1.Introduction
----------------------
Well,here it is,my most prestigous FAQ yet.I started this guide way back at
the beginning of August,completed the sign up section and then I never had
the motivation nor time to complete this FAQ until the holidays.But the
majority of the guide took about 6 days to be ready for first submit and
it got accepted.
Now I have also created 3 other FAQ's for neopets,which can also be seen
here.I plan to extend my FAQing beyond neopets and write guides for all the
other games I have.Maybe you will see Zelda,Pokemon,Mario and plenty of other
guides by me in the Future.
This guide will eventually contain information on almost everything Neopets has
to offer,ranging from Restocking to Games to Paintbrushes to Collectables to
Avatars to Battledome guides.I plan for this FAQ to be the most comprehensive
and biggest guide on Gamefaqs and quite possibly the entire web (who knows?)
So read on and I hope you get something out of it!

= About Neopia =

Neopia,is a world like our own.When you are born into the world of neopia,very
early on,you must find your strengths,weaknesses and restrictions.We must see
neopia like the world we live in today.In the real world,we earn money by
doing various jobs.In neopia,you earn Neopoints (the currency of neopia) by
playing games.Geez,I wish all jobs were this fun.Now there are also jobs
which are assigned to you but the coupons cost so much,that it simply isn't
worth it.
Once you have got used to the world around you,you should decide what you
want to do.Know your strengths and weaknesses and restrictions.For example
if you have good reflexes,play games which require reflexes,if you are
smart and have good concentration,play puzzle games.Also your restrictions.
For example,if your connection is slow,it makes it very hard to restock
any good items.Kind of like,if your leg is broken,you can't run.If your
computer can't display graphics properly or is slow,you shouldn't be playing
games.
Then there are the lucky people.Some people win a huge amount of np very
early on,and they just relax and spend,do whatever they want.While others
(like me) have to earn almost every penny.Occasionally I win something
but about 90% of the money I get is earned through games.
Then there are the beggars,the lowest form of life in neopia.They are like the
criminals of neopia.They steal money from you by scamming you,they hack into
your account etc.These people are often caught out by TNT (the neopets team)
They rule the world of Neopia.They decide whether the scums get frozen or not.
Getting frozen is like going to jail.You do something wrong,you get frozen.
TNT make the whole world of neopia run and they add new and (mostly)
interesting things.
Just like in the real world,there are disasters which totally destroy every
thing a person has earned.One example is the pant devil.He steals an item
worth 1 million np and you have lost everything.You may lose your money in
a glitch.Just like a storm destroying everything you own or something like
that.
So remember that the world of neopia is kind of like our world,in the way
it runs and that,it just does stuff differently and it is a lot more
'magical' unlike ours.
So enjoy the ride!

= 3.Signing Up =

If you are reading this guide then you should of already signed up but anyway
SIGN UP STEPS
1.Once you get to the sign up page,you need to choose your age.There are 4
age groups under 7 7-12 13-17 and 18+.If you want get the Optimium experience
of Neopets choose 13-17 or 18+ even if you are 12 or under.If you choose
the youngest age groups,you will not be able to chat in the neoboards along
with a few other restrictions.(By the way,I am 14)
2.Then you need to fill out your information,like user name,email,country
password,etc.The name which you want may be already taken.If so,try adding
numbers on the end.
3.When you finished,you will be able to create a pet!
4-Remember,you cant experience all that Neopets has to offer until you
activate your account using the code which TNT sent to you.
*QUESTION* Can you create multiple accounts using the same e-mail address?
Yes,up to four,but you will be only able to play freebies(like the fruit
machine) and the wheels (like the wheel of excitement) on your first or Main
account.If you are caught playing these games on multiple accounts,you will
be frozen.
Even if you play lets say the Fruit Machine using 2 different accounts,which
were created using 2 different e-mail addresses,you will probably still get
frozen because they would notice the same IP address.

= Basic Terms =

NP or Neopoints-'Neopoints' are the currency of Neopia.You need Neopoints to
buy items from shops etc.There are 2 main ways to earn NP and they are...
Games-Playing the various games which Neopets has to offer in order to earn NP.
Restocking-Going to one of the Many Neopian Shops,buying items and selling them
in your own shop for a profit.
We will go into more detail about these methods later.
NeoPets-The reason Neopets Exists,and that is to train your own virtual pet!
There are currently 49 kinds of Neopets existant.

= Other Terms =

Frozen-To be frozen means to be banned from the site for a wrong doing
(sometimes for no reason at all!).You can get frozen for swearing on the
chat boards,scamming another player for items or neopoints,playing freebies
on more than one account and lots more.
If you think you were frozen for no reason whatsoever,then you can send The
Neopets team an e-mail.They are very slow to respond however and they may
not even un freeze you still.Patience is the Key.
Scamming-Scammers are bad.Very Bad.They take advantage of other people and
make millions of Neopoints.
They might send you a neomail saying
"I can give you one million neopoints but I need your password.Anyone that
asks for your password is a scammer,It is as simple as that.
There are also people that say they are 'TheNeopetsTeam' and do simular
to the above but they are also scammers.'The account which the neopets team
uses is 'TheNeopetsTeam' and if their username is anything other than that
then it is a scam.These people will use stupid names such as 'DaNeopetzTeam'
or'TheNeopetsTeam2'.
Also they can send you fake items and get you frozen for it.
TheNeopetsTeam (TNT)-The username which the neopets company uses.

= Making NP =

As I said before there are 2 main methods of making Np and they are Games and
Restocking.Which one you should use comes down to two things.Your internet
speed and your computer speed.

= Games =

Making NP by playing games is a very fun way of gaining NP.You play 1 or
more of the 140 or so games on the site and you play for a score.Then when you
get a game over,you may send it.Obviously,the higher the score,the more NP
you will get.Some games will give you your score in NP while others will halve
it or times it by 2 or more.If your score is really bad,you don't have to send
it.Remember,for most games,you can only send 3 scores a day so keep that in
mind.
For more information about specific games,you can see the games section in this
FAQ.
Playing games is the best method of gaining np for people with Dial-Up speed
but the computers general speed or graphics capability is also decent.

=Restocking =

Restocking is when you go into one of the many Neopian Shops,buy some
items and sell them in your own shop for a profit.(see section 4 for
help with opening your own shops)Not all items are profitable however.
So focus on 1 or 2 shops and learn which items are profits and which
items are akin to a loss in NP.
Remember shops are often sold out because of the millions of people that
restock at any one shop.So you have to wait for it to restock.The time
between each restock varies depending on the type of shop.For example
Food shops tend to restock Quickly while petpet shops are really slow
restockers.Sometimes it can take an hour for a shop to restock so be
patient.
Now when you see an Item you want,click on it.Then you will be asked to
haggle the shop keeper so you can get the item cheaper.Now the golden
rule here is TYPE IT QUICKLY!!!Avoid tiping numbers such as 1910 or 9150.
Type Numbers like 5555 or 4545,they are easier to type as they are close
together.Remember,the haggling price must be sensible or otherwise he
will not accept it and you will have to try again.Although it is at a
lower price,there is a much higher chance of seeing a sold out screen.So
on the haggling screen,you will get a picture of a place with a neopet in
the middle.Click on the neopet which it says.If it says Mynci,click on
the mynci and not the blumaroo or any other pet.Also some may only be partially
visible.Click on the solidly visible one!
Now you will get one of 2 screens.You will either get 'the offer has been
accepeted of X neopoints for ITEM' or you will get 'ITEM has sold out'.
I am on a dial-up modem so I don't restock very often via the major shops.
Just remember,you have to be quick.A split second can make all the difference.
Now look it up on the shop wiz.Lets say you brought an item for 500np.Then
you looked it up on the shop wizard.You might get

as the top 5.Sell it for 799np 1 np is enough to make a difference.
Remember there are different sections of the wiz,based on the letter or number
which a persons username starts with.I will add these in the next update.
Make sure when you are selling your item in a shop,check it again on the
wiz and keep refreshing until you section comes up.Make sure yours is
first or second.If it isn't,lower your price a little.
Restocking through the neopian shops is the way to go for people with
broadband (fast) connections.For the people with dial-up or slower
connections there is another way.

= Shop Wiz Restocking=

Although not as effective as regular restocking,this is a less hectic way
for the people with slower connections.
Now search up a parricular item.Lets say we searched up a Two Dubloon Coin.
and these were the prices you found.

Two Dubloon coins are worth between 4000 and 4100 np (at the time of writing)
but it will be hard to make a profit off the 4100 one so leave it.
However if it came up with this

Bingo!Now quickly click on it since it is one of the more popular items and
scroll down the shop page until you find it.If it is a big shop,use
ctrl+f and put in Dubloon,dont type in the whole word,it takes too long.
If you did not get the item you will get the message'oops this item doesn't
exist in this shop'.If you got it,then you will return to the shop page.
Always look for big bargains,someone occasionally gotta massively underprice
some items(mainly n00bs).Some people have found Paint Brushes for 1np!
Although it is not as profitable,it is another alternative.

=Getting Started =

I explained the ways for making NP before the 'beginners' section because
making np is the most important thing of all.So after you sign up,the
first thing you should do is create a pet.
There are 49 diffferent kinds of Neopets at the time of writing.There should
be at least 1 breed which you should fancy as a pet.Now to create a pet,on the
main menu on the left side of the page,go to 'create a pet'.It should be the
second one down.
Now before we start,there are a few things you need to know.First of all,not
all pets can be obtained normally.Some are 'restricted' or 'limited edition'/
Restricted means that the pet cannot be created in the normal way and you
must obtain it another way.The restricted pets are the Krawk and Grundo.
To create a Krawk
1.Buy a krawk petpet,they cost around 250000np.
2.Equip the krawk petpet to your active pet.
3.Go to the fungus caves,located on krawk island.
4.Now you will be able to feed the krawk some special fungus.Let it
eat it and you will have your very own krawk!
NOTES
The name which you gave the krawk petpet will also be the name of the krawk
neopet.
You must have 3 or less neopets in order for this to work.
To create a Grundo
1.Go to the Virtupets Space Station
2.Go to the 'Adopt a Grundo' sign
3.Now you will be able to create a Grundo.You must name it and choose from
7 different colours.
NOTES
-You must have 3 or fewer pets.
Limited edition pets are pets which are only released occasionally.These are
rare and you are lucky if you own one.There are 8 limited edition pets and
they are

Tonu
Jetsam
Koi
Draik
Poogle
Kiko
Chomby
But Draiks are never released however.You must have a Draik Egg and then go
and hatch it.It makes you wonder why they are not restricted pets.
Usually,the only time Limited Edition pets are released is on the pets special
day.For example,poogles are only released on Poogle Day et cetera.
By the way,I got a Jetsam!And painted it purple!

These pets can be obtained the normal way using the steps below.
Now the steps.
1.Click on create a pet on the left side menu.
2.Browse through the pets avalible.When you find one you want,click on the
circle below it then click 'I have chosen'
3.Now you will customize your pet.You will be able to do the following.
Name-You get to name your pet.Note that coming up with an original name
is not easy anymore as a lot of names have been taken.Try putting numbers on
the end.For example,if birdy is taken,try birdy2000.
Colour-There are only four colours to choose from at the start.ANd they are
Blue,Green,yellow and red.If you want another colour afterwards,you must
use a paintbrush and they are VERY EXPENSIVE.For more information on
paintbrushes,see the Other things section.
Likes-Pick anything,It doesn't make much difference
Gender-Male or Female,I don't think it makes much difference in this game
since you cant breed neopets. (now thats another thing...)The only difference
I can think of is reguarding the Usuki and Royal Paintbrushes where males
will be painted different to females.

Acaras are cat like pets.They are very playful and often love their owner.
Most Acaras are Blue (well I am pretty sure there are more blue than any other
colour).

Looks like-Blind Cat (Lines as eyes)

Aishas look like blind cats because they have only lines as eyes.Aishas are
smaller than Acaras.Like Acaras,they are very playful.They like to be
kept as pets more rather than roaming in the fields.

= Stats =

Now these are kind of random but still some pets are better in some stats
than others.For example,grarrls have ferocious attack but turtle like speed.
Pteris have fast speed but weak strength.Here are a list of each of the
stats your pet has.
Hit Points-Basically endurance.The higher HP a pet has,the more hits
it can take before going down.Hit points are very important as a
pet with poor HP is not likely to hang around in battle too long.
Strength-Very important.This indicates the intensity of the pets attacks.
If a pet has high strength,it can dispose of other pets in battle quicker
but if it has weak strength,it might take a while.
Defence-Defence is basically resistance.How well it can take hits.If a
pet has high defence,a high damaging attack might only do normal
damage.If a pet has low defence,a medium damaging attack might be quite
hefty.
Speed-Speed is probably the most useless of all stats.It determines
who goes first in battle.I don't know,it might affect evasion as well but
still,it is not a stat you should be training.
Intelligence-This is different.A pets intelligence will always start on
average (with the exception of grundos,they start on dim witted)At the
moment,it has no real use but when neoschools come (when will they?)
intelligence will play a big role.
Now at the stat screen,if you don't like the first lot of stats,you can roll
them again,but only 5 times and the fifth time,you will have to do with
what you got.Some pets never atart with good stats,like skeiths which should
be strong but arent.

= Feeding Your Pet =

Now you have got your pet,you will gain 50 neopoints for creating a pet!Now
to the matter of feeding your pet.
Ahh,I will go to the food store and buy some food there.Yes,thats fine
but there is a cheaper way.The neolodge.
The neolodge will not only make your pet happy but they will also be well
fed.This can be done for 140np a month.Just choose Cockroach towers (5np
per night) for 28 days with no extras.Don't choose a fancy 5 star hotel as
it doesnot make any difference.Also choosing extras will not make any
difference either.And now your pet will be fed for 28 days for 140np!
Don't think that you can't play games with your neopet while it is at the
neolodge though,you still can.
Now other pet caring tips
-Give your pet toys to play.They will be more friendly towards you!
-They also love a good book!
-Pets do not like being hurt too much.
-Don't feed your pet gross food,it will get sick

= Sickness =

Sometimes your pet may come down with an illness.You can go to to the
pharmacy or shop wizard but first try the healing springs,located in
fairy land.It might not cure the illness but try it first,it is better
than forking out your np to cure it with the medicine.
For now you can check the hospital for a list of cures.I will add them
here in another update.
Ahh,finally pet maintainence is done,lets move on to other things
shall we?

= Bank Account =
+===============+
While browsing the neopets site,there are things called random events.Some
of these a good,however some are bad and they can steal your money and
items.To keep them safe,you have two things.For np,you can go and open
a bank account.A bank account is something I reccomend because
1.Neopoints are SAFE in the bank.They cannot be stolen
2.When you put NP in the bank,you get interest.
Now first go to this link
www.neopets.com/bank.phtml
then go to make a bank account.Then you have to fill out a few details.
Don't worry about the Adress though,you don't have to put in your real
one.
You get 30np for creating an account at the bank!
Now you may put any neopoints earned into the bank.There are different
account types depending on the amount of np depostied in the bank.There
is junior saver which is the starters option but offers a petty interest
rate.Once you get to 1000np then you can move on.Here is a list of account

Silver saver- minimum 5000

To collect bank interest
1.Go to the bank page
2.Scroll down below the withdrawl section to the collect interest section.
3.Click on the 'collect X np of interest'
NOTE-If you deposit or withdrawl neopoints before collecting interest,you
will not be able to earn interest for that day.
You can collect interest once a day.
Now thats the bank covered,now for the Safety Deposit Box

= Items/SDB =

What is the Safety Deposit Box?
The safety deposit box is a place to safely store items.While an item
sits in your inventory(more next section) it is in danger of being
stolen by the pant devil or some other nasty thief.So store valuables
in the safety deposit box!There is NOTHING WORSE than buying a dear
item (eg paintbrush)only to have it stolen by the pant devil.It has happened
before,people have lost millions of neopoints.
So the first thing you should do is go straight to your inventory and
deposit it in the safety deposit box.Just click on the item you want
to deposit and then scroll down the menu given in the item window and
you should see 'deposit in safety deposit box'.
NOTES
-You can fit an infinite number of items in the safety deposit box so
the safety deposit box is also handy for storage for excess inventory items.
-It is totally free.
-In order to use items in the SDB,you must remove them from the SDB and
back into your inventory
INVENTORY
Your inventory is where your items go when you first buy them.Items in your
iventory may be equipped,fed etc to your pet.You may also stock items from
your inventory but any items in your inventory are at danger of being
stolen so items which you are not using,put em in the Safety Deposit Box.
Quick Stock
The quick stock menu is a place where you can quickly move items in your
inventory to your shop,SDB,donate them to the money tree or discard them.
Quick stock allows you to move multiple items at once so it is very
handy and much quicker than going through each item individually.

= Opening a Shop =

Ahh,one of the first things you should do is open a shop.It costs 200np but
it is needed for restocking.So if you are restocking,then it is esstential.
For the non-restocker,open one anyway to sell unwanted prizes etc.
OPTIONS
Name your shop-Well,what do you think?
Description-This is the line which people will see on the shop front.You can
also put HTML codes for shop blogs.Shop blogs are pictures which make the
background of your shop more colourful.
Shopkepper-You can choose from about 100.Choose a shop keeper which suits
your shop.
Shopkeeper Greeting-This is the phrase which the shop keeper will say to greet
customers.
World-Choose which world your shop is located in.There is Neopia Central,
Mystery Island or Haunted Woods.
After choosing these options,click 'create shop' and you have your very own
shop.
Putting items in the shop
I explained how do do this earlier so look at the items section for more info.
Selling Items
Now,First thing is first,look the item up on the shop wizard and look
at the cheapest price.Put you item a few nps below that (not many,at most 100)
Now stock the item you want to sell in your shop and price the item.
Now you have to wait and don't fret if your item doesn't sell within a few
minutes.Some items will take 10 seconds to sell while others will take a week
so be patient with less common items.Items like Codestones,Paint Brushes and
Dubloons sell very quickly if the cheapest.
MAKING YOUR SHOP LARGER
At first you can only fit 5 items in your shop.But you can make your shop
size larger and therefore increase the number of items which can fit into
your shop.The first upgrade only costs 200np but as the chart shows below
the price increases with each upgrade.

I think you get the pattern now.A shop size 100 can carry 500 items.
NOTES
-The maximum price for any item in a shop is 250000np.Anything over 100000np
cannot be brought normally.
-The larger your shop,the higher up it will be on the market (doesn't make any
difference on the shop wizard)

Well,you say,why am I writing a guide for games?From my mediocre tournament
score,it is clear that I suck.Maybe I just haven't had the luck in the
tourney.Well ok,I am ok at the games but I am not great at them.
Well,games are a major part of neopets so it would be stupid not to
include them in my guide.And really I am not too bad at some of the
games and I have quite a bit of knowledge about them so here they
are.
Ahh,games.Now I will not list every game here but the ones in my opinion that
are the best for making NP or are the funnest to play.For most of the games
I list though,I will go into detail about them.If you want help on another
game not listed here,you can see another FAQ on gamefaqs or you can also
check out Ringworm's Game Guide on game FAQS.
For now,I will at the very least,list info on every game from #-Z but
not all games will have strategies,etc.

Information:
Start by shooting the peanut out of the Elephante's trunk. Click on the left
and right arrow keys to power up your throw. Once you get as high as you can,
click the up arrow to throw.

-The games timing seems to be slightly off.If you jump just before a log,
the puppyblew will crash on the log.So try to memorise the positions of the
logs.And jump a bit before it.
-The logs are not always in the same positions.There is usually one log
every 20 metres,sometimes 30.Logs do not appear before 50 metres.
-When the elephante is getting energy for spitting the peanut,do not press
the up arrow to release until the bar is full.If your computer cannot stand
a lot of button mashing,at the very least release it on red.
-Sometimes the bar can go beyond full and you can spit it 220-230 metres,
making it possible to get over 1000.This is rare though.
-Do a double Front Flip/Back Flip when catching the peanut for an extra 50
points.
-Don't miss a peanut or you get nothing for that round.

Destruct-o-match II

There is a lovely patch of land, down by a stream that would just be a perfect
place to build your Tyrannian village, but there is a problem. Boulders
everywhere! Blue boulders, yellow boulders, red boulders... and they have to
be cleared before you start building.
In Destruct-O-Match II you have to group up boulders of the same colour, and
then click to remove them. Only groups of 2 or more matching boulders can be
removed in this way. The more boulders you clear at once the more points you
earn, and to progress to the next level you need to achieve a certain number
of points.
Some boulders have symbols on - if you manage to clear one of these boulders
then something special will happen. Check the in-game instructions to find out
what each icon does!
This game gained popularity so darn quickly,and with good reason.A very good
improvement on the original and In my opinion one of the better games out
there.Just takes a bit of practice to earn a decent amount of np.

-There are 3 modes.Normal,extreme and Zen.Normal mode is like the old
destruct-o-match,extreme mode is where there boulders continally build up
and you have got to destroy them.It gets harder as the game goes on.And
zen mode is practice.No timer,just normal mode without the stress.
-Extreme mode is the best points wise
-Always attempt to destroy the Morph Boulder (the one counting down) first.Or
it will become indestructible (it can still be destroyed with the fire boulder
though)
-Look for the overkill boulder and use it in a pair or combo to rid of all the
blocks of that colour.It will make life easier.You might want to get the points
for those rocks though which is fine.
-Look at the colour of the x3 block.Then try to get it in a huge combo.It is
often a passport to the next level.
-Use the fire boulder last,so you can destroy any remaining boulders.
-The fall down block (the one which makes more boulders fall down) can be
your best friend or worst enemy.You just have to hope for the best.
-In extreme mode,everytime the screen is totally empty of boulders,you get a
50 point bonus
-Zen mode is great for practice!

After a successful raid on Krawk Harbour a small pirate ship tries to escape.
However they didnt count on the Black Pawkeet, the most feared pirate ship of
all.
You play Dorak, an enterprising young Krawk in a rowing boat. Try and salvage
as much of the treasure as possible, but avoid the homing mines that are being
fired from the Black Pawkeet. Use the left and right arrow keys to turn, up
arrow key to accelerate and the down arrow key to reverse.
Think if the Meerca chase was on water and the red neggs moved and you have
got dubloon disaster.A good game albeit not as good as meerca chase.
Tips from Nemesis
-I have never got a 200 dubloon coin so don't count on getting one.
-For every coin you collect,a mine will appear
-The strategy to the game is this.Collect 2 coins.Then position yourself
so that you are in the middle of the 2 mines.Now they will come and when they
get close,quickly go away and they should collide,therefore making them both
explode.If not,repeat until they do explode.Repeat the process.This takes a
lot of practice by the way...
-Occasionally,a whirlpool will appear,these can be your best friend or
your worst enemy.If you are at the edge,Press down the arrow hard so you are
forcing your self away from the whirlpool.Now if you avoid it,all the mines
on screen will be gone.
-Codes-Type in scallywags to make a whirlpool appear.Get to one of the corners
and try it.Now the mines should be swept away.Note that sometimes the whirlpool
can appear right near you and claim you.Also,you can't use this cheat more than
once per game.

-Only get stars which are in the open,not surrounded by spikes
-Killing enemies gets you points so try to kill them.
-Don't forget to check your energy while flying.
-Always try to get the ? boxes.They can contain up to 500 points but the
highest I have got is 100.

In this game, you play Samrin the Kacheek, a simple shepherd who has to get his
petpets to safety before Balthazar
(who is very hungry after a day hunting faeries) eats them all.
Use the Arrow Keys to move. You automatically pick up each petpet as you touch
it (use the Space Bar to drop the petpet). Try and put them all into the
paddock before Balthazar eats them. You have three lives, and you lose one
each time you, or a petpet gets eaten.
Picking up a Snowflake will freeze Balthazar temporarily, and picking up an
orange speed orb will give you a temporary burst of speed!
Hmm,not bad.Requires a bit of luck to get a decent score though.It all
depends on the positioning of petpets.
Tips from nemesis
-Always go for the petpets nearest to Balthazar first.
-If there is a snowflake near you,pick it up.However,if it is away from you,
don't pick it up since you will lose time rather than gain time
-Never let Balthazar eat the Bonus pet (the one with the star on its head)
-On each side,on the walls there are little grey patches.These are warps.
The one on the right goes to the left and vice versa while the one at the top
goes to the bottom and vice versa.
-As the game goes on,There will be less entrances to the paddock.For the first
few levels there are 4 but then it goes 3,2 and eventually only 1.
-For speed orbs,look at the second tip (snowflakes) and do the same for
speed orbs.

Faerie Bubbles pop if you get three of the same type together, and it's up to
you to clear each level by popping all of them. Use the left and right arrow
keys to move the bubble cannon and press the space bar to fire.
If you get four or more bubbles together you will set off a combo. The first
three are good combos, and the bottom three are bad combos.
Water - This destroys all water bubbles on the screen.
Light - This changes all bubbles touching the combo to a random colour.
Fire - This burns all non-water bubbles that touch the combo.
Air - This is BAD. Don't do an air combo, seriously.
Earth - This makes a new line of bubbles appear.
Dark - All the bubbles in the combo will turn to random types.
The less moves you complete each level in, the higher your score will be. Also
look out for Nova and Rainbow bubbles, each with their own special effects!
Just in case you didn't know - you can click the little X in the top left hand
corner of the game screen to get options such as turn music off and restart.

-Remember that the hand is very fast so you can save a petpet from falling

What better way to relax after a nice plate of rare, expensive food than a game
of bowls. We don't mean bowling either, that game has no finesse, no skill. We
mean bowls!
In this game, you play against a variety of opponents. You each get to roll
one of your bowls (yours are red, your opponent's are blue) down the green to
try and get it closest to the jack (the white ball). You may knock your
opponent's bowls out of play, and he may do the same to you, but if the jack
goes out of play your opponent gets 2 points.
At the end of each round, points are awarded depending on the number of bowls
in play that you have nearest to the jack. If there are two blue balls closest,
that means you score two points. The first to 7 wins the match, and moves on to
play a harder opponent! Lastly, watch out, in later levels there may be hazards
on the green that will hinder your play.
Just like bowls in real life,Boring.Well Neopets has to cater for all ages eh?

few seconds to explode so keep away from it.
-If you have to let drop one of two items,catch the one of higher value.
-Some items will drop real fast will others will drop uber-slow so keep that
in mind.

To play Meerca Chase you must move the Meerca around the maze eating the
Happiness Neggs using the arrow keys. The more you eat, the longer your tail
gets! If you bump into the walls, or hit your own tail then you lose. The more
Neggs you eat, the more points. Good Luck!
Remember, stay away from the Red Neggs. If you pick up one of those, you lose.

a.Quality and Difficulty
==========================
After the game loads,you will be at the Title Screen.You will be able to choose
the quality of the graphics (high,medium low) and the difficulty of the game
(Easy,Medium or Hard).Already,You have ome crucial decisions to make.First
The higher the difficulty,the more points you get(x3 negg value for easy,5x
for medium and 8x for hard.)but also the faster it goes.
If you are good at the game,choose the hard difficulty.Medium is for the
average player.You dont make points too slowly nor is it very difficult.You
make points at a reasonable rate so unless you are in a big rush,I would
choose medium.Now to Easy.This is EASY (Hence the name),you will make a lot
of points but a snail will be able to climb up a waterfall by the time you
are done and it gets boring quickly.My reccomendation is that you go medium.
Not too hard but not too slow.
Now to the quality.This game is not the most graphically advanced game in
the world so unless your computer is really bad,than choose high.Even if
it is a little bit slower (A little bit...) it will be easier for you since
you will be able to dodge red neggs more efficiently

b.Negg Values

The aim of Meerca Chase is to collect neggs.Some are worth more points than
others.So here is a list of each negg and its values.Obviously,the lower
value neggs are more common.
Yellow Negg-1pt (very common)
Dark Blue Negg-3pts (common)
Green Negg-4pts (common)
Gray Negg-5pts (common)
'fluro' negg-10pts (rare)
Rainbow Negg-20pts (rare)
Fish Neggs-50pts (VERY RARE
Yellow neggs are by far the most common,they appear lets say 75% of the time.
Dark Blue,Green and Gray are about the same in rarity,appearing about 22%
of the time when put together.
Yellow and Red neggs and Rainbow Neggs appear about 1.75% of the time when
put together.
And Fish neggs are very rare,Appearing probably only once in 500 neggs.If
you get a fish negg,you should consider yourself lucky.
By the way I have never got 2 fish neggs in the same game nor a Fish and
a Rainbow Negg in the same game together.But it is possible,thanks to
playin_bassclarinet for confirming that you can get a FN and a RN in the same
game.
Now to Red Neggs.For more information,see the next section,the ways of dying.

c.The Ways of dying
======================
In meerca Chase,there are 3 ways of dying.
1.Hit a red Negg
2.Hit the edge of the screen or wall
3.Hit your Tail
Now I will explain in detail how each of these can happen and ways of
preventing them.

1.Hit a Red Negg
================
Sometimes after you collect a negg,a red negg will appear somewhere on the
playing field.If you run into one of these it is game over.
Avoiding red neggs is usually simple,just go around them.
But sometimes after you collect a negg,a red negg will appear right in front of
you,almost certainly bringing a game over.There is nothing you can do about
the above.
-Sometimes there will be a game where no red neggs will appear even after
the player has collected 20 or more neggs.This is very rare though and on
average,they usually appear after you collect every second negg.
-Sometimes also,a negg will appear in a place surrounded by a wall and down
blow it is a red negg,like shown in the diagram
-Just also another note,red neggs appear more in Hard mode than Medium or
Easy.

I know it looks poor but it will do.
Now what happens here is that you will have to go and collect the negg located
in the corner of the playing screen.No,it wont dissapear if you leave it for 2
minutes or even 2 days for that matter.Now you will go and collect the negg.But
it is an inevitable game over because if you go down,you get hit by the red
negg.If you go straight ahead you will hit the wall and there is no way you can
go backwards,so its a no win situation.

2.Hit the Walls
==============
When you hit the edge of the screen,it is game over so avoid the edges if
you can.Even if you go near the edge however,there is a couple of things
you can do.

be game over for you.

3.Hit your Tail
================
Every time you get a negg,your "tail" gets bigger.If you hit your tail,it
is game over for you. Now to avoid this,you must go in a square like formation.
As your tail gets bigger,it gets harder to avoid so be ware of your tail at
all times.

d.Tips
===================
-Always play on high graphic settings.This game does not require much power
to run and besides,it will make your timing that little bit easier.
-Go in a square formation to decrease your chance of hitting your tail.
-Stay away from the walls if you can
-I have experimented with each difficuty and medium is the best difficulty.
-If the yellow negg at the beginning starts behind you,then there is a
higher chance of a fish negg in that game. Out of the 5 times I have
got a fish negg,4 times the beginning negg was behind the meerca.
-Try to practice offline by minimizing the game on the toolbar.You must
load it while on line but if you practise then,you will eventually get
real good at this game
-I have never got two of a Fish Negg and a Rainbow Negg in the same game.
Also if you see a Rainbow Negg or a Fish Negg don't expect to see the other
because in 500 games I have never got both in the same game.But is possible
as playin_bassclarinet comfirmed that,but a very rare occurence.
-Any size screen works reasonably well for this game although I prefer either
Normal or Fullscreen
-Red Neggs appear in a group around the same area most of the time.If you
see an area with lots of Red Neggs,try to avoid that area if you can.

e.Secrets
================
At the start screen,if you click the right hand corner of the screen(Don't
close it down)the cursor will have the words j boogie following the cursor.

Well I have been meaning to find out whether the j boogie cursor affects
the game.I e-mailed TNT and this is the response I got
"It is a secret,We cannot tell you" or something like that.I e-mailed a
reply and I still have not got a response so if anyone knows,please
e-mail me about it.
There was a cheat where you could get a super hard mode,but that was in the
old version of meerca chase and the current version doesn't have it.
If you get over 900 points,you may win a meerca plushie.
*NEW* If you score over 750 points,you score a new avatar for your collection!!

Mootix Drop
Limit-3 plays per day

Whenever there was trouble, Harry was ready. He was a commando first and a
Mootix second, and danger was his middle name (which was nice because he
didn't have a last one.)
In Mootix Drop you play Harry, and your job is to successfully parachute
down into a number of increasingly hard missions. Using the latest Mootix
technology your target has been digitally superimposed on the ground below
you, and you have to hit as close to the centre of the target as possible.
To play, use the space bar to launch, and the arrow keys to guide Harry to
the target. On the way down there will be a number of rings to fly through.
Make sure you guide Harry through as many as possible in order to maximise
your score. Flying through the centre of a ring will give you double points!
If you quickly tap left or right twice in succession, Harry will do a barrel
roll.
Once you have completed easy mode you will be given the option to progress
to medium, and then eventually hard modes. Good luck!
Not a great game but not bad either.Get to know where the rings are
positioned on each level etc and you should do fine.
Tips From Nemesis
-Easy is the best mode for NP.You can get up to 700np for a perfect easy
game.
-Try to land on the small target,you will get more points.
-Single missions are good for practice for the actual missions game.
-If you want a trophy or 1000np,you have to play the harder modes.
-Always try to aim at the centre of the ring,as you get 4 points instead of
2 for a perfect ring
-When landing,use the Mootix's shadow as a guide

There are three weapons in total to collect, and each one can be upgraded
multiple times. Good luck!

A good game,although I wouldn't be playing it a lot.Takes too long to get a
good score.
Tips from Nemesis
-Blue Weapons are the best.Collect 5 blue to get the Double Phaser.The
Double Phaser is awesome.I can get 1000 points by using it.
-NEVER get green powerups.They are slow and dodgy
-Remember when the grarrls come move to the side.
-Sometimes BIG grarrls (grarrl is one of those annoying words which is
hard to spell,I hate typing it) will come on the screen and cover about
2/3 of the screen!If they do come,move up to the top.
-Also this game takes a while to get a decent amount of NP so make Sure
you have the time to play it.
-If you collect lets say 2 blue upgrades then collect a red,you will go
back to the default red upgrade.So make sure you get one colour (Blue I
Reccomend,red is okay too) and STICK TO IT!
-Once you get to 900 or so points,pteris begin flying across the screen
as well,instead of just down.

Trouble At the National Neopian

You're a cashier at the National Neopian, and it's an extremely busy day!
Not only are people coming in by the dozen to deposit money, a nasty band of
thieves has decided to come and steal it all. It's your job to work the
security system to keep the customers in and the robbers out!
To control the security system you must use the keyboard. The keys S, D, F
control the three doors to the left of the screen, and the keys J, K, L
control the other three. Only press the security system when you see a robber!
You'll recognise the bad guys by their wanted posters below. Also, there is a
rumour that a new mystery criminal who has recently escaped jail is on the
loose.
If you don't activate the alarm, the robber will steal half of your Neopoints!
(the ones in the game, not the ones you have earned!) Also, pressing the alarm
for no reason will cost you for unnecessary use of the alarm system
(it's expensive to maintain!) Lastly, you can press the Space Bar to turn
100 NP into a big gold bar (robbers can't steal those as they are too heavy!)
This is one of the games which I like,but I am not good at.My reflexes are
very poor indeed.I can still get 500 points per game though.

DOORS-There are 6 doors which you must watch all at once.SDF controls the
left three while JKL controls the right 3 alarms
CUSTOMERS-The customers have come to the bank to deposit their earnings.
For every customer served,you get points.Some are worth more than others.
Very rarely,a cartoon version of Adam will appear as a customer and
give you 50 points.Don't lock the customers out,you will lose a life
ROBBERS-Robbers are bad.They steal the banks money.If a robber gets past
the alarm they steal half of the banks np (no not your real np) excluding
gold bars.There are 4 different robbers in total,3 which are mentioned
in the info screen,1 is a 'mystery' and he looks like a red Techo although
it won't take a lot of time to get to know him.
ALARM-You press the doors specific key to activate the alarm.These are
SDF for the left three in order from the far left door to the third
one,and JKL for the right three,once again in order from left to
right.You use the alarm to prevent a robber getting in to the bank
and thus stealing half of your neopoints.Be ware though,if you use
the alarm for no reason,you lose 10 np (not your real np).What is
even worse though,if you activate the alarm on a customer that
isn't a robber,you lose a life as well as 10 neopoints.So only
use the alarm if you see a robber.
NEOPOINTS-No,your real ones ain't used in this game fortuantely.
The bank gets neopoints from the transactions it makes,but unfortuantely
robbers will attempt to steal your well earned neopoints.Remember once
you get 100 neopoints,press the space bar to turn your neopoints into
a gold bar.Those are too heavy for robbers to carry.Remember pressing the
spacebar when you don't have 100 neopoints will result in a 10np loss.
WALKTHROUGH
You need very good reflexes for TANT.
At the beginning,the game is very slow and tiring.You shouldn't lose
a life within the first 100 points.The next 100 points are a bit harder
but still shouldn't be any problem.Be slightly careful,the customers
here are made to look more like robbers.After 200 points,it begins to
get a bit faster and the mystery robber (red techo) will make his
first appearance,so get to know him.After 300 is where the game suddendly
gets tough very fast (bad pun).Just don't worry about the other customers
and concentrate on the robbers!!!Don't turn your neopoints into a gold
bar unless you have a little spare time.I know this may sound stupid but
if you press the space bar,you will often lose a life shortly after.
Beyond 400,it gets tougher and tougher.I myself have only reached about
620.Some people can make 8000 and beyond.I have very average reflexes so
I dont expect to get that high.Maybe 2000 in the near future.

I found out that playing it on fullscreen and high quality doesn't really
affect the speed that much.So,for this game,I like to play on fullscreen
and high,just because it looks better!

At last, Bullseye is back!!! You have ten shots to try and hit
the bullseye in this medieval game of skill and timing!
Use the up and down arrow keys to move the crossbow, keep the Space Bar down to
build-up power, and then release it to fire. If you manage to get a bullseye on
the last shot, you can keep on firing until you miss!
Lastly, if you get a Bullseye you get a cool power-up to use for the next shot.

Ultimate Bullseye is one of my favourite games on Neopets.It consists of a
target and a crossbow and the aim of the game is to hit the bullseye!
(the centre of the target,like you didnt know)

the bullseye in this medieval game of skill and timing!
Use the up and down arrow keys to move the crossbow, keep the Space Bar down to
build-up power, and then release it to fire. If you manage to get a bullseye on
the last shot, you can keep on firing until you miss!
Lastly, if you get a Bullseye you get a cool power-up to use for the next shot.

-The Crossbow
Remember you have to have this positioned on the correct angle or it will
affect your shot SERVERELY! You can have it just slightly to steep or low and
you will at most get one or 2 points. A good place for most targets is the
centre although if it is a bit higher or lower than the average raise the
crossbow on a slightly higher or lower angle.
-Power
When you have the crossbow positioned correctly hold down the spacebar to
build up power for the shot and release to fire. Timing is CRUCIAL.
If you let go too early, then the arrow will 'die down'.If you let go around
full and then it will fly straight past the target.
-The target
Each Part of the target has a point value. Here they are.
Brown Wood 0pts
Outer Ring 1pt
2nd Ring 2pts
3rd Ring 3pts
4th Ring 5pts
Bullseye 10pts

POWERUPS
---------
When you hit the bullseye you get a special 'powerup' which can be used on a
later turn.There is four different powerups and here is a short description
of each.
Fire Ring-Fire the arrow through the ring to get double points. So a bullseye
is worth 20 POINTS!!!.Be careful that you don’t aim too low though because you
could hit the pole and get no points at all :(. Also Remember that the power
bar timing may be different for slower computers if you use this power up.
Punchbag Bob- This is punchbag bob from the one player battledome except he
has an apple on his head If you hit the apple on its head you get 20 points!
But if you hit the body of punchbag bob or miss you get no points at all:(
Closer-Brings the target closer and makes it easier to hit.Remember that
different power levels may be required when using this powerup.
Expanding Bullseye- This makes the bullseye expand and shrink making it easier
to hit, if you time it right.

TIPS

-Save all of your powerups until the end!!! Because if you hit the bullseye on
your last shot you get an extra shot. You keep shooting until you don’t get at
least 10 pts with one shot.Then the game ends.
Some people have made 300pts or more by doing this.
My high score is 171.
-Use the punchbag bob and the fire ring powerups at the same time(I recommend
the last shot) because if you hit the apple with a fire arrow, you get 40
points!!!
However, If you miss you get nothing, which will be two wasted powerups.
Also remember that the powerup timing may be different for slower computers
and you may miss-time it altogether.
-Never release the arrow before the third line unless it is VERY CLOSE.
Also never go full power because the arrow will just fly straight past the
target.
-Even if you have used up your three daily plays for NP, still play anyway for
practice,so that you can get decent scores consistently.(Very few people can)
-NEVER submit a score under 25.If you are not getting at least 200 np
from this game per try and then practice so you can get 200 np all the
time.
-This game is best played on fullscreen. You can aim the crossbow more
accurately and will most likely get a higher score. As I found out, this game
is VERY HARD on small or normal screens and I have much more success on
fullscreen.An average comparison is that I get an average of 30 on small or
normal and 56 on fullscreen.So I defiantly recommend that you play this game
on fullscreen.
-Also interestingly you seem to have momentum in this game. One game, you can
get 3-4 bullseyes in a row and the next you will struggle to get even one
bullseye for the entire day.
Remember one time you may get 150 and the next game, you may only get 20. It is
what often happens to me.
- If you have 2 powerups and you only want to use the first,it will also use
the second for some strange reason.(Or it might be vice versa)
-Always play Bullseye on the same computer for optimum performance,points wise.

A-Duh,Ultimate Bullseye,use your brain!
Q-On the high score table,I saw someone who got 2000 points.Is that person
really THAT good or is he cheating?
A-He/she is either utterly Insane or they cheated. Their high score has been
eliminated from the chart so I say that they were cheating and got frozen.
Q-Is there cheats for this game?
A-No and Yes.No if you are talking about 'legal ones' and then no
Yes if you are talking about ones which will get you frozen.I do not
know these cheats though.
Q-What is that creature which controls the crossbar?
A-That I think is a Turtum, a rare medieval pet pet.
Q-Where can you buy a Turtum?
A-This has almost nothing to do with ultimate bullseye in general but you
should be able to pick one up at the medieval pet pet stall or at the auctions
trading post etc.
Q-How in the hell do you get 225 points for the Avatar?
A-Practice makes perfect.
Don't worry too much though because very few people can ever get it.
Getting the Ultimate Bullseye Avatar is very hard and requires either/both
skill and luck.Skill means consistenly hitting the bullseye,luck means
getting the big point Powerups time after time (Fire ring and Punchbag bob).
Q-Why did they change the text used for Ultimate Bullseye?
A-Don't know why because the old text looked way better.
So keep trying,you will get there one day.

Volcano Run

Glubgar the Tyrannian Scorchio has ventured a bit too deeply into a rather
large Volcano... the lava is so hot there that even Scorchios cannot survive!
See how far through the volcanic tunnels you can guide Glubgar!
Use the left mouse button to fly upwards, and release the button to go
downwards. If you press the Space Bar Glubgar will use his wings to brake.
Avoid the fiery bombs that fly towards you, and try not to crash into the
walls of the tunnel or the rocks.
Collect the crystals for extra points, and the force shield will allow you
to crash into a rock without dying. If you hit the cloud it will slow you down
for a few seconds. Good Luck!

I get on average 1500 every time I play on fullscreen while that average
is cut in half for normal screen.The quality doesn't matter very much as
it doesn't take much processing power but I play on low quality so it
ain't so choppy but I doesn't matter that much

Volcano Run is one of the more difficult games on Neopets so listen up.
There are a lot of things you must avoid while travelling through this
perilous volcano.So here is the list,of the good and the bad.
Bad
Rocks-Rocks bounce up and down,hitting the walls of the volcano.Unless
you have a bubble shield,hitting one of these will result in an
immeadiate game over.As you go on however,they get harder to avoid...
Fire Bombs-These small yellow fire bombs tend to hang around crystals.
owever they are small and they are not hard to avoid.They appear in groups
which make them harder to avoid however.Unless you have a bubble shield
hitting one of these will result in an immediate game over.
Walls-This is how I die the most,by hitting the walls.With rocks bouncing
up and down,you may fly up too high and hit the wall.At the same time you may
go down too low and hit the bottom.The bottom walls seem to be much more
dangerous than the top ones however.You can touch the top walls ever so
slightly and get away with it.However,if you lay even a hair on the bottom
wall,youre dead.Bubbles will burst in an instant if you touch the bottom wall.
Good
Crystals-Always appear in groups of three.They appear in most slightly
open areas of the volcano.Each crystal is worth 30 points (I think).
If you put yourself in danger by going for these,don't get em.
Bubbles-These appear at regular intervals until you reach 1800 pts.Bubble
Shield allow you to take one hit from any obstacle.But for some reason
it seems far easier to hit into things while you have it on but still you
should grab em'anyway

If a Turmac eats a lot, it can grow up to be big and strong
(maybe even as big as the Turmaculus one day!) Guide your little Turmac
using the arrow keys and collect as many berries as possible without hitting
anything!

The Turmac Roll guide will be set out in a simular way to my meerca chase
guide,since the games are kinda simular.

For the screen quality settings,this is one of those games which is
slooooooooooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww if you have an average
computer and you set it on high.In fact,even medium seems to lag a little.
So I put it on small/normal screen and low quality.It runs better this way.
This is one of the few games which doesnot benefit from fullscreen at all.
Now for difficulty.As with most games which have difficulty levels there are
3 levels.Easy,normal and hard.And why TNT bothered with easy and normal
difficulties,I don't know because they seem EXACTLY the same to me with
one difference.You get less points.So ALWAYS play on hard,even if you
have never played Turmac Roll before!!!And by the way.Easy is 1x the base
value of the berry,(see below) Normal is 2x the b.value and hard is 3x.

Berries in Turmac Roll serve the same purpose as neggs in Meerca Chase or
dubloons in Dubloon Disaster.They get you points.Although you get 3 points
every few seconds automatically (I am assuming you are playing hard,if not
DONT be a wuss,it ain't any different) to get a good score,you need berries.
Here is the base value of all the berries in Turmac Roll

How come is it that all things worth lots of value are always associated with
water.Fish Neggs and Now Aqua Berry.Hmm
You can multiply their base value by 3 if you are playing hard (what did I
tell ya?)
-Berries which have higher value are generally in harder to reach spots
-I have only ever seen 3 Aqua berries.One of them happened to be in my
second game ever where I got about 900.Yes I was been sarcastic in the
table,if you were wondering.
-Snider Berries make up between 1/2-2/3 of all berries found in Turmac Roll.

= Obstacles/Landforms =

Now,it wouldn't be a game without a few good ol'fashioned obstacles now
would it.Some landforms are helpful,some not so helpful.Here is the
list of every landform/obstacle you will encounter in the game.
Hills/Ramps.
These come in all kinds of shapes and sizes.Hills help you get a lot more
air time than a regular jump on the flat surface would.Hill jumps are
required for a lot of berries.However,don't begin jumping every time you
see a hill.Sometimes,it may lead to a sharp backwards ramp, and you could
land right on in and OUCH! Although if you jump and you see a SBR,you can
use the left arrow to slow your air time and therefore land before it and
giving you the oppotunity to jump over it.
Tree Stumps.
Tree stumps come in 2 varierties,small and big.The big ones are obviously
harder to jump over but you can still jump over most of them with one
well timed jump on flat ground.As you go on,they become more abundant and
they are positioned so they are harder to avoid.Remember,you can land on top
of these and jump on them to get some air time.
Reverse Ramps
These are BAD.These serve the same purpose as a tree stump except you cant
jump on them.I used to always run into these when I first played Turmac Roll.
If you run into the back of these 'reverse ramps' it is game over for you.Also
since the top is pointy,if you land on top of the point,it is also game over.

-You never know what is ahead of you.You kind of know,but only within the
screen.So you have to pick and hope for the best.
-Only jump when nessercary.
-Sometimes you get really good run with the berries,sometimes you will
only get Snider and Chia berries.Sometimes you will get both the 100
pointer and the 200 pointer in the same game.But like getting a fish
and rainbow negg in the same game in Meerca Chase,that is very rare.
-To get a decent score (above 700) you will most likely need good berries

An evil villain is standing high above, in his floating citadel of death.
He is plotting to destroy your land, so what do you do? Make a plushie that
looks like him and hit it with a stick of course!
Whack-A-Kass is the most popular sport in Meridell at the moment
(for obvious reasons). To play, grab a plank of wood (or something roughly
the same shape), wait for the wind to be in your favour, and press the left
mouse button to send Kass flying. Hitting Kass over large distances may
even unlock bonus levels! Good luck!
Tips From Nemesis
-Whack-A-Kass came a suprise second in the Best Flash Game Poll.
-Wait until the wind hits nine,then hit the kass.If he is hit at nine
he will travel further and bounce better.
-Once you hit him wait until he reaches his highest point in flight,and
when he begins to decend,release the mouse/space bar to make his wings flap.
This will make him go further
-When he begins to bounce,click the mouse when you hear a boing noise.If timed
right,he may bounce 3 or even 4-5 times!
-Always use the bat.Ifyou need to unlock it do a 175m hit with the bread to
unlock the stick and a 450m hit with the stick to unlock the bat
-Whack a Kass is one of the best games for quick NP.

Nothing much to say here. Start the game. Read the instrucitons. Click
on the easy button and start.

4.The levels
There are 3 levels; easy, medium and hard. You start off on easy and
unlock medium and hard.

a.Easy (Unlocked at 0 points)
This is the easy level (you don't say). You start off with some bread
to hitthe kass plushie with. Fisrt of all wait for the wind to reach 9 meters
a second then hit the spacebar/mousebutton to release kass.Click again to
hit it.
Try to hit it so kass flys up into the air not along the ground. Hold
space/mousebutton until kass reaches it highest point then let go.
Everytime Kass hits the bottom click, this should make kass bounce 3-4 times or
if your very lucky 5-6 times.

b.Medium (Unlocked at 175 points)
This is basicly like the first level its just that you've got a stick
to hit Kass with and he drops faster.It also hits a lot harder than the
bread.

C.Hard (Unlocked with a 450m Hit)
This again is the same as the other level but this time you get a bat
to hit Kass with(yay!) and also kass drops really quick. This is the level
where you can get trophies and an avatar from.

There is only one glitch I know about this game if anyone knows anymore

This is my second FAQ,and my biggest to date.One day,I was bored so I

This is my second FAQ (The first one was for Ultimate Bullseye) and
I am also working on other FAQS for both Neopets and Other games.
This Guide started out just covering,the chance and freebies games
nothing more.But now it has fledged into something much bigger.Over
the last few updates,I have added a Random Events Guide,Secrets and
Fairy Quest Sections and there is lots more coming as well.Well without
further ado,lets get this FAQ started and I hope you enjoy it and get

MY RATING SYSTEM
To help you decide which chance games are worth your precious np and time,I
have constructed a rating system which is divided into 3 categories.The
scale is from 1 to 5,5 being the best while 1 being the worst.To think
about it,they all kinda connect with each other.

The rating system goes in 1/2 point increments.So 2.5 is inbetween 2 and 3
as a guide 2.5 is a mere pass in that area.And the overall score will not
always be the avarage of the three.I may decide to put the score up or
down from the average depending on my experience with that game.

This wheel is by far the best wheel out there. You can win some terrific
prizes on this wheel.And it ain't expensive either...
This wheel is the best of the five wheels.It is cheap and can yield some
very good prizes,from decent amounts of np (200-10000)to magic items to
pet healing,but sometimes this wheel takes a turn (pun intended) for the
worst,with diseases and the pant devil appearing occasionaly.But they appear
rarely,lets say 1 in 12 spins or about 8%.
You can play this wheel every 2 hours but I say only attempt it once or at most
twice a day.

What is the Best Prize to spin up?
Well dont tell me what you are thinking,Of course thats the 10k,but no it aint.
The magic item,the random fairy related item is the best prize to spin up.If
you sell the item,it might sell for more than 10k (not always).Sometimes it
will only sell for 800np :( but the item can be worth as much as 40000np!!!
I have only spun up the magic item twice.Once I got a Purple Coral Chair
and the Other time I got a Air Fairy Hair Clip both worth more than 10k

This wheel can spin up some very good prizes indeed,better than the wheel
of Excitement but there is a twist.You never know how long it will take
to spin.But you can find out by going to the link explained in the question
below.
But not only does it take a while to stop spinning,but also the Bad Prizes
are more common than the good prizes but the good prizes are very good
and this wheel is defiently worth the spin.

Q-How long does the wheel of monotony take to stop spinning?
A-This is the most asked question ever!I see this question asked on the
Gamefaq's Neopets general board at least once a day.
The Wheel of Monotony may spin from anywhere between 10 minutes to 4 hours.
On average,it is about 1hr 15min for me.
To find out how long it will take to spin,go to this link,

now with that big number at the end,lets say it is 3000000,take off the
last 3 zeros and divide the number left (in this case 3000,by 60)
The answer is 50 so the wheel has 50 minutes before it stops.
Also if you do not to leave a window minimized while waiting,you can
go to the above link when you think it is finished.

This game is a good one to have a shot at.There are different squares on a map
in which you must uncover the treasure.This game is not as easy as it looks
though as it goes by a number coordinate system. There are about 300 spaces
vertically and horizontally and you must click to a certain point.For example
200,100 is not the same as 200,101 or 201,100 dispite they are in the same
'drawn square'.
The big prize in this game,is the treasure,or jackpot which is hidden somewhere
on the board.Every time it isnt found,the jackpot accumilates until someone
uncovers it.
Other np prizes range from 500np to 40000np .You can also find Dubloons
although they are very rare.

This Freebie is a good,free training spot for your pet although you
dont get stat boosts every day,
This game only earns 3 and a half stars because about half of the time,you
dont win anything,and the prizes are no where near as good as the Fruit
Machine's.The best prize you can win is One Million Neopoints but it
is so rare,that you will almost never get it.Other prizes include
Dubloons,Food and Stat Raises.

It may be luck but it seems to me if your pet is more optimistic and then there
is a higher chance of getting something.
Has anyone else noticed this?
This is a message which I posted on the GameFAQS Neopets message board,minus
the siggy.
It should say it all.
Well It may not totally effect the final outcome,but I certainly think it is
one of the many factors for what seems like a simple shrine,is a very
complicated thing.
Also the stronger your active pet,the less chance there is of a stat increase.
My Mynci (nemmy2763) got good things (stat boosts) almost everyday when he was
weak,but now he is stronger,he rarely gains anything from this shrine.But my
newest pet,no_name_at_all_yeah (stupid name) the Floatsam, regularly gets
something from the shrine.Here is a survey conducted over 2 weeks with Ipulite
the Meecra and Nemmy2763 the Mynci.
Everyday for 2 weeks Ipulite and nemmy2763 rotated turns at approaching the
shrine. Here is what happened.By the way,I done this everyday at 4:56pm
(Eastern standard time) which is 11:56 neopets time.

The Snowager guards a big pile of treasure and when he is awake,he blasts
anthing which comes near it,However when he is sleeping,you creep up to the
pile of treasure and try to steal it.There is about a 80% chance that he will
wake up and blast some ice at you.
The Snowager is only asleep at certain times of the day.Here is a list
6-7am (11-12pm)
2-3pm (7-8am)
10-11pm (3-4pm)
All the other times he will be awake.
These times are in NST Neopian Standard Time
(the times in brackets are in eastern standard time,the time zone in which I
live in)

Free Omelette-There is a giant omelette in Tyrannian Plateau and once a day
you can grab a free piece of omelette.If you try to grab more than one piece
though,the guardian Sabre X will prevent you from getting another one until
the next day.
These omelettes are good sources of food as they make up 3 meals!!!
Free Jelly-Same as the free omelette except it is jelly.The free jelly is
located in jelly world which isn't on the main map.You can get to jelly
world at
www.neopets.com/jelly
Money Tree-Items which people donate to the money tree are free and up
for grabs.The problem is that most of the items are crap and since there is
a million other people trying to get stuff too,the only people who will get
anything out of these is those people with ultra fast connections.
Occasionally,the shop owners of neopia will put their overstocked items
on the money tree!
Lab Ray-The lab ray is considered a freebie because once you get it you dont
to pay anything to use it.However getting access to it is very expensive and
you need all 9 pieces of the lab map.The cheapest place to pick up
pieces of the lab map is probably the auctions rather than the wiz.Although
when a heap of people are bidding for 1 piece of map,you have to be quite lucky
to get that map.
The lab ray can do some amazing stuff including colour change of your pet and
even can change the species of your pet!The only problem is that sometimes
your pet may be weakened by the lab ray.
When I get the lab ray,There will be a detailed guide here so keep watching
this space!
Rubbish Dump
Same as the money tree except that the rubbish dump is located in meridell.
This one doesnt have as many items as the money tree.

Chance/Freebies FAQ after all and Random Events are based on chance.
So here we go.
What are random events?
Random events are events which occur randomly while navigating the Neopets
site.But not all of them are good,some a bad,some do absolutely nothing.
Also each world has its own random events.Here is a list of random
events which can happen at anytime.
How do you know that a random event has occured?
At the top of the page,you will see a little box with'Something has happened'
at the top with the details of the random event at the top.
Can these happen at anytime while navigating the site
Yes everytime you go onto a different page within the neopets site,there is

1.Don't e-mail me asking "can your pets really be eaten?" because the answer
Is NO.
2.If you see 'X np' X means any number of np.
3.PETS NAME means the name of your pet goes here

7.Some Tips on the Chance/Freebies Games
--------------------------------------
1.Dont Overspend.Limit yourself to 1 or 2 games a day or else you may begin
losing a few NP.
2.Attempt every single freebie every day you can because they cost you nothing
and for the majority of freebies,there are no negative effects and playing
all of them gives you the optimum chance of winning something.
3.When playing slot machines,make your self a limit.For example you can
make that you will either lose 3000np or gain 2000np.Adjust it to
reflect your monetary status on Neopets.
4.When you recieve scratchcards,if you aint feeling lucky,you may sell them
for a profit.
5.Some days you can win a heckva lot and other days you will lose out
badly.If you fail to win anything profitable on 1 or 2 games dont attempt
the rest.If you win on both of them,try playing more chance games.You
may gain even More.
6.Certain games need you to be there at the right time in order to play
them so organise a time which gives you are good shot at the games.
For example,consider that the snowager is asleep from 10pm to 11pm NST
but also consider that the Tombola is closed from 9pm to 12pm.
6b-Going on from tip 6,make sure that you haven't tried a certain game
in the last X hours so you can have a crack at it too.Also consider
what is said in tip 1.

What are fairy quests?
Fairy quests are quests which are given to you just like a random event.
You know if you have gotten a quest.A fairy (water/fire/fountain/earth
light or queen) will say that she wants a certain item.Now you must
find the fairy that item.I know what you are saying "Ahh I will go to
the shop wiz and find this item,simple :)" WRONG!!! During a fairy quest
you cannot use the shop wizard.You can find it at auctions,trading post or
you can look up the users shop by tying in their name in the search bar but
you cant use the shop wiz.When you have found the item needed go to
www.neopets.com/faerieland/quests.phtml
and you can hand in the item which they needed.Then you recieve your reward.
Some fairy's give out better rewards than others.The best one of them all
is the fountain faerie quest where you can get one of your pets painted for
free at the rainbow fountain.The Fairy Queen quests are very good albeit
expensive.Others are a bit cheaper but also have lighter rewards.Usually
the reward is a stat increase.
Fairy Quest FAQ'S
Q-If you don't want to do a fairy quest,do you have to do it?
No.At the fairy quest main page just go to 'I don't want to
this quest' and you will be able to use the shop whiz again.
The catch to this is that you won't be able to do quests again
for a while,usually 5 minutes.Pfft like you are going to get 2 quests
in 5 minutes anyway...
Q-Do fairy quests always yield good rewards?
About 80% of the time yes.Because...
a-The reward is based on the fairy which gave you the quest.The fairy
queen may give you a quest for example and it may cost 50000np but
she might raise your defence by 5 levels or give you a really good item.
The worst one I think is the earth fairy which only heals your pets,nothing
which you cant do at the healing springs.
b-The reward is random from a certain amount of rewards.From some fairys
you may only get 5np for a 5000np quest or you may get 50000np.
Q-How often do you recieve quests?
On average once a month. You may get none a month or 5 a month.I myself have
only recieved 3 quests in 4 months on neopets so they are quite rare,so
consider yourself lucky if you get 2 in a short space of time.
What Quests are worth Doing?
Although most quests are worth doing,there are certain quests or sometimes
certain circumstances in which the quest is a rip off.Here is a list of
every type of 'random event quest',what items they are after and the
rewards they give you.
Fire Fairy
Wants:Clothing
Reward:Increases pets strength
Worth it:Yes,strength is very handy for battles and clothing is quite cheap
Air Fairy
Wants:Beauty Products
Reward:Speed increase
Worth it:Depends,Speed isn't a great stat to have,but if the item
wanted is cheap,then do it.If it is worh more than 3k,then don't.
Earth Fairy
Wants:Magic Item
Reward:Heals pets,fills their Stomach
Worth it:No.Never do her quests.The healing springs can heal your pet
for free and the neolodge bloats your pet for as little as 140np a month,
5 np a day!
Water Fairy
Wants:Books
Reward:Defence Increase
Worth it:Yes,unless the book is worth more than 15k.
Light Fairy
Wants:Trading Cards
Reward:Level Increase
Worth it:Yes,unless the trading card is rare and therefore worth more than
10k.
Dark Fairy
Wants:Toys
Reward:HP increase
Worth it:Yes,toys are usually cheap and HP is in my opinion the most important
stat out of them all.
Fountain Fairy
Wants:Random Items (Usually Rare)
Reward:You can have one pet painted any colour.
Worth it:YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!! ALWAYS do her quests no matter what unless
the item which she needs is dearer than the paintbrush needed to paint your
pet a certain colour.This is very unlikely.
Fairy Queen
Wants:Rare and Expensive items
Reward:A rise in several stats by several levels.
Worth it:Yes if you have the money.These quests can be as cheap as 1000
np but as dear as 750000np.Since I don't battle much,about 30k is the limit
for me.The items may be expensive but the rewards are greater.
Space Fairy
Wants: A random, unique item each time.
Reward: A raise in level by four
Worth it: If it's cheap Go for it!

The auction house is an excellent place for cheap items as well as unbuyables
(paintbrushes etc).
But the items here are very hard to get unless you timing is exactly right or
you have a fast connections.
Now you must know where you browse for items.Don't browse the first page
unless you have a REALLY fast connection.If you have a slow connection,browse
the third or fourth page.
Found an Item which you want,good,now bid on it.Look at the previous bid
and the minumum increment.You may add more than the increment but only 2000np
more.Now press bid and your bid will probably be added to the list.If not
either the auction had closed before you bidded or other people bidded while
you did and the price is higher.
Timing is the key to getting those horribly underpriced items.Although those
horribly underpriced items will be come almost regular price because people
are prepared to pay much more than the original price.Anyway factors include
-Internet connction
-Computer Speed
-Your bid (in the last few seconds try to bid slightly higher but not too
high,you dont want to rip off your self)
-Other bidders internet connection.
With a slow internet connection,I can get it down to 20 seconds before making
a bid.However people with ultra fast connections can get down to 5 seconds.

The trading post is the place to be if you want multiple items.It is also good
for the seller for getting rid of multiple items.
Now unlike the auctions,you don't need a fast connection.But what you need is
patience.Look for items you want,know its price on the wiz.Look for the very
good bargains.If it has multiple items besides the item which you want,check
their prices.Also check their wishlist.If the lot is only worth 100k on the
wiz when their asking for 125k,then avoid it.Also don't bid junk,people don't
like it.Also don't bid on lots with "You know what it is worth" or 1np
Paintbrushes.Why 1np paintbrushes.Because there is an 80% chance that it is
a scam.They can close the lot on lets say a blue paintbrush and their asking
25000np for it.Then they could close the lot and say,the first person to bid
when I get the lot back up wins.So they just put regular blue paint,which is
worth about 200np and without thinking,the person bids and they accept.Be
careful.
When selling items at the trading post,look up the price of the item(s) on the
wiz.Add them together Then put in your wishlist a price slightly higher/lower
than that.
You may also ask for specific items as well.
And wait,and eventually you will get an offer.Look at the offer and if there
offering items,check its price on the wiz.If it is equal/higher than the
amount in your wishlist,than accept it.If not reject it and wait for a better
offer.
So there you have it,the trading post.Another good way to make np.

Here I will list the most common groups of items and their uses.
Paintbrushes-Painbrushes are very sought after in neopia.They come in 46(?)
different varieties and they are used to paint your pet.Their average price
is about 250k and rising.
Examples-See paintbrush section
Dubloons-Dubloons is the only currency accepted on Krawk Island.Dubloons are
coins and there are different coins for different values.
A two dubloon coin costs about 4k while a 5 dubloon coin costs
about 13k.Buy 3 2 dubloon coins instead.

Codestones-Codestones are mystical stones used to train your pet at the
training academy on Mystery island (not Krawk Island.) These come in many
different varieties and a different codestone is required for each stat
you want to train although it may be the same.These cost on average 4500np
with the cheapest being about 3200 while the dearest is about 6000.
There are also rare red codestones which currently have no use.They cost
about 12000np at the time of writing.

Treasure Maps-Pieces of treasure maps are used to find rare items.Although
you may not get what you bargained for,these are still very sought after
and have become quite inflated.There are 4 Kinds of treasure maps and
they are.
Treasure Map 15k per piece
Space Map 3k per piece
Spooky Map 7.5k per piece
Secret Laboratory Map 58k per piece
To tell you the truth,the only map truly worth it is the Secret Lab map
And boy is it worth it.You can get limited edition pets,uber strong pets
at level one,darigan and royal pets at no charge and lots more.The only
setback is that sometimes it may lower your stats or change your pet into
a species which you don't want.
Note that the prices next to the maps are just averages.Often there is one
piece of the map way above the rest (like 5-15k) depending on the map.
When you have all nine pieces assembled,go to games and search up Treasure
maps and go there and it will assemble the pieces!
I will provide the direct link another time.
NOTE,I want to create a detailed guide for the lab ray.You can help me get
there by either donating me items (doesn't have to be overly expensive) or go
to the referal link and sign up if you are looking for another account.I have
got 327100np at the moment,only another 280k to go...
Morphing Potions-Morphing potions change your pet from one species/colour
to another.The prices of morphing potions range from 10k (for ugly looks)
to 1 million np (limited edition,rare colour).
These can be found at Kauvara's magic shop.

Books-Books are read to your pet.Reading a book to them,makes them smarter.
Although it has no use at the moment,it will have some use in the future.
All books raise intelligence by the same amount whether it is a 2 page
baby book or an encyclopedia.

Neopia's economy is not determined by TNT,it is determined by the users.
People may jack up the price if that item is in relatively low
quanity,or has retired.However if the item is beginning to become
abundant around the shops,its price will drop by quite a bit.I am
going to use a 'non-existant item' as a guide to what can generally
happen to the item if certain events happen.Thus we introduce the item
'Mega Supremo Pizza'.
Mega Supremo Pizza
1.It is released by TNT.It begins to restock in Pizzaroo at a price
of 1000np.It restocks on average twice every hour in quantities of
10.
2.About 12 hours later,you search it up on the market.You find one or 2
on the wiz at around 30000np.
3.You look it up again,24 hours later,you find its price has been lowered
to 8000np.
4.24 hours Now TNT has decided to raise the price of Mega Supremo Pizza due to
SWA.Its price is now 2500np.
5.Now 24 hours later,it is back at 5000np.Since there a lot around now
the price is fastly falling.Now lets do a little maths.
Mega Supremo Pizza restocks in the pizzaroo twice an hour with a quantity
of 10 each time.For the first 60 hours,the Mega Supremo Pizza was priced
at 1000np.They sold out every time so to find out how many approximately
have been released.for 60 hoursWe do this.
20 released per hour x 60
1200 Mega supremo Pizzas have been released priced at 1000np.Now at that point
the price is about 6500np
For the next 24 hours
20 released per hour x 24
480 MSP's (abbreiviation) were sold for 2500np.Now the price is about 5000np.
So 1680 MSP'S have been release so far.
24 hours later.Now they decide to restock them even more.Now they still restock
twice an hour but they restock in 20 per restock.Twice as many.Now what would
that do to the price?
Lets keep that going shall we for 72 more hours
Now it is unnessercary to add up again but by now,the price is only 2000np.
Which will be at a loss for anyone selling in a shop.
So 24 hours later again the SWA kicks in again but this time they lower
the restocking price to 1800np.Will this be a rise or fall in price?
No it will stay the same for now.
Now TNT decides to release an avatar which requires you to feed your pet a
MSP.
Now wait a few hours and the price will skyrocket up to maybe 8000,maybe more.
On the wiz anyway.This would be because not all people would be able
to restock.
Over the course of 48 hours,it will go down to about 6500np.
Now the SWA kicks in again and decides to raise the price of the pizza to
4000np at the pizzaroo.
Lets skip a month now shall we?
It is one month later,the same scenarios has mentioned above still apply except
that the Wizard price is only 5100np now.
Now they quarter the amount restocked at pizzaroo.That means 10 per hour
at 4000np.Now it will rise again.Combined with the avatar,it will rise up
to around 12k,its highest price since the early days.
Lets skip SIX MONTHS now.
Six months later,TNT decides to retire the item.The item is at about 15k
now and is slowly rising.From now on,it will NEVER restock in the pizzaroo
again.
The MSP will now be priced at some ridiculous price,maybe 100000np.(Unbuyable)
Because remember the avatar.And since they are been eaten by the pets
for the Avatar,they are becoming 'extinct' and will rise and rise and rise
and If you have the last one,you could price it at some Mega-big gigantic
price like 10 million np.
So there you have it.Just an example of the rise and fall of an item.It
will be most certainly different for different kinds of items but the
above is the only example i will do for now.Remember the three things
that determine price are Quality,Quanity and Neopian Shop Prices.;

= Coin/Stamp collecting =

Just another optional thing on neopets.It is fun though and if you like
collecting stuff then go for it.For the stamps,there are different themed
stamps (one theme for each world,except Kreludor) and if you collect all
stamps of one theme (ie.complete one page of the stamp book) then you
get an avatar!Coins are another alternative if you don't like stamps.
You can get stamps from the post office and you can get coins from the
coin shop,located in the art centre of Neopia Central.
To view your coin or stamp collection,go to your user lookup and click on
coins or stamps at the bottom.You can also view other users stamps/coins
this way.
I will provide a list of coins and stamps in a future update.

No,not the real ones,but actual cards you can collect on the site.There are
about 700 cards to collect all up and you can put them in an album for other
users to look at.First you have to create a deck for your cards.You can name
it and give a deckscription (ha ha ha :( sad joke)But when you buy a card from
the card shop in the Bazaar,it just doesn't automatically get added to your
deck but rather you must put in there your self.Click on the card (item) and
scroll down the box of options.The first one should be, "put in your neodeck"
click that.
Remember,you can remove cards from your deck at any time.

Pant Devil-Have him steal any item from you.It can be from a random
event or from the Wheel of excitement.
Red 'maintainence' Pteri-I used to want to KILL this guy but since
Neo hasn't been down while I have been on there for a while,my
anger has eased a little.You can find him via a random event.
Sabre-X-RE in Tyrannia
Snowager-Have him blast you when you attempt to steal something from his
treasure.

The downside of a gallery is that it costs the same to upgrade as a shop.

Yes,there is even a stock market on Neopets!
Like in real life,investing in the stockmarket is very risky.You can stand
to gain a lot,but then you also lose a heck of a lot.So you must play it
properly,or you will see your precious NP'S blow away.
RULES
1.You can only invest in stocks which are trading at 15np or above.
2.You can only buy 1000 shares per day.
3.When you sell a share,you are charged 20np for brokerage.
TIPS
-Some shares are more risky than others.Some of the more riskier ones include
JCK and FISH.They can rise and fall rapidly.But the gains can be enormous.
-Never sell at a loss,unless you need the np badly.If it goes down,don't worry
it will go back up again,so be patient.
-If you are new to the Stockmarket,you should invest in the low risk companies
(ones worth less).
-Set a target to sell at.For example if you buy 1000 shares of MPC (Meridell
Potato Company) at 15np,aim at selling them at 30np.Sometimes though it
might reach around 25 then go back down again.But don't get swayed and take
it.You have as much time as you need,no guts no glory!
-Sometimes a company may go bankrupt and you lose all the money you invested
into it.Very rare but it happens.
Well,I plan to list more tips and profiles of every company in the Stock
Market,in a later update.

Avatars are little Icons which appear next to your username while chatting
on the neoboards.I don't go to the chatboards much,the people which I have met
there are very ignorant and obnoxious.I mean,I almost got scammed there once
and it takes an hour for any response to a Trading Post Advertisment at a
reasonable price so rarely do I go there.Anyway,reguardless of whether
you go to the neoboards or not,collecting avatars can be very fun indeed.
But,some avatars are far harder than others.The easiest ones to obtain simply
involve going to a specific link on the neopets website.While others can
be VERY difficult (mostly game and expensive avatars) so if you plan on
collecting all the avatars (although that is impossible unless you got the
retired avatars) be prepared for a long ride.

I thought it would be appropiate to place this section near the avatar section.
The chat boards are a place where neopians can chat with one another,advertise
their trading lots,show off their fancy new avatar and get help with certain
aspects of the site.
Unfortuantely though,TNT are very strict with the chat rooms.They will not
allow you to chat about anything non-neopets or allow you to get into a
general chat with another person.A pity,I know.
You can only use the chat boards if you are over 13.But if you are under
13,you can choose the 13-18 or 18+ age group when you sign up.
Remember there are various boards for different topics.
Also keep in mind if you offend anyone,use fowl language or scam anyone
on the boards,you stand to be frozen.

Neomail is like an e-mail address which you recieve when you sign up with
neopets.But there is a few rules.First,NO you can't send to actual e-mail
addresses,you can send messages to other users of Neopets.Second of all
you must be over 13 in order to use neomail.
Neomail is useful for Keeping in contact with your neofriends,advertising
guilds,trades etc.

= Frozen Accounts =

What are Frozen Accounts?
To get frozen basically means you are banned for period of time from
accessing your account.You usually only get frozen if you cheat,scam
or something like that.There are 2 types of freezing,temporary and
permanent.The former means that you can get your account back,while the
latter means that you can't get it back easily at all.You usually only
get permanently frozen if you do something really bad or you have already
got frozen several times before.
Here is a list of the ways you can get frozen,from worst to least worst.
SCAMMING-The number 1 thing which you must not do is scam other users.You
will pay big time,seriously.TNT doesn't take scamming lightly,and even less
so if you do it multiple times.If you scam someone and don't get frozen,you
should consider your self lucky.Now,I am not going to list scams here
specifically as I don't want to teach users how to (I never have before)
but I can tell you what to watch out for.The list below is a list of
things to watch out for so your account isn't hacked into etc.
1.Too good to be true
If you have a lot on the trading post worth 1000np's and you get offered an
item worth 1000000np,then it is more likely than not a scam.
2.NP makers
If you find a website which says it can give you as much NP as you want,it
is a scam.Anything which asks you for your password is a scam,as simple
as that.
3.The neopets team inpersonators
The TNT inpersonators will say something like, (YOU HAVE WON A PRIZE BUT
IN ORDER TO ACTIVATE IT,WE NEED YOUR PASSWORD).It is a scam.The person
is trying to get your password so they can hack into your account.The
neopets team inpersonators will have like but different u/n s such as
theneopetzteam or danE0pettztem.The u/n for the neopets team is
"theneopetsteam'.Anything or anyone else is a scammer.
4.Lookalike Sites.
There are a few around.These websites look exactly like neopets.When you
log in to one of these sites,you are giving someone your password and they
will hack into your account.Remember if the adress of the page when you
log in is not www.neopets.com,you are not logging in to neopets.
5.Shop Links
Sometimes in shops,there might be link saying something like "click HERE
to claim a million np".You click on it and you find you don't have a
million np but rather you are at a totally different place.This is a
cookie scam which the shop owner will use to hack into your account.
EXPLOITING (POSITIVE) GLITCHES
If you hear of glitch which gives you a million np,don't do it.You will
get frozen for it.If the neo site is really glitchy and you find a way
to play the Tombola multiple times,don't play it multiple times or
you will get frozen.
On the flipside though,if you are a victim of a bad glitch and lose all
your money,TNT don't feel pity at all:(
CHEATING IN FLASH GAMES
There are programs which slow down certain games like Meerca Chase.There
are cheats which can give you a score of 400000 on 200m Peanut Dash.
No I don't mean the in game cheats which you type,but I mean ones which
can give you a godly score which is 1000000x the maximum or using programs
which slow down games dramatically,there fore giving you a very high score.
FAKE ITEMS
There are certain people who generate 'fake items' onto the neopets
site and if you are caught with a fake item,YOU will be frozen.The generator
may also be frozen if they are caught.Generators often send fake items to
other people and therefore they get frozen for it.
ABUSING OTHER USERS
Saying to people on the chat boards 'you are the worst pile of shit
on this earth and you derserve to die' or something along those lines
will get you frozen.Saying it in the battledome or sending neomail
like that will get you frozen.
AUTOBUYERS
Autobuyers are programs which scan the neopian shops and automatically
buy and give the item to the owner of the autobuyer.Autobuyers can be
found on various websites but TNT shut down most of them.Autobuyers are
faster than almost any computer or human and unbalance restocking.If
you are caught using one,you will be frozen for it.
TNT May also become suspicious of you if you are making NP too quickly
or if you have never recieved a trophy before and all of a sudden,you
get a score way more than everybody else,TNT may come full of paranoia
and they will freeze you.

Go to help.At the bottom should be 'send e-mail'.Click it.Then go
to 'Frozen Accounts' section.I think it is at the top. Then fill in
the form.They take a while to respond so be patient.If you recieve no response

Neopia Central is probably where the restocker will go the most out of all the
worlds.This place contains many shops (mainly the important ones).What else is
here? Theres the bank,the auction house,the money tree and the rainbow pool
all places of importance (except for the money tree)
Auction House
This is where you will go to browse or bid on items.See the Auctions section in
the advanced stuff part for more info.
Bank
This is where you should keep all those precious nps.Once again,I am going to
tell you to look at the 'getting started' guide for more info.
Hospital
No use really,come here to find the right medicine for a disease.You would
think it would do more but it don't so there.
Food Shop
Probably the busiest shop in Neopia,the food shop has many kinds of food
to induldge in.It is also the shop which restocks the most.
Book Shop
Buy books to read to your pet here.There should be a book to suit every
neopet here.
Rainbow Pool
This is where you go to paint your pet a more exciting (or more boring) colour.
Provided you have the paintbrush that is.
Money tree
Quite useless in fact.Here you have 10 million people vying for a crappy 1 np
item.Give it a miss.Although if someone is very lucky,they might find a few
thousand neopoints although to be in with a shot,you need broadband speed.
Neolodge
The best place to feed your pets on a budget.140np a month?I pity the poor
suckers at the food shop ;)Not to mention your pet will still be happy,even
if surrounded by a nest of cockroaches!
Kauvara's Magic Shop
Buy magic potions right here.Some items here a pointless to a restocker but
some can lead to a very nice profit.
Petpet shop
Is your neopet lonely?Well get him or her a petpet!
Back to school shop
Back to school shop? The neopets have been on holidays forever! (I wonder why
the heck this shop is here if there is no school?)
Stamp Shop

Another way to earn boatloads of money is to visit the Faerie Employment
Agencies located on faerie island.

The way that the faerie agency works is simple.
Once every ten minutes (6:40:00 6:50:00 NST) Jobs will in a way, restock.
These jobs range from everything to collecting items, to achieving a score.
Finally, for all of your hard work their can be a huge reward for you!
Tips-
1. Take job's that pay at least 5000 or more.
2. Take a job that takes offers more then ten minutes to complete.
3. Be able to finish the job as FAST AS POSSIBLE. This consists in more NP!
4. You can only take five jobs a day, so make good use of them!

A-This is the most common question I get.I have got asked this about 5 times
and I see many topics made by newbies on the GameFAQS general board.The answer
is that there is no secret.You must earn every last cent by playing games,
restocking or by getting very lucky.
Q-How long does the wheel of monotony take to stop?
A-I put this here because it is so frequently asked,it is not funny,it is
also in the Chance Freebies wheel of Monotony section.It can take 5 seconds
or as long as 12 hours.Both extremes are extremely rare.It usually takes
1-4 hours.The shortest I have ever heard of is 30 seconds.
Q-What is the pass to the mine on Kreludor?
A-It was going to be a plot but they cancelled it so as for now,there
is no code,so stop asking.
Q- Can I be in your guild?
A- Sure, just neomail me for an invite to the best guild on neopets!

myself.Now today I am ****ed off.No,not because I got the usual truckload
of spam (Lately I haven't got as much,which is good) but I am appauled and

Pyrofalkon and Lord Treant both sent me viruses and tried to hack into
my e-mail address.Now the only explanation for this is that they are
trying to wipe out rival faqs.Now,FAQing is not about rivalry,despite I
want mine to be the most majestic of them all,I am not (or was not)
against any other people writing FAQ'S and I admire their work.However
if people go TOO far,then I get really angry.
There are 6 guides on neopets,and plenty of in-depth ones
too and most of them are all great.Unfortuantely,PF and LT have gone
too far by trying to hack my e-mail adress and kill my computer with a
deadly virus.Now they won't be doing it again,thats for sure and I am
against checking out any of their FAQS.However,if you find anything which
is currently missing from this guide,check another FAQ.Thanks,I wanted to
