Legal Part Zero: Version History Version 1.00: release of the guide Part One: Before to begin This guide is oriented for people that already know a little the usage of game hacking programs like Cheat Engine and ArtMoney (in the guide I will use Cheat Engine), but of course everyone is welcomed to read the guide. Don’t worry, the things that I will explain are easy also for novice users of hacking programs, then good reading! Ah, a last thing, you can do the things only with emulation (then on PC), then not in a rel PSP unfortunately - REQUIREMENTS - In order to start, you need the following: - Personal Computer (PC) - PlayStation Portable Simulator Suitable for Playing Portably (PPSSPP) - Any version of the game in .ISO/.CSO format in order to be playable in PPSSPP (you need to extract the game image through external programs) - Hacking program (Cheat Engine is used in this guide) Part Two: Car hacking 1) Access to setting and tune shop menu when not available In game there are two situations where you can’t enter in settings menu: the first when your car have a stock transmission and the other when you are driving a Custom Car. Meanwhile always for Custom Cars you will always unable to enter in tune shop. Thanks to this guide you will learn how to enter in these menus. Then follow these passages: - Open PPSSPP - Load the game - Go on Team Ruble - Select your stock car/Custom car to tune - Open Cheat Engine - In Cheat Engine open PPSSPP’s process - Change the value type to “Byte” - In the game highlight the third menu - In Cheat Engine write “3” on the value tab - Now start the scan - In the game highlight the next menu - In Cheat Engine write “4” - Make “next scan” - Keep to scroll menus and changing values till you get only three addresses - Double click on one - Now write “1” (setting menu) or “2” (tune shop) in value tab and press Enter - Then press “X” in game and you will go to one of these menus! !!!WARNING!!! - Doing this with gear ratios with a stock transmission of a stock car the emulator crash is very easy. Be careful! - Tuning gear ratio of any type of Custom Car can be glitched in many cars, maybe because them aren’t supposed to be tuned. The sixth gear can be removed too for most cars. Just exit without confirm to make gear ratios to reset - Don’t equip aero and cosmetic parts on Custom Cars, will cause part’s disappear due that there isn’t any for these cars. However rims can be fitted without problems >>>TIP<<< - Tune Custom Cars to obtain very powerful cars, but you need tons of money. Keep to read the guide to know how to have unlimited money - Instead equip aero parts to Dummy Cars (will be explained further) to re- enable car parts 2) Increase your gears Many cars will not have six gears, meanwhile the Nissan Gloria have only four gears. Don’t worry, you can increase the amount of them! This means also greater acceleration and higher top speed. The only cons is that you can tune the gear ratio of an added gear only through by the hacking program. The passages are the same for the first part, then I will limit to write the changed passages: - Once opened emulator, game and Cheat Engine select the value type to “2Byte” - Highlight the fourth (if you drive the Gloria) or fifth gear ratio - Write the gear’s value in the value tab of Cheat Engine - Start the scan - Now alter the gear ratio - Write the altered gear ratio in Cheat Engine - Make “next scan” - Keep to alter gear ratios and changing values till you get only three addresses and double click on one as before - Now double click on the address - Change the last number/letter to a further, in Hexadecimal. Hexadecimal values are from 0 to 9 and from A to F. In games generally progress by 4 in 4. Then your value should end in 0, 4, 8 and C. If so and you still haven’t the correct value, change the penultimate value, progressing by 1 in 1 - When done, you should see a “0” next to the address. This means that is correct, then press Enter - Now in value tab write a number smaller than the last normal available gear and press Enter - Have fun with your increased gear car! !!!WARNING!!! - You can’t remove gears with a “0” value. Will be the same as stock - You can’t add a seventh or more gears - You can’t tune the reverse gear ratio 3) Obtain every car (including Rival’s Custom Cars and Team Leader Cars) Now the most interesting part of the guide: obtaining every car. In Street Supremacy there are the following car categories: - Stock Cars: are all available from the start of the game. 25 cars in total - Custom Cars: these are unlocked once you beat Wanderers. 15 cars in total - Team Leader Cars: this is sub-category of Custom Cars. Normally available only in Time Attack Mode when you beat a time of a certain track. 15 cars in total - Rival Custom Cars: this is a secret category of Custom Cars, not available for the player with normal means. These are the Custom Cars to beat in order to unlock the Player version. Them differs in look, name (for most of them. When a player drive one of these however the name will be the same of the Player version) and performance (anyway in garage the stats are the same as for the Player version) – Dummy Cars: these are invisible cars, but fully working. Apparently is a second entry for Team Leader Cars, as Rival Custom Cars. With the menu enabling method you can apply aero parts to re-enable car’s body, but that will not the real car, or rather, the car’s body is from an another car. 15 cars in total - Corrupted Cars: self explanatory. Loading this car type the game will stuck on infinite loading After explained car categories, is the time to explain how to load every car in your Team Rumble Mode. You can any car of any category! Now the passages: - First passage as for “Increase your gears” part - Go on one of the Buy Car dealers - Highlight the second car of the list - Write “1” on the value table of Cheat Engine - Start the scan - Now scroll cars - Together increase values in Cheat Engine and making “next scans” till you get three addresses - Double click on one - In value tab write “50” and press Enter - When selecting a car will skip the color choice is correct - Have fun with your new car! (I hope that you have obtained a non normally drivable car!) !!!WARNING!!! - Unfortunately this method will give random cars, then let’s ready to reload your save state frequently - Rival Custom Cars will differ only in aspect when in garage, then same specs and name as the Player version of the same car. However the performance is very different in race - A similar case is for Team Leader Cars, that are the 100% the ones saw in Time Attack Mode, saw that there isn’t an alternate version. In Team Rumble Mode your version will have the name of Time Attack Mode >>>TIP<<< - Is highly recommended to create save states (press Escape [Esc] and click on one of the slots to the left) for avoid long restarts when obtaining corrupted cars, the ones causing infinite loading - For a faster process I suggest to remove the frameskip (works only if you have selected “OpenGL” as render) - Once filled the garage with non normally playable cars I suggest to save in game (not save states), in order to play this save game on a real PSP Part Three: Extra 1) Unlimited money This is self-explanatory. Here you will learn how to get enormous amount of cash, exceeding from game auto limited max cash. Using a too high value will cause emulator crashing. Use a save with already high cash to make the process very short, requiring also just one passage for obtain cash’s address. Then: - Once opened emulator, game and Cheat Engine select the value type to “4Byte” - Now write your actual cash amount on value tab on Cheat Engine, but don’t write the last three numbers (the three zeroes) or you will get zero addresses - Start the scan - Now do everything related to cash, like buying a car part - Write the new value, always without three zeroes in Cheat Engine - Make “next scan” - As always when you get three addresses copy paste one - In value bar use an ultra-high value like “999999999” (write nine nines) and press Enter - Have fun! 2) Your Rival profile I know that can sound strange, but actually there is hidden the your’s Rival profile, both for team member and Team Leader version. Them are listed as Rival 201 and 202. Both have only the first profile page and just “Sex” is known. The player is a male. Interestingly will be showed your nickname and level too, plus a 201 or 202 before it. Both versions differs much: Rival 202 (Team Leader version) shows a star of course, your level will be 0, your Team will be always Departures and your car will be always a FD3S. For view that do the following: - As always open the emu, etc… And select “Byte” as value type - Go on Rival list - Select one of the two modes of Rivals view - Then go to the Rival’s profile - Now write the Rival’s number less one, or rather, if is the 30th, write “29” on value tab on Cheat Engine. This because there isn’t a Rival 0 - Once you have many addresses copy paste all of them - Now on value tab write “200” or “201” to obtain your’s Rival Profile - Good reading! >>>YOUR RIVAL PROFILE<<< Rival Number: 201 (202) Nickname: (star for 202) [your nickname] Level: [from 1 to 100] Team: [your Team] (Departures for 202) Car Type: [the car that you are currently driving] (FD3S for 202) Name: (blank) Sex: Male Age: ?
