HOW TO USE THIS GUIDE ------------------------------------- Format: Name: the name of the mech Rating: how good a mech is for its level Price: how much it costs in credits (no Nova items are covered) HP: amount of damage a mech can take EP: amount of energy a mech has Regen: amount of EP regenerated per turn Bonuses: stun resistance, stat bonuses, etc. Requisites: actions required to access its shop Sold at: where the shop is located Pros: the good stuff about this mech Cons: the bad stuff about this mech Tips: advice on how to use this mech effectively Misc. Tips: - Rare mecha are often tougher than non-rare ones. - Rare mecha won't be available forever. - Higher leveled mecha are usually tougher. - Higher leveled mecha give more exp/credits per fight. ------------------------------------- 7. TERMINOLOGY ------------------------------------- MQ - Short for Mechquest Artix Entertainment - AKA AE. They made the game. DoT - Damage over Time. The affected mech takes damage each turn. Wears off after a few turns. BoT - Buff over Time. The affected mech slowly grows stronger over a series of turns. Wears off after a few turns. HP - Hit Points EP - Energy Points Rare - Some items and mecha are rare. They are available only during an event (often a war). Some rares return from time to time but most will never be available again. Star Captain - Someone who has paid real world money to receive in-game benefits. Often shortened to SC. Nova Gem - A special form of currency. To get gems, you must pay real-world money or use AExtras. Often abbreviated NG. Sepulchure - Affectionately nicknamed "Seppy". To get this mech, you must buy a real-world T-shirt and spend NGs. It is the stongest player mech. ------------------------------------- 8a.
