The AAA Dictionary By MoneyGuy Overview - This will tell you all the terms/names you have been hearing around AAA. If something is in all capitol letters, that means it is defined in the FAQ. _______ ___A___ AAA - Alien Adoption Agency; A game where you ADOPT an alien, then level it up and try to become most powerful. WWW.WEB-DOCENT.COM or WWW.ALIENAA.COM, Both are the same website. ADMIN - See: ADMINISTRATOR ADMINISTRATOR - Someone hand picked by WEBBY that has the power to boost STATS, delete ALIENS and RESTORE ALIENS. APHRO (Aphro) - A commonly used nickname for the ADMINISTRATOR named APHRODITE. ATTACK - Definition 1: Your ATTACK power. The higher your ATTACK power is, the more HP you take away from your opponant each ATTACK. Your ATTACK is usually 1/2 your STRENGTH plus your weapon's STRENGTH. I have no idea how WEBBY coded ATTACK and DEFENSE into battles. Definition 2: Each time you hit your opponent in battle. It is possible to ATTACK your opponent 8 times in one battle before the battle is over. _______ ___B___ BLACKJACK - A card game where you bet TOKENs, and if you win you get 1.5x your TOKENs you bet that game. But the dealer cheats a lot, so no one in GameFAQs plays this game anymore. _______ ___C___ CARD BOOK - A book that costs 500 MARK to buy, and all it does is let you buy new costumes for your alien. CREDIT - The AAA currency. Instead of dollars, you just buy everything with credits. It can be abbreviated to "c" sometimes. Such as - Selling for 100c. _______ ___D___ DARK MATTER - The most powerful buyable weapon in the game. It can give you up to +100 ATTACK and DEFENSE. DEFENSE - How well your alien can defend. Your DEFENSE is usually 1/2 your STRENGTH plus your weapon's STRENGTH. I have no idea how WEBBY coded ATTACK and DEFENSE into battles. DM - See: DARK MATTER _______ ___E___ EDITOR - Someone in charge of one of the AAA help files. They can change their part of the help files as they wish. Sometimes they are also in charge of some other files, but not right now. They also have the power to kick people from the chat room. ENDURANCE - How many battles you can initiate per day. Your ENDURANCE starts at 5.0000, and the only way to raise ENDURANCE is training in the GYM. EXP - See: EXPERIENCE POINTS EXPERIENCE POINTS - If you win a battle, then you get EXPERIENCE POINTS. You need EXPERIENCE POINTS to get to a higher level. The EXPERIENCE POINTS you need to reach your next level always equals your level squared, times 100. Level 3 - 900 EXP needed. 3*3*100 = 900 _______ ___F___ FASTCGI - AAA is run off of a CGI (CGI not defined) server. To make the game run literally 10 times faster, WEBBY uses something called FASTCGI. I can't tell you what exactly it is. FISHING - A place where you can fish to get about 50k extra a day. WEBBY took it out for now because he is re-doing it to make it a "most fun part of the game". _______ ___G___ GUILD - A fromal grouping of aliens. Once you apply to a GUILD, your application can be accepted or rejected. If it is accepted, you can go to your GUILD house, where you can post on your GUILD's message board and donate to your guild. Pros: 100% hospital coverage, protection (maybe), access to helpful help files (if you are a newbie, and access to an ARMORY. Cons: A percentage of the EXPERIENCE POINTS and CREDITS you earned in battle is taken away and put in your GUILD's depository. Usually around 10% of each. GYM - A place where you go daily to raise your ENDURANCE, SPEED, and STRENGTH. A lifetime membership is only 5 MARKs! See one of the full FAQs for details on how to raise your STATS. _______ ___H___ HIGH COUNCIL - HIGH COUNCIL members have no technical power, which means that they can't change things in the game. There whole power is that WEBBY listens to their ideas about the game more than normal players. They also have their own message board that only they can post on. HIT POINTS - How much health your alien has. That is how much you can be hit for. If your alien has 50/100 HP, that means that it has 100 maximum HP, but only 50 HP left. Once your HP hits 0, you are dead. Often abbreviated as HP. HOSTPRO - The current SERVER AAA runs off of. HOSTPRO is down a lot, and when the SERVER is down, you can't play the game. The games downtime might also be due to FASTCGI. HP - See: HIT POINTS HP RESTORATION - If you take the RED PILL from ROGER RABBIT, and you lose HP until your HP is below the norm for your level, then you can get it restored to the normal HP for your level at Helgas for 10 MARKS each HP. Example: If you are a level 15 the normal HP is 330. If you take the RED PILL and lose 10 HP, then you can can pay 100 MARKS to get your HP restored to 330. _______ ___I___ IP ADDRESS - Sometimes abbreviated to just IP, this is your computers number. It is something like xxx.xxx.xx. Once you ADOPT an alien, your IP is recorded, and if you try to register another one you will get a message saying that you can't, and you will be FLAGGED as a cheater. _______ ___J___ _______ ___K___ K - 1000 CREDITS. _______ ___L___ _______ ___M___ MARK - You can earn 1 MARK a day by signing up at the employment agency if you are at least a level 4, and buy 15 MARKs a day at point (5,5) in WEBBY WORLD for 250 CREDITS a peice if you are at least a level 5. MARKs are used for HP RESTORATION, a membership at the GYM, and the CARD BOOK. MULTI - A multi-user; someone that has more that one alien in their control. This is considered major cheating, and if you get caught doing this you will be IP banned and hated. _______ ___N___ NEIL A (Neil A.) - Used to be the person who dealt with the SERVER, but TANDY told me he is in college, so WEBBY handles the SERVER now. _______ ___O___ _______ ___P___ PHO - The stock everyone made money off of when it still existed. WEBBY deleted this stock for some reason. People would make so much money because it would frequently triple its value in an hour or so, then plummit back down. PILL, THE - See: RED PILL _______ ___Q___ _______ ___R___ RECORD KEEPER - Possible the hardest job of all. He/she can let people into the guild by going to record keeper duties and then view guild applications. Then press add to let in and deny to deny there application. He/she can remove guild members by going to record keeper duties and and then remove guild members then click remove to remove the member. He/she can can set the voting topic by going to record keeper duties and click voting topic. Then put in a new Poll ID so the computer can t. Then set the poll question and what the answers to the question could be. Then press save and then reset the polls to make sure you don't get any votes from the last voting topic. He/she can adjust the application process by changing the restrictions on what people can apply and the application instructions. (Source - "C_h_I_p" a GameFAQs Member) RED PILL - A PILL that ROGER RABBIT gives you, which can permanantly change your HP. You have at least 300 HP to take the PILL. For example, if you have 330/330 HP, and you take the pill and "lose 30 HIT POINTS", you will now have 300/300 HP. Your HP can go up or down 100 HP each time you take the PILL. See: ROGER RABBIT ROGER RABBIT - Once you have 300 HP, then you can go to ROGER RABBIT, and he will give you a PILL. This PILL permanantly makes you gain or lose HP. Only take if you feel lucky. If your HP is under the regular ammount you can get it restored to the normal ammount for your level. SERVER, THE - The SERVER AAA runs off of, by HOSTPRO; it is not working a lot, and when the SERVER is not working, the game is not playable. SPEED - How fast your alien is. The higher your SPEED is, the more often you will ATTACK during a battle. Your SPEED starts at 5.0000, and the only way to raise SPEED is training in the GYM. STATS - Short for STATISTICS; A word people use to represent an aliens ENDURANCE, SPEED, and STRENGTH. Not difinative, like "My STATS are 20.43". More like "What are your STATS?" Then someone would show their aliens ENDURANCE, SPEED, and STRENGTH seperatly. STOCK BROKER - Now, when you invest in stocks, a STOCK BROKER takes a 5% fee from however much you invested automaticly when you sell the stock. So if you buy a stock then immediatly sell it, you lose 5% of your investment. STOCK MARKET - A place to go to buy/sell stocks. The stocks change in realtime. I might give a better explanation later. Ehh... STRENGTH - How powerful your alien is. The higher your STRENGTH, the more HP you take away each time you ATTACK. Your STRENGTH is 5.0000 when you are a level 1, and you get +2 STRENGTH each level you gain. You can also get extra STRENGTH by training in the GYM. _______ ___T___ TOKEN - AAA betting currency. People used to store a lot of their money in tokens, because you couldn't lose them in battle. The reason was that there was no fee to exchange tokens before. That is not true anymore. Now when you take out TOKENs you get 2 CREDITS/1 TOKEN, and when you trade in TOKENs it is 3 CREDIT/1 TOKEN. _______ ___U___ _______ ___V___ _______ ___W___ WEBBY (Webby) - Creator of the AAA; updating the game regularly. Now he also takes care of the SERVER. WEBBY WORLD - A coordinate grid created by WEBBY that you are supposebly able to do stuff on. It is 100 by 100, making 10,000 spots you can go on. Most of the spots are just plots of land you can buy for 2 million CREDITS, and do nothing with.
