Version 1.00 I think the guide is pretty complete now. Some parts from the
01/27/2008 original submission were taken out for various reasons and will
not be put back in. A big thanks goes out to Katamari47 for
helping finish up the guide almost a year after the original

Version 0.75 Well, this is the first submission of the guide. Since I have
05/02/2007 delayed it so long I think it's best to get it up and just do
two more resubmits. The next one will include all stuff marked
as Unfinished and should be updated soon. The rest marked as
Extensive Work will probably take a while as I'm waiting on
someone for the info on it. It is possible they may not get
back to me though so I may need others help on filling it all

Power Arts are found throughout the game on large black tablets. Though there
may be some that you come across that said you have already learned what is
written here. If that is the case then you have already learned that Power
Art by training previous levels and the art was able to auto-level. Keep in
mind that not all Power Arts auto-level every single level too.
Training in Power Arts can be done in your Geo-Fortress in the main room to
the right of the large crystal on that control panel. In order to train the
Power Arts there you must aquire Mythril which is obtained mostly from blue
crystals thrown all around various maps. There are other ways to aquire
Mythril and you'll find out how along the way so it's not very important
that I need to write it here.
One final thing before I continue. Don't skip out on training lower levels of
Power Arts thinking they don't do enough. They do a lot as they stack with
higher levels and the Mythril invested is proportionate in every level. That
means that investing 5,000 in a lower level art will be about the same if
you invested it in a higher level of that art.

Secret Arts are arts that can only be equipped to Weapons, Armor, Shields,
Chains, and Helm with one art per item. However they are never 'used' and can
be put in multiple items. Unlike in Shining Force NEO, you are able to get
these fairly early on. In order to equip them to your equipment, you must go
to the console in the main room in your Geo-Fortress and select the piece
of equipment you wish to equip one on and from there it's pretty self
explanitory.

Avalon, a god among men. Well not really but I find him to be the best
character to add to your party. At least if you are playing as Toma anyways.
Long story short, in order to iniate the collecting of various bones for
Avalon in order to restore him by getting his sword and offering it to
the Altar in Lakton Village. You can do this by talking to Hikinay after
you complete the Ancient Arena: Lizard. This will allow you to recruit
the blacksmith to you Geo-Fortress and obtain the chest that contains the
sword behind him. Now you're ready to start looking for those bones of his.
The earliest you can collect all of his bones is Chapter 11. So you need
not really worry about getting them as you go along. Though you probably
want to make sure you explore all the maps to obtain their warps and in
the process will probably find most of his bones anyways. Without further

Unlike Avalon, Garyu is very simple to get once you reach a decent level
and have obtained a fair amount of Mythril to upgrade your various Power
Arts. Basically all you need to do to obtain him is defeat him. If you are
having trouble then you should either wait until you are of higher level or
spend some Mythril on Dragon Killer and Scale Killer. I think Giant Killer
may also work but I'm not entirely sure. Other than those Power Arts you
can also get Dragon or Scale Killer on your weapon or the Dragon Sword which
is given to you by Gadfort after he reached a certain level and you talk to
him.
