Stay in the water.
The Pain takes more damage if shot while using his Tommy gun.
Swim near the island to avoid the Tommy gun attack.
Dive and swim to avoid bullet bees, honey pellets and thrown grenades.
Disperse the bee armour by throwing a grenade (stun, WP, smoke,
fragmentation) or shooting with the M37 three times.
Shoot down the bees that carry grenades (AK47/ Patriot recommended) if you
have no grenades left.
