made because I thought people would want this information available to them, 
and there was no guide like this made.

Version 1.0 - February 28, 2009
= Updated pack unlocking section heavily and edit some errors. I feel the 
update on the unlocking section was a great improvement.

= Updated the sites that can use this guide section, added info the FAQ 
section, and updated credits.

Version 1.1 - April 21, 2009
= I feel the fact that I got the game (finally) will help contribute to this 
FAQ greatly. Also made some other minor changes.

= Wow, it's been awhile! Did some fine-tweeking that was brought to my 
attention, mostly focused on the unlocking section. Updated downloadable cards 
list. This will most likely be the last time I update this guide, seeing as 
they don't come out with more packs as the game goes on, and due to the fact 
that Yu-Gi-Oh 5ds Tag Force 4 comes out later this year in Japan. YAY! :D

First of all, for the love of all children's card games, USE THE CTRL+F 
FUNCTION!

Secondly, the data from this guide was not found by me. It was made by 
noilleberreven from gamefaqs. He gave permission to use this information 
freely, so I took it upon myself to create a guide of it. So if there is 
anything wrong, tell me and I will do my best to find out.

| [007] Card Rarities
=============================================================================
How rare, powerful, good, or just plain sweet looking, will affect its rarity. 
If it is rarer, then it will be harder to find.

This is the ranking of cards from lowest to highest.
Common -> Rare/Bronze -> Super Rare/Silver -> Ultra/Gold

The chance of getting an Ultra Rare card is 2 out of 100, or 1/50
The chance of getting a Super Rare card is 4 out of 100, or 1/25
The chance of getting a Rare card is 14 out of 100, or 7/50

These are exempt to normal probability laws, however, every pack will always 
have four Commons and one non-Common, and there will ALWAYS be 14 Rares in one 
box of 20 packs. Always.

Another note I would like to add. Some packs, especially the special ones like 
midday constellation, have no commons or very few Rares. For more info about 
the amount of Rares in each pack, check the info before the card list of each 
one.

When buying packs, remember the words of Murphy, "Whatever can happen, will."

There is a way to unlock all the packs without meeting any of the below 
requirements. As you duel more and more you gain experience. Once you gain a 
predetermined amount, you will gain a duelist level. Each time you gain a 
level, you will instantly unlock a new pack. The one's you unlock start at the 
top left corner of the pack section and work its way to the right. This all 
simply means when you are level one, you will instantly get the beginner 
monsters pack. When you reach level two, you unlock the beginner spells. When 
you reach level 13, you unlock the gust of wind pack on all days of the week. 
So on and so forth. This means if you can't reach one specific pack by 
unlocking it, if you keep dueling and gaining level, you will gain more packs.

Here are some commonly ask questions that I feel a lot of people ask.

Q - What does (Insert card name here) do?
A - www.yugioh.wikia.com is the best site that I have found for general yugioh 
information including: cards, anime, manga, etc.

Q - What does etc. mean?
A- It is a Latin abbreviation of et cetera which means and other things. It 
basically there could be more items to the list, but I just was too lazy to 
list them all :P

Q - How do I get the three Egyptian God cards?
A - UMD recognition with Tag Force 1 for Obelisk, and UMD recognition with Tag 
Force 2 for the other two.

Q - Why isn't there this card on the list? I know it's in the game, so your 
guide must be wrong! 
A - Some cards can only be received by going onto Konami's website with your 
PSP. Some of these cards include, Toon Kingdom , Gladiator Beast Octavius, 
Gladiator Beast Torax, Gemini Summoner, Test Tiger, Defensive Tactics, Ocean's 
Keeper, Dragon Ice, Tongue Twister, Thousand-Eyes Jellyfish , Skreech, Royal

Q - Which pack are the yugioh 5ds cards in?
A - They are spread out in certain packs, but there is a pack called Spice Up 
Your Deck which has specifically 5ds cards.

Q - Where do you get monster reborn?
A - In the golden chest on the 100th floor of the abyss tower (The class 
minigame). 

Q - Can you get any other cards from the abyss tower?
A - There are a total of five cards you can receive from the 100th floor of 
abyss tower. From left to right the cards in the chest are: Philosopher's 
Stone, Monster Reborn, Pot of Greed, Raigeki, and Illusion Gate.

Q - What is the best way to beat the tournaments to unlock packs?
A - The best and most consistent way I found is to use a lightsworn deck and 
Blair with her lightsworn deck. Use the older Blairs because she has maiden 
decks for the younger two. I just kept skipping days until the tournament.

Q - How do I unlock Nightshroud?
A - You can beat the game with either Alexis or Zane. I personally used Alexis 
to unlock hi, so I can guarantee that she unlocks him.
