When you encounter the enemy, you rush into a command selection type turn system battle on a 8x3 field mass. The free pocket can only hold 45 cards. In battle, choose TRAIN to accumulate AP until the AP bar turns pink, and then choose SENSE + CHARGE (up or down button) to defeat the enemy much quicker. Whenever a member of the party levels up, make sure to distribute the points evenly. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- GREEN ISLAND ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the mansion, there is a scene. Speak to Killua (white-haired boy) who is nearby two times to make him join the party. Speak to Tsezugera (the man who is nearby the stairs) two times. Go up the stairs that's nearby into the machine room. In the machine room, and choose "choki (#2)" to win the janken (rock, paper, scissors) game. While speaking to the operator, choose "hear about the explanation of the game (#1)." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/11 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Perilla Tree ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- In the meadow, there is a scene, and speak to Killua (LV10) to make him rejoin Gon (LV10). Go north, and there is a scene. Go north, and there is a scene. Go north, and there is a scene. Try to go north, and there is a scene. Speak to Binolt (the blonded-haired man) who is nearby. Fight Binolt. Killua and Gon will loose the battle against Binolt, and then Biscuit (LV22) joins the party. Fight Binolt again. After defeating Binolt, the party gets steal card, and No. 99 gold card (an item card; 01-99). Try to go north, and there is a scene. Go north onto the world map. On the world map, move the pointer north onto Prize Town Antokiba, and press the A button. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/12 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Prize Town Antokiba ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Read the signboard that's nearby, and there is a scene. Go north, and there is a scene. Go thru the door into the pasta shop with the fork and knife sign. In the pasta shop, speak to the shop manager (the man with the orange uniform), there is a scene, choose "challenge (#1)," and there is a scene. Choose "eat the carbonara (#1)" + "eat the carbonara (#1)" + "drink the water (#2)" + "eat the carbonara (#1)" + "eat the carbonara (#1)" to win the extra large pasta challenge, there is a scene, the party gets galgaidar card (an item card), and there is a scene. (There is a trade shop which sells spell and item cards is on the right side of the hotel). Please do not sell the galgaidar card or use it in battle. Go thru the door into the hotel with the IN sign. At the hotel, there is a scene, and choose "sleep until the 15th (#2)" + "pay 30,000 J (#1)." [As a reminder, this has to be done on 9/15]. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/15 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Leave the hotel. Go east, and go thru the door into the shop that's on the left side of the pasta shop. In this shop, speak to the brown-haired girl who is behind the counter, there is a scene, choose "take part in (#2)," At the open space, there is a scene, choose "guu" against the shop manager's "paa" to win the janken (rock, paper, scissors) game, the party gets No. 83 truth sword (an item card; 02-99), and there is a scene. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/16 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go back to the entrance area, read the signboard again, choose "try to do it (#1)," go east, and speak to the dog who is nearby. Now, fight H. Dog. After defeating H. Dog, the party gets hunter dog (a monster card), there is a scene, and go back to the hotel. At the hotel, speak to the old man who is nearby to get the cursed lucky goddess statue (an item card). Please do not sell the cursed lucky goddess statue card. Leave the hotel. Go back to the entrance area, try to leave the town, and there is a scene. Now, fight Amateur Hunter x2. After defeating Amateur Hunter x2, the party gets fluras copy (a spell card), steal (a spell card), information on Bandit Village, and there is a scene. Go back to the entrance area, try to leave the town, and choose "exit from "Antokiba Town (#1)" to get back onto the world map. On the world map, move the pointer east onto Bandit Village, and press the A button. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/17 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bandit Village ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go north, search the pond, choose "drink the water (#1)" to fully recover the party's HP, go east, and there is a scene. Go east, east, north, search the door of the bandit's house, there is a scene. In the bandit's house, there is a scene, and choose "hand over the money (#1)." Leave the bandit's house. (Fight the monsters of black, blue, and red that are in the forest to raise the party's LV to 22+. At times, the black and red monsters can be very troublesome and annoying. When the party defeats a monster, they will get a monster card that can be sold at the trade shops. When you go back to the entrance, choose "exit from Bandit Village (#1)" to get back onto the world map, press the A button on "Bandit Village" to re-enter village again, and the monsters of black, blue, and red will appear in the same location in the forest as before; the monster NO. 805 Dryad can be sold for 3,000,000J). From the bandit's house, go south, west, west, north, north, north, east, east, and speak to the lost bandit who is blocking the exit. Now, fight Bandit. After defeating Bandit, go north to get back onto the world map. On the world map, move the pointer north onto Rock Zone, and press the A button. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/18 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rock Zone ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Try to go south, and choose "to Rock Zone now (#1)," Biscuit will not participate in the battles, defeat the red monster who is blocking the southeast path on the right, go southeast, defeat the black monster who is blocking the east path, there is a scene, choose "1" + "5," speak to Biscuit, choose either "12 or 18 or 20 or 29," and there is a scene. Try to go east, there is a scene, and choose "Split up into two groups (#3)." Go south, south, west, west, north, north, east, there is a scene, and then Biscuit has to fight Binolt in a one-on-one battle. After defeating Binolt, Biscuit gets fluras copy (a spell card), there is a scene, speak to Biscuit, there is a scene, and then Gon and Killua have to fight Binolt (1-4). After defeating Binolt, Gon and Killua get steal (a spell card), there is a scene, and then Gon and Killua have to fight Binolt (2-4). In the trade shop 1, choose "sell (middle)," sell all of the monster cards (the purple cards) that are in Gon, Killua, Biscuit's free pocket to get Js, choose "buy (left) No. 25 risky dice (8,000,000J) and No. ???? [3 spell cards which consists of "No. 1014 leave, No. 1004 refelection, No. 1021 rob] (3,000,000J) (for Biscuit), choose "exit (right)" to leave the shop, and the party gets No. 25 risky dice (an item card; 03-99). Speak to the green-haired man who is nearby, choose "to negotiate (#1)" to trade No. 1014 leave (spell card) for No. 90 memory helmet (an item card; 04-99). Go west, speak to the man that's nearby to get some information on the Pack of Wolves Forest, go west, go to the front door into the trade shop 2, and choose "enter (#1)." In trade shop 2, choose "buy (left) No. ???? [3 spell cards which consists of "No. 1016 drift, No. 1015 sight vision, No. 1014 leave] (3,000,000J) (for Biscuit), and choose "exit (right)" to leave the shop. Go west, west, north, and speak to the boy to get some information on the North Plain. Go south, south, south, and choose "exit from Masadora (#1)" to get back onto the world map. On the world map, move the pointer west onto Pack of Wolves Forest, and press the A button. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9/30 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pack of Wolves Forest ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Go west, south, west, south, south, west, south, west, north, west, north, west, north, and defeat the red monster who is blocking the west path to get the Pack of Wolves' Leader card and the Pack of Wolves Small Fry x2. (At the trade shops, the monster card of No. 898 Pack of Wolves' Leader can be sold for 5,000,000J). Go west, west, there is a scene, Gon is now a B class hunter, and the West Port which is on the westside of Pack of Wolves Forest appears on the world map. On the world map, move the pointer back onto Pack of Wolves Forest, and press the A button. (No. 808 Undine which is an E rank monster can now be found in the forest. At the trade shops, the monster cards of No. 805 Dryad can be sold for 3,000,000J and No. 585 Bubble Horse can be sold for 5,000,000J). As you make your way thru the forest, defeat the monsters of No. 831 Killer Bee (1-4), No. 837 Skull Spider (2-4), No. 827 Turtleshell Rat (4-4), No. 835 Mad Wood (3-4) to get their cards for the woodcutter. After that, from the entrance area, go west, north, north, west, west, west, west, north, north, speak to the woodcutter who is nearby his house to get No. 93 wild-animal tamer's Whip (an item card; 05-99), speak to the woodcutter again, and choose "give us strength (#1)," speak to the woodcutter again to get 1,000,000J. (You can make a lot of Js if you keep collecting more of the same four types of monster cards that he wants). After that, from the woodcutter's house, go south, south, east, east, east, east, south, south, east, east, and choose "exit from Pack of Wolves Forest (#1)" to get back onto the world map. After that, go back to the entrance area, go east, and speak to the grandmother to get some information on the Elder's Shrine. From the area where you spoke to the grandmother, go west, south, and choose "exit from Antokiba (#1)" to get back onto the world map. (In the cave, you can raise the party's LV by defeating the red monster numerous times, and defeat the monsters of black and blue to get some monster cards). Go south, west, west, south, west, south, east, east, south, south, west, north, speak to the Elder again to get No. 67 Elder's stretching himself medicine (an item card; 07-99), speak to the Elder again, choose "I want the Elder's energy reinforcement medicine (#1)," go south, south, south, and choose "exit from Elder's Shrine (#1)" to get back onto the world map. (3,000,000J) until you get No. 1010 transform, No. 1014 leave, No. 1018 levee, No. 1029 shot, No. 1033 adhesion, No. 1036 god's eye. After that, choose "exit (right)" to leave the shop. (I would suggest going back and forth between trade shop 1 and trade shop 2 to get a better result). After getting all the spell cards of 1001-1040, from trade shop 1, go east, east, and go thru the door into the angel shop which is the building on the left. In the angel shop, speak to the red-haired girl who is behind the counter, choose "exchange of cards (#2)" to get No. 17 archangel's breath (an item card; 11-99). Go back to either trade shop 1 or trade shop 2 to sell the other spell cards, and buy No. 25 risky dice and No. 1014 leave card [for Biscuit]). Go back to the entrance area, go south, and choose "exit from Masadora (#1)" to get back onto the world map. The great merchant Kabafuu's house, speak to the maid who is nearby, and leave the great merchant Kabafuu's house. Go west, west, south, south, south, and choose "exit from Soufurabi (#1)" to get back onto the world map. On the world map, move the pointer south onto the Captive Pavilion which is nearby Soufurabi, and press the A button. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10/28 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Captive Pavilion ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Defeat the Pavilion Gateman who is blocking the door, and go thru the door into the pavilion. In the pavilion, go east, and go thru the brown door that's nearby into a room. In this room, try to search the stone statue that's nearby, defeat the red monster (Chimera), search the stone statue, there is a scene, choose "push the button (#1)," there is a scene, and leave that room. Go west, west, and go thru the brown door into library 1. In library 1, search the flashing object that's nearby on the floor, there is a scene, choose "push the button (#1)," there is a scene, and leave library 1. Go north, east, search the flashing object that's on the picture that's nearby to find a hidden passage behind the wall, go thru the brown door that is nearby into B1. On B1, go south, try to go south, defeat the black monster who is blocking the way, go south, try to go south, defeat the black monster who is blocking the way, go south, south into B5.
