**I'll be updating this only once or twice a week beginning 11.05 due
to college starting back up.**
Before getting started take note that this FAQ will be written
using both English and Japanese text which is why you'll see strange
text in some areas at first. To view the Japanese text portions of this
guide set your browser's character encoding to Shift_JIS, you need to
have Japanese character support installed on your computer for this to

This FAQ is being written to help those who do not understand Japanese.
Even though there will be Japanese text I am not writing it out for
every little thing/option in this game as most of it isn't major enough
to need to see what the kanji/kana look like, however there will be
translations for almost everything. Also some kanji characters could
not be saved to the formatting GFAQs uses for whatever reason, these
will appear as question marks （？） when using Japanese character
encoding.
This FAQ is not to be used anywhere in any form unless granted
permission by me.

Bleach: Blade Battlers 2nd, as the name suggests, is the second
game in the Blade Battlers series of Bleach. There are a total of 36
selectable characters and 16 stages. Team battle and free for all for
up to 4 players, character customization, and interactive stages.

swing 3 times automatically. He is much harder to stagger (think

--Normal: Renji's normal attack causes him to swing his zanpakutou
around (similar to what he does when he first uses his bankai). His EX
attack, higa zekkou, causes Renji to thrust Zabimaru into the ground
and hit the enemies with the sections of this zanpakutou.
--PU: He uses a more powerful form of higa zekkou. Renji's EX attack
becomes hikoutsu taihou, a huge energy blast that takes up a large part
of the stage.

entraps them in ice afterwards he hits the enemy across the stage.

Double jump (X twice) onto the platform Hiyori is on.
Mission 002:
Perform a combo. Keep hitting Square.

Block for 30 seconds without being hit.

her with Square, Triangle.
Mission 012:
Throw Hiyori into the air (X + Square) and as she is falling hit her
with your Triangle attack. Do this 3 times.
Mission 013:
Break Hiyori's guard (R1 + Square) and then connect it with Square,
Square, Square, Triangle.
Mission 014:
Damage cancel (R2) 3 times. It must knock Hiyori back to count.
Mission 015:
Use Pair boost (L2).
Mission 016:
Allow Hiyori to knock you over and as you are lying on the floor, hold
a direction and hit X. Do this 3 times.
Mission 017:
Allow Hiyori to hit you, just before you hit the ground tap X. When
done correctly Ichigo will flash quickly and be standing up. Do this 3
times.
Mission 018:
Do your Triangle attack and just before Hiyori hits the ground do your
O attack. Do this 3 times.
Mission 019:
Jump and hit Square then connect it with Square, Square, Square, Square
then connect that with Square, Triangle, O.
Mission 019:
Parry (R1 + X) 3 times.
Mission 020:
Do a throw (X + Square) just as Hiyori is about to do one to cancel it
out. Do this 3 times.

These are the items you buy in Shop Urahara to customize your
characters.
I'll start working on translating them soon; the Japanese characters in
the shop don't show up very well on my TV since they're so small making
them look blurry and hard to read so I can't always get an exact
translation.
The reason I didn't put them in the walkthrough when they're actually
unlocked was because I wasn't thinking about it [translating] at the
time and just listed a new item as being in the shop. All new items
from now on will be tracked.
If anyone who follows this starts a new battlers mode would like to
send me a (clear) picture of the screen where it says you unlocked the
item (Since I assume you can't just type it in Japanese to me) and what
mission unlocked it I can put the actual item down when it's unlocked.
Proper credit will be given to those who send them in to me.

The 3 shinigami will continue to respawn so just ignore them completely
and focus on Izuru, knock him over the edge a few times for a quick win.
Battle 002: Soifon + Yoruichi VS Shuuhei + 3 Shinigami
Control: Soifon
Stage: Shrine of Penitence Avenue
Requirements: Defeat Shuuhei
Again the 3 shinigami will continue to respawn so just ignore them and
focus on Shuuhei.
Battle 003: Rukia + Rangiku VS Renji + Ichigo
Control: Rukia
Stage: Rukongai
Requirements: Win
Focus on Renji first since he has longer range than Ichigo, once he's
down finish off Ichigo.
Battle 004: Ichigo VS Renji VS Izuru VS Shuuhei
Control: Ichigo
Stage: Gotei 13 Mansion
Requirements: Win
Take out Renji first, and then go for Shuuhei, and lastly Izuru.
Shuuhei is the most annoying one but I noticed Renji likes to target
you more.
Battle 005: Yachiru + Rangiku VS Ichigo
Control: Yachiru
Stage: Soukyoku Hill
Requirements: Win
Keep throwing him off the edge for a quick win, pretty easy with the
wind.

Battle 001: Shuuhei + Hitsugaya + Renji VS Komamura
Control: Shuuhei
Stage: Seireitei
Requirements: Win
Komamura has infinite reiatsu and infinite blade gauge. The battle
looks harder than it is, as long as someone is attacking him his bankai
can't attack you since he'll be blocking. Hitsugaya makes it easier
since he can freeze him. Most annoying part of the battle is Komamura's
bankai getting into your way making it hard to see him and yourself. If
you want to, kill Shuuhei off and take control of Hitsugaya and freeze
Komamura with your Triangle + Direction and have him do a pair boost
with Renji for infinite bankai.
Battle 002: Izuru + Hitsugaya + Renji VS Kurotsuchi
Control: Izuru
Stage: Gotei 13 Mansion
Requirements: Win
Kurotsuchi has infinite reiatsu and blade gauge just like Komamura
before. Try to prevent him from doing his bankai as long as possible.
If he does get his bankai out use your O + Direction attack when you
