After that, do the "Colin Creevey" mission at the Owlery With the help of Colin you can now burn the plant and go up the tower. 40% Go up to the second ledge and as you move to the left, you will it a bird and make it fly away 53% Then go down on ledge and go right to it another bird and make it fly away * Now if you go left, you hit the window that you must go through for the mission. Go through the window using Action and do the mission.
