For now you only have your club and it takes 1 hit to kill the chick, 2 to kill the monkey and 4 to kill the elephant. You will eventually get a hammer later in the game that doubles the attack power. The monkeys also spit bullets when they stop moving. Use the springs to get stars out of reach. Hop over the gap or you will die when you fall down it. If you come upon a slope, press down on the D-pad and you'll slide down and kill any enemy in the way of your slide. Gather the exit star to end the level. ~1-2~ Wait for the monkey to walk away from the ledge before you hop over the gap and kill it. Slide into the chick and destroy the right block above to get the good ol' hammer. Now you are playing with power. Now the elephant dies in 2 hits and the monkey dies in 1. Kill the next chick you see and destroy the block for a heart that gives an extra energy. Bash your way to the right and clear the gap and kill the chick and monkey below. Use the spring and kill the elephant at the top of the ledge once you are on there. The starts at the end form an arrow that points to the exit star. ~1-3~ Smash the first block for energy and use the spring to get the stars and jump on the platform that is rising and falling. To get the silver stars, hold right to walk off the ledge and your momentum will carry you over to collect them. Kill the monkey and jump onto the low platform to make it rise then kill the little head while avoiding the bullet it spits at you. You will come across a platform that sinks when you step on them so get off it quickly before you fall to your death in the pit below. If you need health, stay on the first one long enough to get the energy before jumping off. The second platform rises when stepped on. Kill the little head safely. The next platform will sink. Once you get past the monkey there, use the three springs to safely clear the large gap. There is one more energy item in one of the blocks before the exit star. Boss Fight: Jumbo Jumbo flies back and forth using his ears just like Dumbo the Elephant and will try to smash you if you are underneath him. Move from under him when he comes down and hit him. He will die in 4 hits hit the hammer and 8 hits with a club. ---- ~2-1~ Kill the mice as you gather two sets of stars that form arrows. You can jump through the wall to the right which is why the stars formed arrows. Inside it is a mouse to kill and a hammer if you need it. Go back out and along the top then kill the enemies up there. If you need health, drop back down and kill the little head and destroy the block for it. Go right and kill more mice then go to the upper right area blocked off by logs. The left block contains a 1-up. Drop down to the bottom and you will want to stay on the low road. You can go through the wall here and stay low until the logs block your path then go over them and get the exit star. ~2-2~ Head over to the right and kill the nearby enemies before hopping on the rising platform to get to the upper ledge. Carefully hop across the platforms to avoid falling to your death. You will see a set of stars that spell TOTO. As you head further to the right, you will also come across cracked blocks that break when stepped on. Run across them as quick as possible. The exit star is just ahead. ~2-3~ Run across the logs and watch out for the fish jumping out of the water that'll try to eat you. Ride the platforms moving along the lines. If you miss the ride the first time around, it will come back to the beginning so you can try again. There isn't really much anything new here aside from the fish. Just be careful where you leap. Boss Fight: Gojira You might say he looks like Godzilla but the fact is that it is him. Gojira is how the Japanese say Godzilla. Stay on the far left and wait for Gojira to spit a fireball that angles down then straightens as it moves towards you. Jump over the fire and move towards him and bash him in the head once then head back over to the left and repeat the process until he dies. 4 hits with the hammer or 8 hits with the club will do the job. ---- ~3-1~ Collect the stars while you kill the alligators and crabs. You will see an enemy that looks like a pokey from Super Mario Bros 2/Doki Doki Panic. Stay on the ledge far away from it and bash it when it gets close. It takes 4 hits with the club and 2 hits with the hammer. You will see stars on top spelling "GO" and a set of stars forming an arrow. Kill the little heads as you collect the stars. The crabs shoot bullets in variable directions so be sure to avoid those bullets by staying at a correct angle. The two blocky platforms contain a hammer and a health heart on the top blocks respectively. When you see 2 little heads (one hopping and another spitting), let the hopper jump over the pit then kill it and then jump over the pit to kill the other one. There is a 1-up before the exit star. ~3-2~ You will be introduced to quicksand and spikes. The quicksand will make you sink into the ground and you'll die when you are buried. The spikes will damage you if you land on them. There is a 1-up inside the top "step" of the lower set of blocks when you reach the wall. Jump across the quicksand and be wary about the spikes. After defeating the next cactus enemy, stand on the platform to make it rise and get on the platform and jump across the quicksand. Don't land in the water. It's full of spikes and a fish. You will the stars form an arrow that point to more stars that spell TOTO before the exit star. ~3-3~ In this level, it's safe to jump into the water at the beginning and it gives you buoyance to get out of the water with one jump no matter how high it is. Use the springs to get over the spikes. If you need health, jump into the water and drop down to the left of the spikes to kill the fish and break the block on the very left. Get out and kill the gators and avoid falling onto the spikes. Use the blocks to get over the pit and jump off the next platform before it goes down. Jump into the water. Kill the fish. You are not as buoyant in deep water as you are in shallow water. Get out of the water and exit stage right. Boss Fight: Mushman Stand on one of the two blocks in the area to avoid the missile that Mushman shoots then stand on the edge and wait for Mushman to jump towards you and then bash him while he is on the way down.Just be sure to avoid the stomps and the missiles and this will be an easy fight. ---- ~4-1~ Despite being in an icy level, the physics will not come to play. By physics, I mean that one would expect to slip n' slide when stepping on icy floors like the majority of games with ice in them. Nope, you still stop on a dime. Avoid the avalanche balls at all cost. No you cannot ride on top of them. I know you were tempted to do that. The ice blocks don't break when hit unlike the average stone ones. Avoid the spikes as you kill penguins and chicks in this level. You will come across some silver stars that spell "Oh!" before exiting the level. ~4-2~ Nothing new here, just be wary of the pit as you hop across the small blocks over it especially when using the springs. Near the end you can get a 1-up and exit to the right. ~4-3~ This level has a lot of dead ends and tricky paths. If you see an avalanche in the way, you can scroll it off the screen from a lower path to get rid of it. When you see a line of arrows, the silver ones will point to extra health and an extra life. You'll see a line of stars pointing up and that tells you to take the top path to the exit. Boss Fight: Big Mouth You fight a giant version of the head enemies you fought throughout the game, it doesn't really offer any resistance at all. It will just hop at you while the little heads try to join the fight. Get in your hits while defeating the little heads and run under the Big Mouth if it gets too close to the corner. If you got the hammer, it will most likely die before worrying about running under it if you got the hammer. ---- ~5-1~ Welcome to hell on earth. You will have to fight against fellow cavemen here as well as bats and skeletons. Not much else to say here. I don't need to tell you to avoid the lava (or is that hot water?) as you know well enough to do that. The bats attack directly, cavemen try to crash into you and skeletons will throw bones at you. ~5-2~ More lack of physics here. Normally stepping on a ball and chain will give you a painful foot. Instead, you can jump on them as platforms to avoid stepping onto spikes and get over the lava pit. Kill the bats as quickly as possible as they can be very annoying. There is a 1-up inside the block before the exit star. ~5-3~ Avoid the top and bottom spikes at the start and use the blocks to clear the pit of lava. Some spikes are loose and will fall down when below them. Use the line platform to get past the spike pit. This ride will fall down at the end of the line. You can tell which spikes will fall when you see the ones that are thinner than the other ones. When you come across 2 more line rides, the second one will have a 1-up in the block before it. The final one will be tricky but stay on the ride when if falls then hop to safety and exit. Boss Fight: Dodoria When Dodoria stomps, avoid the rocks falling down from above. Get onto the right platform and bash Dodoria in the head when he comes down from a stomp then only jump away when he goes for another stomp. If he doesn't jump again, then he'll move back and give you another opportunity to hit him again. Repeat the process until he dies. ---- ~6-1~ Welcome to the castle where you will combat walking and hopping candles, knights and the same ol' little heads. Knights spit bullets in a 3-way arc. You can use the windowsills for platforms too. One thing you will notice about the walking candles is that they will extend their flame if you stand above them but they don't stretch out that far if you are high enough. Fight your way to the exit. ~6-2~ Ain't much else going on here. The only thing to watch for is a long pit of spikes that has a hard jump to get across and there are also spikes that will fall from the ceiling. Other than that, just exit the level. ~6-3~ For this level, just concentrate on killing all the candles as they will just continue to hound you. Even the encased ones can still burn you with their fire extended out when above them. You should have no trouble beating this level. Boss Fight: Dark Dragon This is the final boss. Avoid the missile and run towards Dark Dragon before the lighting strikes and bash him in the head. The lightning will come down based on your current location before it came down so that's why you got to run towards him. After getting hit, Dark Dragon vanishes and reappears on the opposite side of where you stand and does the same thing. Repeat the process until he dies. ************************************TWIN MOUSE********************************* ~Level 1~ Gather the berries you see because getting 100 of them nets you an extra life. Stomp on the mice walking back and forth so they won't be a nuisance. The 1st red ball you come across contains a heart. You will be able to take a hit w/o dying with that in place. The second one will be the sex change ball where you can switch between the male or female mouse. The female is good for slowing down your jump. Stay along the top and be careful in this game. Physics are atrocious in this game where you will almost always end up overstepping when you don't try to. Keep this in mind when try to get the berries bunch at the top. Head to the end and you will see a bear toting a gun. Let him get his first shot in before dropping down to fight him then stomp him. He'll be invincible momentarily. Wait for him to stop flashing then stomp him again. Repeat once more and he dies on the 3rd stomp. Gather the key but watch out for the mouse. Go back around to the door to end the level. ~Level 2~ You collect crystals here. I will warn you right now. Never, and I mean never touch those spikes. It leads to an instant death regardless of whether or not you have a heart in reserve. In fact, if you do have a heart then your death sprite will be a deep red instead of the normal orange (it will stay orange if you fell down a pit instead). Avoid falling down those pits as you jump on the mice. You'll meet ones that jump. Careful not to stomp on one near the ceiling spikes. Also beware of the spikes over the crystals you don't want to jump up and kill yourself here. Soon you will have two choices. First one is to kill the mouse and gather the crystals or the other choice is to ignore that part altogether and hop over the wall. Avoid a few more spikes and you will see two sets of crystal bunches. The first one has two mice walking back and forth and the other has the bear enemy you need to stomp 3 times to get the key and exit the level. You can ignore that jumping mouse. ~Level 3~ Now you got mushrooms to collect towards lives. The first red ball has a health item. Get to the top level of ground and time a good jump to kill the bird that is hovering up and down to get over the pit and land on the mouse afterwards to get rid of it. Get past several mice and pits and face off against the bear once again. The key is up top, jump on the platforms to get around to the key and go for the door. Watch out for the pits and the mouse near the exit. ~Level 4~ Collect the carrots as you get past the mice. Once you manage to get inside the cave, get rid of the mouse coming at you then hop over to the pit to the right. You cannot get all those carrots up there so ignore those for now so to get them you can hop over the pit like I said earlier and jump into the brown blocks on the upper left and use them as a hidden passage to get the remaining carrots. That door is a fake so once you get the key, don't bother heading all the way back to it. Kill the mouse and stay high up to get over the wall and back out of the cave. You can even hop into the brown wall to get those carrots up there. Carefully hop over the pits as you got a jumping mouse to deal with. Defeat the bear and get the key and wait for the mouse to go away before making your way back to the door. ~Level 5~ You are in a red castle and you got falling spikes to deal with. Move fast or they'll fall on you. Stay on the high road and time a jump to land on the upper area and you can easily avoid the falling spikes. Soon you will be able to get on the top of the level and jump over the spikes. Stay up there as the boss bear is at the end of the ceiling in an area that you drop down. Similar to going to a warp pipe in Super Mario Bros. Defeat it then you get the key. Now you got to go all the away around to the door. This is where the falling spikes are tricky to get past. If you have health, sacrifice it to get in the exit. ~Level 6~ Collect the carrots as you hop along the pits. Get past the birds and mice and you will notice a 1-up below you. To get it, jump over the bird hoveing over the pit then hop to the left into the fake wall. To get the health and 1-up. You can hop back up to get back on track. There are several fake doors so pay them no mind as the real door is the last one you see. For now, worry about advancing to the end of the level. To get past the bird and pit, jump from the second level from the top. Head to the end and kill the boss bear for the final time. ~Level 7~ When walking on the logs, don't land on the sharp ones. You can collect both strawberries and fish here. Careful where you leap in the water. You want to stomp on the fish to get them out of your hair. You can also stomp on the ducks to get to more fish or move on. Some ducks swim and some run on land. Don't jump too high where there are thorns in the ceiling. Kill the little fish before you get the 1-up. Carefully stay away from the pits and at the end you will see a dog that moves back and forth while jumping. Get 3 good timed stomps in to kill him for the key. Drop down to get the key then make your way around to the green walls and stand on it and you want to move along the hidden parts of the wall to reach the exit. ~Final Level~ Gather the corn in the fields and leap across two pits. Watch out for monkeys throwing bananas. Time a good jump to stomp on the monkeys and get rid of them. Stomp on the swimmer in the water and you can gather the fish and strawberries if you like. Stay on higher ground as much as possible. When you see a big bunch of strawberries, there is a monkey below. Don't let its banana hit you. Get rid of it and gather all the strawberries you want. There is also a strawberry trap to look out for. They are hanging over a pit and it's not a good idea to get them. There is a false section of the next wall that leads to a 1-up but you can't get straight to it.You will have to hop up and make your way to the top then zigzag back to the bottom to get it. Once you are standing on the logs, stomp on the swimmer three times to get the key. Rather than go all the way around to get the key, you can actually jump through the floor on the left to save you some time and get the key then repeat the process to get to the exit door. ************************************POWER BLOCK******************************** o---------------------o STORY o---------------------o Pabille and Iona had kept the keep-land for the peace to the world. Shadre who wants to command the world offends the keep-land. Shadre got the world by dark force and... Could Pabille and iona recover the peace of the world... o---------------------o POWERUPS o---------------------o Blue Thunderbolt = remove random block Red Thunderbolt = shrink paddle to half size Capsule = restore shrunken paddle Paddle = temporarily shoot balls at blocks Triple Shot = Shoot in three directions Red Ring Thunder = faster ball Blue Ring Wave = slower ball B bubble = extra life Red arrow = replay level Yellow arrow = advance to next level Hourglass = freeze ball into place Restore = Bring 2 blocks back on screen (don't work if stage is cleared) Pink Ball = clear away an invincible block, so its useless till later stages. o---------------------o GAMEPLAY o---------------------o There really isn't any exact strategy to playing this game. So far I know there are 24 rounds to play. The stages carry a different theme. After level 12, the themes will reset but the patterns and bosses will be different. However, some blocks will be indestructible unless you get a pink ball to clear one. The first level with indestructible blocks is actually in level 12 which is pyramid theme and the pharaoh heads on the end of the bottom rows can't be broken normally. The blocks will also start taking extra hits to destroy as you progress. There will be times where the block will be stuck in an endless loop and you'll be forced to end the game or you can use the other controller to make Iona playable or Pabille if you chose Iona first. With 2 players in play, the player will die if it goes off that player's side of the screen. Another thing that should be noted for a 2-player game is that when fighting the bosses, they will have larger lifebars and will shoot a star for each side. And the Keep-land is lighting in the sky. ************************************ADVENTURE KID****************************** ************************* * WORLD 1 - FERN ISLAND * ************************* ~1-1~ Knock over the egg to get the milk and kill the snail as you gather fruit to stay alive. Leap over the rocks because you'll lose energy when you trip over them. Jump onto the skateboard and kill any enemy in your path and jump over the fire and the rocks. Don't bother with the spring. By holding left while on the skateboard, you can slow down its movement. You will eventually come to the end of the level. ~1-2~ The egg contains an arrow to shoot at the enemies. You got lizards, spiders, and fire (jump over that) to deal with. Get the next egg for an angel that makes you impervious to damage momentarily. Jump onto the spring to get over the pit. The angel will be your safe haven against the bats. Get the Spade card to obtain a dragon buddy to ride on. You can use it to spit fire at enemies and destroy the rocks. It will disappear when you take a hit. Unlike the skateboard, you can take it with you to the next level if you make it to the end of the current one. Be sure to watch out for yellow dogs trying to sneak in from behind you. Jump over it as it gets close. ~1-3~ Watch out for the rolling rock at the start as you use your dinosuar buddy to kill more enemies. Like bats and worms. The worms are hard to hit with your axe. Get the heart to ride a red dinosaur buddy. Kill the frog before you use the springs to get the meat. Also kill the monsters that look like the symbol for poison and the crawling stools who are also hard to hit with the axe. Get past the rolling rock and the exit is ahead. It's worth noting that you will not be killed by a rolling rock during a jump. ~1-4~ As you are killing everything in sight, trust me when I say that it's better to trip over the rock to get over the pit. It makes the jump a whole lot safer. In addition to the bats, you take on little devils that are best for your buddy to take care of if you still got it. Even if you don't, you can use the skateboard to get through the level faster but you got to be careful as you will face tpms of enemies. Without the skateboard, it will be a close shave getting to the end. There is no boss in the 1st world. ************************* * WORLD 2 - LAKE ISLAND * ************************* ~2-1~ Get the boomerang to attack the enemies as you jump over the fire. At least the weapon will return to you if you miss the first time. You'll find another spade for the blue dinosaur buddy. Chances are that you'll lose it by springing into the rock. As you travel, watch out for a black dog that will come from behind. The exit is just after it. ~2-2~ The first egg is a Club which gives you a white dinosaur buddy. The thing to watch out for in this level is for the fish jumping out of the waters while you are trying to leap over the pits and what's also bad is trying to avoid landing on the flames. Let the rock go past before you get on the skateboard if you've already lost your buddy and head for the exit. ~2-3~ The frog at the beginning can be so annoying. Get rid of it and jump into the water and go for a swim. Kill the fish, octopi, starfish, and shells. There are also seahorses and puffer fish to get by. That's all there is to this level. ~2-4~ Watch out for the black dog coming from behind as you get the Spade and ride on your blue dino buddy. You will lose him when you step on the skateboard so just ignore the next egg and make your way to the end. You'll need to use springs to get past the spiders and on the last two. Let the wasps get closer so you can kill them when they draw near. Watch out for that sneaky dog again just before the exit. Boss Fight: Ladybug A note for all bosses. Unlike the normal enemies you see in the game, they are not one-hit killers nor does the lifebar drain over time. The lifebar will serve as your energy meter during boss fights. The first boss you face is a ladybug that jumps around a lot. Throw your axes at it as it comes down from a jump. It will usually move a little bit before jumping again thus allowing you to get in a few more hits. If you defeat it, you earn 10,000 points. *************************** * WORLD 3 - SECRET ISLAND * *************************** ~3-1~ Kill the little devil running back and forth before stepping on the platform. Kill the orb enemy before getting the egg containing a Heart for a red dinosaur buddy. Use it to travel through the treetop safely because one wrong jump and you fall to your death. That also means ignoring the skateboard. However, if you are riding your red dino buddy then you will be impervious to the lava below. ~3-2~ You can choose to get the white turtle buddy from the Club but it's better to lose it while swimming because there hardly is any room to maneuver when in the water. Stay on the ground as much as possible and when you get out the water get the boomerang and exit the level. I should point out that any other buddy will be destroyed upon getting in the water. ~3-3~ Get the Spade for the blue dino buddy and make your way upwards. It's easier to make the jumps that way and help protect you from getting hit by an unexpecting enemy though you'll lose him. There is also an egg with an angel inside to also protect you from harm for a set amount of time. At the top, hopefully you still got the fairy active so you can blow through all enemies and make it to the end. ~3-4~ You are on the white mountains and you will face off against penguins who act like the frogs and you got seals that act like snakes. Use the spring sets to get to the angel and be invincible momentarily. The annoying sneaky dog still makes an occasional appearance. When you get to the end, it may look like a dead end but there is an egg with a Diamond that contains a black bird buddy. This level must've been a preview of the next level. ************************* * WORLD 4 - SNOW ISLAND * ************************* ~4-1~ You should still be on the bird at this point so this level is totally yours without any needed help. Just be sure to still collect the fruit to stay alive and kill only the enemies that can reach you in the air. ~4-2~ Oh why do we have to lose the bird? D: Get the Club to arm your white turtle buddy as you dip in the water. This time around you won't be moving horizontally. You will be diving deep into the water trying to avoid falling into any enemies. It's pretty much a short trip down to the bottom. ~4-3~ The background is real white. It's too hard to see what's going on. Watch out for the sneaky dogs and you will come across a spade for the blue dino buddy. Through your travels, I would normally say ignore the club containing the white turtle buddy but it turns him you'll need him for next level if you want to hang on to a buddy as the blue one will be gone as the next level starts underwater. ~4-4~ As I've said, you have to ride the white turtle buddy to ride one period in this level. You start underwater immediately. Swim through this level killing all kinds of enemies. The ones that are tricky are the puffers that blend into the background. The exit is in the upper right corner. Boss Fight: Octopus The axe is the best weapon of choice for this fight. The boomerang will most likely get you killed. With the axe you can lob the axes from the air and lure the boss down so you can dodge its ink shots. What makes this boss so hard is that it can juggle you and do continuous damage to you. ************************* * WORLD 5 - DEEP ISLAND * ************************* ~5-1~ This is a real short level where you kill the worm and run up the mountain full of falling rocks that only trip you up. You only got to worry about the enemy at the top and you can just spring to the exit. ~5-2~ Get the arrow and go up the hill and kill the seal and the snail as you hop over the rock and fire. The egg contains a fairy which you can use to blow through everyone up until the wasps. Kill the first one and let the second one pass by you below. The next part is a tricky jump. Jump to little and you will land on a squid and die. Jump to far and you'll land on the bar and die and you got no way of knowing where you'll land. Time your jump to land on the left end. Once you land, kill the bat quickly. Jump over the shells as best as you can. They won't kill you if you trip on them. Kill the 2 octopi jumping out of the water and hop over the pit and exit the level. ~5-3~ Get the egg as it contains a Heart for a red dino buddy and go wild. Ignore the skateboard and proceed slowly and kill what you see is a threat. There will be a rat coming from behind at one point. Keep an eye out for it. ~5-4~ Hopefully you still have your red dragon buddy at the start here because the jumps are so tough to make. Don't bother with the skateboard. Whenever you see a pig in front of you, a dog or rat will appear from behind. Continue killing the bats and others till you reach the exit. *************************** * WORLD 6 - DRAGON ISLAND * *************************** ~6-1~ The bad news is you lose your red dragon buddy. The good news is that there is a white turtle buddy at the start. You make a trek upward that shouldn't be too hard. It's best to go up the right side at the forks. One left fork though a dead end, has lots of fruit. There will be octopi near the top so watch out for them. ~6-2~ Near the beginning, watch out for the rat coming from the rear. You will come across some springs that lead to an egg with a spade containing a blue dino buddy. The rat will try to sneak up on you again. The octopi are more annoying since they follow you around like the frogs. There is also a set of springs that lead to a club with a white turtle buddy. You'll need it to get to the next level and keep it as the blue dino buddy will disappear in the water. ~6-3~ Swim forward and kill all enemies in sight as you collect the fruit. If you are in desparate need of life. Kill the starfish surrounding the meat for full meter and just swim to the end of the level. ~6-4~ I just love this bird, get it from the first egg. Fly to the top and you can complete this level in no time. Boss Fight: Pteradactyl This guy will always fly across the screen and drop shells that home in on you on the way to the ground. The best strategy since you are on the bird by this point is to run past it on its first pass then run back and fly high. If it is low, lob axes at him. If it is low, drop down and run past it quick. It will speed up after taking lots of damage. ************************* * WORLD 7 - WILD ISLAND * ************************* ~7-1~ If you still got the bird from the last fight, you are in good shape but if you are comfortable getting the red dino buddy, go ahead when you see the egg with the heart. At least it can destroy boulders, rocks, and fire with it. You'll also need it for next level. ~7-2~ With the red dino buddy, you can walk on the lava for a while. Forget the blue one in this case. It's in the first egg you see when walking on the lava. Get the fruit nearby it because you won't have enough life to make it to safe land in one go. You will see more lava soon but you will want to go on the treetops to get the fruit and the exit is in the upper right hand corner of the level. ~7-3~ During the level, you will see a club for a white turtle buddy and you can get a fairy to bowl through the level as it will last till almost the very end. You got to kill a couple enemies and this one is over. ~7-4~ Another water level which you know what to do here already. The exit is in the upper right hand corner at the end. *************************** * WORLD 8 - MAGIC ISLAND * *************************** ~8-1~ You make a blind run down the hill. Kill the bat at the start and get two of the fruits then jump and try to land level with the plum to avoid landing on either the fire or the bat. Make two quick jumps to avoid the boulders. Continue to hop over the fire and kill the bats. Avoid the wasps by staying above them then at the bottom, beware of the porcupine rolling at you. Get all the fruit you can then at the end, you get a diamond with the black bird buddy and fly to the top but watch out for butterflies. Lose your bird before reaching the top and you are screwed. ~8-2~ You are not guaranteed to keep the bird by the end of the last level. You could hit a butterfly but fortunately land on the exit. If you still got the bird, then fly to the end of the level. Otherwise, keep an eye out for the good ol rear attack rat. A blue dino buddy appears here for help. ~8-3~ You can get a white turtle buddy here but you aren't going underwater. Another advantage to it is that it can prevent you from falling down bottomless pits containing water. The animal you want though is the bird. Fly up along the right side of the level and hug the wall. You'll end up getting a heart and turn into a red dino buddy but at least you can still finish the level from here. ~8-4~ The last level. Thank goodness. Kill the frogs and choose between the red or the blue dino buddy and kill the worms and boulders. Stay on the top of the level and kill the poison monsters. Ignore the skateboard. Get the meat if you are low on health and exit the level. Final Boss Fight: Wizard After so much hassle with the other bosses, the final boss is the easiest of them all. All you got to do is stay close to him as you shoot him as the fire he tosses will sail over your head. You might lose your buddy but it's an easier fight without it. Better yet, just stand on the 10th tile and fire away and he won't even touch you with his body either. o---------------------o EPILOGUE o---------------------o Wizards power vanished conletely and peace came around in the world.
