Dynasty Warriors 3: Xtreme Legends for Sony PlayStation 2 Character FAQ for Zhang Jiao ----------------- 0.0 Introduction ----------------- Welcome to what is my 4th FAQ now. I am Bjan Mara, and I go by the on-line name of psxfreak101, incase you hadn't noticed :-P This Character FAQ is for the character Zhang Jiao of the Dynasty Warriors 3: Xtreme Legends game. Under DW3:XL, there was no Zhang Jiao FAQ (despite there being one under Dynasty Warriors 3), so I figured I may as well create one while I am playing through DW3/3:XL on my second complete runthrough. So, voila! -------- Contents -------- 1.0 Version History 2.0 Why play as Zhang Jiao? 3.0 Encyclopaedia Entry 4.0 Unlocking Him 5.0 Moveset 6.0 Using Zhang Jiao 7.0 Weapons 8.0 Musou Mode Walkthrough 8.1 Battle of Ru Nan 8.2 The Mountain Bandit Campaign 8.3 The Battle of Chang Ban 8.4 Surprise Attack on Liu Biao 8.5 The Battle at Chi Bi 8.6 The Battle at Yi Ling 8.7 The Nanman Campaign 9.0 Is This The End? -------------------- 1.0 Version History -------------------- Version 1.0 Submitted 19/1/2006 For all intents and purposes, is complete, unless an error or 100 are spotted. ---------------------------- 2.0 Why play as Zhang Jiao? ---------------------------- How many other characters in this game have fire element in their normal charge moves? That's right, none. Zhang Jiao is unique in the fact that a couple of his charges involve fire coming out of his staff. Being able to shoot out fire should be reason enough to want to play as this guy. ------------------------ 3.0 Encyclopaedia Entry ------------------------ This is direct from his Officer Bio in the DW3:XL game: "A former government official out of the Ju Lu Territory. He spread his teachings as the founder of the religious sect known as the Way of Peace. He used the turmoil of the land to gather the support of the people. With these supporters, he formed the group known as the Yellow Turbans. Declaring himself the "General of Heaven," he turned against the Han Dynasty, leading the Yellow Turban Rebellion." Yay for the leader of a religious sect! ------------------ 4.0 Unlocking Him ------------------ Well, this is one of the major joys of Dynasty Warriors 3:Xtreme Legends. As opposed to the base game (which only has 9 officers available at the start), 3:XL unlocks all generals for free right from the word go. How nice is that? ------------ 5.0 Moveset ------------ A basic description of his moves. Then, it'll be followed by a preferred way of playing. I'll also add the preferred name for the moves in brackets afterwards. T - Triangle, S - Square. C - xth Charge, which is just the proper name. SSSSSS (S-String) - Potentially the worst S-String in the game. It consists of a nice close-to-360 swing at the start, then 4 vertical strikes followed by a nice 270 clearance at the end (should you get that far). Running Attack - Glides on his knees like he's a rock-star. It's alright for a running move. T (C1) - Has his staff fly in front of him like a huge shield. Just like most other C1s, is mainly effective to break guards on officers. ST (C2) - A typical short launcher. However, he's probably got the smallest range C2 out of all the playable officers, using the end of his staff. It can be juggled from there, but it relies on your target bouncing once, so chances are they will do their quick recover and prevent anything resembling a juggle. SST (C3) - It's an odd looking move. His staff is thrown miles in front of him before returning to him in a swooping horizontal movement. Meh. SSST (C4) - Hello instant fire! He shoots fire from right to left and then back to the right. SSSST(T) (C5) - Stock-standard high launcher. SSSSST(TTT) (C6) - Another instant fire attack! In this case though, only shoots fireballs in front 4 times. Effective against single targets. Musou - Pretty much starts with his C6 (of course, you can control where he's shooting, to a degree), and then ends with a nice huge circular fire (a la his C4 except further around). It is probably ideal not to hold this unless the first strike hits a general, in which case you can try to juggle him/her to your hearts content. With the finishing sweep, follow it around anti-clockwise with your analog stick as you can get it to go around for a full 360. True Musou - It's his musou but with a semi-disjointed ending. At the end he does a quickish 180 fire sweep before the ending of his regular musou. S on Horse - Slow alternating attacks from right to left. T on Horse - More powerful attack on a single side. Musou on Horse - More powerful alternating attacks from right to left --------------------- 6.0 Using Zhang Jiao --------------------- In a crowd situation, it may seem like Zhang Jiao is really restricted in ability due to the fact that his S-String turns into successive pokes after the very first swing, so it's likely that you'll be interrupted before reaching his only real crowd clearer (C4). Using his C4 is great if you are entering a crowd (as opposed to being surrounded by a huge one), but in the case of being completely surrounded, your best bet is to use the first S in his S-String. Just tap, stop for a moment, then tap again. Because of its huge range, it will hit most in a crowd, and if you see someone in the crowd about to swing at you then just point in his direction and tap again. Works wonders! The other note about using his S is to cancel into your musou at any moment you are interrupted by somebody behind you. When you are using his musou, just tap it for the most part. Shoot the first two parts (if there's a general in the crowd, try and point it at him), then use the thumb pad to spin Zhang Jiao anti-clockwise completely to cover everybody with fire (or lightning if you're using his 5th). In a one-on-one situation (or in any situation you feel you can get away with it, this is all up to personal judgment) feel free to just use his entire S-String. This is the one huge plus about his S-String, the fact that it does poke lots. If you wish, you can use his C6 as well to burn your opponent at the end of his combo. May be best to just tap it once though, because by the 3rd shot you'll usually miss, thus wasting an attack, and potentially opening yourself up to another attack. The following is an item set-up I like to use with him: Tiger Amulet Tortoise Amulet Peacock Urn Elixir Shell Armor Of course, item set-ups are always relative to what stat items you have. If your Elixir is only a +2, then it absolutely isn't worth equipping. This is a fairly stock standard set-up for me. Archers in this game make the Shell Armor worth it, and the other 4 items are almost always the first things I pick in this series. If you're using his 4th weapon, a Wind Scroll isn't required thanks to the +27 reach already on the weapon (the only reason I added that tidbit in is because it'd be the only other item I'd probably consider with Zhang Jiao). ------------ 7.0 Weapons ------------ The following is the 5 weapons that Zhang Jiao can equip himself with. Of important note is that his 1st, 2nd and 3rd weapons can be found either in crates throughout the stages, or from an officer upon their defeat. His 4th weapon is obtained through a specific objective on a specific stage (explained under its stats) and can ONLY be obtained on Hard difficulty. Likewise, his 5th weapon is obtained through a specific objective on a specific stage, but in this case can ONLY be obtained on Very Hard difficulty! 1st - Staff Attack +13 Max Hits: 4 2nd - Mirage Staff Attack +28 Max Hits: 5 3rd - Staff of Fire Attack +37 Max Hits: 6 4th - Volcano Staff Attack +37 Max Hits: 6 Musou Max +72 Attack +43 Reach +27 Element - Fire Element activates on - SSSST Where to obtain it - The Yellow Turban Rebellion, Yellow Turbans Side, Original* Requirements to get it - Defeat either: - Sun Jian, Huang Gai, Han Dang & Cheng Pu - Cao Cao, Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Cao Ren, Cao Hong - Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, Guan Yu Where Sun Jian, Cao Cao or Liu Bei are left for last Where to locate weapon - Along the northern wall of the castle, on the outside. Box is found along there. Strategies - Firstly, it is probably advisable to level Zhang Jiao up a bit considering that he isn't the most fantastic of officers to play as. Sure, feel free to get this weapon with him on base stats (as I did) if you're looking for something a little more challenging, but otherwise level him up a bit just to make it easier for yourself. Well, this is a rare 4th weapon in the sense that you are free to pick the manner in which you choose to get it. I prefer to choose Sun Jian and his sub-officers as it means contending with only two playables (playable officers are generally harder to defeat), as opposed to the 3 playables for each of the other two choices. Also, Sun Jian is closest anyways. This guide will only concern itself with going through Sun Jian and his subs, although trying the others is doable too, although probably more detrimental to your sides morale, considering how long it'll take you to reach the other 2 sets of officers. The other great thing about attempting to get this weapon is the fact that you actually have 3 opportunities to obtain it, should some random peon steal one of your required kills. Just because some random soldier on your side makes the finishing blow on, say, Cheng Pu doesn't mean that you cannot get the weapon. So, head across the river in the far west. Once across, you'll have to do a bit of guess work to figure out where Sun Jian's sub-officers are. I found Cheng Pu and Huang Gai to be just north of the gate where Sun Jian is situated, while Han Dang was a little south from the other two sub-officers. Pick them off one-by-one, and then head for Sun Jian. Once all have been defeated, you'll get the all important "Special Item has been discovered" message. Head to the weapon, collect it, SAVE, and then finish the stage as you wish. * - An important point. You can only access the Original stages if you have the Dynasty Warriors 3 game and use the Load Original option on the main menu. Once done, you are able to choose the Original stages, thus allowing you to obtain Zhang Jiao's (and for that matter, everybody else's) 4th weapon. 5th - Thunder Staff Attack +37 Max Hits: 6 HP Max +68 Defense +43 Mounted Defense +55 Luck +18 Meat Bun Recovery +15 Element - Lightning Activates on - SSST, SSSSSTTTT, Musou (yes, the fire element normally from these attacks have all been changed to lightning!) Where to obtain it - Nanman Campaign, Yellow Turbans side Requirements to get it - All four peasants must escape (meaning they must reach the "exit" in the southern-most part of the map) Where to locate weapon - In the western path, there is a dead-end pointing towards the north (into the river). That is where the item appears. Strategies - First and foremost, it is advised that you have Zhang Jiao maxed out. I don't think I can stress that enough. Secondly, this is probably going to be painful because of the fact that you have to pretty much babysit 4 different "officers" (peasants). On the plus side, the requirements do not include the defeat of any officers, so when you have the opportunity, look to having others kill the officers for you. They will need the morale boost a lot more than you do. To start, cross the bridge towards the central-eastern section and defeat Dong Tu Ne as quick as possible. This will trigger Zhuge Liang's ambush in the north. Head straight towards him and defeat him ASAP. He will be the biggest problem in keeping those peasants alive. It'd probably be best to save at this point. Head west towards Dailai Dongzhu and Wu Tugu's position. Wu Tugu will fall after the fire attack cut-scene, so your only concern in this area is Dailai Dongzhu. Defeat him quick though, because the peasant in the north-west likes heading towards the first enemy gate (which happens to be one of Dailai Dongzhu's). Rush straight back to the centre and take care of Meng Jie quickly. Save once more. King Duosi has probably defeated Cheng Yuanzhi by now and is possibly just across the bridge. Kill him ASAP. Then, head straight for Zhu Rong and defeat her quick-smart too. Here, all officers in the path to the southern "escape point" have been defeated, but there is possibly one more tiny thing to do. One of the peasants may have decided to take the eastern-most route towards the south. This can be a problem as a couple of the troops there are under Meng Huo. Help him out if he is here. With that done, all hurdles in the way of the peasants will have been overcome, and once you see the "The Yellow Turbans have escaped!" message 4 times (one for each peasant of course) then you'll see the message "Precious item has been discovered". Head to the item, collect it, SAVE, then finish the stage as you see fit (I'd suggest the slow and steady tactic here, despite the fact that the strategy for getting this weapon has said otherwise). --------------------------- 8.0 Musou Mode Walkthrough --------------------------- As per the other Xtreme musou modes, these stages are not historical depictions, but instead more of a "What If?" kind of thing. For Zhang Jiao's musou mode, he basically is protecting his followers as they find their paradise, wherever that may be. Important note, for every stage you will have some peasants that you'll need to keep alive. It's a nice touch, as it adds to the storyline, but at the same time can be very frustrating (especially when you're trying to get his 5th weapon, as described just above). Remember, this is but one way to get the job done in each of these stages. Due to the open-ended nature of the game you are quite free to finish each of the stages in your own way. Feel free to rush straight to the commander(s) and kill them off straight away, it is entirely up to you. This merely outlines the way I like to play out the stages and don't have to be followed point for point. Also, this walkthrough will only concern itself with defeating the enemy officers and collecting Life+10 and Musou+10. Locations of items and weapons can be found elsewhere on the net, while health pick-ups can be produced from the following: - Any pot next to a gate will have health - Any guard captains will drop at least a +100 meat bun - Any soldier comboed for at least 16 hits upon death can drop at least a +50 meat bun With all that said, on to the first stage: --------------------- 8.1 Battle of Ru Nan --------------------- Starting Position: Centre of the castle Now, this battle is unlike the original Yellow Turban Rebellion battle in the fact that the Yellow Turbans are now the ones holed up in the castle, AND the conditions for victory are different. Here, defeating Cao Cao, Sun Jian and Liu Bei will give your forces victory, and NOT the defeat of He Jin. Nice change-up eh? Now, in defeating the three targets for this stage, once you've defeated two of them, the third will have the typical commander-esque stats (ie take a fair bit longer to kill). So if you're not wanting to follow this then feel free to leave whichever you consider the easiest last. To start, head to the south-east part of the inside of the castle. There you'll see a staircase. A pot just at the base of the stairs contains a Musou +10. Collect it. Now head through the east gate, and defeat Zhang Fei, Guan Yu and Liu Bei. Try not to get them into a double (or even triple) team situation, because that can prove extremely painful. With those three out of the way, head north towards Sun Jian's position. Take out Huang Gai, Cheng Pu, Han Dang and then finally Sun Jian there (the first three may be hanging around along the river, so you may have to do some guess work to find them all). Then head south and defeat Huangfu Song, Liu Yan (and his sub-officer Zhang Chao), Zhu Jun (and his sub-officer Lu Zhi) and He Jin (and his sub-officer Zou Jing). It's possible that a couple of them have entered the south gate by now. Head inside the castle towards the north-west. Right next to the base of the stairs there, a Life+10 awaits. Collect it, and head north towards your final target. Find and defeat Xiahou Dun, Xiahou Yuan, Cao Ren & Cao Hong. They are scattered around Cao Cao's location so you'll have to do some scouting for them again. Then finally head for Cao Cao and defeat him to end the stage. --------------------------------- 8.2 The Mountain Bandit Campaign --------------------------------- Starting position: At the southern entry point. Firstly, if you turn around and break open the pot near the entry point there, you'll find yourself a Life+10. Collect it, of course. Now if you were to head dead north across the bridge and continue in that direction, you will come across a couple of pots near the centre (it'll be just south of the northern houses, western edge of them). One of them contains a Musou +10. Collect that. Treat this stage just like the original version of it. Defeat all the Lt. Commanders in the stage, then defeat the Commander who "ambushes" in the east across the river. Not much to it really. Just make sure those peasants don't fall in battle (although they shouldn't if you don't spend too much time in battle. ---------------------------- 8.3 The Battle of Chang Ban ---------------------------- Starting position: Large area in top right-hand corner. Well, you are free to choose which direction to head in from the start (either west via the north, or head south and following the path). I prefer heading south so that's where this will begin. Ahem, head south towards Yuan Tan's position across the bridge. You should come across Xun Chen and Yuan Shang along the way. Defeat them both as you see them. Then, defeat Yuan Tan when you reach him. Head further south towards Wen Chou and dispose of him as well. Feel free to close the two gates there while you're at it. Follow the path west from where you met Yuan Tan. At the junction, head down the southern path. Along the path you should come across a Musou+10. You'll probably also come across Lu Wei Kuang as well along the way. Defeat him of course. When the path joins back together (towards Guan Yu's position), head down the eastern path and meet and beat Chun Yuqiong. Then you can head north towards Han Meng's position and defeat him. It's possible during this time that Yuan Shao's main forces (him, Liu Bei & Zhang He) will have appeared around your starting point. It's also VERY possible that there are 3 of your 4 peasants in that area. It would be best at this point to check where your peasants are, because chances are they'll be defeated in minutes. I was lucky enough to have one peasant being guarded by Zhang Liang, Zhang Man Cheng, and their 8 sub-officers (very rarely do you get to see so many sub-officers in a stage, let along on your side), so there was little problem with that. Follow the path around and defeat Guan Yu and Zhang Fei. Try to beat them separately, because the last thing you need is being double-teamed by two of Shu's more powerful generals. Once they're defeated, cross the bridge west, then head north across the bridge there and towards Yan Liang, who will fall by your blade (staff, whatever :-P). Follow the path eastwards. Head past Yuan Xi and towards Zhang Bao's position. Along the way you'll come across Gao Lan. Defeat him, then backtrack to Yuan Xi. Near Yuan Xi's position is a Life+10 (near the southern edge of the square-ish area). Collect it, then defeat Yuan Xi. At this point, Zhang Bao may be under threat from the 3 remaining generals (if he hasn't already been defeated). Head back towards his position, then defeat Zhang He, Liu Bei and finally Yuan Shao. As per the Guan Yu/Zhang Fei from earlier, try not to get double-teamed (or in this case, triple-teamed). It's not the healthy way to live in a DW environment. -------------------------------- 8.4 Surprise Attack on Liu Biao -------------------------------- Starting Position: Centre of castle in the top-left corner. Firstly, this stage has two targets for victory: Sun Jian and Liu Biao. So, the one who is left for last will have the commander-esque stats. While I would normally head for the playable first, allowing the generic to have the commander-esque stats, this guide heads towards Liu Biao straight away. Secondly, this stage is quite possibly the easiest of his musou path (alongside el-generica Mountain Bandit Campaign). This is mainly due to the make-up of the morale for both sides. On hard, only two generals are on 5 stars at the beginning, Sun Ce and Liu Biao. EVERYBODY else is sitting on 4 stars. Take into account the trigger mentioned in the next paragraph, and you can have a almost completely level playing field within the first minute! In any case, enjoy it while it lasts, because it ain't getting any easier. Turn around at the start, and head towards the northern castle wall, just east of the gate. There, you'll find a Musou+10. Collect it, then head down the eastern pathway towards the traitor Liu Biao. A rockslide cut-scene will be initiated, and as a result Liu Biao's morale will drop. Defeat him when you get to him. Further down the path southwards, before it links up to the waterfront, there is a Life+10 waiting in a pot there. At this point, connect to the waterfront, then head west towards Huang Gai's position. Defeat him, then head back south. Defeat Sun Ce who is outside the western-most boat. At this point Kuai Liang will have ambushed around the central area. Head straight towards him and defeat him. Return south once again, and head towards Da Qiao who is outside the eastern-most boat. Once she's defeated, head towards the central boat. Just outside of there should be Han Dang. Defeat him, then head onto the boat to find and defeat Sun Jian. Hopefully you'll meet up with people who won't screw you over in the long run :-P ------------------------- 8.5 The Battle at Chi Bi ------------------------- Starting Position: A bit north of the centre (yeah, go my descriptions!). Heh, gotta love Zhang Jiao in that opening movie clip thingy: Soldier - My Lord. The enemy ships have appeared! ZJ - What?!? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! You may have noticed at the start that there aren't too many enemy officers about. You may also have noticed that all that is there are Wu officers, and yet your target for victory is Cao Cao. I think you can put 2 and 2 together to figure out what'll happen as the stage progresses. Head north towards Sun Jian's position. As you cross the ram that connects to the land in the north, Ling Tong should approach you. Defeat him, then continue on. Han Dang and Cheng Pu may join you as you walk around the northern parts, so be sure to defeat them too if that occurs. In any case, head to Sun Jian and defeat him. With Sun Jian gone, go east and defeat Han Dang and Cheng Pu if you haven't already, otherwise head west. As you head west, close the gate along the way, and then collect the Musou+10 on the boat between the two gates there. Past the boat you should find Zhu Zhi. Defeat him, and then go find Zhou Yu. Chances are though that you've seen the boats connecting cut-scene, so his morale may have dropped to the point of very possibly being defeated. Once he is out of the picture though, Shu's reinforcements should appear right next to your position. At the same time, Yuan Shao's forces should appear in the south-east. A couple of minutes later, Cao Cao's forces should appear in the north. Look around for Wu Lan and Zhou Cang nearby before disposing of Zhao Yun and Liu Bei (I found Wu Lan to the north of the 2 officers, and Zhou Cang to the south of them). Dispose of all the Shu forces, then head towards Yuan Shao's troops, who have likely joined Cao Cao's forces in the north. While you're in the area, look around for Yue Jin and Cao Ren (if they haven't already fallen). If you manage to defeat Yue Jin, then dispose of Xiahou Dun as well. Then, play the searching game with Yan Liang (you may have to head all the way south to find him, although it may not be in your best interest to look for the guy). If you had to go south for Yan Liang, then you may as well pick up your Life+10 in the area. It is located in the south, on the eastern of the 3 big boats in the south. Then dispose of Yuan Shao (assuming he stays around long enough). If you haven't already collected your Life+10 at this point, do so. Then, head towards Cao Cao and defeat him. Now, I know I said it wasn't going to get any easier, but I had forgotten how easily your side can gain morale in this stage (in writing this FAQ, when I went through the stage, all officers stayed alive and they were all at 8 stars by the end). I do know however that the last two stages are definitely not easy (OR, I'm going to make an arse out of myself again by saying that when it's not true :-P). -------------------------- 8.6 The Battle at Yi Ling -------------------------- Starting Position: On the little island connecting the north-east camp to the rest of the stage. So now Zhang Jiao is devastated that Liu Bei and his forces are waiting for him. Ha! Does he even recall the fact that Liu Bei has already been defeated in battle 3 times since the start of his campaign? Anywho, head south to begin. Search for and defeat Guan Suo and Ma Dai (Guan Suo should be just north-east of the central camp that Ma Chao is residing in, while Ma Dai will be right next to Ma Chao's position). Then defeat Ma Chao. I'll encourage the anti-double-teaming rule again here (if you're approaching the two from the east it shouldn't happen anyways). Shamoke should have appeared north of your starting position. Head to him and defeat him. Collect your Life+10 while you're there (it's next to the right entry point in the north). Then head east towards Wei Yan's position and defeat him as well. Guan Xing is probably near Wei Yan so you may as well defeat him too while you're there. At this point, the peasants should be going through the maze in the south, or have successfully done so. Bad news is that the ambush in said maze has probably occurred, and Zhuge Liang's forces have probably appeared in the south-west (where the peasants are supposed to escape to). Head through the maze. If Ma Liang makes his appearance before you reach the maze, you'll probably want to ignore him (your troops will probably dispose of him for you). By this time 10 minutes has probably elapsed. This is important if Huang Zhong is still alive, as that is the requirements for the item "Lightning Bow". The supply team appears in the north (near where Shamoke made his appearance). If you think you've got the time to collect it, then by all means do so. Otherwise, leave the item for another time. Inside the maze, your on-screen map will disappear. The only thing you need to know is that you need to go through it in a clockwise fashion. In the maze you will probably come across Huang Quan and Wu Lan. Defeat them, along with ANY soldiers that are running around the place. Those peasants have a habit of just up and dying, and that of course isn't a good thing. Before exiting the maze, head to the section north of the exit to find a Musou+10. Out the maze, dispose of any generals in the vicinity (should include Zhuge Liang, and Huang Quan if he never made it into the maze). Then, close the gate in the south. This is important, as the peasants do stay around there for their "escape", and while that gate is still open the peasants are open to defeat. Close the western gate, then clean up any remaining officers. Chances are your troops have mopped up the remaining officers (minus Liu Bei and his subs). Once Liu Bei has fallen, you are one step away from paradise! ------------------------ 8.7 The Nanman Campaign ------------------------ Starting Point: Northern HQ. Poor Zhang Jiao. He's finally reached what he deems to be the paradise they'd been looking for, and yet the Han still won't leave him and his followers alone. Oh well... To start, head out to the west and down the western path. At some point a cut-scene will occur, resulting in the fall of Wu Tugu. While you're heading down this path, collect the Life+10 situated just outside the 1st enemy gate in the west (counting from the north). Zhuge Liang will ambush just south of your HQ at this point. Head back towards his position and defeat him (along with his sub-officers Ma Su and Liao Hua). Be wary of archers in the area. In case you hadn't notice, they do hurt here. Dong Tu Ne and King Duosi have probably crossed the bridge to the northern section at this point (meaning they're probably a stone's throw away from you). It is probably in your best interest to dismiss both of them right now so as to help keep your peasants alive. You can probably ignore Zhu Bao (Dong Tu Ne's sub-officer) as the most important thing to do here is to dispose of the enemy officers as soon as possible. Here, you'll probably want to head back west and take care of Dailai Dongzhu. Do so, then head back to the 3rd bridge from the west pointing south and follow it down to Meng Jie's position. Along the way to Meng Jie, stop at the enemy gate in the centre. Close it, and pick up a Musou+10 in the process. Then get to Meng Jie and defeat him. Having crossed the final bridge south, head towards the east and defeat Ahui Nan. Once he is disposed of, head back west towards Zhu Rong and defeat her as well. Then all that is left is to head further west towards the enemy HQ, defeating Meng You, Yong Kai and then finally Meng Huo. Congratulations, you've just completed Zhang Jiao's musou mode for DW3:XL! As a bonus, you've also found the paradise that your people had been searching for! You should feel good about yourself right about now :-) --------------------- 9.0 Is This The End? --------------------- Yay for random DW3 quote :-D Anywho, that's it for this FAQ. Not much else to add except thanks for reading my character FAQ to do with my all-time favourite game! If you're wanting to contact me for whatever reason, whether it be pointing out a mistake in the FAQ, or just wanting to tell me that the game sucks, use this address: psxfreak101 at hotmail dot com Or better yet, just post something on the DW3:XL board, because chances are I'll come across it there. Thanks for reading!
