Introduction
Welcome to my code guide for the newly-released PlayStation version of 
Marvel vs. Capcom. I will change my format a bit because this will be a 
really small file. 


Codes

Open EX Option Menu
To do this, highlight the options in the main menu, hold select and 
press start. This menu contains options for control of the 1st and 2nd 
players(human or CPU), Hyper Combo Gauge(Full, Normal) and Vitality 
Gauge Recovery Speed(Fast, Medium, Slow). The defaults are human, normal 
and medium respectively.


Play as Orange-colored Hulk

Beat the game as the Hulk. At the character select screen, press up 
while the cursor is on Ryu and the Orange Hulk will appear.


Play as Gold-colored War Machine

Beat the game with War Machine. At the character select screen, press up 
while the cursor is on Zangief.

Play as Shadow Lady

Beat the game as Chun-li. At the character select screen, press down 
while the cursor is on Gambit.


Play as Lilith type Morrigan

Beat the game as Morrigan. At the character select screen, press down 
while the cursor is on War Machine.


Play as Red-colored Venom

Beat the game as Venom. At the character select screen, press up while 
the cursor is on Chun-li.


Play as Roll

Beat the game as Rockman(Megaman). At the character select screen, press 
right while the cursor is on Rockman.


Play as ONSLAUGHT(!)

Beat the game with anybody. At the character select screen, press down 
while the cursor is on Wolverine. If you choose Onslaught, you won't 
have any partner. If you chose somebody and choose a partner hero, you 
cannot select Onslaught. Choose Onslaught as your first character.


Have Shadow as a Special Hero

When you are prompted to choose a special hero, quickly highlight Iceman 
and press down after beating the game with Chun-li or Shadow Lady. 


Have Sentinel as a Special Hero

When you are prompted to choose a special hero, quickly highlight 
Colossus and press down after beating the game with Onslaught.


Start as Gouki or Ken type when selecting Ryu

Hold start while selecting Ryu to start with Gouki type and hold select 
to start as Ken type.


Gray-colored Zangief

Hold select while choosing Zangief.


Rockman's Magnetive Shockwave

Beat the game with Rock/Megaman. Hold select while choosing Rockman and 
perform the move by hcb+X.


Those are the codes I know. I'm sure there are more so please submit 
them to me and I will give you proper credit.

Oh yeah a lot of people are asking me what the BURUGUDUYSTUNSTUGUDUNSTUY 
at the bottom of my FAQs is for. It is simply a sort of end marker for 
my FAQs to show that that is the end of the document.

A majority of the huge amount of e-mails I've been getting is about the 
MOD Chip lockout cheat. I own both the NTSC/J and NTSC/US versions and I 
don't have a GameShark so I wouldn't really know. From now on I will 
ignore all e-mails asking for the MOD chip lockout code.
