Most of the talk that goes down here is about which pimp has lots of whores and no pimps, lots of money, etc. It's basically a get together for everyone to have a good chat. 2.3 Recruiting Board The Recruiting Board is just like the regular Message Board, described above, but instead of it being every single pimp in Pimpwar, it is only the pimps which are in the same city as you are. 2.4 Pimpwar Chat Pimpwar Chat is a whole site chatroom which allows all current pimps registered to access and join in. 2.5 Alliance Chat This room is only accessible by people in the same alliance as you. 2.6 Forum (Currently down...) 2.7 Report a Bug (Currently down...) 2.8 Pray to Pimpgods This feature lets you "donate" either whores, thugs, low-riders, or money to the Pimpgods if you want to. You may be rewarded, or you may be harmed by your donation. 2.9 Pimp Links This is basically a Free for All links section which allows pimps to post their URL so others can view their webpage. 2.10 *VOTE* Like it says, this is a little poll asking you how you would rate the Pimpwar experience. 2.11 Alliance: Alliance Name (If you are in one) Simply is a list of the members in your current alliance as well as their rankings, alliance fund total, and alliance thug numbers. 2.12 Corner Store The Corner Store is where you go to buy condoms, medicine, and beer. Low-riders can be sold for $3,000 each. 2.15 Pip's Deals on Wheels Come here to buy a crackrock for $10, or sell one for $3. 2.16 Pimp Ranks/[NAT'L] This shows you the 19 pimps ranked above and below you, as well as the top 10 pimps in your city (assuming you aren't ranked in the Top 10). The national option displays the top 100 pimps in the entire game. 2.17 Alliance Ranks/[NAT'L] This shows you the 4 alliances ranked above and below you, as well as the top 4 alliances in your city (assuming you aren't ranked in the Top 4). The national option displays the 5 alliances above and below you, as well as the Top 5 alliances in the entire game. ================================================ (3) THE RIGHT MENU 3.1 Scout for Whores This is where to go to make money for yourself, and go out and pickup some whores and thugs. There are 5 places you can go scouting, which are: Casino District, Wino Slums, Low Rent District, Nightclub District, and the Urban Ghetto. The recommended amount of turns to use each time is around 12-14. 3.2 Produce Crack Producing crack sends your whores out, while your thugs produce crack to keep your whores happy, and keeps them from leaving you. 3.3 Attack Pimp This is a neat little feature which allows you to go out and attack a pimp that is within your range. Each attack takes two turns. It explains the game just like I'm doing here. 3.8 New Pimp's Guide This is a very quick rundown of the game to help new users get the hang of the game, so they get a little idea of what they're supposed to do and how to survive. 3.9 Pimp Stats This shows all your current stats kept by Pimpwar. The categories are: Whores that have left you, thugs that have left you, whores stolen by you, whores stolen from you, thugs you have killed, thugs of yours now dead, low-riders you have jacked, and low-riders jacked from you. 3.10 Options This configures Pimpwar to your liking. It gives you six options to choose from: Account Password - Changes your current password. Attack Notification - Enables/disables a message sent to either your ICQ or email when you have been attacked. Appearance - Changes the site's layout colors, and also changes a few options like Javascript turn countdown, open Pimp Console in new window, and sounds on/off. Your Website - Gives the source code to display your current pimp status on your own webpage. Edit Profile - Let's your change your pimp picture, location, and your description. Account Reset - This will reset or change a few different things that have to do with your pimp. You can choose to either reset everything on your account, have your net-worth recalculated, or specifically reset all possessions to zero, reset your pimp stats, remove yourself from the current alliance you're in, or delete all your messages and attacks. 3.11 Official Rules These are the official rules for Pipmwar, set up by Pimpwar. 3.12 Support Center Right now, this is just a little joke, which gives you a random number. 3.13 LOGOUT Does just that, logs you out. ================================================ (4) CONSOLE Your console is where all of your messages-in, out, and alliance, attacks-in and out, send message feature is, and where you can edit/look at your Rolodex. 4.1 Messages Messages is all of your messages that have been sent to you by other pimps. These can be deleted at any time using the Delete Messages button at the bottom of the page. 4.2 Messages (Out) This is where all of the messages that you have sent to other pimps are kept for you to look over and whatever else. 4.3 Messages (Alliance) This is where all of the messages that your members in your alliance have posted, as well as alliance notifications such as a pimp joining. 4.4 Attacks Attacks is where every single attack and attack attempt is stored for your to see who did what and when they did it. It posts the outcome of the attack, and how many thugs were killed in it. 4.5 Attacks (Out) This is where all the attacks that you have done are kept, as well as their outcome, who you attacked, and when you attacked them. 4.6 Send Message This allows you to send a message to any pimp you want by either inputting their name, or their ID number. You can also send the message to your alliance members only. 4.7 Rolodex The Rolodex is the place where your Contacts, Enemies, Scratch Pad, and and Alliance Enemy List. Your Contacts are basically like your Buddy List, which lists all the names on your list on the send message page for you to choose from. The Enemy list is a list of people you don't especially like, which lists all the names on your list on the attack page for you to choose from. Your Scratch Pad is only seen by you, and is just a place to jot down some notes if you ever want to remember someone's name, ID number, etc. The Alliance Enemy List is an Enemy list that is kept by your alliance leader, for you to go attack if desired. ================================================ (5) THE CENTER COLUMN The center column of the Main Menu is where all of your stats and information is at for you to look at. 5.1 User Info Here you will see your username, and a number, this being your ID number. 5.2 Rankings A low ranking is what most pimps go after in this game. The lower the number your ranking is, the better of a pimp you are, for the most part. You will see something like this written here: Ranked ___ (Nat'l: ___) The first number you see is the rank that you are in the city you're currently in, whether it be New York City, Beverly Hills, or Detroit, it doesn't matter. The next number is your national rank. This is where you are ranked among every pimp in the game, in every city. Thus, to be ranked number one nationally is a pretty good accomplishment. 5.3 Networth Your networth is what your rank is based on. The higher your networth, the more ranks you will go down. This will show you how much you are worth. The following will tell you how your networth is calculated. Low-riders are worth $3,000 each Hoes are worth $2,000 each Thugs are worth $750 each Medicine are worth $5 each Crack are worth $3 each Condoms are worth $.10 each (Thanks to Pepperouchou for these numbers) 5.4 City This tells you which city you are currently living in. 5.5 Money and Turns Your money is what you have to go and buy condoms, pistols, low-riders, or anything else you want. It is what your whores have made from both scouting and attacking someone, as well as what you have gotten from selling various things. Your turns are how many turns you have left to use. See section 10 for more. 5.6 Whore Payout Your whore payout is a percentage which you can set from 1% anywhere up to 99%. This is how much money your whores get for every time they go out and scout as well as make money while you are attacking a pimp. If your payout is set too low, your whores will not be happy. But, if it is set too high, you wont be getting any money, because your whores are keeping it all. You need to find the number that keeps your whores at 100 happiness, but any lower would send their happiness down. After your whore's happiness is around 70 and lower, they will begin to leave you because they aren't getting what they want, that being money. After you have gotten enough thugs, condoms, and crack, your whores will be very happy, and you can usually set their payout down to 1%. Tips: When you logout of Pimpwar, it is smart to set the payout to 99%, so if you get zeroed, then your whores wont leave you, because they will be happy with you. Also, the recommended amount of condoms you should have is your whores*whores. So, if you have 1,500 whores, you will need to have at least 2,250,000 condoms to keep them happy with no thugs. 5.7 Whore and Thug Happiness Your whores' and thugs' happiness are what keep them from staying with you or leaving you. Your whores' happiness is determined on their payout, how many condoms they have, how much much crack they have, and how many thugs they have to protect them. If you have high counts of all of these, then you can probably lower your payout and still keep them happy. Your thugs' happiness is simply determined on how many weapons they have, and also how much beer they have. Your thug happiness will go down one for every thug that doesn't have a beer, and then one more for every thug that doesn't have a weapon. If you have more or equal weapons and beer than you have thugs, they will be just fine, at 100. 5.8 Rank Movement Here you can see how much you have moved so far today in the ranks. You can see your local movement, as well as your national movement. Your national movement tends to move faster, because there are more pimps to go above or below. Remember, here, it is good to have an up arrow, that means you are moving towards being the number 1 pimp. These two numbers will reset at 10:00pm EST every day. 5.9 Attacks In/Out This is a quick showing of the attacks that people have done on you, and also the attacks you have done on other pimps. For more details, you can go to your console to read the results of each attack (5.11 and 4). 5.10 Rank Calculated This simply says when your rank movement will be recalculated (10:00pm EST). 5.11 Stats This is simply where you can see how many whores, thugs, condoms, weapons, crack, beer, medicine, low-riders, pistols, shotguns, Tek-9s, and AK-47s you have. 5.12 Open Console This is a link to your console. ================================================ (6) TOMMY Tommy is a high-tech homie in a low-tech hood. He can be found selling state of the art weapons out of the back of his heavily modified Honda-CRX GT Twin Turbo with dual exhaust and extra trunk space. When you and your boyz need to put the smack down on some perpetratin' punk who is messing with your whores Tommy is the man to see. His weapons are for sale to anyone who has enough cash but every so often he has a special surprise that is one of a kind. Beware of rival gun dealers who would love to bust a cap in Tommy's ass and also means anyone standing near him and his Ohh so very phat ride. Most thugs know Tommy and it is easy to hire some from where ever he is at. (By Pimpwar) ================================================ (7) CHARLIE Charlie was never any good at math in school and he didn't like the styles of pocket protectors his brother Bill was using so he knew computers were not for him. Although he contemplated becoming a teacher himself, Charlie found his calling in his fifth year in shop class. Charlie realized that by going out at night with a small propane torch he could steal parts from exotic cars and put together hybrid machines of his own which he could later sell to Harvard graduates at inflated prices. His passion for a mix of Porche 911 engines and Honda Civic body parts took off with the homies in the hood and the first model Porch-911 (pronounced Pork) was born. A few years later Charlie went on to lend his brother Bill $100,000 for his "superior operating system" for computers which was named "DOSE" after his brothers infatuation with programming while tripping on LSD. Somewhere along the road due to Bills speech impediment the "E" was lost in adictation. Charlie still buys and sells cars today and as of last year is proud to announce that all of his cars ship with a "Pimptium III Chip" and DOSE installed. (By Pimpwar) ================================================ (8) PIP Pip was a major in economics with a minor in chemistry at Yale before he was introduced to his roommates bong "Mr Smokedown". Pip fell in love with marijuana and soon dropped out of school to pursue a career as a party goers chemist.Using his knowledge of chemistry Pip dabbled in the creation of designer drugs in the late 80's trying to make a drink that had the global appeal of clean water and the euphoric effects of multiple orgasms in summer time. He never released his final product to the public but you may notice he is always smiling and he is single. Pip can be seen driving around the hood in an armor plated ice cream truck painted black playing various remixed Ice-T songs and a bumper sticker stating "My IPO beat your IPO on Wall Street". Pip deals in all drugs since he learned in his economics schooling that supply and demand is king and with drugs there is always a demand and he plans to be the supplier. Pip also heard the theory regarding drugs and the global economy and feels that he is holding the balance of the worlds economic security in the back of his truck. (By Pimpwar) ================================================ (9) GUNS Pistol: Standard pistol. This is the cheapest gun available, which also makes it the least powerful, and doesn't protect your thugs much. Shotgun: Side to side double barrel 12 gauge. This gun is a little better that the pistol, but it still doesn't offer much protection for you thugs. Tek-9: Semi-automatic submachine gun. This gun allows for average protection against attacking thugs, and will usually kill some of the attackers. AK-47: Fully auto 30 round clip. This is the most expensive gun you can buy, and for that, it is the gun that offers the best protection for your thugs. ================================================ (10) TURNS Turns are what this game runs on. You need turns to do everything in the game, except purchase items from the Corner Store, Tommy, Charlie, and Pip. Two turns are given out every ten minutes, and the maximum amount of turns a player can have is 200, with all following turns being deleted. Also, an additional 6 turns are given out if the pimp has not logged in for at least six hours. But, the turn system is a bit buggy in Pimpwar, which can help a pimp, as well as harm a pimp. First, the bonus six turns aren't always given out to you, even if you haven't been logged in for six hours. Also, occasionally your turn count will go above 200, giving you many more turns to spend scouting, attacking, or producing crack.
