti talk, then walk down to the beach. Colby can be found in the pirate camp east of the wrecked ship. He wants to win a duel so that he regains his honor. Choose the option to duel and don't fight back. Just wait for your health bar to deplete and you are knocked down. Now you can bring any silverware to him for gold. Tadashi can be found inside the jungle, near the main natives camp, under the smallest bridge. Ask him to train you. First you have to kill an alligator and a warthog. Log\Kila\Bit White Hunter, set map marker to see 2 red X's near a waterfall and the water hole. Once you get the quest message for killing them, return to Tadashi for a reward and maybe some training. ON THE WARPATH. In the native village, speak with their chieftain Hirutu and ask him about the conflict between the natives and the pirates. Agree to look into this matter. Find the woman dancer Tenya, and speak with her. Ask about the conflict with the pirates, she wants to resolve the conflict in a peaceful manner. She wants to use the Voodoo. A little south of Tenya is Makoto's hut. In there examine the bed to find some hair. Go back to Tenya and give her the hair. You get a Voodoo Doll. Put it in a quick numbered slot. Head East down a short ramp to find Makoto. Get close to him to see his name, and activate the doll to control him. As Makoto, go talk to Tenya. Then talk to Hirutu. Now you have to have 3 more conversations. Go back and talk to Tenya again. Then to Kamil near the bridge leading to the native village. Then Bahati, in the northeast part of the native village, across longest bridge to small building. Now go back to Hirutu and present the opinions of natives you've spoken to (Tenya, Kamil, Bahati). After hearing them, the chieftain will be forced to change his mind and will abandon his plan to sacrifice all of the pirates. Now go back to the Nameless Hero and talk to get back his body. Talk to Hirutu one last time. Teleport back to the Wrecked Ship. To the west, Leonard the guard is near a hut, in the middle of a small island to which you will have to swim on your own. As you land at the southern entry, you find Patty. Talk to straighten things out with her, then talk on all to learn about Slim. Continue on up northwest to the hut. Leonard (kind of looks like a young Dave Letterman!) asks you to help retrieve his equipment. In your Logbook\Kila\Useless Existence, set map marker. Your map shows The X to the southwest. Go there, enter the watery cave and pick up everything and the equipment. Return to Leonard, give the equipment and receive some crystals. He also sells a Rain of Fire spell. In the hut is a teleport stone. Cole can often be found in the northern part of this island. He asks you to get rid of some shadow monsters. In your Logbook\Kila\All Cats Are Grey By Night, set map marker. On the map see several X's. Go there and kill all (Rain of Fire works great). In the area find a Legendary item Tattered Scabbard in a buried chest related to The Swordmaster's Treasure quest. The Tattered Scabbard gives +10 to swords. Return to Cole, talk and he turns into a monster that you must kill. Teleport back to the Wrecked ship, then go back to the central area of the native village. In your Log\Kila\Revenge Is Sweet, set map marker. Cross the short west bridge, in the tent talk to Slim say "Then go ahead...." Then all top choices, then "I'll talk to the chieftain". Talk to Hirutu and say "Spare his life". Go back and talk to Slim. Then talk to Patty. Talk to Ixil in the immediate area. Accept his offer for you to deliver food. Log\Kila\A delectable Meal, set map marker. The delivery point is at the big gate in the northwest area. Go through the small east structure, down two short bridges, then northwest between 2 columns and down the dirt ramp. At the large gate, tell Baraka "I'll help your Muleke distribute the food". To the east, watch out for the alligator. Activate the nearby teleport. Go back to the native village, speak with Ixil and say "Not so fast". Find a bed and sleep till the next morning. Go back to the big gate. Baraka is still alive. Agree to help him and he gives you his amulet. Go back to Ixil and give him Baraka's amulet. Ixil wants to see the body. Follow him and once he's in the jungle away from everything, quickly kill him. Continue on to large gate and tell Baraka. Go back to the village and tell Hirutu that Ixil is dead. NOTE: Baraka teaches Spider Hunter only after you have joined the natives. Just east in the native village, go through a tiny structure and down a short ramp. Go down the next very short ramp and talk to a Gnome named Pamir. He asks you to help find an earring stolen by monkeys. Agree and follow him, choose go right. At a cave talk again, then SAVE. Hopefully you have the Monkey Trainer ability. Send the monkey into the cave and pick up the Small Earring near the bananas. Return outside to Nameless Hero and right-click his name to regain his body. Give the earring to Pamir. NOTE: Are you still on the lookout for the "Rust" spell crystal? With your map open, choose return to ship, then talk to Bones on all, always top option first. Now sail to Antigua. Take the rowing boat to western beach. In Logbook\Kila\Shattered Inheritance, set map marker. On your map notice the X at the warehouse. On the way there, escort Ramon to the town. If a shadow creature grabs you, quickly tap Spacebar till you're loose. Go to the big building to the north, DON'T talk to Alvarez, but go inside and find a teleport stone on the mantle near a torch. Go back to the west part of town and activate the teleport. Enter the warehouse on the ocean side. Destroy shadow creatures inside and release Flynn. Talk till he gives you the Heirloom. Look around the lower floor for some items. Be careful not to anger the pirates in town (stealing, entering the wrong room, etc.). Go around outside of warehouse and take stairs to top floor. Look for items. Access Flynn's chest in middle of floor. Outside the warehouse, in the shallow water below the sea wall, find the Legendary item Glass Sword gives +5 melee and glory points. Go back to the ship and sail to Kila. In the wrecked ship or nearby, tell Quinn "I'm going to keep it". Demand the half that he has. You eventually get it. Any anvil can be used to forge the two halves of the Wound Tearer. Return to Antigua and find an anvil between the buildings. Forge the Wound Tearer. Near the town's east exit, speak to Zak and help him fight the beasts. On your map, the path leading east from Alvarez's doorway, there's two fence lines. Between the 2 fence lines on the map is Blood Oath Square. The map also shows a small square object on the north side. That is a medieval stocks, and behind it find a teleport stone. Continue the road east and north. Just as the road heads east, the map will show a narrow gap on the left. Climb some ledges, find and read Traditional Cultism. Continue climbing and work your way around to the northwest. Near a chest, find a small hole through the rocks and send your monkey through to find a teleport stone just a little way in there and on the right. Back in your own body, teleport back to town. At the large buildings to the north in town, speak to Alvarez on all. In Log\Chaos in Harbor Town, set map marker. See X's and yellow X for Emma. Destroy the red X's and go speak with Emma at yellow X, talk on all. In Log\Antigua\Emma's Hellswill, set map marker. Go get 7 rotten mushrooms and 5 moldy bones. Mark Emma's Hell Swill active. Go to her house and upstairs. Get close to the bedroom door but don't enter. When she appears in doorway, tell her "And the Remedy" and "I have the ingredients". Go to Alvarez and talk. Now the town needs to be rebuilt. Finish all talking. Enter his building and take the right hand hallway. Enter the room, go straight to a shelf and get a Legendary Finger Bone dexterity+5. In this room, find and read The Professionals, related to a Legendary item the Gilded Orb. Back outside, on map, notice last, smallest, doorway closest to the southern pier. South through town, find Edward outside the tavern or inside. Say "Rough up some demons..... "Where to?" Then "You go first. Keep following him and kill monsters. He will mention Calador. Say "I have a ship". "Nothing, if you....". Talk on all and he agrees to go on your sloop. Onboard ship, talk to Edward and you mention soul dust. He needs 5. Set sail for Calador at the far northwest. CALADOR. On arrival, talk to Edward and agree to help, then finish all talking. In your Logbook\Crew\Edward's Family History\Vestiges of the past, set map marker. Tell Edward "Let's go". Take the rowboat to Fisherman's Beach. On the big map, notice the 3 houses just due northwest. Go to the most western house of the 3. On a table, pick up Modern Pirates and read about Captain Finch's treasure on Kila Island. You'll do that Legendary item quest much later. View map to see a western bridge. Head due north to second intersection, then due west and cross the west bridge, heading to the X "Vestiges of the past". Talk on all about the Citadel. In Logbook\Crew\Edward's Birthright, set map marker. Continue following Edward. Past the end of the path, he says he'll lead the way. Tell him "Don't give up hope". Talk again Then tell him "Right. I'll ask about your great uncle in the Citadel". Finish talking. DON'T SAY WAIT and DON'T SPLIT UP! Just choose (End). In Logbook\Crew\Edward's Birthright, set map marker to see the map red X to the east in the Citadel. Quite a bit earlier on Kila, you read a book The Early Expeditions' in the wrecked ship left small room beside Cunningham's room. In you Log\Legendary Items\The Intractable Liana, set map marker. The main map shows a red X on the far southwest beach. Go there, talk to Tirion then kill him. Pick up the nearby Intractable Liana slashing +10. Free Jill, tell her "I don't want anything'. You can agree to escort her across a small bridge and on to the tavern. Once inside, talk to her one last time. Outside on the southeast corner is a teleport. If you care to, see the Windmill on the map, go there and pick up a teleport stone just inside the door. A bag of gold is stuck to one of the windmill blades. Now back south and continue just east to the Citadel and another teleport station. Inside the Citadel, at the red X, tell Drake "I'm not a demon hunter", then ask "Would you do that for me?". to ask for an old record and he brings you an old map. Then go just northeast to the back of the building and talk to Eldric, "A shadow lord stole my spirit", tell him the "Long story version" about your soul loss. Talk on all, always top choice first. After discussion ends, talk again one time. Now you should be able to destroy crystal Portals. In the Citadel, tell Edward "Wait here". In the Citadel, find Henrik and defeat him in arm wrestling. You get a Legendary item Blunt Ritual Knife +10 daggers and glory points. Inside the Citadel, go to the stairs in the southern part and nearby find the Legendary item Booze For Aiming critical hit +10 and glory points. Also pick up the Runestone. In your Log\The Ancient Knowledge\The Grimoire, set map marker. Now head back due east and cross the bridge. At last western intersection, below the old citadel, head north into the ruins. Talk to Winter at the fire. Follow him and NEVER let him out of your sight. He can be overwhelmed and killed. Continually following and kill enemies, he pauses and says "Shall we go on?" tell him "Not yet". Continue by yourself, killing as much as possible. If you see Idrico, ignore him for right now. Go back to Winter and Quick Save, then tell him to continue killing more enemies. Winter eventually says "The Shadow Lord is over there". Just (End), then Quick Save again. Go take care of the Shadow lord yourself, then go back and speak with Winter. He goes back to the Citadel. Now back track and SAVE before talking to Idrico. Tell him to start the Incantation. Kill the El' Razak monster and get a green heart. Talk to Idrico one last time. Continue all the way north in the ruins. Kill creatures and get a Black Heart. Continue north in the ruins to the last 2 towers. In the smallest tower, on the very top floor, find the Ancient Grimoire. Return to the Citadel by quickest means possible. Talk to Eldric and give him the Grimoire. Finish all talking. Now find Edward and tell him about the treasure map. In your Logbook\Crew\Edwards Family History\X marks the spot, set map marker, to see where the treasure is on the map. Tell Edward to follow you. Go there, sneak across the dead tree. Kill the huge Ore Golem. Dig up the X and take the Ownership deed. Tell Edward you dug up the treasure. Tell him "Fine.. then I'll keep it", then "Be glad that you... ". Visit the nearby tower and a chest. Split up with Edward and return to the ship. Ask Bones what to do with the Black Heart? Then say "The Shamans used ... ? Bones gives you a key. Tell him "C'mon, let's go". Sail to Tacarigua. At the arrival beach on Tacarigua Island, open main map to see a small group of islands directly east. Swim east to the western most small island. At the southern area, in an open crate, find Pirate Stories and read it. In your Logbook\Crew\Black magic experiments\Bones' Hideout, set map marker. Take the rowing boat (to the beach). There's a Voodoo doll on or near the crates. Talk to Jack and say "You don't get.... ", then all talking always top option first. View the map to see the Lighthouse. Go there and first talk to Tanner, tell him "Sweep your own... ", then "Has someone ever given .... " the "I'm thinking. I might ... " Defeat him. Finally say "From now on..." then "You're Jacks replacement...." Now talk to Holtby top options first. He gives a clue about the area below the Lighthouse. In the Lighthouse, find a teleport stone and a map. Find Holtby's journal and read it. Outside, near the campfire, activate the teleport station. In the Log\Tacarigua\Kicking Ass\The Plunderer, set map marker. Map shows a red X. Head down to the beach, to the end of the path, then northwest to the cave and SAVE before going inside. In the first chamber, loot Pipkin's Treasure chest. Watch out for a trip wire as you continue deeper into the cave. Find another teleport stone and loot Holtby's chest. Back outside, open your map and see a tiny object next to a rock at the southwest. Go there to a campfire and speak to Pipkin, top option always, then give him items from the chest till all are given. Farther west, across small water, the map shows a larger square object. Go there to a small camp. On a crate, read Womanisers for clue about a Legendary item, Blue Quill in the Log. Teleport back to the Lighthouse and speak with Holtby always top options first. Send him to guard at the beach. Report to Jack, top options first. Teleport back to the Lighthouse. Continue on across a bridge, and head up towards the Skull cave. Talk to Severin at a campfire, top options first, to learn about Horas. Once at the Skull cave, talk. In the Log\Crew\Black Magic Experiments\Bones' Hideout, set map marker. Loot the chest at the red X. Around the pile of junk find a teleport stone and gold coins. Now SAVE. Enter Skull cave. Find and destroy the Crystal Portal. In another side chamber, kill a giant Golem. Back outside, in your Log\Tacarigua\News From Sacarico\A Soldier Named Vasco, set map marker. Back south and continue southwest to another campfire, talk to Vasco top option each time. "What's in your bag", "What's your bag worth...", "I'll fetch your bag", I'm headed to Puerto Sacarico....". In your Log\Tacarigua\Vasco's Stuff, set map marker. Red X at the tower just northwest. In there, Di Fuego's corpse. Get a treasure map and Vasco's Bag. Loot the chest. Pick up Diary of A Gunsmith and read it. Outside, up the side steps, find a teleport stone. Back down steps, continue northwest a short way fighting hellhounds and around left to locate a teleport station. Back around right and due southeast, report to Vasco. Teleport back to the northwest. On the big map, notice a house to the northwest. Go there, fighting through opposition. Talk to Osorio, top options first always. Offer to help. In your Log\Tacarigua\The Treasure in the Tacariguan Backcountry, set map marker. The map shows a red X just west from Osorio's house. Find the X and dig up the treasure. Now in the Log\Tacarigua\Off And Away, set map marker. Continue due south through town and straight through small arch gate. Forward a little and left to a teleport station to activate. Continue southeast and enter a shallow cave for some items. Outside, on west side of cave, continue climbing to find a Liana and climb. Find another Liana and climb. Climb a ledge and another Liana. Keep climbing and talk to Hawke, "Did you steal from Osorio?". Jump on the canvas awning and on up the rocks. Get Osorio's purse. Teleport back to town. Head all the way through town and to the far north house. Return the purse to Osorio. In the Log\Tacarigua\News from Puerto Sacarico, set map marker. Go there and talk to Roquefort standing in the doorway, "I want to see...", "That's between me and him", "I found Governor Di Fuego's corpse". He says to speak with a guard. You'll do that later. If it's daytime, Sebastiano is upstairs. If it's night, Sebastiano is in the left side room. Tell him "Just relax", "So you're the governor", "There's one more thing", "I found Governor Di Fuego's corpse". Agree to help him. Sebastiano mentions Severn and Vasco. Tell him "I'll take care of the....", then say "You got anything else?" You learn about Horas. Outside on the southwest corner of the house, when you see the word Liana, click it to climb to the roof. Go straight over to other side and get Target from the hole in the roof. This Legendary item gives +5 shotgun and glory points. In Log\Tacarigua\Death To Deserter\Severn the Deserter, set map marker. Go to the red map X and tell him "Nothing at all. Stay hidden". Log\Tacarigua\Death To Deserter\Vasco, set map marker. Go to the red X and tell him "Calm Down". Now in Log\Tacarigua\Death To Deserters, set map marker. Return to the yellow X and tell Sebastiano "Vasco is dead", and "Severn won't cause...." In Log\Follower of Magic, set map marker. The red X is to the southwest. Ask Horas "What do you think...", "That's not all, right?", "Good, I'll take you along". He goes to your sloop. Teleport to the Lighthouse and report to Jack. Log\Tacarigua\The treasure in the deadlands of Tacarigua, set map marker. Go to the arrival beach and swim the coastlines to reach the red X and dig it up. Teleport back to Puerto Sacarico. Directly east of the Governor's house is a house. Outside at its southeast corner is a chest, loot it for a broken sword. If it's day, find a bed and sleep. Now it should be night. If Roquefort is not in the doorway, sneak upstairs to the chest behind the desk. Loot it for the Execution orders. You also find a Legendary item Plan of Holm The Great gives cunning+5 and glory points. Go back outside. In the small archway leading to the south pier, speak with the guard, for more evidence. Now go to Sebastiano, DON'T say anything about Horas. Say "Your sword was used....", "I talked to the night watchman", "I found this warrant". He denies the charges. Choose (Back). Then say "You killed Governor Di Fuego", and he finally admits it. "You didn't have to..." No more talking, just (End). You should have finally ended up with 200 glory points. Return to the ship and tell Bones about his chest. Tell Horas about Sebastiano. Horas agrees to give you the Monolithic stone. NOTE: Later if you want, you can return to Tacaragua for lots of side quests. In some cases, completing a quest will open up another quest. It seems like side questing on Tacaragua goes on forever. Sail back to Antigua and take rowboat to the Harbor. In your Log, select The Happy Pirates Treasure and set map marker. Open main map to see a red X. Head up the road and find Griffith at a campfire. Agree to find his goods. In the Log\Antigua\Pirate Problems, set map marker. On the map, see 3 red X's in town. Find all 3 items for a quest success message. Spencer the bartender is one source. Once you have all 3 items, return them to Griffith. Now in Log\Antigua\The Happy Pirates Treasure, set map marker. Go there, climb ledges along the way and dig up the red X. In the chest is the Legendary Damaged Cuirass bladeproof +10 and glory points. Head all the way up to the Skull Cave, many hell hounds along the way. Go through the water and enter the skull cave. Cross two stone arches to the Crystal Portal. Kill the beast and take its Black Heart. Destroy the Crystal Portal. In the map, choose return to ship. Now set sail to the Crab Coast. Take the rowing boat to southern beach. In Log\Realm of The Shadows\The Crystal Portal On Crab Island, set map marker. Work your way north to the skull cave and enter. Lots of fighting on your way to find and destroy the demon lord. Then destroy the Crystal Portal. Open map and choose (return to ship). Set sail to Isle of Thieves?. Once there, talk to Bones. Finish all options top to bottom. Use rowing boat, choose "to the beach". Isle of Thieves. NOTE: If you want to be less likely seen while after certain items, several areas of this island are easily accessed by using a monkey or Parrot Flight. NOTE: Remain vigilant and keep an eye out for the "Rust" spell against all locks. Screen left from Ulvi is a teleport stone. Talk to Ulvi on all top to bottom, but last option screen say "Bring me to Kaan. Once there, activate the teleport. By the lamp, talk to Kaan top options first, then "About the Auri Culcis" to learn about the western camp. Then "Where should I look for them". Teach me something. Tell Kaan "Bring me to Kalil. Speak to Kalil top to bottom. Then ask "How do I get into...." In your Logbook\Isle of Thieves\Goblin Invasion\The Big Journey\Trophy of the north, set map marker so that it appears on your map. Now return to camp and speak to Mimak, buy lockpicks, then learn something. Head north, northwest, and north of path to X quest "Trophy of the North". Talk to Ulvi top to bottom. Head north to rowboat and swim west around the cliffs, to the west side near the red X, and follow the red flags over the rocks. DON'T GET CAUGHT and DON'T kill anyone. Drop down to the table and pick up "Seer of Worlds. Climb back over the rocks and swim back around east to the rowboat and the path. Back south, east, and south to camp. Speak to Kaan on all. In your Log\Isle of thieves\Goblin invasion\The big journey\Trophy of The West, set map marker. Head south on the main path and west to the gate. Speak to Malik. Learn about Pivi and accept the quest. You'll do that somewhat later. Malik's hammer is on the crate just to right behind him. Speak again. Go just through the gate. Look at your map. Notice just north of the large rock with path around it, there's a very narrow passage leading north. Go through the narrow passage, following red flags and see a name appear "Liana", use it. Pick up Skull Thumper. Do you see a teleport stone nearby? Again use Liana without being seen or killing anyone. Follow the red flags back through the narrow passage. On the path, head due south around the big map rock down to Melih, at small stream, and speak on all, ask about the "Thing" and "How to get into the camp". In your Logbook\Trophy of The South, set map marker. Head west and swim around west, south, and southeast to the west end of the large southern beach. Climb/jump up the rocks and send monkey through hole in fence to get the device from the table. Back out the hole and change back to yourself. In Log\Island of Thieves\Goblin Invasion\The Big Journey, set map marker. Back down to the water. Stay in the water. Swim further east, then go north to the red X. Talk to Famir, top option every time. Head east, and north through the crystals, climb up and jump left to the fence. Work your way left and right to table. Pick up the device. At the crystals, jump back down. Head due southeast to the water. Swim all the way northeast to path, watch out for some huge beasts, and head west back to camp. Talk to Kaan on all. In your Logbook\Speak to Ulvi, set map marker. Head northwest, and north to the X Ulvi, speak on all. In your Logbook\Goblin Plague, set map marker to see all 3 locations on the map. Go to each location and kill all. Then for the Hall of The Goblin King, Logbook\Goblin King, set map marker. On the southeast beach meet Gabu and go with him to the large opening. After all the fighting, turn walking speed on. Continue deeper into the cave. Watch out for a trip wire. Destroy everything, in all the tunnel branches, for a quest message. Now set active Goblin Invasion and go take care of that. For the Escaped, set that active. In the last cave at the north center of map. Silver tongue the two bandits or kill them, then go around the barrier and talk to Dowi. Set Intrusion In The North active. Go talk to Ulvi at the yellow X. Through the gate and kill all Goblin scouts. Go back to town and talk to Kaan and everyone. There might be a few mini quests. Finally go back north to the rowboat and board the vessel. Sail for Fog Island. Fog Island. Immediately on the beach speak with Venturo. Use Silver Tongue 80 to get gold or a musket. Finally say "I'll help you find your companion". Follow Venturo to a camp and kill the Rakazor. Nearby, at the broken and pointed trees, examine Rodrigo's body. Again talk to Venturo. Tell him to take you to the Commandant. At the camp, talk on all. To the left is a teleport station. Enter the camp. Straight ahead talk to Carlos on all top to bottom, accepting the quest to kill the other beasts. In the room behind Carlos read Spectacular Jailbreaks. To screen right from Carlos, go up the steps and find a teleport stone. Make sure you've activated the teleport outside the gate. Leave camp and follow the road around right and head south. On main map, notice a triangular shape just southeast of camp. Go there and talk to Mortimer. Agree to take him to safety. Lead him back to camp and talk on all. Talk to Carlos about Mortimer. Speak to Mortimer one last time. He has given you a treasure map. In your Log\Legendary Items\Freddie's Shackles, set map marker. Travel the roads to the red X and find the shackles in a shack. Back east to the 4-way intersection, head due north to a teleport station. In Log\Fog Island\Mortimer's Treasure, set map marker. Map shows X to the far northeast. Go there and dig up the treasure. Teleport back to the camp. In your Logbook\Fog Island\Paths to the afterlife, set map marker to see four X's on the map. First go to X Suspicious Duck to the northeast. Near there you'll find Hull and Fletcher at a campfire. Hull wants only the suspicious duck killed. Go just west-northwest to the ducks. The suspicious duck looks like a small turkey, so kill it and it turns into a monster, kill and search it. Go back and tell Hull and Fletcher. View your big map to see a small bridge to the east. Follow the roadways there and just across the bridge, near a spider web, is a teleport stone. To the right is a bag of gold. Just west, climb some ledges to find a chest. At the X to the southeast, you'll find Hector, Diaz, and Circe. SAVE before talking to any of them. Talk completely to Hector, then to Diaz. Talk to Circe, top option each time, and agree to her quest. Again tell Hector "Circe wants you dead", then (End). Tell Diaz "Circe wants you dead", then (End). Now go back and speak with Circe and tell her what Hector and Diaz said, then "I don't believe....". She should get mad and turn into a monster, kill and search it. Finally speak with Hector and Diaz one final time. There's a chest in Circe's room. Just west, go through the cave of spiders to the X Nathan and talk all and agree. In your Log\Fog Island\Paths to the afterlife\The fish eater, set map marker. On your big map, see the X Krak al Rah just due north. Go there and destroy the beast. Return to Nathan and talk on all. Due west, go through the short cave and continue to an intersection. Go left and kill Zrak Xakom and search it. Pick up a document. It's for another quest. Back northeast past the intersection, first speak with Domingo, then speak with Gonzales say "So what can I help you with?, then "Relax, the soul eater's gone. Teleport back to the camp and report to Carlos. Now on the large map, see the circle of stones to the east. Make your way there and start a conversation with Balthazar the ghost, top option always. You eventually say that he is hiding something. You might have already found A Protector's Notes at the far southwest. Now in your Log\Fog Island\United in the afterlife, set map marker. Just east from Balthazar is a teleport. On a beach, all the way east, at the red X is Message in a bottle. Open it, then find the message in inventory and read it. To the far south, at the next red X, on the east side of a large lake find Calypso's Skull. On the northeast side of the lake is a teleport station. In your Log\Fog Island\United In The Afterlife\Led Astray, set map marker. Due south, from Balthazar's location, climb some ledges to find the red X Weathered Records. Return to Balthazar and present all the evidence. He grants you one more question, choose the top option for the most glory and soul points. Return to Venturo at the camp and disclose all information. Talk to Carlos. Go around behind the house and sneak in the back door and loot the chest. Go back out the back door. Now you've pretty much covered everything on Fog Island. Return to your ship and set sail for Taranis. TARANIS. On arrival, take the rowboat to the pier. Ornamental Belt. Head to the far west through a lot of crooked roadways, towards a bunch of logs shown on the large map. Wade through water and it dead ends just west of the logs. near there are 4 stepped ledges to climb. Talk to Sharp and agree to find his blade. Then just northwest to a cave. Inside, take the lefthand tunnel and find the Faded Diary and read it. Go back, staying left into another tunnel. Take the next right to a chasm. Use Parrot to get across and fight a couple of giant rats. Climb ledges and continue on. Get the Bone Grinder from a skull. Jump down the hole and head south to the outside. Use silver tongue first option or the last option to pay for the blade. In your Log\Legendary Items\The Ornamental Belt, set map marker. Open map and return to the ship. Sail to
Calador. Open the map and see the red X in the ruins
to the west. Go there and dig up the X. In the chest is
the Ornamental Belt toughness +5. Just east from the
Lighthouse, near the large Citadel building, is the
graveyard. Go there and behind the northernmost
gravestone find Legendary tuning fork that gives spirit
+5.
Sail back to Taranis and take the rowing boat to the
pier. Speak to Marbuk. Voodoo Dolls are everywhere,
lying on stacks of boxes and such. They give you
Parrot Flight. Turn right, head to north end of beach
and get a teleport stone at an old boat.
Swim due north around the rocks to a larger beach.
Continue fighting along the shoreline. Look carefully
for an open crate next to a big white rock. The crate
has a Legendary item Blue Quill silver tongue +10 and
glory points.
Head back south to the original starting beach. Up
short steps near the warehouse, there's an awning over
a table, get a treasure map. Back down the steps, go
right and along the pier to a teleport. Continue to the
south beach. Swim to the large island and go down its
west side and enter a cave. Just inside, read Brittle
Diary on a crate to the right.
In Log\Legendary Items\The Blood-soaked Cloth, set
map marker. On main map see a red X. In the deepest
area, find a Legendary item Blood Soaked Cloth +10
magic safe and glory points.
Make your way back to the main island and the original
starting area. If it's dark, sleep in the small room beside
the warehouse. If you end up in the strange world,
collect some spirit dust and end up back in the small
room. Again sleep till midday. Wait at the warehouse
door till everyone comes outside.
Speak to Rumold on all and agree to look into his
problem. On the south side of the warehouse, in a
room, get another teleport stone. In your log, set map
marker for Harbor Thieves. Use the bed and you wake
up at night. Go to X Harbor Thieves. Maneuver around
until you see the message "Stack of Boxes". Click it
and click on (Start Night Watch). Kill the goblins.
Go back to the small room and sleep till mid-day. Wait
for Rumold to come out of the warehouse and speak
with him. In your Log\Speak To Baker, set map
marker. Go there and say "To the mages camp". Once
there, talk on all.
Nearby, activate the Teleport. Listen to Talbot and
Baker. Talk to Talbot, then talk to Paula. Agree to
look into her problem. Go behind the house and kill the
Armadillo. Go talk to Paula for a reward. Listen to
Talbot and Paula.
At night, go to the tavern and have a drinking contest
with Gordon. You just have to turn all your bottles
over before Gordon does his. For winning, you get the
Gripping Pliers, a Legendary item pickpocket +10 and
glory points.
Another Legendary item can be purchased from Agila
who's in various places depending on the time of day.
The main square, the tavern, etc. He sells the Gilded
Orb pistol +10 and glory points. Agila also can give a
quest titled The Private Store' where you must rob
different chests, one of which belongs to Lombruk.
Lombruk's chest also has a Legendary book titled
Vague Promises influence +5.
Later, after getting permission to speak with the
Mages, Lombruk will give a quest The Gourmet where
you must find 4 delicacies, each one from a different
island. For completing this quest, you get a Legendary
item the Small Stone Tablet rune magic +10 and glory
points.
Once chapter 3 starts, you'll have access to Zacharias's
tower, upper floor in a chest with a Legendary item
Sun Crystal, gives crystal magic+10 and glory points.
Also in that chest is the special cheese, completing the
4 delicacies that Lombruk has asked for.
In the sunken area, talk to the Gnome Abbas to get
quest Runaway Gnome. In the room behind Abbas is a
teleport stone.
Go jump in the well. Find and talk on all to Gnome
Lami. Make your way back to Abbas, talk all. Go talk
to Lami again, then return one last time to Abbas and
talk. In front of the big building, talk to Magnus on
everything to get information about a Shadow Lord.
It's to the far west. First in Log\Taranis\Treasure in the
woods, set map marker. The map shows X somewhat
to the southwest, approach it on the north side.
Once you find the treasure, notice on your map is a
house just east. go there to find another treasure map
"Treasure In The Deadlands", and a teleport stone.
Examine Lena's body. In your Log\Deadlands treasure,
set map marker. South on the road from the house is a
teleport station. Speak with Walker and agree to help
him destroy the goblins, one or two might be at the
bridge. Open Walker's chest.
Head south to the Monolith stone, then west through
the swamp. On the west side, at a campfire, speak to
Shax and agree to his quest. Log\Taranis\The Shadow
Lord of Betrayal, set map marker to see red X on the
map. You might have to tell Shax to come along. He'll
help you destroy the Shadow Lord. Search it. Shax
should give you his key to the nearby chest. Loot it and
talk to Shax. He wants you to take the Legacy to
Paula, just inside the town gate. Tell her "He's doing
fine". Return to Shax, Log\Taranis\Helping Hand, set
map marker, and talk to him.
Teleport back east near the small bridge, south of the
pier teleport. Log\Deadlands Treasure, set map marker.
Continue on towards the treasure and agree to help
Morrison, tell him "I'm not sure. Log\Taranis\The
Mushroom Gatherer, set map marker. Gather the
mushrooms and save them for Nergal the mage.
Log\Deadlands Treasure, set map marker. Continue on
to the treasure, you have to approach it from the north.
once you have the treasure, open your map and
teleport back to town. Talk to Magnus and get
permission to speak with the mages. Find Horas and
tell him to come along. Inside the main building and
speak to Foruco near the steps, talk on all. Talk to
Horas on all.
Go up the wide steps, to the next floor. To the right, by
the doorway at the bookshelf, find the open book
Sword Master and read it. Back across the room, head
left to the next stairs. In the corner find the book
"Magical Legends" and read it. A treasure of a
nameless captain is added to your Log. Go back down
the stairs and on down to the lower level. Find Nergal
and give him the mushrooms that Morrison asked you
to find.
Nergal might give you a further quest to find some
Taranian plants. Go back up to the main floor and on
up the wide stairs. Speak with Erasmus. Follow him to
the reactor and talk on all. Back in the main building,
go up stairs and speak with Erasmus. If you accepted
Agila's quest "The Private Store", now is a good time
to open 3 of the chests.
Speak with Lombruk thoroughly enough and you get
permission to tell the guard at his post to let you pass.
You also get The Gourmet side quest. Go past the
guard and Empty Lombruk's chest and return the book
to him. Outside in the Gnome pit, Kasim says he
doesn't have the stones. Go tell Erasmus this. Go back
to the pit and tell Kasim that someone is playing with
the stones.
Follow Casim but don't let him see you. You catch him
at the hiding spot and take the stones. Do the other
monoliths. At the north monolith, there's a teleport
stone next to one of the smaller columns. Once you
have activated all monoliths, return to Erasmus and tell
him.
Now for the Gourmet side quests. In your
Log\Taranis\The Gourmet, set map marker. You might
already have the Aromatic Wine from the chest, next to
Saddec, at the wrecked ship on Kila. At any rate, make
a quick trip back to Kila.
Then in your Log\Kila\The Swordmaster's Treasure,
set map marker. See the red X on the island to the
north. Go there and dig up the treasure chest that
contains the Legendary item Tattered Scabbard. Now
sail to Calador. In Log\Taranis\The Gourmet, set map
marker.
On Calador, notice the red X somewhat to the
northwest. Go there and outside the house, turn into a
Parrot and fly inside the house. Cancel the flight, loot
the chest for Delicious Ham, then open map and return
to the ship.
On Antigua, go to the building showing the red X. Fly
inside and up to the second floor. Cancel flight, find the
chest and loot it for Dainty Mussels, open map and
return to the ship.
Return to Taranis. The Exquisite Cheese can be found
in Zacharias's tower after chapter 3 starts.
Return to Taranis. Is it night yet. If so, go to the tavern
and Gordon might grant a drinking contest if it's late
enough. You just have to turn over all your bottles
before he does his.

report, set map marker to see location of the four
mines. Frink at mine entrance near town, during the
talking he gives a mini quest to answer him correctly,
answer "The word of the Mages is law".
He wants 4 pouches of crystals from the mine,
Log\New Allies\The Swearing-in Ceremony\Mine
Report\The Camp Mine, Set map marker to see 4 X's
in the mine. Return the four pouches to Frink.
Log\New allies\Swearing-in ceremony\Mine report, set
map marker to see location of the four mines. Valamir
at northwest mine entrance and agree to all. Enter the
mine and keep right to Faris the Gnome on all. In the
Log\New Allies\The Swearing-in Ceremony\Mine
Report\The Good Mine, set map marker. On the map
see many red X's.
Continue on past and down to the next level. Follow
the tracks on down to lowest level and find Rami at the
end of a tunnel. Talk on all and agree to lead him back
up. Turn walk on and lead Rami back up the tracks and
on up till you get a screen message for success. Report
to Gnome Faris. Now head back down and look for the
other 4 Gnomes.
After helping the remaining Gnomes, report one last
time to Faris for some rewards. Outside the mine,
report to Valamir. Now in Log\New Allies\The
Swearing-in Ceremony\Mine Report, set map marker
to see final mines. Go to the next mine just southwest.
Search it and destroy till you make a comment about
hurrying up.
In the south mine, watch out for a couple of trip wires.
Climb a ledge. After destroying 10 goblins, you make a
comment that the mine resources can now be mined.
Report to Magnus and talk about all.
Now make a SPECIAL SAVE.
After finishing the game with any faction, you can
restore and try joining one of the other factions.
At this point in the game, you have 3 choices:
1a. You can return to Kila and speak with Hirutu, in
the native camp, and take the oath to join the natives.
1b. Speak with Tenya and ask for something to do.
You have to speak with 3 other people. Go to the
Wrecked ship and speak with Red. When you recover,
speak completely with Cunningham. Then go speak
with Bones on all. Then back in the natives camp,
speak completely with Tenya who gives you a special
bottle of brew.
1c. Go to Tacarigua and on to the village of Puerto
Sacarico. Speak with Red on all, he's suspicious of the
bottle of brew. Speak with Roquefort on all. In the
cooks house speak with him completely. Pull his hair?
South of town at the pier, go southeast and east to a
cave with an ancestral stone. Make a doll of the cook.
Go back and take control of the cook. Go to Roquefort
and give him the Oblivion bottle.
1d. Go to Antigua and speak with Emma and Grace.
Get Pansel's underwear, make a doll, possess him. Go
to the tavern and speak with everyone completely to
get a hat. Someone will tell Pansel about a shovel. Go
tell Grace about the shovel. Now go to the cemetery
and get the shovel. Return to Emma and give the hat
and shovel. Go and get back into your own body. Go
to Emma and follow her to the graveyard (at night
only). After the ceremony, sail to Taranis.
1e. Taranis. Talk to Abbas in the Gnome pit, he gives
you Bisi's hair. Go somewhere, where there's an
Ancestral stone, and make a Bisi doll. Return to
Taranis, in the main building possess Bisi. Do quests
for the sitting person at the top of the first stairs.
Finally overhear private conversation. May question
them both. Go return to your own body.
1f. Return to Kila and the native village. Report all to
Tenya. Then speak with Hirutu and become a Voodoo
Master. Don't forget that your pirate ship is in Kila bay
when you eventually need it. Return to your sloop and
sail to Calador. Now normal gameplay resumes as if
you had continued from the SPECIAL SAVE as a
Demon hunter, but with a few minor exceptions. Do all
pending quests before telling Eldric that you have
joined a faction. Chapter 3 soon starts.
Speak with Eldric somewhere in the initiation place for
everything. Remaining gameplay should be
straightforward. See the part "Go To The Harbor" and
continue on. Remember, playing as a Voodoo Pirate
will have differences.
2a. Speak with Magnus and take the oath to join the
Crystal Mages. Ask for something to do. Talk on all
and ask for an assignment. You learn about your new
ship in the harbor, DON'T use it till much later.
In your Log\Taranis\Search The Mine Huts, set
map marker to see red X, on the map, to the west. In
the hut, pick up the Astral Vision. Return to Magnus.
2b. In the Log\Taranis\Advance Among the Guardians,
set map marker. Go to red X Mauricio. At night he's in
the ground floor room, as you enter the main building,
on left side of the stairs. Talk on all, ask to take the
trial, learn Fire Fist. Log\Taranis\Advance Among the
Guardians\This Shit Is Hot, set map marker. Map red
X to the north, kill that beast and search it. Return to
Mauricio. Ask another trial.
2c. Log\Taranis\Waterproof, set map marker. See 3 red
X's on the main map. Go to each one and collect a
water sample. Return to Mauricio. He tells you to
come back later.
2d. Log\Taranis\Advance Among The Guardians, set
map marker. Go to X Ilvar and ask for something to
do.
2e. Outside at the southeast building, speak with
Gordon the blacksmith and get a quest for special ore.
Sail your sloop to Calador and speak with Wilson the
blacksmith, tell him "I'm searching for some... ", then
what about the iron ore". Sail back to Taranis.
2f. Speak with Gordon again. Now in
Log\Taranis\Advance Among The Guardians\The One
Eyed Among The Blind, set map marker. On map see 5
red X's. Distribute the crystals to each of them. Return
to Ilvar.
2g. In Log\Taranis\Advancing Among The Guardians,
set map marker. Find a bed, use it to the dream world.
Use the bed again and sleep till mid-day. On the ground
floor of main building, Mauricio's room, speak to him
and get a new spell.
2h. Outside speak with Magnus for an update. See
Gordon the smithy and get new armor. Now continue
doing any Log entries for Taranis and the other islands
if you wish to. You don't need the big ship in the
harbor Log\Pirate Alliance\A Big Ship till later. Hang
on to your Sloop long as possible. But if you want
some sea battles with monsters and other ships, get the
big ship now off the Taranis Pier.
2i. When you finally go to Calador and tell Eldric that
you've joined a faction, Chapter 3 starts. You can
continue playing from Option 3 Now it's time to
revisit Tacarigua but keep in mind that some things
will be a little different. Or restore the SPECIAL
SAVE and continue playing from option 3 Joining the
Demon Hunters.
3. Joining the Demon Hunters: Continue playing and
finish quests for Eldric on Calador, then speak with him
to start the ritual.
"Go To The Harbor" and speak with Gnome Gadi.
Report back to Magnus, DON'T take the Oath. You'll
be joining the Demon Hunters for this playthrough.
Now it's time to revisit Tacarigua, so sail there. Take
rowing boat to the beach. Head north through shallow
water to a flag and dig up the chest that contains a
Legendary item Vial magic +5.
Teleport to the lighthouse and continue on to Puerto
Sacarico. Speak with Roquefort on everything and
receive a small reward. Head back up to the skull cave.
To the left of the entrance, climb ledges all the way to
the top. Watch out that a hell hound doesn't grab you,
quickly tap yap tap tap your jump key to break free.
Once past that, continue on to a cave. At the very end,
find and read a book Battles of The Last Century. The
item name is added to your Logbook/Legendary item
section. The item is actually back on Calador, in the
Citadel, near bottom of stairs off the right side of the
main room.
Return to your ship and set sail for Calador.
CALADOR.
In your Logbook, find the "Hunters of The Demons"
entry and select it, set map marker to see the X's for
Fenn, Mason, Porter, Wilson, and Cyril. First go to
Cyril and talk on all, but DON'T offer any belongings
you might already have. You probably don't have them
all. In Logbook\New Allies\The Ancient
Covenant\Hunters of The Demons\Honour The Dead,
set map marker to see X's to the north for the fallen
soldiers.
Along the way, Hellhounds, Skeletons, and Terror of
The North. Go there and collect all their belongings for
a screen message.
Return south and talk to Cyril. In Logbook\New
allies\Ancient covenant\Hunters of the demons due
south and southeast near house shown on map is Fenn.
Agree to find Iona. Logbook\New allies\Ancient
covenant\Hunters of the demons\Organic Farmer, set
map marker to see where Iona is. Be careful going
there, a beast will grab you and you have to quickly
keep tapping jump key to get loose.
If you die, restoring the latest quick save will enable
you to redo the Fenn conversation. Once you find Iona,
you have to escort her to the Tavern, west of the new
Citadel and somewhat east of the western bridge. Once
Iona leaves you, go back to the northernmost house
and talk to Fenn outside. In the house is a Legendary
item Broken Lock Pick +10 lockpicking and glory
points.
Logbook\New Allies\The Ancient Covenant\Hunters of
Demons, set map marker. At the Tavern, tell Mason
you want to join, then go on nightwatch with him.
Then, at the Tavern (or Citadel), speak with Porter to
get a quest about an amulet. Yvette is north in the
tavern. Persuade her or buy the amulet. Head to the
graveyard and speak to Hanna, the ghost. Give the
amulet, then return to Porter.
Go to the Citadel and speak with Wilson the smithy.
He wants you to deliver a ring. His apprentice Alvito is
missing. Return to the Tavern and speak with Yvette.
She says northwest but it's actually northeast. Go to
the cave northeast from the Tavern and just west of the
short tunnel. Alvito's body is inside, inspect it. Return
to Wilson to complete the quest.
Go sail to Antigua. In Logbook\Calador\The
Engagement Ring, set map marker to see X where
Grace is. Give her the ring and she wants you to deliver
a letter. Return to Calador. Speak to Wilson and talk
on all, give the letter to him. Return to Antigua and
speak with Grace again. Nearby, speak with Pansel on
everything. Then talk with Grace a final time on all.
Return to Calador. Speak to Wilson one more time to
be certain. He should have given you the Legendary
Diamond Grinder stabbing+10.
DEMON HUNTER OATH.
With all demon hunters now in the Citadel, speak with
Eldric about all his warriors, then take the oath to
become a Demon Hunter.
Chapter III.
After the ceremony, speak to Eldric on everything
completely. He tells you about acquiring a ship, and
gives a special teleport stone to activate all teleports on
Calador. First for the ship, exit the Citadel and go
down through a narrow passage to the small central
beach.
At the rowing boat, speak to the friendly skeleton
Burke. Get him to follow you, return to the Demon
Hunter's Citadel. Inside, speak with Drake on all and
about Burke. In a room on this ground floor, you'll
find Connor behind a table in his shop. Talk enough
and he will mention a magic formula needed to heal
Burke, so pay 300 gold. In inventory is Burke's Magic
Formula.
Speak with Burke and give him the magical formula.
Leave the room and go to the Southern part of the
Citadel. Locate the stairway and go up to the next
floor. Find Burke and talk to the healed Burke. He
rewards you with gold.
Exit the Citadel and go back south, through the narrow
passage, to the beach and take the rowboat to Demon
Hunter's Frigate. Talk to Kane and tell him you have a
plan. Tell about Alvarez. You eventually get the ship.
Talk one last time.
The main factions are as follows:
Demon Hunters they are the residents of Calador Bay.
Natives they are the residents of Kila Island.
Crystal Mages they are the residents of Taranis Island.
In Logbook\Spirit Ritual\Huge Preparations\Recruit
Eldric\The Magical Net, set map marker. Go to all the
X's activating the teleports and picking up teleport
stones near some of them.
With all teleports activated, return to the Citadel and
speak to Eldric. You end up across the lava. After
fighting enemies, speak to Eldric on all. In
Logbook\Calador\Green Flames, set map marker. On
map see the X's. go there and pick up 6 bundles of
Ancient Moor Timber.
In the lighthouse lowest level at a table, take the
Crankshaft Legendary item crossbows +10. Climb
ladder, use the beacon\light green beacon. Return to
ship and sail to Taranis. On second floor of the main
building, speak with Erasmus. Zacharias leads you, in
building go to the very top and rob a chest for
Exquisite Cheese and a Sun Crystal. Back down and
continue following Zacharias to a portal location.
Enter the cave and find Zacharias, talk to him. Enter
the portal, collect 3 to 5 spirit dust. Talk to Tao. Near
the portal, talk to Zacharias again. Kill all enemies and
kill the Shadow Lord. Destroy the Crystal Portal. Talk
to Zacharias and recruit him for the ritual.
In your Logbook note the entry for recruiting people
for the ritual, Chani, Zacharias, Eldric, etc. Also you
have to gather at least 7 crew members and powerful
mages: Zacharias in Taranis, in a cave behind the
temple. Here is a list of possible crew members: Saddec
on Kila, Bones, Edward, Horas, Patty, Kane on the
Pirate ship. On Taranis, Gnome Jaffar (near the well).
Talk to him on all. Find the Gnome Ali, around the
steps near Magnus.
Talk to Ali on all. Take Ali to Magnus. Talk to Magnus
about Ali. Before talking to Ali again, take off all
armor and any rings or items that would protect you,
and take off any weapons.
Speak to Ali and suggest a staged fight. Don't use any
spells, just let Ali win. Once he knocks you down, talk
to Ali again. Now talk to Magnus, then talk to Ali once
more. Finally talk to Jaffar.
Before sailing the ship for the first time, SAVE as
"First Sailing". Now Sail your new ship to Kila. On the
way, a giant sea serpent attacks the ship. Left mouse
button fires forward cannon. Q fires left side cannons,
E fires right side cannons (these two do the most
damage). Holding right mouse button swivels the front
cannon a little bit and left button fires the forward
cannon.
Kila.
Find Saddec, near the west end of the wrecked ship,
talk on all and recruit him.
Continue on to the native village and speak to Hirutu.
He wants innocent monkey bones and black hearts.
Around the village and across the two longest bridges
you can find innocent monkeys. Kill some and take
their bones. Return to Hirutu give him innocent
monkey bones and black hearts to receive purified
black hearts for eating. Patty may be in the village,
recruit her.
Go to the Big Gate, in the northwest area, and Baraka
should let you through the gate. In your
Log\Kila\Capt'n Finch's Treasure, set map marker. On
the map, just west of the big temple, see a red X. After
going there, there's a Soldier of The Oracle, a very
powerful spider and others. After all are dead, dig up
the treasure and find the Pirate Flag, a Legendary item
intimidate +10 and glory points.
In your Logbook\The Spirit Ritual\Huge
Preparations\Recruit Chani, set map marker. On the
map, notice a small hut to the southwest. Go there and
find a rope ladder to climb. Navigate the short board
walks to find Chani and she gives several quests. In
your Logbook\The Spirit Ritual\Huge
Preparations\Recruit Chani\Lost In The Forbidden
Valley, set map marker.
Stay in the trees and use the natural tree bridges. Go to
the X and examine the dead Damaki. Nearby is a
teleport stone and a chest. Return to Chani and report.
Get a quest, The Oracle's Soldiers. Log\The Spirit
Ritual\Huge Preparations\Recruit Chani\The Oracle's
Soldiers, set map marker. You might have already
killed some.
Find and kill all 5 large jungle spider at each X. Return
to Chani and finally recruit her. In your Logbook\The
Right Place, set map marker. The 2 cave entrances, at
screen left, are misleading. Instead, go to the large
Temple and SAVE before entering. Just inside, take
first left and fight. Get a teleport stone and open
sarcophagus to get a statuette.
Now! Find Jade Statuettes and place them on pedestals
to open doors to the back of the Temple. Up steps, go
left and send your monkey through a hole to find items.
Go back the other way. A floor will break and you fall
into Margoloth's lair. Rain of Fire and Area Blast are
helpful.
When the fight ends, you can talk to the giant spider.
Tell her to stop killing people on Kila. You have to kill
a Shadow Lord. Go to the right of Margoloth and due
north in the cave. Kill the Shadow Lord, and destroy
the Portal. Return to Margoloth to end the quest and
get her help.
In the area next to Margoloth's lair, in the highest level,
find the cavern with an Iron Golem and kill it. Find a
chest and open it to get the Glass Eye, a Legendary
item ranged +5 and glory points.
Return to Calador. In your Logbook\The Spirit
Ritual\Huge Preparations\A Powerful Spell, set map
marker. Teleport across the lava. Head to the X "A
Powerful Spell" to the east. Climb on the north side of
the tower. On a table get the Necroimortar.
Now in Logbook\The Spirit Ritual\Huge
Preparations\Recruit Eldric, set map marker. Go there,
speak with Eldric and give him the spell. Follow to
some fighting. Talk Eldric and continue following.
Soon Eldric tells you to destroy the portal. From the
small clearing, continue north through caves and
navigate through the lava to the portal. Destroy all,
then destroy the portal. Go back Eldric and speak.
Return to the Citadel and recruit Eldric, he tells you to
go on to the gathering. End the conversation and return
to the ship. Now SAVE as Kila.
CRITICAL: There are two ship battles that aren't in
order, as you sail to a destination.
SHIP BATTLE: You have to use two small cannons,
to left and right, and destroy pirates on the other ship,
then fight 2 or 3 pirates and fight Sebastiano.
Or:
SHIP BATTLE: A pirate places a bomb, destroy him
and run to the bomb, you automatically throw it
overboard.
Two pirates place bomb, destroy them, run to the bomb
and throw it.
Three pirates place bomb, destroy them, run to the
bomb and throw it. Then fight Morgan.
Now set sail to Kila and fight a ship battle.
Finally you arrive at Kila. Each time you sail
somewhere, there will be 2 additional sea creature
battles and 2 more battles against other ships. Return to
Margoloth's lair to complete The Spirit Ritual.
On the map teleport to the Oracle cave. Then in
Log\Spirit ritual\Off to Kila, set map marker. On map
the yellow X show Eldric. Go talk to him. The ritual is
started and Nekroloth appears.
CHAPTER 4: Nekroloth.
Talk to Margoloth. Bones mentions the traitor Horas.
Talk on all. In log\The traitor, set map marker. Now
SAVE!. Return to ship and sail to Taranis. Another
ship to ship battle.
SHIP BATTLE: An Enemy pirate places an explosive,
quickly kill the shirtless pirate and quickly approach the
explosive, you automatically throw it overboard.
Two pirates place an explosive, kill them and go throw
the explosive overboard.
Three pirates place an explosive, kill them and quickly
go and throw the explosive overboard. You jump to
the other ship and fight with Morgan. Kill him and the
battle is finished.
OR SHIP BATTLE: Use two different small cannons,
to left and right, and destroy the targeted soldiers on
the other ship. Then you jump to the other ship. Kill 2
or 3 soldiers, then kill Sebastiano. Finally arrive at
Taranis.
In the Log\the traitor, set map marker. On the map see
X Horas just northwest from the Mage fortress.
Teleport over and go for the traitor Horas. Talk to him,
he knocks you down. A huge beast appears. There's 5
energy beams to trap the beast. Grabbing an energy
beam causes spikes to rise from the ground.
Grab an energy beam and hold right mouse button to
arm it, the beast raises a leg, when you see red circles,
left click to fire the site at the red circles to attach the
beam. Do the same thing for the other 3 legs. The fifth
beam is for the beast neck. When the beast is dead, you
talk to Horas. Now you must defeat him. Now in the
Logbook\A huge honor, set map marker.
Return to ship and sail to Calador. On the map, see X
Drake in the citadel. Go there and speak with drake,
learn spells, and End. In the smithy shop, speak with
Wilson and only ask for new armor, you automatically
wear it. Now in Log\Pirate Alliance\Alliance with the
Mages, set map marker.
Back onboard ship, set sail for Taranis. On the map see
X Neron. Go on the long pier and board ship. Tell
Neron to support you. Tell him to meet you at Antigua
bay.
Return to ship and SAVE! Then sail to Antigua bay.
Along the way, a bigger serpent than the first one
attacks. Remember, Q fires left side cannons, E fires
right side cannons (these two do the most damage).
Holding right mouse button swivels the front cannon a
little bit and left button fires the forward cannon.
SOMETIMES THERE'S NO SERPENT!
In Antigua, head to the pier and speak with Neron.
Return to ship. Log\Sea battle against Crowe, set map
marker. Use wheel, choose Crowe fleet of ghost
ships\report. Set sail to Kila. Once there, talk to Kane
onboard. In Log\Pirate Alliance\Alliance With The
Pirates, set map marker. On the map, notice the X
Jake.
Take rowboat to shore. Swim to other side of Jakes's
ship and climb a rope ladder. ONLY tell Jake "Shut
your mouth....", then tell him "You're gonna get off
your arse....." and he agrees to meet you in Antigua.
Return to ship. Leaving Kila bay and sailing to Antigua,
there might be a third sea creature battle. You've
probably already joined the Guardians. Finally at
Antigua, go ashore and to the pier.
Speak with Jake, sometimes in front of the warehouse,
and Neron further along the pier. On the map, notice
the yellow X to the north at the large building. Go
speak with Alvarez and report on all the allies. Now go
to your ship, and SAVE as Crow. Use the wheel and
use the report option, then you should be able to go
after Crow.
NOTE: Sometimes you end up fighting another Sea
Serpent. After that, just set out again to fight Crow.
NOTE: In fighting Crow's forces, your ship will be
boarded. You'll have to jump down the right side steps
to the deck. There will be 2 or 3 screen messages
telling you to enter key combinations to get out of
danger of being crushed or hit by cannon fire. You
might have to reload at least 3 times to get past the
dangers.
Once you're in the clear, normal fighting starts. Normal
weapons or Fire Fist, etc. After 3 or 4 opponents, you
face off with Crow. After he's defeated, Bones tells
about a map indicating a new location. In the
Log\Evil's Revenge, set map marker. Set sail to Skull
Island. Once there, notice on the map the destination,
Evil's Revenge, to the far north. Take the row boat to
the beach.
Just east, through the small archway, is a teleport
station. Equip your most powerful hand weapon. Just
north talk to Kane, follow him and fight some enemies.
Continue north towards a cave. To the right of it is a
teleport station. In the cave meet your spirit. In
Logbook\Reunion\Free The Three Sorcerers, set map
marker. On the map are three X's.
DON'T attempt to go on past your spirit, he'll kill you.
Come back out of the cave and work your way to the
X to the northeast, find a trapdoor in the round ruins,
the trap door shows as a small 3 steps hidden among
the surrounding stone walls. Go down several stairs
sections. Eldric is hanging over a large floor grid.
Speak with him.
At the northwest X, SAVE. Walk over narrow
passages in the lava or use Parrot Flight. In the tower
go up steps to next level there's a teleport. There's a
locked gate. To the left are stairs. Go up, find a lever to
pull down. Go back down the stairs to ground level and
through the newly opened gate. Find some stone blocks
to climb. Pull another lever. Turn around, go forward
just a little, then go right through the corridor, fight a
giant rat and eventually a Shadow Lord.
After that, go forward through the tower and across
another walkway. Fight, and pull another lever. Turn
around and go back across the central tower. Turn
right and take stairs to the lower level. Go straight on
around and find another lever to pull. The central tower
turns again.
Go back around and left across a new bridge to the
tower. Just to the left are stairs. Just a little way up is a
lever to pull. Don't continue up the stairs, stay on this
level. Continue on across, through the tower, to a gate
(ignore the switch). Go left and down the stairs.
Continue straight on to a long balcony above Chani's
cell.
Search around the balcony for the last switch and pull
it. A cut-scene shows a gate below you open. You
could try firing away from you high vantage point to
weaken the Soul Eater. You can use Parrot Flight to
get down there, or go back to the central tower and
take two flights of spiral stairs down.
After destroying the beast, enter the cell, release Chani
and speak with her. Now out in the large room, on one
side behind a column is a circular puzzle. SAVE before
accessing the puzzle. Now select the middle ring, then
tap the right arrow 10 times. Two rooms open, one has
a chest and the other room has various items lying
around.
On the other side of the main room is another circular
puzzle, again select the middle ring, then tap the right
arrow 10 times. Two more rooms open.
Now on the map, you can teleport out of here. Try
getting as far south as possible to be the nearest where
Zacharias is being held. Once you manage to get there,
free him, then talk.
A BIG TIP: if you have a Rain of Fire spell, put it in a
quick slot.
In the Logbook\Evil's Refuge, set map marker. If you
activated the teleport near there, it's a quick trip north.
Since you saved all three mages, your spirit will now
talk and agree to unite with you. Now SAVE!
Continue down into the lair and speak with Nekroloth.
Be quick and attack like the screen message instructs
you (a rain of fire spell would help a lot). After
defeating the beast, you wonder back to the others and
the credits soon follow.

TIP: After reading a book, open your Log\Legendary
Items, select the entry, then set map marker. The red
X, when you're on the correct island, will show on the
main map.
1. Freddie's Shackles
Location of the book:
On Fog island, at the inquisition base, near your arrival
point, sneak into the room behind Carlos and read the
book "Spectacular jailbreaks".
Go to the quest marker, located near shipwrecks in the
South-Western part of the
Fog Island.
2. Hardened Crab Shell
On Calador, north from the tavern in the center of the
island enter the mine. There are some Skeletons in
there. Go down to the bottom of the cave and read
Encyclopaedia on Alchemy.
Go to the Crab Coast and swim to the island in the
east. Continue climbing to the top through 3
Scavengers to a little camp. Loot the chest to get The
Hardened Crab Shell.
3. Booze for Aiming
Go to the Tacarigua. Open main map and notice a
cave, southeast from the Skull Cave, on eastern side of
a suspension bridge. There are Hellhounds, Goblins,
and Ghouls. Inside, at the end of the cave, read Battles
of The Last Century.
On Calador, at the Demon Hunter's Citadel, Booze For
Aiming is inside near the bottom of the stairs.
4. Blunt Ritual Knife
On Antigua, go due NE to small gap, shown on left on
the map where there's ledges to climb. At a ledge Read
the book "Traditional Cultism".
Go to the Calador to the Demon Hunter's Citadel. Wait
till evening. In the main hall, get an arm wrestling
match with Henrik. Winning gets the item.
5. Tuning Fork
On Antigua, go to Emma's house, smallest at the pier.
On the second floor, in the bedroom, read Ritual
Practices.
On Calador, go to the cemetery. The Tuning Fork is
located behind the most northern gravestone.
6. Broken Lock Pick
Go to the Kila. On the main map a watering hole is
shown. Go there. Continue southeast through hollow
log in the water. Back northeast through another
tunnel. Kill a wart hog. Watch out for the trap. West
from the trap read Legends of Calador.
In the Log\Legendary Items\The Broken Lock Pick, set
map marker.
On Calador, main map shows a red X inside the most
northern hut in the mountains. Go there and find the
item.
7. Intractable Liana
On Kila, in the wrecked ship in the upper rear part of
Cunningham's cabin (upstairs), read The Early
Expeditions. In your Log\Legendary Items, set map
marker on the appropriate entry.
On Calador, map shows red X to far southwest. Go to
the far southwest narrow beach, due south of the Old
Citadel.
Fight many golems and an evil mage. Free the woman.
Pick up the Intractable Liana lying nearby.
8. Diamond Grinder
On Kila, at the small pirate camp east of the wrecked
ship, in the open shed on the side of the hut,
Read the book Blacksmithing.
On Calador, go to the Citadel and do the quest The
Engagement Ring for Blacksmith Wilson.
On Antigua, give the ring to Grace. Return to Calador
and get the Diamond Grinder from Wilson.
9. Ornamental Belt
On Taranis, go to the cave at the far west of the island.
Inside, at intersection, go left. In a broken
cart read "Faded Diary".
In Log, mark Ornamental Belt, set map marker.
On Calador, go to the red X, in the old Citadel, and dig
up the chest containing the Ornamental
Belt.
10. Crankshaft
On Taranis, go to the smithy forge. Inside on the first
floor, read Common Weapons.
On Calador, across lava to the far east lighthouse, only
available in Chapter 3, lots of monsters. Get the item
from a table.
11. Blood-Soaked Cloth
On Taranis, on small island south of the pier, in a cave
on the table near the entrance read Brittle Diary. At the
end of the cave, find The Blood-Soaked Cloth.
12. Blue Quill
On Tacarigua. Map shows a large square object, across
small stream, and to far west. At
the small camp, lying on a crate read Womanizers.

Go to the Taranis. On the narrow northeastern beach,
guarded by 3 giant crabs, the Blue Quill is in an open
box.
13. Small Gripping Pliers
Go to the Antigua. Eastern building in town, on second
floor, read Thievery.
On Taranis, at night, in Mage camp tavern, win
drinking contest with Gordon.
14. Sun Crystal
Only available in Chapter 3.
On Calador, in the Citadel room where Connor stands,
read The Power of Crystals.
On Taranis, go across the bridge and enter the main
hall. Go right and take the stairs to the top floor. In a
chest find the Sun Crystal and Exquisite Cheese (quest
item).
15. Small Stone Tablet
You must complete "The Gourmet" quest. Area with
the item is available only in Chapter 3.
In native's camp, in southwest area, read the book A
Traveller's Diary.
Go to Taranis. In the mage tower, speak with
Lumbrok. He gives you The Gourmet quest.
Delicious Ham is located on Calador. In
Log\Taranis\The Gourmet, set map marker. The map
shows a red X. In that house, the Ham is in a chest.
Use sneak or parrot spell.
Dainty Mussels are located in the chest on the second
floor of the tavern in Antigua. You need
sneaking skill or parrot spell to obtain it.
Aromatic Wine is on Kila inside the closed chest near
the entrance to the pirates wrecked ship.
You need 20 lockpicking skill to open it.
In Chapter 3, Exquisite Cheese and the Sun Crystal are
located on Taranis in the main mage tower on the top
floor in a chest.
KILA ISLAND:
16. Old Bow
On Calador, Demon Hunter fortress, in Smith Wilson's
room, read Old Stories.
On Kila, to the eastern entrance of spiders cave at the
coastline. In the cave, in a side tunnel look carefully for
the Old Bow.
17. Ancient Pestle
On Antigua. Enter warehouse door near pier. On
second floor read The Art of Alchemy. In
Log\Legendary Items\The Ancient Pestle, set map
marker.
Go to Kila. Northeast from the wrecked ship, climb
ledges. The Ancient Pestle lies just southeast from the
eastern entrance of the spider cave, guarded by Gorilla.
18. Tirimia's Monocle
On Calador, Ernesto's hut below the Windmill in the
center of the island.
In the hut read Stories from Antigua.
On Kila, midday at east end of the wrecked ship, win a
knife throwing contest with Buddy.
19. Pirate Flag
Only available in Chapter 3.
On Calador, at the south central beach, at 3 houses just
due west, in the most western house read
Modern Pirates. In Log\Legendary Items\The Pirate
Flag, set map marker.
On Kila, in Forbidden Valley, main map shows a red X
just west from the main temple, dig up the chest.
20. Glass Eye
On Antigua, second floor of the tavern, use sneak or
parrot to get up there, Rotting Diary is on a table.
On Kila. Only after Chapter 3 has started and you have
access to the Hidden Valley. In Log\Legendary
Items\The Glass Eye, set map marker. Go to the temple
in the Forbidden forest. The main map shows the
destination red X after entering the temple. Continue to
the quest marker navigating the tunnels till you find a
Golem guarding a chest containing the Glass Eye.
ANTIGUA
21. The Glass Sword
Go to the Kila and move to the pirates wrecked ship,
enter it and turn left, there is a closed door
and a small room with the book "Secrets", read it.
Go to the Antigua, The Glass Sword is in the shallow
water just off the boardwalk near the warehouse.
22. Finger Bone
Tacarigua/Puerto Sacarico. As you enter the main
building, on left side in Sebastiano's bedroom, on large
table read Master Thieves II.
On Antigua, Alvarez's ground floor room, enter and
straight back to item in shelf.
23. Target
Tacarigua/Puerto Sacarico. Sebastiano's building, top
floor, to right on small cabinet, read
Revolvers and Pistols.
Southwest corner of main building, climb Liana and
straight over roof, get item from hole in roof.
24. Plan of Holm The Great
Crab Coast, north beach, nearby narrow passage
leading west, at end read Master Thieves.
Tacarigua/Puerto Sacarico, upstairs in governors
house, in chest get Plan of Holm The Great.
25. Gilded Orb
On Antigua, in Alvarez's building, in back room, read
The Professionals.
On Taranis, in the Mage's area courtyard, Agila
wonders around. If your abilities are high enough,
you can buy the item for little as 400 gold by using
your silver tongue ability.
26. Vague Promises
On Taranis in the Mage's building.
Normally obtained once The Private Store quest is
started. However, you can use a parrot and fly
into the building, and continue flying to the very top
floor. At Lonbruk's chest, become yourself
and rob the chest for the Legendary item.
27. Vial
Taranis. In main building, at top of first stairs, go
around left and to bottom of next stairs. In corner read
Magical Legends.
On Tacarigua, in Log\Legendary Items\The Vial, set
map marker. On map see red X.
Take rowing boat to beach. From the beach, head north
through shallow water to a flag, dig up chest at X and
loot it.
28. Black Cat's Paw
Calador/Tavern. Sneak upstairs and make 2 right turns
into the sleeping area. Forward and on the
left, read the Mouldy Book.
On Kila, in your Log\Legendary Items\The Black Cat's
Paw, set map marker. The main map shows a red X.
In the Native village, cross the most northern long
bridge to the red X Bahati and buy the Black
Cat's Paw.
29. Tattered Scabbard
On Taranis Mages building, up first stairs then just
right to book shelf by the doorway. Read open book
Sword Master.
On Kila, swim to island to north where you first find
Patty. In Log\Kila\The Swordmaster's
Treasure, set map marker.
Notice red X in center of island. Once there, expect
some very deadly enemies, which are
connected to a side quest from someone in the very
northern part of this island.
30. Damaged Cuirass
At the arrival beach on Tacarigua Island, open main
map to see a small group of islands directly
east. Swim east to the western most small island. At the
southern area, in an open crate, read Pirate Stories. In
your Log\Legendary Items select The Happy Pirates
Treasure and set map marker.
Return to ship and sail to Antigua. Open main map to
see a red X. Go there, climb ledges along
the way and dig up the red X. In the chest is the
Legendary Damaged Cuirass that gives glory
points.
