Copyright ================= 1. Introduction ================= This is my character guide for Hatto Hanzo (Hanzo Hattori, if you prefer the americanized version.) of Samurai Warriors. The guide was made to help other people use and max out Hattori Hanzo. I chose to do Hanzo because it was the first character my friend and I got the fifth weapon for. Everything in the guide comes from my personal experience with the game, and everything listed within the guide has been done by my friend and myself. In this guide is a backround of the real Hattori Hanzo. After that is how you get Hanzo. Then comes his story mode guide, followed by what all of his missions are. Then is his weapon list, which lists his first through fifth weapons and also how to obtain the fifth weapon. Following that is his starting and maxed statistics. Then is all the legal mumble jumble, thanks, and how to get in contact with me. ================= 2. Character Bio ================= -Coming Soon- ================= 3. Unlocking ================= Hattori Hanzo is a very hard character to unlock. You open your Playstation 2, get past the horridly difficult intro movie and beginning menus, and then select a play mode of your choice. In other words, Hattori Hanzo is one of the five starting characters. ================== 4. Story Mode ================== Siege of Osaka Okehazama - Mikatagahara - Crossing Iga - Ueda Infiltration < Osaka Infiltration How to get top route: At Ueda Infiltration, you must complete every stealth mission on every floor to unlock the Siege of Osaka and Hanzo's movie ending. ================== 5. Mission Guide ================== :::Stage 1: Battle of Okehazama::: M1: Fly Attack Yoshimoto Imagawa at once. Initial M2: Narumi Castle Defeat Motonobu Okabe and take Narumi Castle! Mission 1 Success M3: Seal Seal all Imagawa strongholds! Mission 1 sucess. Imagawa reserve captains must be alive. M4: Master's Peril Rescue Ieyasu Tokugawa! When Hideyoshi gets near Tokugawa. M5: Finale Defeat the Oda Army before the Imagawa Army does! Nobunaga must be alive and Oda's army killed no Imagawa officers. M6: Obliteration Destroy the Imagawa Army! Mission 3 must be completed after the Oda army kills a Imagawa officer. M7: Shadow Path Take the ninja path to avoid detection! Initial :::Stage 2: Battle of Mikatagahara::: M1: Falling Star Defeat the Oyamada Army on the front line! Initial M2: Scale Endure the Takeda Army's attack! After Mission 1. M3: Blade of Justice Bring death to the traitor! Mission 2 is failed. M4: Shadow Flight Strike the Takeda main camp from behind! Mission 1 or 2 failed, after Mission 3. M5: Assassin Eliminate Shingen Takeda! Mission 4 completed. M6: Falcon's Nest Join up with Ieyasu Tokugawa! Mission 7 completed, player is far away from Tokugawa. M7: Tombo-Giri Escore Ieyasu Tokugawa together with the rear guard! Mission 1 or 2 failed, after Mission 3. M8: Our Mikawa Seal all Takeda strongholds! Mission 2 success. :::Stage 3: Crossing Iga::: M1: Escape Route Secure an escape route quickly! Initial ==Tip: The top left escape route is the correct one== M2: All for One Save Baisetsu Anayama's unit from the Akechi Army! Initial M3: Lure Save Ieyasu Tokugawa from the bandits! Complete Mission 1, Tokugawa enters Ise Shrine. M4: Obediance Allow Yasumasa Sakakibara to join up with Ieyasu! Correction: Seems that Mission 3 DOES infact trigger it. I don't know how I randomly got it before. It probably is triggered when you get to a certain point. M5: Subterfuge Eliminate the task force! Mission 4 success. M6: Beckoning Allow Tadatsugu Sakai to join up with Ieyasu! The mission FAQ says to complete mission 5, but again, I did not complete that and still triggered this mission. My guess, again, is that it is triggered when Tokugawa gets to a certain point. M7: Compatriots Allow all forces to escape into Nagonoura Harbor! This is triggered by all other generals surviving and completing all other missions. ~So far it has proved impossible to complete this mission for myself~ :::Stage 4: Ueda Infiltration::: M1: Espionage Gather information and head to the next floor! Initial M2: Intelligence Gather information and head to the next floor! Second floor M3: Confirmation Gather information and head to the next floor! Third floor M4: Unbreakable Eliminate Kunoichi! At top floor. :::Completion Rate::: ------100%------ ================== 6. Weapons ================== Level 1: Kusarigama Attack Power: 13 Description: A sickle with a chain attachment. Level 2: Iga-Gama Attack Power: 23 Description: A kusarigama given only to ninjas of the Iga School. Level 3: Kubinagi Attack Power: 30 Description: A heavy kusarigama with a deadly sharp blade. Level 4: Hiryuu Attack Power: 41 Description: Said to be made from the claws of the Hiryuu (flying dragons). Level 5: Yamikiba Attack: 46 Description: A dark weapon said to be forged in the depths of the Underworld. Stat Bonuses ---------- Element: Dark Musou: +40 Ranged Attack: +45 Speed: +42 Jump: +34 How to obtain: The Battle of Mikatagahara. You must defeat Nobushige Oyamada (northwest general) and then protect your generals from the Takeda army. If a general dies, or the Crane (I believe) formation collapses, you cannot get the item. The easiest way to do this is to have a second player (level 20) kill all the generals besides Shingen. Also, you must not miss the officer that does not appear in the map but usaully attacks Kazumasa Takigawa. This officer is one of Shingen's officer but was constantly the reason that the Crane formation would fall, in my personal experience. After this, you take the western most pass and use the Ninja route. Open using it, you will be given a task to seal all the gates, which you must do. Then the supply team appears at the southeast corner of the map and moves westword. Defeat the captain for the weapon. =================== 7.
