"Motion Gravure is a 'game' for PS2 and DVD set-top boxes which allows you to
view and manipulate 1,000 images of one of four Japanese idols in various
stages of undress"  [ www.play-asia.com ]

That pretty much says it all, there's not really a whole lot to this "game".
The game is divided into chapters, each chapter has a series of scenes and each
scene involves a few pics that slowly melt into each other to give a creepy
effect of movement in an otherwise weird game.

The main menu of the game has the following three selections:

This is the actual game itself and where you'll spend most of your time.  Here
is where you view as many pics, scenes and chapters as you want.

Gravure Collection
==================

You can view any of the 5 Secret Shots that you've unlocked so far, as well as
either saving or loading your game.

Options
=======

Here you can change sound settings, turn the vibration on/off and toggle the
graphical interface on/off.

                                  (D) CONTROLS
###############################################################################

The controls for this game are as follows:

D-pad - Pan around the image.
Right Stick - Pan around the image.

Left-Stick - Zoom in/out, fast-forward/rewind scenes.

L1 - Go to previous chapter.
R1 - Go to next chapter.

Square - Hold to start the controller vibrating for as long as you hold the
         button down.........*cough* use your imagination.

Triangle - Jump to a Secret Shot when you see a Deja Vu point.

X - Use to dog-ear the beginning and end of a section, you can then play this
    section continuously if you want.

Circle - Turns on/off the autoplay mode which automatically changes the images
         without you needing to change them.

Select - Brings up the game options screen.
Start - Brings up the help screen, which lists these controls.

                                  (E) CHAPTERS
###############################################################################

There are 14 chapters in the game and 5 Secret Shots that you can unlock
through these chapters, otherwise that's the whole game.

After you've seen all the chapters or if you exit early, the game asks you if
you want to save.  If you choose yes and already have a save on your memory
card then the game asks if you want to overwrite that save.

Chapter 01 [0 Deja Vu Points]
=============================

Here you get to watch Harumi sleep, stretch and look out a window.  She then
walks down some steps and the chapter ends.

Chapter 02 [1 Deja Vu Point]
============================

Here you see Harumi playing and stretching in a swimsuit while getting sprayed
with water.

The Deja Vu Point is right before the final close-up scene, you should see the
colours get inverted as Harumi turns her back to you.  Hit triangle at this
point to unlock the first Secret Shot.

Chapter 03 [0 Deja Vu Points]
=============================

Harumi walks down to the end of the dock in a red swimsuit, then she stretches
a bit and lies down for some posing before walking down the dock once more.

Chapter 04 [1 Deja Vu Point]
============================

Here Harumi poses in the forest and sprays a garden hose while wearing the same
swimsuit from the last chapter.

After a series of still shots in the second scene you will see another Deja Vu
Point [right as Harumi opens her arms wide], so be sure to hit triangle and
unlock the second Secret Shot.

Chapter 05 [0 Deja Vu Points]
=============================

Harumi poses on a tree in a forest while wearing the same swimsuit from the
previous two chapters.

Chapter 06 [0 Deja Vu Points]
=============================

Harumi takes aim and poses at a gun shooting range.

Chapter 07 [1 Deja Vu Point]
============================

Harumi walks along a series of paths in a yellow swimsuit, then poses for a
bit.

The Deja Vu Point is right after she starts walking towards you, so watch for
it and hit triangle to unlock Secret Shot #3.

Chapter 08 [0 Deja Vu Points]
=============================

Harumi goes body-boarding for a bit, then takes of her wetsuit before posing
and showering in a blue swimsuit.

Chapter 09 [0 Deja Vu Points]
=============================

Harumi chooses a fruit from a bowl, then cuts and eats it.

=============================

Close-up of Harumi as she eats some more fruit.

Harumi rides a four-wheeler down a road.

Harumi poses in a mountain valley.

Right before Harumi brings her left arm up to her head there is a Deja Vu
Point, so hit triangle and get Secret Shot #4.

Harumi pours herself a drink and enjoys it on a couch.

The Deja Vu Point is right as Harumi's drink is being poured, so hit triangle
to get the fifth Secret Shot.

Harumi lifts two separate candles and blows them both out.

Check the chapter listing above to find out where the five Deja Vu Points are
to unlock these Secret Shots.

Harumi lounges around in a white swimsuit on a water mattress.

Harumi poses in a red swimsuit on this large, bizarre, totally clear
rectangle-thing.

Harumi poses over the camera in a yellow swimsuit and picks some flowers.

Harumi cries a few tears from close up.

This is exactly the same as chapter 11 [with the four-wheeler].

If you unlocked all five secret shots then you will also get this final secret
shot.

Harumi drinks from a jug of milk while wearing a blue swimsuit and spills it
all over herself.

For a little while now I've had a paypal link in all my FAQs at the very bottom
here.  Mainly as a small experiment since a few other FAQ authors have also had
the same idea.

I had a few people email me before I put this link in because they wanted to
send money, so it's here for those people.


For the record I've received about $87 (which works out to a bit more in
Canadian lol) last I checked, so I've been getting cases of pop and making some
excellent progress on a few FAQs.
