Q: How long did it take to complete your guide?
A: About three weeks. This is my fourth update, and I have added even more
items I missed.

Q: Are there items that can be permanently missed?
A: Good Question. Yes, there are several items. Dive Teddy and Honey Teddy are
only available for a short time while visiting Fifth Jeruselum, Prescription
Copy is a a Special Item on Miltia, as is all the Special Items available in
shops in chapter nine (well most of them anyway). Items stolen from bosses,
Vector Uniform if you never loaded Xenosaga Episode II clear data. The Ice
Cream items (Berry Ice Cream, Lemon Ice Cream, Melon Ice Cream, and DX Ice
Cream). And finally the shop items. Most items and characters and E.S
equipment found in shops comes with a specific time period in which to
purchase them. Any other item can be acquired by using the E.V.S plate
(Green) and revising areas previously visited.

Q: Why are there items missing from your FAQ? (received email from two sources)
A: Due to misplacing one of my pages with notes, I missed the items on that
list and never even noticed until I found it yesterday. The pages I lost are

A: I am pretty picky for details, and most information I add is what I look for
in a good FAQ. There are also a huge amount of items present in the game.

Q: How do I do the Seven Moons quest?

All items will appears at the start of chapter nine in the shop along with new
stock. You will also obtain the Ring of Eden accessory at the start of
chapter nine.

Q: What are the best places to farm stat increasing items?
A: The best places to gain these items are. This is assuming you missed the
quest in chapter five to obtain the shop that sells them later in the game.

EVA Upgrade - Rare drop from Byproduct #A156 in Dabrye Mine.
DEX Upgrade - Rare drop from Byproduct #A283 in Dabrye Mine.
HP Upgrade - Rare drop from Federation Soldier A in Durandel (Third Residential
Area).
STR Upgrade - Rare drop from Federation Soldier B in Durandal (Third
Residential Area).
EATK Upgrade - Rare drop from Yuriev Soldier A in Abel's Ark (Green Core).

Q: What is the best way to make money to purchase those expensive stat up
items?
A: There are a couple of ways. The first being Abel's Ark, many of the enemies
drop Crystal of Spite and Ether Cores which can be sold for 1,000 and 1,500 G
each. 
The second way is in Underground Ruins. There are four rare items dropped by
the enemies there that can be sold for a massive amount of money. These items
are Velvet Breath, Union Wrist, Kajic Wrist, and Evangelist. Each is dropped
with approximately 1 in 15 chance with the Brisingamen, Dragon's Eye, or the
Draupnir equipped, which has the ability Large Rare Item. Very handy. Beware
though, these enemies are very annoying to kill.

Scott McConkey - for pointing out missing item: Cornelian Egg
I noticed in your barter item list that you were missing the Cornelian Egg.
There are three of these located on a hidden path on the forest road that
leads to the church, but you'll have to find the right bush to blast to get
to them. I've puzzled myself over why in the world they are in the game,
seeing as there are only three of them in it, but they sell for 1,000 each.
Just a note.


Lancet Jades - For the information on Acala's Pulse, Hammurabi Spell, D-Exp
I,II.
Also for pointing out missing items, KAP-NAR, Denim Jacket, Coat Hardy,
Flawless, CUS9G, Tempest Beads, E.S default weapons, Coral Stone, D-EXP I,
D-EXP II. All of these items were written down but not added.
And for adding Acala's Pulse, Hammurai Spell, Metal Sprint stats.
And noting some spelling mistakes I made. There were numerous occasions where
"o' and "a" were incorrect. And for pointing out quite a few stat errors and
inaccuracies. For notifiying me about the true use of G-Vaccine, and for
listing Rings that can't be worn by KOS-MOS. And finally pointing out the
differce in shop items in chapter nine. Archon Cathedral shop has many normal
chapter nine items, but doesn't include special items, and a few items not
included in the other chapter nine shop locations. Thank you very much for
dedicating your time with your emails, they helped me compile any further
information I missed. Also recently for sending me a list hacked items or
items that were taking out for various reasons.


Kendrick Leung - Second, as per your note, the guard omega items are described
in the tutorial I believe, as raising the omega stat while guarding. At least,
in the JP version they are.  Also, there's an item missing, a bracelet. I
can't tell you the english name, but it nullifies all status effects and is
different from the one you can buy near the end of the game. I know I had it
on Shion since halfway through, though I can't tell you exactly where I found
it. I'll check some JP walkthrough sites later if you're interested.
