----------------------------- | FIRE PRO WRESTLING G DOME | | Sony Playstation | | EDIT RANKING WALKTHROUGH | | Ver. 1.0 | | by KKorn34713 | ----------------------------- This walkthrough is for those who are having trouble with the Edit Ranking mode in Fire Pro Wrestling G Dome. It's a straight-forward guide on how to beat all 30 opponents. You must complete Edit Ranking to win new outfits in Edit Ranking, as well as a new move. I'll help as much as I can, but it's mostly up to luck. If anyone can translate the actual names of these characters, it'd be of great help, and proper credit will certainly be given. I can't give actual difficulties on any of these guys, because it all depends on what your character is like. For instance, it took my frind over 15 tries on one character, whereas it took me no more than 14 seconds to Critical! him. I'll reveal what each fighter uses most and perhaps some weak points. Hope this helps everyone out. ------------------- | #29 - Glass Joe | ------------------- This one shouldn't give you any trouble at all. Use this battle to get used to Edit Ranking, and you can redo this match as much as you want to tweak your abilities. ---------------------- | #28 - Grizzly Bear | ---------------------- This wrestler uses a number of bites, illegal moves, and submissions. Edit your abilities so your Rough and Submission defences are good. --------------------------- | #27 - Arm Attacker Phil | --------------------------- He focuses on your arms, and goes to work with painful submissions. Set your wrestler up with high Submission defence as well as good Arm Stamina. It seems like this fighter's weak spot is his neck and arms. -------------------- | #26 - Teddy Bear | -------------------- He uses a lot of strikes, mainly punches, so set your Punch Defence high. It looks like he has weak legs, so go for a submission. ------------------------ | #25 - Teamster Larry | ------------------------ He enjoys trying to back your back, but don't give him the pleasure of doing so! Set your Back Stamina to the maximum, as well as your Submission Defence. His legs look a little weak, if you ask me... -------------------- | #24 - Tattoo Lou | -------------------- He doesn't really follow a certain pattern, but he isn't too tough. He relies on Power moves. My best advice is to take him down with shoot-like tactics, such as punches and kicks. ---------------- | #23 - Curley | ---------------- Some people might beat this guy in seconds, some may break their controller trying to get past him. He uses Submissions and Kicks, so set your abilities accordingly. ------------------ | #22 - Yokomoko | ------------------ Best Defences to pay attention to here is Suplex, Submission, and Crush. Again, work on the legs, and you should do fine. ---------------------- | #21 - Circus Willy | ---------------------- Boy, this guy's parents must have done something wrong... He works mostly on your arms and legs with submissions. Pick a body part on him and work on it. ---------------------- | #20 - Evil Referee | ---------------------- I thought referees were supposed to follow the rules... That's why this guy is the mirror-form! He uses plenty of cheating tactics along with some punches. Adjust your Rough and Punch Defences, and attempt to break his arms or legs. ---------------------------- | #19 - Evil Manami Toyota | ---------------------------- Since she's Toyota, she uses plenty of Suplexes and Technical manuevers. Her weak point is her arms and legs, what a surprise. ---------------------------- | #18 - Tiger Mask #35,839 | ---------------------------- I didn't see too much of him. Sorry. All's I can say is he uses a variety of Flying and Technical moves. ---------------------------------- | #17 - Disgruntled Female Clown | ---------------------------------- She's big, she's bad, and she's all power. She doesn't have a real weak spot, but get ready to see a whole lot of Lariats, Suplexes, and other Power moves out of her. She was a bit tough for me... ------------------- | #16 - Red Fabio | ------------------- He uses a variety of attacks, but he seems to favor Arm Submissions, Lariats, and Suplexes. Although I didn't notice a weak point, don't count on snapping his leg, because that'll take you quite a while. -------------------- | #15 - Panda Bear | -------------------- I noticed plenty of Punches, so prepare for that. Other than that, he shouldn't give you too much trouble. ----------------------------- | #14 - Big Frigging Kittie | ----------------------------- Go for the submission on this fellow. He's pretty slow, so if you have a small but speedy guy, it shouldn't be hard. Watch out for his Power moves, though. There's a lot of them. ---------------------------- | #13 - Evil Antonio Inoki | ---------------------------- He uses plenty of throws, so pump up that Suplex Defence. He isn't that difficult. -------------------- | #12 - Turtle Boy | -------------------- He uses a number of headbutts and clotheslines, so set up camp at the Rough and Lariat Defence area. ------------------ | #11 - Frog Boy | ------------------ I found him to be quite easy. He has a few Flying moves and a couple of Punches. -------------------- | #10 - Evil Mr. T | -------------------- He uses a number of Punching combinations, obviously. He also goes to town on your legs, using submissions on it, so make sure to make those Defences your priority. Might take you a few tries. ------------------- | #9 - Melvin-San | ------------------- Here comes Karate Kid Part XVII... He uses plenty of kicks. If you couldn't figure that one out on your own, step away from the video game right now. ------------------------------------------- | #8 - Really Bad Neve Campbell Nightmare | ------------------------------------------- Before you go on to this one, grab at least 10 other controllers, because I promise you that you'll break a few when fighting this one. It took me 8 tries to get past this one. You'll also need good Kick, Suplex, and Submission Defences, along with a lot of luck. ------------------------------------ | #7 - Green Frigging Boxer Kittie | ------------------------------------ This... Erm... Wrestler uses a large amount of Lariats and moves of that kind, so make sure you max out your Lariat Defense and Neck Stamina. -------------------------- | #6 - The Masked Cabana | -------------------------- This is your average "American" Power wrestler. Might be a little trouble to some, but he shouldn't be nearly as hard as GFBK or RBNCN... I recommend not trying to get a submission on his neck. It's a waist of time. ------------------------------------ | #5 - Pre-Surgery Michael Jackson | ------------------------------------ Despite his appearence, his offense consists mainly of Flying attacks and Kick and knee strikes. Again, not as tough as 8 and 7. ------------------------------- | #4 - The Fortified Hooligan | ------------------------------- Again, I can't supply a lot of info on him. The best I can do is say that I saw him do one Punch. ------------------------- | #3 - Teddy Bear MK-99 | ------------------------- He's really hard. He uses a fair amount of Lariats, as well as Punches and Submissions. My best advice here is to choose on area of his body, preferably his arm, and stay on it. --------------------------- | #2 - Tombina & Tombinee | --------------------------- Oh, goody, a handicap match! Even out your submissions, but give an edge to Lariat, Submission, and Flying. Cross your fingers... ------------------------------- | #1 - Tiger Mask #95,743,105 | ------------------------------- He's confused, I guess. He mixes his attack with Flying tactics and Power moves. He also has his fair share of Kicks and Submissions as well, so use your best judgement. Don't be scared to hold anything back... Take it to this guy!
