Diablo III: Reaper of Souls Trophy Guide Table of Contents (Copy and paste the item in the find {control+F} bar, but replace the "-" or "--" with a "~") -Intro -Credits -Closing [][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][] ~Intro [][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][][] This guide will provide tips on how to get all the trophies fast and with the least stress if you aren't the best of players. If you are a trophy hunter, I know "big" games or RPGs in general sometimes take forever, especially with RNG... this game is actually an exception. While you can get this platinum with normal playing, this guide will help maximize speed. 1st off, you need to do at least 1 hardcore run, and importantly, items gained from a hardcore game can't be transfered to a soft core, or visa versa. Again, for speed, I'd actually start with the Hardcore playthrough. If you play slow (with a Crusader) and actually use equips with +Vit +HP regen, you can't really die if you put it on the first 3 difficulties. However, bosses and unique enemies will take too long if you go for safety. There are also "Complete all quest" trophies, which will go great with a hardcore playthrough as you'll want to take it slow, and explore everything. One thing to remember are that to monsters will scale to your level, so EXP+ items can actually hurt you on this play through if you level up too fast and don't upgrade your equips. Good news? Since you'll be doing just 1 hardcore run, you won't need to save up materials for level 70 re-rolling, and can maximize lower level items with no fear. Again, Crusader on hardcore, while I played through on the easiest setting, I don't think there was a single time I went below 75% and never needed to use a potion. After you get those 3 hardcore exclusive trophies, hop on softcore, put it on easy, then rush to finish the game to unlock adventure mode. Make sure to keep the Loric Crown, and I suggest doing this with a Barbarian first, as it's main stat (Rubies) will be better used in that said Loric's crown for +EXP. Once unlocked, just do bounties till you hit level 70, then change heroes... remember, you need 500. Remember, for the rest of the trophies, you never need to even step on a torment difficulty, but playing on master (easier with a range hero as you can almost completely ignore defense) will net you absurd exp. Once you do all your bounties, you should have all the materials you need for the rest of the crafting trophies, and hopefully the treasure goblins. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Diablo III: Reaper of Souls Platinum Trophy: Platinum Collected all other Diablo III: Reaper of Souls trophies. 1. Took me about 2 weeks. 2. Plats don't actually raise your playstation level 3. If you sync your PSN to Sonyrewards.com, YOU CAN GET PSN CREDITS FOR TROPHIES! Plats are worth 1$, Golds are .1$, and Silvers at .01$. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deep Pockets: Bronze Pick up 500,000 gold. If you haven't gotten this prior to all the other trophies, just sell crap and put the game on a higher setting. I currently have 500 million on my hero who can do Greater Rifts at 77... Hell, if you see ANY of the two special goblin portals, this is pretty much given to you. Basically, this game is NOT like Diablo 2, where you hit max money pretty fast but needed to spend TONS to repair equipment. In this game, you can suck completely, return to camp with broken items, and still make profit. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Comfort of Strangers: Bronze Recruit the Templar, Scoundrel, and Enchantress. I'm not sure if this is given, but on your first play through, when you find the Scoundrel, then the Enchantress (in Act II) let them come with you to insure this trophy unlocks. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Up All Night To Get Lucky: Silver Equip all Inventory slots with Legendary items that have a minimum required level of 70 or higher. Once you hit 70, just save a unique for each slot. If you increase the difficulty, you get showered with them in rifts. Two alternetives if you don't feel torment is for you: 1. You can gamble the item slots you need. 2. You can craft unique items from the Artsy guy* *You can get supplies and blue prints for these items from bounty rewards, which you'll be doing 500 of. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Breaking Not So Bad: Bronze Use a merchant to repair an item. Talk to any merchant, hit R1 (or R2, I forget) to repair, and repair. Not that this is hard by any sense, but the earier your cheap ass does this, the cheaper it will be. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Socket to Me: Bronze Socket a gem in an item. Select your gem in your inventory, bam, socket. If you wait till you get the Jeweler towards the end of act II, you can remove it for free! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- A New Start: Bronze Complete 5 Bounties. Read below. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Batting 500: Silver Complete 500 Bounties. Once you beat the game (once on hardcore AND on softcore for the respected setting) you unlock adventure, which you should always be on from now on. Bounties are pretty easy and straight forward, and they give GREAT EXP. When I was finishing up, I was getting to level 70 after 40ish bounties, so kill two birds with one stone. Adventure mode helps find more treasure goblins too! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Just Riffing: Silver Kill 500 monsters while in Nephalem Rifts. In adventure mode, rifts are available. Do two of them and this should unlock. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dashing through the Rift: Silver Finish a Nephalem Right within 15 Minutes. You shouldn't have to try for this (epecially if you put the game on the easiest setting). FUn Fact: This can be done in a regular rift, despite Greater Rifts actually displaying a timer. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Mad King's End: Bronze Kill the Skeleton King. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Butchered!: Silver Kill the Butcher. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Last of the Horadrim: Bronze Complete all quests in Act I. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Coven Overthrown: Bronze Kill Maghda. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Death Do Us Part: Silver Kill Malthael. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Don't Fear the Reaper: Bronze Complete all quests in Act V. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Above & Beyond (Hardcore): Gold Reach level 70 in Hardcore mode. See tips above in the intro section. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reign of Terror: Silver Kill Diablo in Hardcore mode. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. See tips in into section. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- May His Death Satisfy You: Silver Kill Malthael in Hardcore mode. Story Related, can't be missed. Just beat the game. See tips in into section. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Above and Beyond: Silver Reach level 70. Read below. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dream Team: Gold Reach level 70 with 6 different classes. The good news is, who ever you do the hardcore run with, COUNTS! This trophy isn't bad, if you keep your Loric Crown (with a Perfect Ruby) and only farm bounties. Bounties give good exp, and also take you do those chests and other side quests with a lot of enemies. Also, if you hop on adventure mode (where bounties are available) you won't get locked at level 61 till you beat act V. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Elitist: Silver Kill 500 elite (champion, rare, or unique) enemies. Unless you straight up run away from all of these enemies, you should get this WAY before your 500 bounties... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Greed over Need: Silver Kill 100 Treasure Goblins. If you hurry quick, there is a double goblin event going on! Either way, the best way to get these are just play. If you are using a weak long range hero, try to notice trails of gold/items as you might of made it run away off screen! Also, adventure mode is better, more types of goblins, and the chance to go to the vault, which usually spawns a couble. Tip: In Act III adventure mode, you can get a cube from the northeast area (with the Barbarians). If you find a puzzle ring, you can transmute it to a treasure cave portal. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Demolition Derby: Bronze Get a destruction callout for breaking 50 objects. Hardest trophy in the game, I'm not even joking. Use any long range hero, I chose the Demon Hunter, and go the the way point before the Skeleton King. I got a 70 something spraying multi-shots and vaulting here. Tip? When doing bounties, always check Act I, this is usually an area, so another time to kill two birds with one stone. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Made to Order: Bronze Craft 5 items. Read below. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Custom-Fit: Silver Craft 100 items. While 100 may seem steep for crafting, remember that gems DO COUNT, and you'll be swimming in them later in the game. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Forged Credentials: Bronze Raise the Blacksmith to level 12. Takes a little money, but requires a "Death's Breath" for 11/12. Once you hit level 70, you should be finding many of these off any unique monster. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Gemkata: Bronze Raise the Jeweler to level 12. Takes a little money, but requires a "Death's Breath" for 11/12. Once you hit level 70, you should be finding many of these off any unique monster. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Maximum Myriam: Bronze Raise the Mystic to level 12. Unlike the above two, she doesn't require any special item, just a low amount of gold you'll be swimming in. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- I Feel So Enchanting: Bronze Enchant all your equipment slots. This is simple, just remember, the more garbage the item you have, the cheaper the requirements (some enchants require Imperial gems!). If you really just want this, and are cheap, you can exit the game (to save it), return, enchant, then exit the game via rage quit. The trophy will save, the items used, won't. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Trade-in: Bronze Replace a property with Enchanting. Same as above, just requires one. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- A Mystical Meeting: Bronze Acquire the Mystic. I have no clue where she was, I do know, I found her with no guides. I also know she disappears at the start of act V, and you get a quest to find her again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bejeweled: Bronze Combine gems. Easy, if you plan on getting the 100 crafting trophy, you should be combining a few gems...
