Data So what's different about ex-hard? You can't upgrade anything or spend any pilot points. Any unit that used to join pre-upgraded now joins with no upgrades. All enemies get +3 upgrade bars to their stats and weapons. All enemies get a kill count boost, so you'll run into aced enemies earlier. The difficulty is always hard regardless of SR points. As an estimate, all enemies on ex-hard will have about 900 more HP, 30 more energy, 180 more armor, 15 more mobility, and 24 more accuracy. Enemies that normally had 0 weapon upgrades gain +350 power, enemies that normally had 3 weapon upgrades gain +450 power, and enemies that normally had 6 weapon upgrades gain +600 power. Enemies also get ace bonuses sooner. It's a slight difficulty increase, but it's still not difficult aside from a couple scenarios near the end. In fact it's one of the easiest Ex-Hard modes next to Alpha 3. The large majority of scenarios are nowhere near Z Ex-Hard or other SRW games like Alpha Gaiden or A Portable. 3. Walkthrough Walkthrough conditions: Ex-Hard difficulty, all SR points, no allies defeated, low turn counts. 第1話: 星なき空 Scenario 1: Starless Sky SR Point: Have Ibis destroy 2 units while Raul destroys one. 3 turns It's possible to randomly fail the SR point if your pilots miss too much. Place Raul and Ibis next to eachother so they can support attack/defend. Visit Hiryu Kai Route ヒリュウ改に立ち寄る 第2話: 地底世界 Scenario 2: Subterranean World SR Point: Shoot down 2 or more units in a single attack. 2 turns (-1) Move forward, attack/counter. MAP attack for the SR point. Reduced 1 turn by getting the SR point on PP2 (56% chance to hit 3 grunts, only need to hit 2 for the SP), then counterkilling the rest of the grunts. 2 turning is slightly RNG-ish. 第3話: 孤狼との再会 Scenario 3: Reunite with Beowulf SR Point: Shoot down the Gildora. It will retreat at 4000 HP. 3 turns Move forward, attack/counter. You need both Yan Long and Ryune's counterattacks on turn 3 to hit if you want to 3 turn it this time. Ryune has a 42% chance to hit at best, so 3 turning is slightly RNG-ish. 第4話: ダンク市の攻防 Scenario 4: Battle at Dank SR Point: Shoot down all units except the boss within 3 turns. 4 turns Move forward, attack/counter. The boss has nothing to do with the SP, even though it's listed in the conditions. The boss flees at 6k. On ex-hard it's more difficult to kill the boss on 4 turns. I used Katina / Tasuku w/ Strike with Ryune and Russel support attacking. Tasuku can't reach the boss to punch it by turn 4.. he needs a little help from Katina. 第5話: それぞれの正義 Scenario 5: Various Justice SR Point: Shoot down all units except the Fortress Sodiumu within 3 turns. 3 turns (-1) Use Kyosuke / Yan Long w/ Continuous Attack to move far into enemy attack range early on. On ex-hard at least, you can't destroy the grunts and take the boss down 7500 HP at the same time. I finished this a turn earlier by counterkilling the remaining grunts on EP3, mostly with Kyosuke / Yan Long. 第6話: 胞子の谷 Scenario 6: The Valley of Spores SR Point: Defeat all enemies within 5 turns. 4 turns Move forward, attack/counter. After defeating enough grunts, more show up, but they are easily dispatched. Not much different on ex-hard. 第7話: サプライズド・アタック Scenario 7: Surprised Attack SR Point: Shoot down the enemy boss. It will retreat at 8500 HP. 4 turns Deployment: Katina Kyosuke Giganscudo - Ryune Yan Long - - Russel Tasuku Gespy MkII N Gespy MkII N Gennancy - - +1 mov on Giganscudo Move forward, attack/counter. After defeating enough grunts, the boss shows up at 2 o clock. Use a twinned support attack to take the boss down. Ryune's Fighting Spirit is great for fleeing bosses in general. I did it w/ Katina / Yan Long w/ Strike and Ryune support attacking w/ Fighting Spirit (100% support attack damage / guaranteed crit). 第8話: 信念と疑惑 Scenario 8: Faith and Doubt SR Point: Shoot down 10 units in 3 turns. 3 turns (-1) Move forward, attack/counter. Ignore the optional boss and take out the tank battleship to finish. The optional boss flees at around 15k or so, I don't have the firepower to take him out on ex-hard. 第9話: ヴォルクルスの影 Scenario 9: Shadow of Volkrus SR Point: Clear the map in 2 turns. 0/4 turns 1 turn the first part by sending Katina / Kyosuke ahead w/ Continuous Attack, then dealing counterkills. 2nd part all you have to do is move a unit next to Leona to finish. I sped things up by using Continuous Action to rush Kyosuke / Katina ahead. 第10話: カークスの真意 Scenario 10: Kirkus's True Intention SR Point: Clear the map in 5 turns. 3 turns Same as normal mode. 第11話: 異界の剣 Scenario 11: Sword of the Spirit Realm SR Point: Destroy the battleship. It will retreat at 8500 HP. 4 turns Same as normal mode. 第12話: 遭遇 Scenario 12: Encounter SR Point: Shoot down all enemies then defeat Saphine. She will retreat at 8000 HP. 3 turns (-1) Same as normal mode. 第13話: カークスの目 Scenario 13: Kirkus's Eyes SR Point: Destroy the enemy battleship within 4 turns. 3 turns Same as normal mode. 第14話: セブ神殿 Scenario 14: Seb Shrine SR Point: Defeat all enemies within 5 turns. 3 turns Same as normal mode. 第15話: シュテドニアス追撃 Scenario 15: Pursuit of the Shutedonias SR Point: Shoot down the named enemy boss within 5 turns. He will retreat at 7000 HP. 3 turns Same as normal mode. 第16話: 敗軍の将 Scenario 16: General of the Defeated Army SR Point: Defeat 3 Volkruses within the same phase. 3 turns Same as normal mode. 第17話: 超魔装機エウリード Scenario 17: Ewleed, the Hyper-Elemental Machine SR Point: Shoot down the Valcion Kai Type CF within 4 turns. 4 turns 4 turns still, but I had to take a different strategy. It's too risky throwing Leona and Ryune into the grunts this time because of their increased accuracy/damage, so I advanced gradually preserving my SP so I could defeat Karx in a single turn. Do Not Visit Hiryu Kai Route 「ヒリュウ改に立ち寄らない」 第2話: 召喚 Scenario 2: Summons SR Point: Destroy the Guarlion. (Retreats when HP falls below 4500) 4 turns Defeat the initial enemies and the boss will show up. Scenario doesn't end when you defeat the boss.. all the grunts have to die as well. 第3話: イモータルの迎撃 Scenario 3: Ambush at Immortal SR Point: Destroy all (initial) enemy units. Enemies will retreat if Baeform(バフォーム) is shot down or when there are only 2 units left. 4 turns Masaki has to MAP down 3 or more enemies to get the SR point, including the Baeform. More RNG-ish on Ex-Hard since enemies have better mobility. Save a use of Focus for Masaki's MAP. Once the initial enemies are gone, more grunts show up at 10 o clock. Finish those off to end the scenario. Well one thing is for sure.. Masaki's route is more interesting than Ryune's grunt filler route. 第4話: ソラティス神殿 Scenario 4: Soraties Shrine SR Point: Achieve victory condition within 3 turns. (Destroy all enemies) 2 turns Whoops spoke too soon. Here comes the grunts. Lots of counterkills for the 2 turn. 第5話: デモン・ハック Scenario 5: Demon Hack SR Point: Destroy 7 Demon Golems within 2 turns. 5 turns Once you take out the grunts, some kind of super grunt appears. I guess it's a boss. Take that out and a machine child shows up. She has 31k HP and good evasion, so you'll need to save your SP to hit her. Reduce her below 7500 HP or destroy her mech to make her flee. 第6話: コーラルキャニオン Scenario 6: Coral Canyon SR Point: Do not inflict any damage to Aya, Rai or Viletta. 3 turns I've been liking Masaki's route more than Ryune's route. It has more stuff going on and it's more interesting. I think when you reduce the bships health low enough the Tyutti scene automatically happens, and since the bship is already under 8000 HP, the scenario then automatically ends. I managed to kill the fleeing boss in this scenario, but the results were not pleasant. 第7話: 喪われた記憶 Scenario 7: The Lost Memory SR Point: Destroy 15 or more enemies within 3 turns. 4 turns Once you damage the bship a bit, Shian shows up nearby. Kill enough grunts and and Yuki and Carla arrive near the bship. Damage the bship to about 50% and some grunts spawn along the forest area. The bship retreats at 6k, Shian retreats at 12.5k. The bship is easy pickings for a kill and it drops a booster. The other boss is more annoying and drops nothing but is still possible to kill.. barely. 第8話: ザムジードの心 Scenario 8: Zamzeed's Soul SR Point: Destroy 10 enemies by the end of turn 2's ally phase. 3 turns Damage the bship and it will summon some grunts near your starting position. Damage it some more and the Zamjeed will arrive piloted by an enemy. Reduce it under 5k HP without destroying it to finish. The bship doesn't flee and drops a chobham armor, so try to destroy it if possible. 第9話: 囚われの王女 Scenario 9: The Captive Queen SR Point: Destroy all enemies except Sodeum Class Mobile Fortress by the end of turn 5's ally phase. 4 turns Defeat enough grunts and Xenia appears next to the bship as an ally. You have to destroy all grunts before taking out the bship. The bship won't flee so no worries there. 第10話: 王都への路 Scenario 10: The road to the Royal Capital SR Point: Destroy 15 enemies except Guildolla(ギルドーラ) within 3 turns. After reinforcements, destroy 15 enemies except Guildolla and Kerberion Avenir(ケルベリオン・アヴニール) within 3 turns. 3 turns Once you defeat a certain number of grunts, Shio arrives at 9 o clock. Shio ups the ante by fleeing at 15k instead of 12.5k, but it's still possible to get her. I destroyed her mech with an attack from Irm / Rai w/ Fighting Spirit supported by Excellen and Mai. Defeat Zaresu to end the scenario. 第11話: カークスの野望 Scenario 11: Kirkus's Ambition SR Point: Achieve victory condition by the end of turn 4's ally phase. (Destroy all enemies) 3 turns A grunt mop up scenario, like you'd find in most of Ryune's route. Mostly a chance to level up your pilots. 第12話: テリウス出奔 Scenario 12: Telius' Flight SR Point: Achieve victory condition by the end of turn 5. (Reduce Solguddy's HP below 5500) 2 turns 3 fleeing bosses, all of them running for it under 7000 HP. I only managed to get one of them with a 2 turn clear. The Dual Sensor on Browel is probably the best part to pick up. Reduce Ahmad below 5500 HP to finish. 第13話: 野心の代償 Scenario 13: The Cost of Ambition SR Point: Destroy the Guarlion within 2 turns. 4 turns Pretty simple scenario here. Rush forward, kill everything in the way, then take out Karx's bship. As soon as you hit Karx he summons some grunts nearby. The bship has about 46.5k HP and Karx has double action. Unfortunately that only hastens his demise since you can counterattack him twice as much. Ing just joined the party, so you know things are about to get crazy. 第14話: 邪神の胎動 Scenario 14: Quickening of the Evil God SR Point: Defeat 3 Volkruss units on the same turn. 0+3 turns Scenarios 14-16B http://youtu.be/UpGUnoUA3lo Ing/Yuki and Masaki/Ibis help 1 turn the first part. If you 1 turn this section it counts as 0 turns taken. Works for me. In the second part you beat up on some Volkruss enemies. They have HP regen but don't hit very hard. Just make sure your important pilots can fly. I put Rai and Viletta in flying mechs to help speed things up. 第15話: フェイルの闇 Scenario 15: The Darkness of Feil SR Point: Achieve victory condition by the end of turn 5. (Destroy all enemies) 3 turns More Volkruses to beat up on. Great chance to level up your more neglected pilots before scenario 17. Defeat one Volkruss and a bunch more show up in front, along with Feil as an ally. MAP and wave/combo attacks work well to clear out the reinforcements. They all start at 50% health or so. Sorry, capture device derped on me. 第16話: 違えた道 Scenario 16: Changed Ways SR Point: Achieve victory condition by the end of turn 6. (Destroy all enemies) 2 turns The SR point here is a joke, right? 6 turns? We already had two scenarios to level up on grunts. What's one more. 第17話: 決戦、デュラクシール Scenario 17: Duraxyl's Decisive Battle SR Point: Destroy the Sodeum Class Mobile Fortress within 4 turns. 4 turns Scenario 17B: http://youtu.be/rFGs5nfwVWU Use Confuse on turn 2 then have Ing and Yuki counterkill most of the grunts. Keep your evasive units aside from Ing/Yuki in forest terrain. The Browel custom is annoying, try to pick it off with Ing and Irm on turns 2-3. Take out the bship on turn 3 then Duraxyl on turn 4. I suggest using Confuse again on turn 4 because Duraxyl hits pretty hard. 第18話: 「混乱」からの使者 Scenario 18: Envoy from the [Chaos] SR Point: All 3 Huckebein Mk-II's must survive by the end of the scenario. 3 turns Scenarios 18-20 http://youtu.be/4GhzJONAFX0 So after completing Masaki and Ryune's routes, I ended Masaki's route at 61 turns and Ryune's at 60 turns. I decided to continue on with my Ryune route save. The Huckebeins are easily killed and suicidal, but you can use trust on them and repair them. Once they get low on HP they'll try dodging enemy attacks, but if they get unlucky you'll lose the SP. I suggest reloading the scenario until the Huckebein lands its first 64-65% attack (before you can do anything yourself). That will cause the other two to stick together and chase after the newly wounded enemy instead of spreading out to the right and making things worse. On 3PP Kukuru shows up, but she won't target the huckebeins. Reduce Kukuru's HP under 5-6k to end the scenario. It's only possible to 3 turn this if Rishu crits Kukuru with his strongest attack and Raul both support attacks and attacks on turn 3. Let Rishu take some damage to up his Prevail crit rate. If not it's still very easy to 4 turn. 第19話: 手負いの狼 Scenario 19: Wounded Wolf SR Point: Reduce the bosses HP below 18,000. It will retreat at 20,000 HP. 6 turns (-2) Have Hugo focus on counterkilling the nearby grunts and don't move into the water. On 2PP allies show up to help clear the grunts. Twin Kai / Arado and send them towards the grunts in the corner by using Assault + Continuous Action. Send Lamia to help Hugo. Latune and Seolla should take care of any stray grunts over the water. You should be able to counterkill all the grunts by 5EP. Make sure Hugo is ready to counterattack the boss when it spawns. Once the grunts are destroyed the boss will spawn close to Hugo's starting position. Twin Lamia and Hugo and use Fighting Spirit + Strike to land hits on the boss. To get the SR point just lower the boss' HP close to 20k, then deal a strong attack. Not possible to defeat the boss without taking a significant number of turns. 第20話: 空を望む騎士 Scenario 20: Knight who Desires the Sky SR Point: Do not allow the Aile Chevalier to be hit while duelling the Garmraid. 4 turns (-1) The SR point is mostly luck based. Use focus/flash and hope he doesn't hit you. Not sure if you can lure him to forest terrain, I didn't try. After you win the duel, a bunch of grunts show up around the map and you can move your other pilots, including Garmraid. Some of the grunts will be stationary for a while, and others will chase right after Josh or Hugo. Move into counter range of the stationary grunts while twinning Josh and Hugo to counterkill the grunts coming for them. Wipe them out to finish. In the video I launched with Kai and Arado twinned when it turned out I'd rather have Kai and Seolla twinned and did not feel like restarting. That's why I was trying to swap them around mid-battle. 第21話: 黒焔の狩人 Scenario 21: Dark Flame Hunter SR Point: Do not allow any enemies to move onto the factory. 2 turns (-1) Scenarios 21-22: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ipxYWjc-sQ8 As usual, moving enemies will try to attack anyone in their P range after they've moved towards their goal (the factory, in this case). Position your units in their movement range so they attack and are countered. You can also get in their way or use continuous action. RIP Huckebeins. I cut a turn off with better positioning and better use of Continuous Action twin sharing. Get all pilots 2 kills each to earn a T-Link sensor and G-Territory part. 第22話: 黒き迅雷 Scenario 22: Black Thunderclap SR Point: Do not allow the Ladybirds to be hit by an enemy attack. 6 turns (-2) The Ladybirds don't move from their position. On 3EP enemy reinforcements appear at 10 o clock, and Ratsel appears near the Ladybirds. Send 1-2 units to deal with the reinforcements ahead of time. After defeating initial enemies, everyone auto-moves back to the Ladybirds and S-ZLAI appears. Bring S-ZLAI to 20k to finish the scenario. No point destroying the S-ZLAI. I cut two turns by using assault + continuous action and positioning to counter the reinforcement grunts. 第23話: 厭客再来 Scenario 23: Unwanted Guests Return SR Point: Shoot down the Masukareon Type C within 6 turns. Flees at 12000 HP. 4 turns (-1) Scenario 23: http://youtu.be/Xl0tuMizNos Equip water/flight modules and beat up grunts for some morale while heading towards the Masukareon to get the SP. Get Garmraid / Reisensitter up to 130 morale for their best attacks. I used garm / reiss w/ Fighting Spirit which did about 14k damage, no support needed. All of the grunts retreat once you get the SP. With the SP obtained, take out Sleigh to finish the scenario. Try to defeat her as well for a Tesla Drive part. She flees at 7k. 第24話: 地球を護る剣 Scenario 24: The Sword to Defend Earth SR Point: Lower Zeb's HP below 15000 by turn 6. 4 turns (-1) Scenario 24: http://youtu.be/0xCMrbZuWyU Still not cool that you get a ton of new pilots and robots during pre-battle prep instead of the intermission. Split a small force off to handle the south/southeast grunts while sending everyone else north towards the boss. By the time you reach the boss everyone should be around 130-140 morale. You don't need to destroy all the grunts but it helps w/ morale. Make Zeb retreat or destroy his mech to finish the scenario. Note that you don't have to destroy Zeb's mech to get the SR point, you can make him flee and still get it. Zeb flees at 15000 HP. HTB Cannon + Zan Tornado supported by Rampage Ghost + Hugo will do enough damage even without Fighting Spirit. Yes the defeating Zeb animation takes 5 minutes, seriously. 第25話: 甦る青龍 Scenario 25: Return of the Blue Dragon SR Point: Destroy all enemies except the Magaruga within 3 turns. 2+5 turns (-1) Scenario 25-27: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a658q1RSA1w So I missed a secret back in scenario 21. If you get each pilot 2 kills you get a +40 accuracy part and a nice damage shield part. I don't feel like going back to my earlier save though. In the first part of this scenario, you have Ratsel, Sanger, Laura, Yuki, and the Kurogane. Spread your forces out to counterkill the grunts by turn 3 to get the SP. Did it in 2 turns using some better counterkilling and Continuous Attack. In the second part you get the Excellence Rescue, Brooklyn, Ryoto, Rio, and Ing. Destroy the enemies while keeping them from entering the defensive zone. After destroying about 10 grunts, some goldfish grunts arrive. The goldfish don't move towards the defense zone from what I could tell, so don't worry about their high movement or flight. 2 turns after that, Kusuha arrives in the Tatsuto with a further wave of goldfish grunts. Defeat all grunts to finish. Might be able to 4 turn this part with really good counters. 第26話: ミクスト・トルーパーズ Scenario 26: Mixed Troopers SR Point: Destroy all enemies except the Aries Geist within 3 turns. 4 turns (-1) Only Ariel and Ing can act at first Send ing with +mov parts to counterkill. Afterward an event occurs, Ing recovers his SP, everyone else can move, and you need to reduce Amura's HP below 25k. Took a turn off by hitting Amura harder on turn 4. 第27話: 南極の門 Scenario 27: The Gates of Antarctica SR Point: Shoot down 17 enemies within 5 turns. 4 turns Gear up Hugo and Josh and send them grunt slaying. The scenario ends when you get the SR point or on turn 7. 第28話: その名は“破滅” Scenario 28: Their Name is Ruin SR Point: Reduce the Fortis Aria to 25,000 HP or less within 5 turns. 3 turns Scenario 28-29 http://youtu.be/iN0YBEZiEdU The grunts in this scenario are ignorable. Just rush for the boss and beat him down quickly to end it. I was able to take the boss out using HTB Cannon + Zan Tornado w/ Wild Bird Strike and Rampage Ghost. Should have saved some SP for Fighting Spirit on that attack to make it more reliable. And another 5 minute long animation to defeat the boss! 第29話: 揺れる矛先 Scenario 29: Swaying Spearhead SR Point: SR Point: Clear the map with Hagane's HP over 14000 and Hiryu Kai's HP over 13000. 3 turns Give each battleship +1 mov and a repair kit. You shouldn't need to use the kits, but bring them just in case. Defend against all enemy attacks or you get a game over for some reason. Strange scenario but very easy. Same as normal mode. Earth Route #1 第30話: 常夜の世界 Scenario 30: World of Eternal Night SR Point: Clear the map without Hiryu Kai taking any damage. 2 turns Scenario 30A-32A: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M8wsGYumHEs Either kill all the grunts or reduce the boss below 20k. Much faster to wipe out the grunts. 第31話: 影の軍団 Scenario 31: Shadow Army SR Point: Ibis must kill 2 enemies before turn 4 player phase. 4 turns You start out with 3 units vs S-Zlai. Start reducing its HP. On 3 PP you get Ibis + the rest of your deployment. A bunch of grunts show up and Ibis needs to defeat 2 of them by 4PP. That means Ibis should counterkill at least one grunt on 3EP so she can kill the second one on 4PP. Use Assault/Accel to weaken a nearby grunt for Ibis to finish off. There's a second objective of getting Ibis to a goal point, but if you can reduce S-Zlai's HP below 15k on 4PP, you can win the scenario without having to move her to the goal. 第32話: アイス・ドール Scenario 32: Ice Doll SR Point: Do not allow any enemy units to enter or pass the highlighted squares on the map. 2 turns Shoot down enough grunts and Glacies and more grunts arrive. Reduce Glacies' HP below 25k to finish. You don't need to destroy all grunts for the SR point just don't let them cross the line. 第33話: 偽面の報復者 Scenario 33: Two-faced Revenger SR Point: Clear the map without Hiryu Kai taking any damage. 3 turns As usual with "defense" maps, you can wipe out the enemy before the survival turns are up. The grunts here are a bit tougher than usual, and they start with 110+ will. If you reduce the enemy bship under 60k you'll end the scenario automatically. Move in some high dodge/evasion twins to counter the grunts. You don't have to kill all the grunts, ignore some of them and focus on attacking the bship. 第34話: 流星と彗星 Scenario 34: Shooting Star and Comet SR Point: Defeat all grunts before defeating the Sailion or Vegalion. 3 turns The victory condition is to reduce the Vegalion (red mech) below 20k HP. To get the SR point defeat all the grunts before defeating either the blue or red mech. The Sailion (blue mech) retreats under 22k HP. There's no part reward for destroying either mech. I'm sure you can set stuff up to defeat them if you wanted to. 第35話: 漆黒の虎、氷の白刃 Scenario 35: Obsidian Tiger, Alabaster Ice Blade SR Point: Eliminate all Youkijin before they get a chance to damage the Hiryu Kai. 3 turns The Grungust Sanshiki deploys fully formed with whatever subpilot you had in the lower part during intermission. Defeat some grunts and two bosses show up. Have Bullet convince the tiger boss to get a Twist Headband after the scenario. To get the SR point defeat all grunts before defeating either boss. Make sure the Hiryu doesn't take any damage. Once one of the bosses retreats or is defeated, all remaining enemies will flee and Glacies and more grunts will appear at the north part of the map. Reduce Glacies HP below 20k to finish. 第36話: 運命の風 Scenario 36: The Wind of Fate SR Point: Defeat every enemy except Ventus, Glacies and Umbra within 4 turns. 4 turns At first I thought I'd have to defeat Alberto, the 3 machine children, the Air Christmas, and all the other enemies at the start. But then I remembered I'm on the earth route. Your first goal is to get Rim to the goal point. On 2EP Umbra will move out of the circle to attack your party. If you reduce Umbra below 35k Rim will move to the goal automatically and the next part of the scenario will begin. I brought Umbra below 35k on 2PP so I didn't need to spend an extra turn moving Rim to the goal. The 2nd part is a duel between Rim and some other dude. Reduce his health below 30k to finish. I think I got extremely lucky in the fight. I would have definitely equipped her better for the fight had I known it was coming. I'd not waste her SP beforehand, and give her two +15 mobility parts and the +dodge mobility part. Space Route #1 第30話: 蒼光なき宇宙 Scenario 30: Space without Blue Light SR Point: Clear the map without letting any enemies cross the defense line. 4 turns Well my soul has spent too long weighed down by gravity in this game, so you know where I'm going. Spaaaaaaaaaaace! As is traditional for SRW space routes, you get the weaker cast of mostly reals with a few supers, namely SRX and Grungust Kai. Your combo attacks are SRX / R-Gun, Royal Heart Breaker, and Twin Bird Strike. There are a bunch of fleeing bosses on this route split. You need to stop enemies from reaching the goal line. Use Accel, Assault, Continuous Attack, and Hit & Run while working towards the farthest enemies asap. After beating enough grunts, an enemy boss will show up. Reduce his HP below 30000 to finish the scenario. A few attacks from SRX and Grungust Kai will take him down quickly. You don't need to kill all the grunts to get the SR point, just reduce the boss below 30k without any of them reaching the goal. 第31話: 遠方からの刺客 Scenario 31: Assassin from Far Away SR Point: Defeat at least 20 enemies by turn 4. 5 turns (-2) Once you destroy 20 enemies, more grunts and a boss show up at 9 o clock and the initial grunts will flee. Send two grunt slayer twins (Ing + Kai and Ryoto + Mai) towards the initial grunts to counterkill them while the rest of your party heads west towards the boss. Use Cheer to raise will if needed. Reduce the boss's HP below 15000 to finish the scenario. Very possible to destroy the boss since he flees at only 15k and drops a Biosensor. 第32話: 呼応する偽核 Scenario 32: Concordant Treachery SR Point: Alfimi must reach the target point with above 6000 HP. 4 turns (-3) After destroying the initial grunts, some more grunts and a boss will appear at 7 o clock. Alfimi will appear as an ally after reducing the boss HP under 55k or 3 turns after you clear the initial grunts. Alfimi will automatically move towards the goal. Once Alfimi appears, you can end the scenario immediately by bringing the boss below 20k HP. 第33話: 繋がる緑 Scenario 33: Green Leader SR Point: Defeat at least 20 enemies by the end of Turn 3. 4 turns After shooting down one Zeranio carrier ship, Seti arrives with some grunts at 3 o clock. Reduce Seti's HP below 25k to finish the scenario. You can get the SP either before or after Seti and Axel appear. Seti will tend to chase after your battleship so keep that in mind when positioning to attack it. I messed up defeating Seti by moving Axel and Irm out of support range. I had to make do with sub-par attacks which made more difficult to do the needed damage. 第34話: ダブル・インターセプト Scenario 34: Double Intercept SR Point: The Peregrines must not be damaged by any enemy. 5 turns (-1) Scenario 34B-35B: http://youtu.be/1wSjfcm_fLs Defend the Peregrines. Allied reinforcements arrive on turn 3 (7 deployment slots), along with more enemies. Douban will tend to chase after Ariel so keep her Flash up or next to a support defender. Once you reduce Douban's HP to 35k, Amara shows up. Reduce Douban's HP below 20k or Amara's HP below 15k to end the scenario. Took a turn off by beating the crap out of Douban earlier. 第35話: 追逃逆転 Scenario 35: Hunter Becomes Hunted SR Point: Any allied unit must have a battle with Ignis. He will leave the map if he gets to the edge. 2 turns (-3) Very easy SP to get turn 1. Use any combination of /mov, /range and Assault/Snipe seishin to attack Ignis once. The closest tile to the boss is deployment spot #2, which is 21 tiles from the boss' starting position. The initial victory conditions are to either surround Ignis and block him from moving, or destroy all the grunts other than Ignis. Once you get the SP it doesn't matter if Ignis escapes. It's faster and more efficient to kill the grunts than it is to waste SP trying to surround Ignis. After destroying the grunts, some more grunts and a boss appear. There are 4 groups of grunts spread across the map, with the boss appearing at 6 o clock. To finish the scenario either destroy 25 or more enemies or bring the boss below 25k HP. This time I used Ing / Kai to get the SR point and counterkill most of the grunts. I triggered enemy reinforcements on 2PP then positioned everyone else to counterkill the needed 25 enemies to finish on 2EP. 第36話: 不可視の扉 Scenario 36: The Invisible Door SR Point: Reduce both Ignis and Contagio below 20,000 HP on the same turn. 3 turns (-5) Scenario 36B: http://youtu.be/aLA8KlUhSkQ Destroy a couple of grunts to make Ignis and some more grunts appear at 7 o clock. Some of those reinforcement grunts will head for your bship. Both Ignis and Contagio will flee under 20k. Make them flee (or defeat them) in the same turn for the SP. Both of these bosses drop a Headband. You can defeat one then reduce the other below 20k HP as long as it's on the same turn. I cut off 5 turns by splitting my team up and damaging both bosses at the same time. Also, extra gay rainbow finish. At the end of the route split your absent pilots who were on the earth route get about 10 kills and 8 levels when they rejoin. ---------------------------- 第37話: 頑鉄番町Gバンカラン Scenario 37: Gantetsu Banchou G-BUNKARAN SR Point: Defeat 6 Jinrais by turn 8. 6+2 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/YD05iZFwNBY So I ended the Earth route at 130 turns and the Space route at 136 turns. I'm going to continue on with the Earth route save. The Space route was more difficult, of course. Give Kouta a +acc part. Give the Excellence Repair some +EN parts, maybe the +SP part so they can cast Strike longer. Throw Kouta into the grunts. Don't waste much or any SP on the Garoikas, save it for the Jinrais. On turn 3 PP the Jinrais appear and the Garoika's retreat. Use support attack/defend, land Kouta on a building, and keep counterattacking for the SP. G Bangkalan will show up in a turn or two to help out. Kill 3 enemies with Michiru for the Mark of the Brave part. Defeat 6 enemies for the SP. If you defeat more than 6, reinforcements will arrive, which will mean more enemies to kill on the 2nd part. Make sure Kouta has 10-20 SP left to cast Accel on turn 6. On turn 6 he gets in his super robot Compatible Kaiser and has to move to a spot on the edge of the map. For some reason it starts with very little EN, but G Bangkalan and Excellence Rescue can both resupply him if needed. Moving Kouta to the goal on turn 7 or 8 starts part 2 of the scenario. So it looks like in 2 part scenarios, the turn you end the first part on carries over to the 2nd part. So finishing the first part in 7 turns counts as 6 turns. In part 2 the exact same remaining grunts from part 1 will reappear. Feel free to weaken them in the first part so they're easier to kill in the 2nd part. Part 2 is pretty much a freebie where you finish off the grunts with the rest of your party. Throw some Cheer on your lowest lvl pilots and get some free XP. 第38話: 四神邂逅 Scenario 38: Meeting of the Four Gods SR Point: Defeat 30 enemies within three turns. 6 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/B9s58k5Ic8o If you place someone into the bottom half of the Grungust Sanshiki during the intermission, Bullet will deploy with the combined Grungust w/ your chosen sub-pilot. For the first four turns the main goal is to defeat all grunts, and don't defeat the tiger enemy running around. On turn 4 more grunts arrive at 11 o clock and the victory condition changes to reducing the sparrow boss to under 22k. You can trigger the event early by reducing the sparrow boss under 22k before turn 4. If you want the Shishiou Blade, have Bullet and Kushua each have a fight with Kanan and Taihou (the raven lady and old turtle dude). My secondary objective was getting kills for Radha, Mai, Shock, and Rim, and leveling up my bships that were kind of low. Once you reduce the sparrow boss under 22k it will transform to a new form with 102k HP. If the 2nd wave of grunts haven't arrived yet, they will at this point. Take that new boss to under 22k (and kill it using the usual HTB Cannon / Combos attack if desired) and it will transform into another form piloted by an old man. I'm pretty sure you can't defeat this form (recovers all its HP when it goes below 70-80k) so just wait 3 turns and the scenario will automatically end. 第39話: 狼と犬達 Scenario 39: The Wolf and the Dogs SR Point: Defeat all Lions before Hugo has an encounter with Alberto. 5 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/QuE7w1Bxj2k Give Josh /acc and /mob. Give Hugo a water or flight module. Keep Hugo out of Alberto's 8 attack range while you kill the lion grunts (the flying mechs in front). Alberto will attack last so you can counterkill the lions to finish them off on EP2. Once Alberto and Hugo fight, enemy reinforcements arrive and you lose control of Hugo until 4PP. The main goal is to reduce Alberto's HP below 17k. You can defeat all 3 machine children for parts, but they all flee at 22-24k HP. I suggest defeating Shian who drops a Solar Panel. If you want to defeat one of the machine children, split up into two groups, one groups to reduce Alberto's HP and another to do a HTB Cannon / Combo attack on Shian. You can split Seolla and Arado if you need to recombine Seolla / Excellen for a combo attack, but it shouldn't be necessary. Alberto himself drops no items. Boost Hammer: On Stage 39, either destroy Jeane (シエンヌ) or make her retreat with either Arado, Seolla, or Latooni. In the vid I made Jeane retreat with Arado to get the Boost Hammer secret, then defeated Shian for the Solar Panel. I could probably 4 turn this if I ignored the machine children and used Continous Action to hit Alberto sooner. 第40話: 蒼炎の逆鱗 Scenario 40: Wrath of the Blue Flame SR Point: Destroy 10 or more enemies within 2 turns. 3 turns (-2) http://youtu.be/lBHFuJKdft8 Part 1 starts you with Kyosuke, Excellen, Bullet, and Kusuha. Easy to get the SR point by using Kyosoke's Continuous Attack and counterkilling grunts. Use as much SP as you want because everyone recovers full SP after you get the SR point. After you get the SR point some plot stuff occurs and you'll be in part 2. In part 2 you need to reduce King Wu (the yellow/red phoenix looking boss in front of Bullet) HP below 25k. Reduce the boss' HP below 70k and you'll get allied reinforcements (12 deployment) along with a lot (28) of grunts along the south, east, and north side of the map. Spread out a few units to take out the grunts for will and XP while your main force takes out the boss. The red tiger and creepy dog thing drain -3 will from any units within 3 tiles of them at the start of enemy turn. Distract them so they aren't near King Mu. Reduce the boss' HP below 50k and it will transform into King Mu (with the old eyepatch guy pilot) and regain all its HP. Reduce the new form's HP to 25k and the scenario will end. The boss will drop a Dustproof Device if you destroy it. On ex-hard the turtle boss has his ace bonus, which means he will use Iron Wall at 30720 HP. Excellen can spam Exhaust as many times as you have Hope to keep giving her SP. I could have done better by getting more exhausts and triggering a maximum break, but still got it done. He doesn't drop any parts. The reason Viletta couldn't start a maximum break was I forgot to equip an F weapon on her. If you want the Shishiou Blade: -At stage 40, Bullet and Kusuha must have a battle encounter once each with Kanan (JakuBuOh) and Taihou (BuJakuOh). -At stage 40, Zengar and Rishu must have a battle encounter with Kukuru. -At the end of stage 40, Bullet's kill count is 50 or more. Kukuru is not a boss you normally need to defeat in this scenario, so you'll need to go out of your way to get it. Kukuru also drops a Dustproof Device. You might want to try beating Kukuru for the dustproof device and shishou blade rather than trying to destroy the turtle boss. Or at least attack Kukuru to get the battle conversations and the blade. 第41話: 妄念に操られし者(前篇) Scenario 41: Those Manipulated by Deceit (Part A) SR Point: Defeat S-ZLAI. Retreats under 15000 HP. 2 turns (-2) http://youtu.be/Yg7FrU8Ftoc The Grungust Sanshiki is free for other pilots to use. I placed Katina and Russel in it. Not only that but you get a nice 14 deployment limit. Pretty much every decent pilot can be deployed. You start out with some grunts as usual. Defeat all the grunts and S-ZLAI shows up along with some Jinrai grunts. S-ZLAI appears at 4-5 o clock so you can position your heavy hitters over there beforehand to deal with it. Bring S-ZLAI down to 15-20k HP, use big combo attack, scenario complete. The SR point is pretty easy to get if you've already been shooting down 30k+ HP bosses. High performance CPU: Let Sanger get the kill on S-ZLAI. 第42話: 妄念に操られし者(後篇) Scenario 42: Those Manipulated by Deceit (Part B) SR Point: Defeat the Mass Production Jinrais within 4 turns. 6+3 turns (-3) http://youtu.be/Yg7FrU8Ftoc Equip Hugo with the ground S rank part. Give Sanger and Ratsel +EN parts and send them into the fray. The Jinrais will only tickle them. Sanger and Ratsel should start counterattacking the grunts near the boss asap. Allied reinforcements arrive on 3PP. Use Continuous Action / Assault, Accel, Awaken, etc. Split up your twins to defeat low HP grunts if needed. Once you earn the SR point or on 5PP, the victory conditions change. Reduce S-ZLAI's HP below 3k (don't destroy it), lure it over to the highlighted tiles, and then move two units next to it. S-ZLAI will tend to target Ratsel or Sanger so use your other units to reduce it's HP while Ratsel lures it to the highlighted tiles. High performance CPU: Use Sanger and Ratsel to surround S-ZLAI once it's on a highlighted tile, and then use Sanger or Ratsel to reduce S-ZLAI's HP below 3k. I tried a bunch of stuff and couldn't get the CPU part. I might have messed something up in scenario 41, or maybe because Ratsel didn't have 50 kills yet. In part 2 you've got a duel between Hugo and Alberto. This part automatically ends after a certain number of turns or if you reduce Alberto's HP under 18k. With the ground S rank part Hugo should be able to deal enough damage to finish on 3EP. If Zanger has 60+ kills by the end of this scenario he gets some new ranged attacks. 第43話: 輝きを一つに Scenario 43: To Shine into One SR Point: Defeat the blue Sailion with Ibis by turn X. Turn X will be 4 turns after the turn that Ibis and Sleigh form the Hyperion. 6 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/K3j5tGYcwvA Stack +mobility on Ibis. Ibis starts by duelling Sleigh. Feel free to use all of your SP because Ibis will recover it all after winning the duel. Reduce Sleigh under 10k HP and they will combine. More enemies will show up including the SR point target, the Sailion. With Sleigh's Focus seishin the grunts should have 0% to hit Ibis even w/o upgrades. Work on reducing Sailion's HP. 2 turns after the Hyperion is formed, you get ally reinforcements. Rush them over to the Sailion to help weaken it enough for Ibis to finish off. Defeat all enemies including grunts to end the scenario. If Ibis shot down 6 or more enemies during the stage and has 50+ kills, you'll get the MTDM Shooter weapon. 第44話: 特異点崩壊 Scenario 44: Singularity Collapses SR Point: Reduce Zezenan's HP below 35000 within 5 turns. 5 turns http://youtu.be/SHxRX5aLIdg The victory condition is to defeat 20 enemies or survive until turn 7. If you want the SR point don't defeat more than 19 enemies before making Zezenan flee or you'll end the scenario early. Move everyone towards boss on turn 1. The 3 left and right rows of Grassidow Ryus (the green grunt twins) won't move, so stay out of their attack range if possible. Combine Monica / Shuu and Masaki / Yan Long on turn 2 then continue moving while using Assault and Accel seishins. Use Mio to distract the grunts on the left side. Keep Tyutti close to Masaki and Yan Long while using Trust and repairs. On ex-hard Shuu's best weapon is less powerful so you can't just solo Zezenan w/ Shuu. Use Shuu's W attacks to combo the grunts and Zezenan. Make sure Zezenan is attacking Shuu on enemy phase so he can counterattack back. Saphine can help with her W attack as well. Don't move Masaki and Yan Long up to attack Zezenan until the grunts are dead (preferably on turn 4). Make sure to save some Focus/Strike to finish Zezenan off on turn 5. http://youtu.be/wc_I3O02EEQ - alternate strategy The alternate strategy is to duo Zezenan with Shuu and Saphine. You can try duoing it with Shuu and Saphine but she's pretty fragile esp. if Zezenan uses his ALL attack. It's possible but if Saphine takes an unlucky hit or two she'll get destroyed. Basically if you keep Zezenan exhausted he can't use his ALL attack so it's safe for Saphine to counterattack, but once he starts using his ALL attack Saphine is pretty much screwed. Avoid killing too many grunts so Saphine can keep countering safely. Masaki, Yan Long, Mio, and Tyutti can hang back and weaken the grunts for a turn 5 clear. 第45話: 凶鳥は三度死ぬ Scenario 45: The Raptor is Killed Thrice SR Point: Reduce Amara's HP below 35000 within 8 turns. 9 turns http://youtu.be/Navn1dJhnA0 You can reassign Ryoto and Rio to different mechs. I went with the Gespenst Mk-II N and Ashsaber. Use Ryoto's Awaken / 50 SP part to move far ahead and let the duo destroy most of the incoming grunts. Put flight modules and other stuff on your other event pilots. Your first goal is to let the Peregrine arrive safely at the goal. Use Trust on the Peregrine or repair it if it gets low. Once the Peregrine escapes, an event happens with Ing. He recovers his SP and he can move around, but there's still no point trying to damage the boss. There's no rush to destroy the grunts, just make sure you're near Amara's spawn point by 5PP. Even if you destroy all grunts at this time, you still need to wait for another event on 6PP. On 6PP another event happens and Amara appears at 12 o clock. You'll want your units already in position to start attacking her. Surround your units around the Excellence Repair w/ Iron Wall so it can support defend anyone attacked. You only have 2 turns do 54500 damage. On 7PP grunts show up along the west side of the map and you get 12 allied reinforcements. Clear out all remaining enemies, including the remaining boss and grunts, to end the scenario. Graviton Launcher: Ing must attack Egretta 2+ times before the transport craft leaves the map (counterattacks don't count). Ing must shoot down Egretta. Ing must have 70+ kills by the end of the scenario. 第46話: リューネ・カプリッチオ Scenario 46: Ryune Capriccio SR Point: Destroy 8 or more enemies with Ryune's Psycho Blaster within 2 player phase. 3 turns (-2) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gFHSFyhPxGQ This is the last scenario to get Rim and Josh 70 kills each to unlock the Forte Gigas secret. Get the SR point by countering but not killing the incoming enemies. You have to manually select weaker weapons once Ryune has enough morale to use her stronger attacks. If Ryune gets hit too many times and dies, restart. Once you kill about 10 enemies allied reinforcements and enemy grunts and a boss arrive. The boss will use Iron Wall at 33225 HP, then flee at 20% HP. if you want to destroy his mech you'll need to do 33225+ damage in a single attack. I did it using Viletta (maximum break) and Sanger w/ Kushua and Rishu supporting. That was way more than enough with the boss debuffed to 50 will, armor debuffed, and surrounded. Make sure to free Precia with Masaki to get the SSP Drink part (you'll see a convo between Masaki and Precia). You get it at the end of the scenario. 第47話: トーチカ奇襲 Scenario 47: Bunker Surprise Attack SR Point: During enemy phase Joshua and Rim must not be attacked on their way to the goal. 4 turns (-2) http://youtu.be/N1MYhUKWhas Josh and Rim must reach all 3 goals in 7 turns and not get targeted by any enemy along the way. This is a good scenario to stack Assault / Continuous Action and counterkill lots of grunts. The farthest grunts will defend and not attack until at least 4PP, so anyone can safely approach them. Josh and Rim will leave the map once they visit the 3 goals. Once Josh and Rim visit all 3 goals or on EP4, four bosses and a bunch of grunts appear at 10-11 o clock (NW corner). Once Josh and Rim visit all 3 goals, the victory conditions change to defeating all grunts besides the 4 bosses. You can also end the scenario by defeating all 3 machine children and ignoring the grunts. You definitely want to defeat Shienu for her Mega Booster part. Shian has a +1 range part. Shio has a Jammer which is pretty good as well. Alberto will use Valiance below 70-80k HP. To get the Forte Gigas, Josh and Rim must not get into any battle encounter with any enemy, and also must not enter any allied battleship. They must also reach all 3 goals by turn 6. I cut one turn off by moving Rim/Josh to the goals earlier, and cut another turn off by destroying the enemy reinforcements more efficiently. 第48話: 深秘なる存在 Scenario 48: An Esoteric Existence SR Point: Before completing the victory condition destroy Umbra. Retreats under 18k HP. 2 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/55ESNbxwP-0 Don't bother putting parts on Josh and Rim, they don't carry over to their new mechs. The initial victory condition is to defeat all grunts while not allowing any past the highlighted tiles. The initial condition doesn't matter much because it's replaced on turn 3 once Josh and Rim appear. Reducing Umbra below 80k HP before 3PP will cause Josh and Rim to appear early. After Josh and Rim appear on 3PP from the buildings, the condition changes to persuading Gurakiesu with Josh. Defeat Umbra before you convince Gurakiesu for the SR point. An 18k retreating boss is a joke at this point, especially if you have pilots with Hot Blood. Defeating Umbra causes all grunts to flee. Convincing Gurakiesu ends the scenario. Cut off a turn by triggering Josh and Rim early, defeating Umbra on turn 2, then Enable spamming Josh to Glacies. 第49話: 闘志、炎に燃ゆる Scenario 49: Fighting Spirit Aflame SR Point: Within 3 turns Touma must destroy 4 mass produced Jinrais. 4 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/KQ5OZwoBt1Y Luck based SR point. Move forward and use Sense. On turn 2 place Touma 6 tiles from one of the stationary grunts, then counterattack the 4 grunts that attack. On PP3 have Touma do a strong melee attack on the stationary grunt he's been counterattacking. On EP3 Make him dodge or defend against the full health grunts that attack him while counterattacking the 4 grunts that should now be low enough to be destroyed. If you get unlucky and get blown up, restart. On 4EP or 4PP you get allied reinforcements to deal with the remaining grunts (overkill, much?). After finishing off the grunts, Touma goes berserk and turns into a 170 will/66k HP enemy. Bring his mech down to 3k without killing it and surround it with 4 units to end the scenario. You get a special weapon that applies an L3 armor debuff after this scenario. Equip it to someone that will be attacking high HP bosses w/ access to Assault or Fury like Leona or Ing. After recording this vid I went back and got Tetsuya enough kills to get the Soul of Steel part. Soul of Steel: Obtained after stage 49. Both Lefina's and Tetsuya's kill count must be at least 55 or more. 第50話: 去来交差点 Scenario 50: Recurring Crosspoint SR Point: Within 2 turns destroy 10 or more enemies. 12 or more on hard mode. 3 turns (-2) http://youtu.be/vmloWl3SM7M Easy grunt counterkill SR point. Once you get the SR point, Alberto shows up at 7 o clock and starts moving east. The victory condition says to defeat him, but that won't accomplish much. Instead attack the upgraded Cerberus and bring its HP low, which will trigger an event. Alberto will flee and allied and enemy reinforcements will arrive. Clear the grunts and reduce the upgraded Garmraid and Cerberus to 2000 HP or less to finish. Cut 2 turns by getting the SR point on 1EP, then reducing the upgraded mechs HP on 2PP. Easy to wipe out the grunts and upgraded Garmraid on 2PP-3PP. Maybe 2 turn with lots of MAP attacks/counters? 第51話: 風の呼び声 Scenario 51: Calling of the Wind SR Point: Within 4 turns destroy all enemies. 1 turn http://youtu.be/a_sE7AwDMMs Grunt filler scenario. I guess we didn't get enough of these yet. On the other hand, it's an opportunity for the first 1 turn clear of the game. combo attack needed. Stupid Giganscudo ran out of EN on 1EP, didn't make for very good counters. 2 turn this by sending in hot blooded MAP attackers like Ryune, Masaki, and Giganscudo to wipe out the grunts, while Assault/Continuous Action twins move in to counterkill. I still cleared this in 2 turns but managed to take out both Ignis and Contagio this time. 第53話: 封印の予兆 Scenario 53: The Seal's Omen SR Point: Reduce Duban's HP below 70000 within 3 turns. 4 turns http://youtu.be/ORsFG0Kd8ys You can get Duban below 70k on the first turn w/ Axel's Awaken. It doesn't matter though because you're forced to wait 3 turns anyway. He'll use Valiance under 50k, so there's not much point beating on him once you get the SP. On 3EP enemies arrive along the west side of the map and the goal changes to defeating all grunts. On 4PP allied reinforcements arrive. Alternately, you can end the scenario immediately if you reduce Xianan's (the bird chick) HP below 75-80k. I picked on some grunts then Awaken/Enabled over to Xianan to end the scenario. One interesting note is that Douban has 8 upgrade bars. He prob has 5 on normal mode. Earth Route #2 第54話: 天蓋の下で Scenario 54: Beneath the Canopy SR Point: Destroy 20 enemy units within 3 turns. 2 turns http://youtu.be/WVUtJ_un-98 Take out the grunts for the SR point. Once you get the SR point or on 4EP, the 3 machine children and a Garlion custom arrive along with some grunts. Man, I thought that guy got left behind in la gaias. Reduce the Garlion custom under 13k to finish, or destroy it for an A rank adapter. Doing 13k damage is trivial at this point in the game. The machine children flee also flee around 13k but don't drop any parts. I can tell from this scenario that the earth route is going to take a lot less turns than the space route. 第55話: 雷迅昇星 Scenario 55: Lightning-Swift Ascending Star SR Point: Within 2 turns, have Touma destroy 5 MP Jinrais. 1 turn http://youtu.be/uGD_K-malnI So to get the SR point Touma has to destroy 5 grunts. They all target him so it's easy to weaken them for him to counterkill. Once you hit the boss Touma will auto-move near it and an event will happen. If Touma had previously acted, he gets to act again after the event. Defeating the boss ends the scenario. 第56話: 紅の聖誕祭(前篇) Scenario 56: Crimson Christmas (Part A) SR Point: Lower the health of the enemy battleship, the Air Christmas, to under 100,000 HP. The Air Christmas will retreat if the Garlion Custom and the Kerberlions are destroyed. 4 turns http://youtu.be/E3CeHn8-tkY The initial victory condition is to destroy all enemies besides the Air Christmas. Forcing the Air Christmas to retreat changes the victory condition to destroying all enemies. Unlike most scenarios you really do need to destroy every enemy including all the grunts. This scenario isn't a cakewalk like the rest of the A route split scenarios (Ryune/Earth routes). You have no resupply seishin so try to conserve EN as much as possible. Have your supers use low/no EN attacks on grunts, they'll still be plenty powerful enough. Try to conserve your super's SP as well. Move in with Confuse up and watch out for the machine children combo attacks. You should try to defeat one asap to stop them from using their combination attack. Defeating any one of them causes the remaining ones to use Strike + Hot Blood + 150 will. All of the machine children will prioritize attacking Arado and Seolla so you can use them to draw fire if needed. I'm pretty sure the garlion custom guy prioritizes attacking Rishu or Sanger. Save the Air Christmas for until you've taken out most of the other bosses and counterkilled the support defending grunts next to it. By turn 3 I had all bosses dead and only grunts left to deal with. Might be able to 3 turn it with better counterattacks on the remaining grunts. 第57話: 紅の聖誕祭(後篇) Scenario 57: Crimson Christmas (Part B) SR Point: Destroy 30 enemy units before you defeat Feff or Egretta by turn 3. 4 turns http://youtu.be/zmAUagV3g24 Another not quite easy scenario (if you're going for low turns anyway). The victory condition is to destroy Feff and Egretta, but you need to destroy 30 enemies first. Unfortunately Ing can't twin with anyone, so it's going to be more difficult to counterkill lots of grunts. While you still don't have Supply seishin, there are plenty of HP/EN regen base tiles to stand on which makes things a bit easier. Once you get the SR point, AI1 shows up in the middle of the map and an event happens. The victory condition then changes to defeat Feff, Egretta, and AI1. AI1 will heal 30% HP once you reduce it to half HP. After that you can finish it off. Defeat Egretta first before Feff, because Egretta will heal herself if you defeat Feff first. Feff is surrounded by support defending grunts so make sure to have a good counterattacker nearby. Feff should be the last boss to be defeated. After all 3 bosses are gone, the Air Christmas and some more grunts arrive at 10 o clock near the rocky circle. Take out the Air Christmas to end the scenario. It's not particularly dangerous, but you might be running low on SP and EN at that point. Use that Maximum Break for all it's worth. --------------------------- Space Route #2 第54話: 神の牢獄 Scenario 54: God's Prison SR Point: Within 3 turns destroy 12 or more Snapil. 3 turns (-2) http://youtu.be/Zi0C7zmvpRM Keep the allied ships alive or it's game over. Use some MAPs to weaken the upfront grunts while sending Continuous Action/Awaken groups to counterkill the farthest grunts. Once you destroy all grunts, a boss shows up at 12 o clock. Reduce the boss' HP below 50k to finish. The twinned grunts will not attack your units, even if you move into their attack range before they start moving. Even when they start moving they won't attack your units if they move closeby, so it's basically impossible to counterkill them. The single grunts in the 4 outlying groups will attack your units. Prioritize your attacks on the twin grunts. Fervored MAP attacks work really well. Cut off two turns by using awaken and lots of MAPs. The red tiger boss drops a +20 crit rate part, but has 124k HP and flees at about 35k HP. It won't start moving until 3EP. You probably won't get this item unless you are ok with a 4-5 turn clear. That's ok, though. A +crit part isn't very useful since almost everyone should have Hot Blood by now, which reduces crit rate to 0 anyway. 第55話: ゲストとインスペクター Scenario 55: Guest and Inspector SR Point: Destroy 3 Zelanios on the same turn while the Zeidram is still on the map. 3 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/B9Asx3fTlS8 The guests are one of the few threatening grunt groups in the game. Use confuse, iron wall, etc. to stay alive. MAP attacks help but the grunts are pretty spread out. Once you destroy the Zelanios or if you reduce Rofu's HP under 50%, Rofu summons a bunch of reinforcements. Lower his HP below 25-28k or defeat all remaining grunts to finish the scenario. I recommend destroying the 3 Zelanios and then defeating Rofu all on the same turn so you don't have to deal with the reinforcement grunts. Rofu drops a Giga Generator if defeated, so it's worth taking him down. HTB Cannon + some strong attacks should do it. Hot Blood HTB Cannon alone does about 18-19k. Cut off a turn by playing better. 第56話: オペレーション・レコンキスタ Scenario 56: Operation Reconqista SR Point: Destroy all grunts within 6 turns. 3 turns (-1) http://youtu.be/nzplkk9kPwQ Form up as many strong counterattack groups as possible. Get in there and start counterattacking w/ Confuse up. Drop some MAP attacks as well. Anyone without very high dodge or iron wall should be careful. After you get the SP, reduce one of the bosses HP below 25k to end the scenario. They both drop the same High Performance Thruster part, and you can only defeat one. I thought I had screwed up on the boss kill but managed to get it after all. The steps taken to kill the boss in the last part of this video are what's called a desperate recovery. 第57話: 激震の白い大地 Scenario 57: Earthquake on the Moon SR Point: Within 3 turns destroy 30 or more enemies. 5 turns (-2) http://youtu.be/ytX2B8UOWhw This is something I've always wondered. Does combat on the moon in SRW count as space, or earth/ground terrain? Well in this game it's earth/ground, so remove those space S rank parts. BTW going from A to S rank does about 15% more damage and a significant hit/dodge boost in this game. The guest lieutenants temporarily join you in taking down Zezenan. Keep SP usage low when dealing with the grunts, and don't bother trying to take down the Zeranios except the one with the A-Adaptor. Use MAPs and strong counterattacks to clear out the grunts around Zezenan quickly. Once you take out Zezenan's carrier ship, he emerges in a 281k mech. He summons a few reinforcements as well. Spam Zeb's exhaust to get Zezenan's morale down (don't move him then save like I did lol). He's immune to armor debuffs unless you use Fury seishin. He's easy to hit and his hit rate will be poor against anyone standing on the moon cradle w/ Confuse up. Kill him in a single turn to avoid dealing with the grunt reinforcements. 第58話: クライシス・ポイント Scenario 58: Crisis Point SR Point: Defeat all grunts before defeating either boss. 3 turns (-2) http://youtu.be/sSz6t_XqPdk Route split tally: Masaki route (2B-17B) took me 1 more turn than Ryune route (2A-17A). Space Route #1 (30B-36B) took me 6 more turns than Earth Route #1 (30A-36A). Space Route #2 (54B-57B) took me 3 more turns than Earth Route #2 (54A-57A). The B route took me 10 more turns total than the A route. If I took the B route I would be at 227 turns instead of 217 at the start of scenario 58. Aside from Scenarios 56A and 57A (the Air Christmas scenarios), the B route is more difficult. This is the last scenario to level up your pilots before you're up against the end game bosses. The grunts are lv 60, not too bad to level up on. Send your grunt slaying twins into the grunts to counterkill while everyone else heads for the bosses. You can't kill the bosses before killing all the grunts first, so clear them out asap. Aquila still uses Iron Wall once below 30% HP (he has 160750 HP on hard, so at 48225 HP). Try to do a ton of damage just before he triggers Iron Wall so you don't have to deal with it much. I've tried using the seishin nullify special weapon and it didn't work on him. If his Iron Wall is too much to deal with, wait a turn and he won't recast it. Contagio is as weak as ever, just beat the crap out of it. 第59話: デザイア Scenario 59: Desire SR Point: Defeat all grunts before defeating Ignis. 6 turns (-1) Part 1: http://youtu.be/_A5A20mvf4g Part 2 (Perfectio Fight): http://youtu.be/gvaGUDmQgtU Save as much SP as possible when taking out the initial grunts and Ignis. Use MAPs to clear out the grunts behind Ignis, as they always defend and don't attack on EP. Leave 2 units behind to deal with the 6 grunts in the corners. Instead of using defensive seishins against Ignis, take the damage and heal with a Prayer seishin from one of your support pairs. On turn 4 I had the SR point and took Ignis down. Defeating Ignis causes Umbra and some grunts to show up around the Cross Gate. Once again try not to waste too much SP taking him down. The grunt wall around Umbra will all defend, so use more MAPs to clear them out. Umbra uses Confuse at 40% (48420 on hard), so you'll need to spend some SP on strike to hit him, or try to reduce his health below 40% on turn 5 so you start turn 6 with no Confuse. Ignore the grunts to the sides as they will all retreat once Umbra is defeated. Umbra should fall by turn 5 or 6. After defeating Umbra, Perfectio shows up on the Cross Gate. He has no HP regen so don't waste too much SP on Awaken/Enable unless you're going to finish him off on that turn. At the start of every enemy turn, all allies lose 2 willpower. He'll almost certainly be spamming his MAP attack. Use Confuse seishin if the damage is too much to handle. He regens his HP after about 150k of damage, then he does it a second time (that means you need to do at least 682k HP of damage to him). Every time he regens his HP he also raises his will up to 150. After he regens his HP twice you can bring him to 0 HP. Don't bother spamming Exhaust on him, it's not worth it. He uses Confuse at 50% so you'll need to use a lot of Strike or wait a turn for it to wear off, since he only casts it once. Set up and use maximum breaks from Katina, Kai, Viletta, and Kyosuke if you can. Those 6k maximum breaks add up. I pulled off 7 maximum breaks during the fight which added up to about 40k free damage, not to mention getting combo support attacks from pilots that can't normally support like Ratsel and Ryusei. Even on ex-hard he's pretty easy to beat down in a single turn. I took off a turn by clearing the first two bosses more aggressively. I still had lots of Hope and Enable left along with several unused SP and SSP drinks. This makes me confident that I can still 1 turn the final boss on ex-hard. Hard Mode Route 第60話: ラスト・クライ Scenario 60: Last Cry SR Point: Defeat Duban within 4 turns. 1 turn (-1) http://youtu.be/YLAUz0SYUXg Once you reduce Duban's HP about 50%, Alfimi arrives right next to Duban. She's one of the best support pilots in the game w/ 60 SP Enable and 15 SP Attune. Once you defeat Duban, all grunts retreat and a second metroid boss appears one tile south of where Duban used to be. This one doesn't have as dangerous of a MAP attack, but it still hits pretty hard. It has Bunshin and a 1500 dmg barrier, so combo attacks and Fury/Assault seishins are useful. It has 320k HP (on hard) and small HP regen, so don't start attacking until you're ready to take it down in one turn. It doesn't recover its HP or do anything special. Took off 1 turn by throwing everything I had at the metroid. Also using some continuous action to score free turns off the grunts. 第61話: 機人大戦 Scenario 61: Kijin Wars SR Point: Destroy all enemies before destroying Ganron. 5 turns (-1) Part 1 (first 40 mins): http://youtu.be/GPq6ewo2ytU Part 2 (last 40 mins): http://youtu.be/oKsc_wVdHVQ As usual with a Bullet/Kushua Chinese mythology scenario, there are a ton of events and triggers. Your first task is to defeat Kukuru. Easy enough as she only has 87k HP and starts at 105 will. Once you defeat Kukuru, she'll move west and join your side. The white/purple monkey and red tiger bosses will appear near her. Sanger will move next to Kukuru and be able to move again regardless of whether he already moved, although he will leave any twin he was in even if they still have their turn. The SR point includes all the initial grunts on the map and all reinforcements. There's no immediate rush to destroy the initial grunts but don't waste a lot of resources on them. Next goal is to defeat the monkey and tiger bosses. Lure them back towards the rest of your team so they can start attacking sooner. They both still cause -3 will to anyone within 3 tiles of them at the start of enemy phase. The monkey boss is particularly dangerous because his strongest attack (4 range) drains 20 SP from anyone it hits unless they have the Full Block ability part equipped. Reducing either enemy's health below 50% causes them both to spam a bunch of seishins, including Strike / hot blood at the start of enemy phase. They have a combined HP of about 350k. Both of them should be down by turn 3. Once you defeat those two bosses, the turtle boss will arrive at 10-11 o clock surrounded by grunts, along with a dragon boss (Ganron) a little further in. If you want the SR point you have to defeat the turtle boss and all grunts before defeating Ganron. The initial grunts should be long dead, and all it takes is 1-2 MAPs to clear out the reinforcement grunts. The turtle boss is still no pushover. Once you reduce either the turtle boss or Ganron to 50% health, the turtle boss recovers its HP and changes forms to the phoenix boss. In its phoenix form it has less armor and no barrier. It's probably better to reduce Ganlon below 50% and deal with the 30% HP regen over the next turn rather than try to attack the turtle form. I'm thinking I could 4 turn this with more effort. I had about 5 hopes left at the end of the scenario and I might have wasted SP early on. Sorry for the lack of anims but the stage is a bit long and the uneven terrain makes it a pain to figure out unit positions. 第62話: 母なる星の護り神 Scenario 62: Guardian God of Mother Earth SR Point: Defeat Keren, Kanafu, and Zanavu within 6 turns. 6 turns (0) Part 1: http://youtu.be/1gf4U08QXV4 Part 2: http://youtu.be/Mhtg9Ew-fRo This is your last chance to level anyone up for the final scenario. Grunts are lv 64 and bosses are 66. All 3 SP target bosses have 161k HP, Guard and a 1500 damage barrier. You'll prob. have to deal with the guard as they'll quickly hit 150 will once you start wiping out the grunts. Use confuse if the grunts accuracy is too high. Use the usual grunt slaying strategies - assault + continuous action pairs and hot blood MAP pairs. On 5EP Gan Eden appears. Its ace bonus lets it cast Faith at 140 will, and it starts at 130, so if you don't watch out any enemies still on the map will get a huge heal. If you need until turn 6 to defeat the 3 SR point bosses, defeat two of them by 5PP while the third remains at full health, so the 50% heal won't do anything for it. If you manage to kill the 3 bosses before 5EP, Gan Eden will arrive immediately. Gan Eden has 362k HP, a barrier, and has more defense the more enemies are left on the map. Its 6 range MAP attack is very powerful so be ready for it. Most or all enemies should be dead by the time 5EP rolls around. Once Gan Eden appears you're free to move on top of the tower to get the 10% surround bonus (the tower is off limits before Gan Eden appears). It doesn't recover its HP although non-gameplay events happen as you damage it. It's pretty weak once all enemies are dead and a lv 3 armor debuff is used. It's basically another big damage sponge that doesn't do anything special. As usual I ended up with a ton of enable/hope/awaken to spare. Could probably 5 turn this if I was more aggressive at defeating the 3 minibosses. 最終話: 古の忌憶 Final Scenario: Ancient Lamentations 1 turn (0) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bnFhjWpwZUg The final boss Euzeth has 452k HP. At about 40% HP some plot stuff happens and it jumps back up to about 70% HP. Once you lower its HP enough Ing appears next to him for a free attack. I started out with Great Rally and Exhaust to get my team up to 150 will and put Euzeth down to 50 will. Used Awaken/Enable to get close to Euzeth. At close range he can't use his ALL attack, making it much easier to survive. Next I armor debuffed him with SRX. Then I started up Maximum Break spam with Kai and Katina with HTB Cannon support. After that I moved to Zan Tornado spam, then some HTB Cannon spam. Tried to set up a big combo for the finishing attack. Final count is 239 turns/63 scenarios. It would be 249 if I took the B route splits. Both under 4 turns average. I could probably take a few turns off that count, but 239 is very close to the lowest you can get on ex-hard. Overall I thought ex-hard was too easy. Maybe we need ex-ex-ex-hard+? With that I'm done with 2nd OG. Thanks for reading or watching.
