!
It doesn't matter. Basically, you're pretending to be a cat, a dog, or
a drunk. Go back to the hospital at night and protect Miyuri again. If
you win, she'll ask you what you've been doing at night.
1 - I was kicking some bad guy butt
2 - I was looking at you sleeping
Choose 2. ^_^ Since you've been visiting her so often, she'll say that
she doesn't care if she stays in the hospital.
1 - Don't be so weak!
2 - Don't say that - let's meet even after your release
Choose 2.
Since it's now Friday, fight Ririmu at the hospital. On Saturday,
choose Miyuri.

----- Mai Amano (Pg. 30, top) -----
You can meet her at the pie shop (Annpie's) during the day and at the
apartment at night. She makes the most f***ed-up pies ever.
Go to Annpie's on Tuesday. You'll meet Mai and she'll ask you if want a
Karbichocolatenoki (yeah, whatever) Pie. Karbi is some type of meat (I
think it's pork, but I'm not sure). I don't know what "enoki" is.
Basically, she's offering you a chocolate pie with meat in it.
1 - Sure, I'll take one.
2 - I don't want that crap!
Choose 1. She'll ask you if you like the store.
1 - I really like it!
2 - Hm... Needs something else...
Choose 1. She'll ask you if you have a girlfriend.
1 - Of course I don't have one!
2 - O... Of course I have one!
Choose 1. At night, protect Mai. Go to the apartment area and you
should be able to see an icon on Mai's door. She'll offer you some
grub.
1 - Sure
2 - Nah, not this time
Choose 1. Now enter her room. Protect her from Ririmu if necessary.
On Wednesday morning, exit Mai's apartment and go to Annpie's
immediately. (How did she beat you there?!?) She'll offer another
f***ed up pie - the DHA Intelligence Pie (don't ask what the
ingredients are). She says it's supposed to make you smarter.
1 - Don't want it...
2 - Maybe I'll have one...
Choosing 1 will make you go through an endless loop so choose 2. She'll
then ask a question (I'm too lazy to translate it). You'll have two
choices and the correct answer is the first one. If you choose the
second choice, you'll be offered another DHA pie. Unless you say that
you want another one, you'll be stuck in an endless loop again. She'll
ask you another question and the correct answer is the first choice. If
you chose the second choice, she'll be disappointed that the
intelligence pie didn't work. =P At any rate, after you step outside
the pie shop, you'll collapse from food poisoning. You'll see Kyoko
when you wake up at the hospital. She'll ask you what happened.
1 - Well, it's like this...
2 - Gee, I wonder why?
It doesn't matter, but choose 1. She'll understand why you collapsed
and will tell you you're lucky to be alive. Exit the hospital and go do
something else until night. You won't be able to meet Mai at the pie
shop or at her apartment until the next day. Mai will be safe for the
night. Go protect another girl.
On Thursday morning, go to Annpie's. She heard that you collapsed went
to the hospital. She'll ask if her pie was the reason.
1 - Aw, man... that was close. I was about to die!
2 - No, it had nothing to do with the pie...
Choose 2 but she'll know better. She'll then tell you that she
collapsed after eating one of those DHA things and just got up (which
explains why you couldn't see her at the pie shop after eating the pie
and at night the previous day). She'll then ask you over to her place.
You're supposed to meet her at night. Go to her apartment at night. Her
door will be open. You'll get to see her shower scene (put those
thoughts away, you perv ^_^). Mai will be VERY angry with you. You
respond...
1 - I'm very sorry!
2 - It was an accident! This is just a bad situation!
It doesn't matter, but choose 2. She'll then ask if the rumors of the
"nightmare" are true.
1 - It's true
2 - Nope, just rumors
It doesn't matter but choose 1. You'll soon be outside her apartment.
Go back inside. Protect her from Ririmu.
On Friday, talk to Mai at Annpie's (you won't be able to go in). Fight
Ririmu at the apartment. On Saturday, choose Mai.

----- Rumi Sasaki (Pg. 26) -----
Rumi is a nurse. You can meet her at the hospital. Wondering why I
wrote Mai's walkthrough before Rumi's? You'll soon find out.
Meet her on Monday (yeah, that's right). Although you're not supposed
to meet any girl that you want on a Monday, Rumi's an exception. Talk
to Rumi. She'll ask you if there's anything wrong with you.
1 - I think I'm about to die...
2 - Nope, not really
Unlike with Miyuri's walkthrough, tell her the truth. Choose 2. She'll
then ask you to Miyuri a visit. Go to Miyuri's room. Miyuri will ask
you if you're good a video games.
1 - Nah, I suck
2 - Of course! Leave it to me
It doesn't matter. Another choice... Take Miyuri out to play sometime?
1 - OK! Let's all go together!
2 - I'll think about it.
Choose 1. You'll get to see the same video clip of Miyuri imagining
having fun (re-read Miyuri's walkthrough).
On Tuesday, Miyuri will have fallen victim to Ririmu but Rumi will be
awake. Go to the hospital in the morning and she'll be in the 1st floor
hallway. Go visit the comatose Miyuri upstairs. Rumi will be there as
well. You can ask...
1 - What's Miyuri's condition?
2 - What exactly is the problem?
It doesn't matter. Leave the room and go to Annpie's. You'll meet Mai
and she'll ask you if want a Karbichocolatenoki (yeah, whatever) Pie.
1 - Sure, I'll take one.
2 - I don't want that crap!
It doesn't matter. She'll ask you if you like the store.
1 - I really like it!
2 - Hm... Needs something else...
Choose 1. She'll ask you if you have a girlfriend.
1 - Of course I don't have one!
2 - O... Of course I have one!
It doesn't matter. After you're done talking to Mai, talk to one or
more other girls (at least one of them must fall victim). At night,
Rumi will be at the 1st floor of the hospital and will not sleep so she
won't need your protection. At night, protect Mai. Go to the apartment
area and you should be able to see an icon on Mai's door. She'll offer
you some grub.
1 - Sure
2 - Nah, not this time
It doesn't matter. After the conversation, enter her room. She'll be
asleep. She should be attacked.
On Wednesday morning, exit Mai's apartment and go to Annpie's
immediately. (How did she beat you there?!?) She'll offer another
f***ed up pie - the DHA Intelligence Pie. She says that it's supposed
to make you smarter.
If
you choose the second choice, she'll be disappointed that the
intelligence pie didn't work.
You'll now get to see a
movie clip with Rumi. Kyoko will then say that maybe Rumi has some
feelings toward you.
1 - O... Of course she doesn't!
2 - R... really?
It doesn't matter. After you're done talking with Kyoko, you'll be
outside your hospital room. Go into Miyuri's room. You'll talk to Rumi
again.
1 - So what's the deal? (crappy translation; I got lazy)
2 - What kind of treatments were given to her?
It doesn't matter. There are two opinions floating around in the
hospital. One is to use "shock therapy" to force Miyuri to wake up. The
other is to leave her alone for the moment.
1 - No matter what you do, don't use any drugs!
2 - I'm going to have to leave that to the hospital's judgment...
Choose 1. Rumi will agree with you. Talk to her on the first floor.
Talk to her again later at night. She won't be getting any sleep,
again. Go do something else for the night.
On Thusday morning, talk to Rumi in the morning. Go to Miyuri's room on
the second floor. You'll talk to Rumi again. You won't have to make any
decisions this time. Talk to Rumi at night. She'll be sleepy since she
hasn't had any sleep in a few days. She won't be sleeping at all so she
won't need any protection. Go protect someone else for the night.
On Friday, after you talk to Kyoko at the You&Me arcade, go to the
hospital and talk to Rumi. After meeting the "Pai" members at the park,
go to the hospital and fight Ririmu there. On Saturday, choose Rumi.
I have verified that the DHA pie event is not required for Rumi's
ending. Though, of course, it is worth it to see the event, in
order to complete the "recollections".

----- Shiho Katagiri (Pg. 27) -----
She's a fine young lady who loves horses. You can meet her in Katagiri
Mansions' front yard. Go see her on Tuesday. You'll get to ask her a
question.
1 - Do you have a lover?
2 - What are you always doing?
It doesn't matter, but just to save me the trouble of plaing this part
agian, choose 2 (choosing 1 will make her talk about her horse, since
she closer to her horse than other human beings).
She'll answer that due to her father's orders, she' always "studying"
(piano lessons, etc.) and doesn't have an opportunity to speak to
people her own age. She'll ask if there's anyone you know of that she
can "hang out" with. You'll be faced with another choice. Will you
become a "candidate" to become Shiho's lover?
1 - Of course!
2 - Nah... it wouldn't work...
Choose 1. She'll then tell you that she'll think about it. ^_^ You'll
be back at the overhead view over her front yard. If you talk to her
again, she'll tell you that she's off to study about carpentry. (It's
part of her "bridal training" her father insists that she should
participate in.) At night, enter the mansion and protect her if
necessary.
On Wednesday, visit her and she'll tell you that she's off to piano
lessons soon. She'll also tell you that her father treats her like a
child. She'll ask if she seems childish. You answer...
1 - Well, maybe there's still a little bit of concern...
2 - No, you're an adult
She'll then tell you that she wouldn't want to marry a man that
requires "bridal training" as a condition to marry. She'll then take
off for her piano lessons and disappear. Go back to the mansion at
night. If you talked to Shiho at least twice (once on Tuesday, once on
Wednesday) and visit her at night on Wednesday, you'll get to see a
special event. (You need to see this event in order to get her ending.)
Shiho will be drinking. She'll be stoned. She drank one cup of whiskey
(it wasn't watered down) already and she's on her second glass. She'll
say that she's a little warm after drinking and will ask your perssion
to take her clothes off.
1 - Well, if you're warm...
2 - No, no, no! No way!
It doesn't matter. Go ahead and choose 1. ^_^ She'll then say that
taking her clothes off without even losing a Mahjong game is strange.
(You reply that taking your clothes off even after losing a Mahjong
game is weird.) Eventually, you'll be faced with saying something else.
1 - If you're going to take it off, take it off!
2 - You should go to sleep.
It doesn't matter, but choose 1. You won't get to see anything
provocative. She'll just konk out. Protect her from Ririmu if
necessary.
On Thursday, talk to her and she'll tell you that she was drinking.
She'll aslo ask if you visited her last night.
1 - Yeah
2 - Nope, I didn't see a thing
Choose 2. Protect her at night.
On Friday, fight Ririmu at Katagiri Mansion. On Saturday, choose Shiho.
_______________________
----- Kotori Ninomiya (Pg. 28) -----
She's the second girl you meet in the game. She's also a stalker. ^_^
Her ending is the easiest to get. You really don't need to do anything
special. All you need to do is to say that you love Kotori on Friday.
On Friday, just choose the first choice when Ririmu asks a question.
If you want to see a gratuitous bonus invloving Kotori (well, you don't
get to see much), visit Kotori's house on Wednesday or Thursday night.
She'll ask you if you knew where she lived but your answer is
irrelevant.

----- Sayuri Kawamoto (Pg. 30, bottom) -----
I hate this bitch (and yet I wrote a walkthrough for her anyway...
). She's a "bunny girl" with a cigarette lighter stuck between
her cleavage. She's also a ditz. You can meet her at the Rabbit House.
The Rabbit House won't be open in the morning or noon so you can only
meet her during the evening or at night.
Meet her on Tuesday evening at the Rabbit House. You'll be presented
with two choices.
1 - Um... I think I'll go home...
2 - Actually, I'm interested...
Choose 2. At this point, I felt like strangling her. After I came to my
senses and discovered that I couldn't, I felt like tossing my Saturn
out the window. If I did that, I wouldn't be able to play other games I
have so I decided against that. =P You'll have another decision to
make.
1 - I think I'll go home after all...
2 - There's no way I'm turning back!
Choose 2. she'll then tell you that there's only one "rule" in the
Rabbit House - to satisfy the appetite of the "rabbit" (meaning, her).
The food there is overpriced and you're paying for it - don't worry,
you may go "virtually broke" but there's no money system in the game.
You'll have another decision to make.
1 - I'm gonna run!
2 - I ain't gonna runa away, man!
Choose 2. You'll soon be outside. Protect her at night (I let her fall
victim ^_^). Once you step outside in the morning, you won't be able to
go back in until evening.
On Wednesday evening, go to the Rabbit House again. Pull out a gun and
put a metal slug between her eyes... Damn, you can't do that in this
game. Seriously, go and talk to her. She'll spew an overdramatic
monologue to go through (I pressed "start" to skip it since I didn't
want to listen to the crap). Choice: Time to eat...
1 - I'm gonna run!
2 - I'll just leave it to you... Uh... yeah...
Choose 2. It should be night now. Protect her from Ririmu again (I
wouldn't, unless you want her ending THAT badly; I had to put up with
this shit to actually write HER walkthrough... ).
On Thursday evening, go to the Rabbit House (again). Do you want to be
a "rabbit" member?
1 - No, I'm going home...
2 - I'll be a rabbit!
Choose 2. You'll now get to see a movie clip. Now, will you admire a
"rabbit"?
1 - Well, uh...
2 - Of course! It's the greatest!
Choose 2. Go back into the Rabbit House and protect the bitch.
On Friday, fight Ririmu at the Rabbit House. On Saturday, choose Sayuri
(I wouldn't ^_^).

----- Playing Mahjong -----
In order to play the Mahjong minigame instead of a pun quiz showdown at
the end, all 6 "Pai" members must be awake on Friday. If you try to
"avoid" meeting the "Pai" members to prevent them from being attacked
by Ririmu, you'll soon discover that you won't be able to make time go
by without meeting at least one of them (other than Kyoko). One of the
techniques to use is to meet Cecile on Tuesday, then talk to Cecile on
Wednesday (read Cecile's walkthrough). If you see the event where
Cecile gets wasted by Ririmu, then no one else will become Ririmu's
victim on Wenesday night. In this manner, you can "save" any potential
victims from being attacked on Wednesday night. The victims you can
allow to sleep are Shiho, Mai, Sayuri, Rumi, and Miyuri. Meet at least
one other "Pai" member other than Kyoko and protect her from Ririmu. In
this manner, you'll be able to keep all the essential people awake so
you can play the ending minigame. If you don't want a "Pai" warrior
ending, keep in mind that you must meet and protect some of the non-Pai
characters on Wednesday night to get their endings instead of seeing
the Cecile/Ririmu event. If you end up seeing the Cecile vs. Ririmu
event on Wednesday, you may screw yourself (Shiho is such a character,
since you need to see her on Wednesday night).
If you're a clueless Mahjong newbie, press X+Y+Z to set it on automode.
If you want to play manually but don't know how to play the game, go
buy yourself a mahjong book. If not, here are some quick tips: You
start out with 13 tiles. You draw a tile, then you choose to keep the
tile or throw it away. If you decide to keep it, you need to throw away
one of your original 13 tiles. In order to win, you need to draw a 14th
tile which makes you have 4 sets of three tiles and one set of two
tiles. The sets of three tiles can be idential (such as "North, North,
North") or consecutive ("One, two, three"). While some of the tiles'
numbers are self-explanatory, some are written in Chinese so you'll
need to learn how to identify 1 to 9 in Chinese. The one pair of tiles
must be identical.
Of course, there's much, much more to the game than that. Alan Kwan's
page has some information on how to play mahjong so you can read some
tips there.

----- Pun Quizzes -----
This *REALLY* sucks. For you. If you can't answer Ririmu's questions
correctly, you can't defend a girl and you won't be able to get her
ending. A general tip is to save your game when it's night, then
challenge Ririmu. If you happen to lose, you can then load your saved
game and challenge her again. It takes a strong Japanese understanding
to answer the questions correctly. I wrote this walkthrough with the
intent of helping non-Japanese speakers play the game. Even so, there's
no way for me to help you if you refuse to learn *some* Japanese. I'll
provide you with the answers to the pun quizzes and some hints on how
to identify the questions and answers. If you're completely clueless
with the Japanese language, then I don't expect you to answer any of
the questions correctly on your first 10 or 20 tries. Even so, I hope
that you'll take the time to learn some vocabulary words. You can then
use the "key" words to answer Ririmu's questions. Keep in mind that I
don't have all of the questions ans answers written below. As I play
the game more, this list will grow. I'll update this walkthrough
whenever it's possible. Also keep in mind that all of the questions are
random and the choices are also shuffled. If you come acorss the same
question on two different occasions, the answer may be 1.) the first
time but the answer may be 3.) for ths same question the second time.
Since the questions and answers are always shuffled, don't attempt to
memorize answers by saying, "The answer was 2.) when I played this part
of the game the first time..."
Japanese is a language loaded with homonyms so it lends intself to the
possibility of millions of bad puns. Those bad puns show up in Ririmu's
questions. Also please keep in mind that a number of the questions and
answers were done by my memory. I had to play the game with the
controller in one hand and I typed with the other. Some of the
translations may not be exact.
On to the bad pun quizzes! Unfortunately, this isn't a complete list of
the questions Ririmu asks. I'll add more questions as I come across
them.
Alan Kwan had some suggestions on how I should explain some of the pun
quizzes and they have been incorporated in this FAQ.
What kind of "pan" ins't edible?
"Pan" is bread in Japanese (that's the case in Spanish as well).
The answer is: FRYPAN. (By far, this one must be the easiest to
answer.)
All the answers will be in English for this one so just choose FRYPAN.
The more you use it, the smarter you become. What is it?
Answer: Jisho (dictionary).
This question goes, "Hike ba hiku hodo atama ga yokunarumono wa nani?"
Try to pick out a word from the question that you think you can
remember. Now look up the word, "Jisho" in your Japanese dictionary.
Jisho is written with 2 kanji characters. Try to remember what the
characters look like, even you can't write it.
What kind of an insect can move incredibly fast?
Answer: A fly.
"Ha-e" is "fly" in Japanese. "Haeeeeeeeeeh!!!" is a slang in Japanese
meaning, "Whoa! That's fast!"
Try to remember the word, "mushi" (insect). If you hear the word,
"mushi" in the question, choose HAE. HAE is written with two katakana
characters. If you don't know how to write it, refer to your
dictionary.
What kind of a specialization will you rarely find in a hospital?
Answer: Naika.
"Naika" is the specialization in internal organs. (Since I'm not a
doctor, I don't know what this field is called in English.) "Naika?!?
Naika?!?" can also be a slang phrase meaning, "Where is it? Where?!?"
Try remembering the word, "Byoin" (hospital). If you hear the word,
"byoin," then it's definitely this question. "Naika" is written with
two kanji characters. The first character is the character meaning,
"internal." Try to memorize what the first character looks like since
other answers to this question will have identical second characters.
Every time it moves, the number of its eyes increase or decrease. What
is it?
Answer: Saikoro (die).
Die is singular and "dice" is plural.
You can identify this question by the kanji "eye" in the question. The
answer "saikoro" is written with 4 katakana characters.
A baby went to go see a baseball game. What happened?
Answer: Naita (it cried).
"Naitaa" is a modified Japanese-English slang meaning, "nighter." A
nighter is a night game. "Naita" and "Naitaa" are forced as a pun. You
can identify this question by the word, "yakyuu" (baseball). Look up
your Japanese dictionary for the word, "to cry." The answer is written
with the kanji "cry" and to hiragana characters, I and TA.
After knocking, no one answers. What's this?
Answer: Sharp pen (mechanical lead pencil).
A "shin" is the lead of the pencil. "Sheeeeeeen" is a *sound effect*
(sort of) which represents silence (I know that's contradictory). Since
a "shin" comes out, that's silence. As for identifying this question,
try to pick out the word, "knock." As for identifying the answer, it's
six characters long and the third character is a horizontal bar.
How many times did a plane fly over the sky?
Answer: 1000.
1000 times is, "senkai." Another homonym for "senkai" is revolve, turn,
to circle, etc.
We're looking for employees. How many are we looking for?
Answer: 9.
Looking for employees is "kyuujin" (/motomeru/+person), and "9 people"
is read as "kyuunin" in Japanese. ("jin" and "nin" are basically the
same word.)
What becomes higher when you sit down and lower when you stand up?
Answer: Tenjo (ceiling).
"Tenjo" is written with two kanji characters. Please look up the word
in your Japanese dictionary to see how it is written.
What animal has a bird on its head?
Answer: Kamoshika (antelope).
"Kamo" is a duck but a "kamoshika" is an antelope. It's a basic pun.
The question will have "atama" (head) and "tori" (bird) in the
question. You can identify this question by either word. The answer is
written with 4 katakana characters.
What insect can't write with Kanji?
Answer: Kanabun (Japanese drone beetle).
"Kanabun" is a pun meaning, "using kana." Using kana means not using
Kanji.
Try identifying the answer "Kanabun" (it's written with 4 non-Kanji ^_^
characters).
A zoo doesn't have a tiger. What's the admission fee?
Answer: Muryo.
"Muryo" means "free." Tiger is "tora." The word, "nai" means, "to not
have." Since there's no tiger, TORA - NAI. "Torainai" means, to not
take. So a zoo without a tiger takes no admission charge.
Try to remember the word, TORA. The selectable answers to this question
will have 3 choices that are numbers and 1 choice written in kanji.
Choose the one written in kanji because that's the one that says,
"muryo." Keep in mind that other questions may use numbers and kanji
so be sure to identify this question from the word, "tora."
When you don't need something, what do you need?
Answer: gomibako (trash bin).
All I can suggest for this one is to learn how "gomibako" is written...
What's the measuring distance when you give up?
Answer: Mile.
"Mairu" means to give up. "Mairu" and "mile" are forced as puns. The
answer is written with three katakana characters.
Before you hit the "balls," you make a wish. What is it?
Answer: Soroban (abacus).
Before Japanese people use an abacus, they say, "Negaimashite."
"Negau" means, "to wish for."
Try identifying the answer "soroban" (written with 4 hiragana
characters). Try identifying the question by picking out the word,
"tama."
What animal can carry a heavy load without suffering?
Answer: Rakuda (camel).
"Rakuda" is also a way to say, "it's easy" or "it's not stressful."
"Rakuda" is written with three kana characters.
What fruit can you get on a Wednesday and Tuesday?
Answer: Suika (watermeleon).
If you remember the days of the week section earlier in this file,
Wednesday was listed as "Sui" and Tuesday was listed as "Ka." Put them
together to get, "Suika."
What kind of a fruit cannot be completed, no matter how many times you
make it?
Answer: Mikan (mandarin orange).
"Mikan" can also mean, "incomplete." The answer is written with three
hiragana characters.
What "store" is far, but close?
Answer: Sobaya (noodle restaurant).
"Soba" is a tyle of noodle. "Soba" also means, close. The answer is
written with two hiragana characters ("soba") and one kanji character
("ya," meaning, "store").
What insect stops on neckties and shoelaces?
Answer: Cho (butterfly).
"Cho necktie" refers to a bowtie or a technique of tying your
shoelaces. I can't quite remember if the answer was in kanji or in
katakana.
A bunch of toursists with no destination gathered together. Where?
Answer: Atene (Athens).
The answer is written with 3 katakana characters. This one's *REALLY*
forced. "Atene" also refers to not having a destination, a direction,
etc.
What part of the body doesn't like to be touched? (Crappy translation)
Answer: Mimi (ear).
"Iya!" means "no!" in Japanese. The pun "ear" and "iya" is forced.
The answer is one kanji character (ear).
What's in the middle of the world?
Answer: Ka.
"World" in Japanese is, "Sekai." If you writre it out in Japanese, it
can be separated into three characters. SE - KA - I. The middle
character is "ka" so the answer to the qestion is "ka."
Try to remember the word, "Sekai" or "man-naka" (the middle).
You treat it carfully but what do you break before you use it?
The answer: Tamago (egg).
"Egg" is "tamago." Tamago is written with one kanji character. Try
identifying this question from the word, "taisetsu" (important).
The next meal has four eyes. What is it?
Answer: Gohan (rice, or a meal).
"Me" means eye and "Shi" means "four." "Meshi" refers to a meal so the
answer is GOHAN (man, this pun sucks).
What becomes a "car" when you put a person on it?
Answer: Kata (shoulder).
"Kuruma" refers to a car. When attatched with "shoulder," a little bit

*real* answer is the one with a ten-ten (please see the "how to enter

----- Disc 2 -----
You'll have four choices:
1.) Date Mode - If you got an ending in the adventure game on disc 1,
you'll get to go on a date with that girl. It will be a Sunday. There's
no right/wrong choices in this mode so relax. ^_^
2.) Recollection Mode - If you complete one of the "dates" with a girl
in the date mode, you'll get to see that girl's movie clip or CG
gallery.
3.) Sound Test - You'll be able to listen to the 7 theme songs in the
game and the BGM for the game.
4.) Bonus - a.) 4-player mini-mini games; you'll get to play one of
three minigames. There's a "bomb" game, a "shell" game, and a "whack a
mole" game. Use the control pad to move and press B to duck/evade. In
the bomb game, use the A/C buttons to pick up a bomb and to throw it.
The longer you hold the button, the further the bomb will fly. Once you
pick up a bomb, the bomb will count down to zero, then explode. If a
bomb hits another character, then the bomb will explode with no regard
to the count. You can also "dizzy" an opponent by pressing A/C near
them (doing this in the other games will make them dizzy and they will
lose points). The shell game will have a bunch of shells, beach balls,
starfish, and Sega Saturns ^_^ wash up on the beach. Press A or C to
pick up the items (Saturns are worth the most points). If you pick up a
beach ball, toss it at someone and that someone will lose points. If
you get swallowed by the waves, you'll lose points and you'll be out of
the game for a considerable time. For the mole game, touch touch the
cacti. Just "tochy-feely" the moles. If you have the 6-player terminal,
invite some friends over for some REAL mayhem. Although you cannot have
two identical characters fighting one another in the same game, press
and hold the L and R buttons on a "transforming" character to select
that character's alter ego. (Kyoko, Alice, Yuki, Sanae, Tsukasa, Milk,
Cecile.)
b.) "Goodnight" mode; If you clear all the scenarios in the date mode,
Miyuri will sing a lullaby.

The following was sent to me by Alan Kwan. This is his mini-guide for
the "Butasan" (bomb) game.
The bomb mini-game is my favorite. If you don't mind, please include
the attached mini-guide in the FAQ.
Scoring
-------
pick up bomb + 10
throw bomb + 20
direct hit on opponent + 80
indirect hit on opponent + 0
punch empty air + 1
punch opponent + 50
killed by bomb -100
stunned by punch - 20
Strategy
--------
1. Duck (B button) instead of being hit. When you duck, you can
be hit only by an indirect hit and only if you are in the
/center/ of an explosion. Around 95% of hits in a game will be
misses if ducked.
2. Be aggressive. You get points even for picking up and
throwing bombs, so do that, lots of it.
3. Against good human opponents, it is often difficult to hit
them because it is difficult to predict their movement, and they
duck well. However, since one needs to get to bombs to score
points, you can predict that they will be doing that. In
practice, trying to hit an opponent as he is trying to pick up a
bomb is a very effective tactic.
4. Combine (1) and (2): grab the controller in such a way that
you can easily hold down both buttons. You need to do this if
you and an opponent are throwing a bomb at each other at the same
time. This is another very important tactic.
