I hope that this includes any helpful information you’ll need to get through the game. Flo on the Go pretty much runs on the same engine that Diner Dash 2 ran on, with a few more modifications. Flo on the Go is a spectacular game, along with all of the others in the Diner Dash series. It introduces 2 brand new customer types and new types of families as well. There are 5 new restaurant locations, and new challenges While some levels are quite easy to finish, some are rather hard, especially when getting expert goals, so there’s some strategy tips for each level separately. Also, if there are any levels that you need specific help for that isn’t shown here, just post it on the GameFAQs Flo on the Go board. I’ll try to reply as soon as possible. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Table of Contents ++++++++++++++++++++++ 1. Introduction 2. Menu 3. How to Play 4. Customer Types 5. Equipment 6. Before You Start 7. Walkthrough 8. Expert Levels 9. Endless Shift 10. Credits & Update History ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Part 1: Introduction &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& Welcome to my guide! For those of you who are new to Diner Dash... there are some tips in the chapter “Before You Start” on how to get the most out of every shift. It’s helpful to have played either Diner Dash or Diner Dash 2 before starting Flo on the Go, but because this game gradually increases in difficulty, you’ll also be just fine starting out with it. If you have any questions about the guide, feel free to send me a private message on my GameFAQs account or post a thread on the message board for this game. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Part 2: Menu &&&&&&&&&&&&&&& - Story Mode: This will begin the regular game which consists of 50 levels. - Endless Shift: Once you reach restaurants in the Story Mode, you will unlock restaurants for Endless Shift. Endless Shift consists of a never-ending stream of customers that gradually get more impatient as the shift goes on; however, you can upgrade your restaurant numerous times to keep up with the crowds. - Flo’s Closet – This allows you to change Flo’s clothes. You’ll unlock more clothes as you go through each restaurant. - How to Play – tips from the game, including how to chain and customer statistics. - Get More Diner Dash – check out some other Diner Dash games. - High Scores – check out your high scores. - Options: Adjust the volume levels. There are 2 different types, sound and music. Turn the “Sound” bar up to hear sounds like food cooking, customers ordering, happiness boosting, customers appearing, and food/dessert being served. Turn the “Music” bar up to hear more of the restaurant’s music. Turn the “Environment” bar up to hear more environmental sounds like crashing waves on the cruise ship. You can also mute all sound or change the screen around. - Change Player: Change to a different player. - Quit: Quit the game. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Part 3: How To Play &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& This is pretty much how it works with Diner Dash. Each of the steps below is separate, and everything is required to do in order for the customers to leave with tipping. If you chain actions together, you can earn more points, though. For instance, if you chain 2 checks, you’ll earn 50 points for the first one, and 100 more points for the second, and if you keep chaining, each one adds on another 50 points, so for a third chain, you’d get another 150 points. If you chain orders, you’ll get 20 points for the first, 40 points for the second, 60 for the third, etc. Seat customers (X points depending on colors) Take order (20 points – order chain) Drop order at ticket rack (order chain) Pick up food (food chain) Serve food (30 points – food chain) Give check (50 points – check chain) Clear dishes (40 points – dish chain) Drop dishes at dish rack (dish chain) All of the below actions are optional. Note that customers request snacks randomly, dessert if they’re really happy at the end of their meal, and the mop if they spill drinks. Pick up snack(s) (snack chain) Serve snack (100 points – snack chain) Pick up mop (mop chain) Mop up mess (30 points – mop chain) Pick up dessert (dessert chain) Serve dessert (80 points – dessert chain) Well... that’s about all of the things to do with regular service. As in Diner Dash 2, though, you have to be careful, because customers can get angry with other customers. Cellphone addicts are always noisy, families are noisy when unhappy, and lovebirds kiss randomly. All customers except for families, joggers, cellphone addicts, and lovebirds don’t like kissing or noise. More of this will be described in “Customer Types.” ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Part 4: Customer Types &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& First of all, you’ll notice that if you look at the “How to Play” section of the game, some of the statistics for customer types are slightly different than shown here. However, this is how I think that the customers behave after having played the game many times. Also, for the tipping counts, “customer addition” means that if you have 2 customers of that type, then that’s one customer addition. A single customer will give a maximum tip of whatever is told, but customer additions will add on to the maximum tip. Young Lady *************** - Moderately patient - Tips moderately - Orders and eats at a moderate speed - Moderately dislikes noise - Requests dessert if atleast 3 out of 5 hearts are full - Maximum tip is 110 points; +10 per customer addition Tourists ************ - Very patient in line - Not patient when seated - Tips well - Orders and eats at a moderate speed - Moderately dislikes noise - Requests dessert if atleast 3 out of 5 hearts are full - Maximum tip is 140 points Family ********** - Moderately patient - Tips moderately - Orders and eats at a moderate speed - Doesn’t mind noise - Requests dessert if atleast 3 out of 5 hearts are full - Noisy when unhappy - Sometimes spill drinks - Maximum tip is 145 points 2 Moms & Babies ******************** - Moderately patient - Tips moderately - Orders and eats at a moderate speed - Doesn’t mind noise - Requests dessert if atleast 3 out of 5 hearts are full - Noisy when unhappy - Requires double highchairs and a 4-top table to keep from being noisy - Sometimes spills drinks - Maximum tip is 130 points Father & Son ***************** - Moderately patient - Tips moderately - Orders and eats at a moderate speed - Doesn’t mind noise - Requests dessert if atleast 3 out of 5 hearts are full - Sometimes spills drinks - Maximum tip is 130 points Lovebirds ************* - Moderately patient in line - Very patient when seated - Tips moderately - Orders at a moderate speed - Eats at a slow speed - Doesn’t mind noise - Requests dessert if atleast 4 out of 5 hearts are full - Kisses randomly at table - Only sits at 2-top tables - Maximum tip is 120 points Bookworm ************ - Very patient - Tips moderately - Orders and eats at a slow speed - Strongly dislikes noise - Requests dessert if atleast 4 out of 5 hearts are full - Maximum tip is 110 points; +10 per customer addition Kindly Senior ***************** - Very patient - Doesn’t tip as well - Orders and eats at a slow speed - Moderately dislikes noise - Requests dessert if atleast 4 out of 5 hearts are full - Maximum tip is 105 points; +5 per customer addition Cellphone Addict ******************** - Not patient - Tips well - Orders and eats at a fast speed - Doesn’t mind noise - Requests dessert if atleast 4 out of 5 hearts are full - Always noisy - Maximum tip is 120 points; +20 per customer addition Jogger *********** - Moderately patient - Tips moderately - Orders and eats at a moderate speed - Doesn’t mind noise - Never requests dessert - Maximum tip is 110 points; +10 per customer addition Business Woman ******************* - Not patient - Tips well - Orders and eats at a fast speed - Moderately dislikes noise - Requests dessert if atleast 4 out of 5 hearts are full - Maximum tip is 120 points; +20 per customer addition ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Part 5: Equipment &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& There is only one new piece of equipment in this game compared to Diner Dash 2. Make note that some of the objects have had a few changes with how they are used now, but they’re all still pretty much the same. No bench in this game, though, except for in Endless Shift. Drink Station ****************** Whenever a drink station lights up, you can serve some from it to any group that looks like they need a mood burst. Drinks give 1 and a half hearts of happiness, so use them wisely. There are different drinks per restaurant: - Fruit Drinks (Cruise Ship) - Juice (Train) - Beer (Submarine) - Milkshakes (Blimp) - Galactic Punch (Rocket) Highchairs *************** Give highchairs to families so that the baby won’t make noise. The moms & babies group will need double highchairs, though, but the highchairs won’t fit unless they sit at a 4-top table. Highchairs do not fit at the bar, either. Mop ******* If a family spills their drinks, use the mop to clean up the mess. Also, in levels where turbulence is a challenge, use the mop to clean up messes when the restaurant shakes. Mopping is very chainable, so try to always chain it whenever possible. Also, unlike in Diner Dash 2, the mop will stay in Flo’s hand until she cleans up all of the messes around. Podium *********** Stand at the podium until the heart fills up to give everyone in line a good happiness boost. The podium is quite useful for making customer happier in line, and for chaining reasons. Dessert Station ******************** If a group requests dessert after their regular meal, then always try to serve it to them. Customers must be really happy to request it, though. You can also just drop their check if things are too busy, but try not to do this unless you’re forced to. Joggers never request dessert. Also, you cannot pick up dessert unless there is demand. This means that although one group may request dessert, you can only pick up one of them, unlike in Diner Dash 2. If two parties request it, though, you can pick up two. There are different desserts per restaurant: - Cake (Train) - Sorbet (Submarine) - Banana Split Ice Cream (Blimp) - Crème Brule (Rocket) Snack Station ****************** If a group requests snacks at any time during their meal, always do your best to serve some to them. Snacks are very profitable, but if you wait too long to serve them, and then the customers will get angry and won’t want it any more. Fortunately, if the customers get angry, then the snacks go into the trash without you having to go over there. There are different snacks per restaurant: - Cocktail Shrimp (Submarine) - French Fries (Blimp) - Onion Rings (Rocket) Camera *********** If tourists request a picture before or after their meal, you can take it with Flo’s camera that she carries everywhere. You must have one free hand, however, in order to take the picture. Taking pictures gives a couple of tourists a 2-heart happiness boost. Staff Phone *************** A very useful tool, call in a single staff member, once during a shift, for a limited amount of time. There are 4 different staff members that you can all in, as shown below. Choose wisely when you call in your staff member, though, because you only get one call during the shift. - Busser (gives checks and clears dishes) - Drink Server (serves drinks continuously- drinks are worth half hearts) - Hostess (stands at the podium) - Entertainer (plays tunes worth 1 and a half hearts) ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Part 6: Before You Start &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& For veterans, there is relatively little that’s new in comparison to Diner Dash 2. The biggest thing that you’ll have to deal with are environmental hazards (rough waters, rough currents, rough winds, etc.) that lead to spilled drinks. Blackouts occur once in every restaurant, and you’re forced to work in the dark with only a flashlight to guide you. Other times you’ll have to match up colors perfectly. New players should know that chaining is essential for some expert goals (for more information on chaining, see Part 3 of the walkthrough). If I were you - for both new players and veterans - try this game first without making big long chains. I found it to be kind of challenging. And then go through all of the levels that you missed the expert goal in, and do long chains. You’ll find that it goes more smoothly. Don’t forget to use your equipment. Drink stations, the podium, and the staff phone; the phone especially, sometimes I find myself forgetting about it until the very end of the shift, when I don’t really need it. Always try to serve some drinks from the drink machine whenever it lights up, or if you’re using the podium to do a long chain, then reserve some drinks by putting them in your hands. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Part 7: Walkthrough &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& This walkthrough shows you how to get through some of the levels with more detailed strategies. For most levels, you won’t need a big strategy guide, but I found some of them to be a little difficult. Restaurant #1: Cruise Ship ################################## Flo and Darla go on a cruise, and as they’re ascending the steps to get on the ship, a herd of angry chefs and waiters comes hurtling down the other direction. Flo’s suitcase gets knocked into the water. Aboard the ship, Flo notices that the kitchen is pretty short-handed and in need of a good waitress, so Flo makes a deal with the owner of the ship to serve in the restaurant in exchange for refunded tickets and wages. She plans on using the money to buy herself some new clothes. The Cruise Ship is a very mild opening restaurant, similar to Darla’s Café in Diner Dash 2. You shouldn’t have any trouble making it through. These are the seven environmental upgrades you can choose throughout the next 10 levels: 1. Tables & Chairs 2. Counter 3. Flowerpots & Plants 4. Swimming Pool 5. Chairs 6. Umbrellas 7. Palm Trees Level 1 ********* Goal: 500 pts. Expert Goal: 1000 pts. Upgrades: N/A Difficulty: 0/10 Tables: 2 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Young Lady New Equipment: N/A You’re beginning with one customer type, the young lady. She’s a pretty average customer in all of the statistics; she eats at a moderate pace, tips OK, has decent patience, etc. If you’ve played either of the previous games you can clip “Skip Tutorial” to play the level normally. Level 2 ********* Goal: 2000 pts. Expert Goal: 3500 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 2/10 Tables: 3 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A You’ll need to clear all of the dishes at the start of the shift today, but this is barely anything compared to some of the challenges that you’ll face later on. With three tables, expect more customers to come through. Oh, and although nobody got mad in the first level (the tutorial), they’ll get angry if they wait too long in this level... and every other one from now on! Level 3 ********* Goal: 2500 pts. Expert Goal: 5000 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 3/10 Tables: 4 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Tourists New Equipment: Camera Tourists are not a pain until you seat them. They usually ask for a picture sometime before their meal (or, on rare occasions, after) and they’re impatient. Chaining is harder with them now, because the picture taking always breaks chains. Atleast you can keep them waiting longer in line than other customers. Level 4 ********* Goal: 5000 pts. Expert Goal: 7000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 4 Challenges: Blackout New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A There’s always a level like this in every restaurant, but for the first one you only have to deal with four tables. The problem with blackouts is that you can barely see anything except for where your cursor points. This means that you can’t see picture requests, or how mad the customers in line are getting, either. Increase your brightness if you need to, and just make sure that you constantly check everywhere around the restaurant. Turning the sound up helps too since a lot of things in this game have audio cues. Level 5 ********* Goal: 7000 pts. Expert Goal: 9000 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 4 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Fruit Drink Station The drink station is a welcome addition to the restaurant. If you have customers that are annoyed for any reason or got angry in line, serve them some drinks for a hearty happiness boost. The drink station also refills periodically. Level 6 ********* Goal: 7000 pts. Expert Goal: 9000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 5/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: Turbulence New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Mop Now you’ve got to deal with turbulence, but only for this level. This means that whenever the ship shakes, drinks may spill. Be swift with the mop. Although mopping is chainable (and worth some big points if you CAN chain it), it’s another thing that can break chains, too. Level 7 ********* Goal: 6000 pts. Expert Goal: 8000 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 5/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Family New Equipment: Highchairs Your third customer type is the family. Families tip like and have the patience of young ladies, but the baby cries when the group gets angry, or when they don’t have a highchair. AND the family can make spills of their own. Also, if the baby starts crying, then nearby customers hear the noise, and they get angry. Well, if you can give the families quick service and provide them with highchairs, then everything is peaceful, right? Level 8 ********* Goal: 6200 pts. Expert Goal: 9000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 6/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A I found this level’s expert goal to be slightly trickier than previous shifts; however, I spent most of the level making chains of 3, when chains of 4 or 5 would’ve probably been more efficient. Keep in mind that even though customers may get angry in line, it’s easy to cheer them up at the table through color bonuses, quick service, and drinks. Use that to your advantage here. Level 9 ********* Goal: 7000 pts. Expert Goal: 9500 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 6/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Moms & Babies New Equipment: N/A You’ll need to grab double highchairs for the double moms and babies, or else even if one baby has a highchair, the other will still cry. Oh, and DO NOT seat moms & babies at 2-top tables, or else there won’t be any room for highchairs and the babies will scream constantly. Like the previous level, the expert goal is slightly tough to reach, but with proper color-matching and good chains of four or five, you’ll definitely surpass it. Level 10 *********** Goal: 7500 pts. Expert Goal: 10000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 8 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A This shift is a piece of cake. You have eight tables, which would usually mean that the level’s going to be harder, but in this case, it makes it easier. You don’t have to worry quite as much about chaining this time, but do it anyway if you’d like; chains of four and five will do just fine. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Restaurant #2: Train ########################### After leaving the cruise ship, Flo and Darla get in a taxi and head to Grand Central Station to board a train. Flo doesn’t realize that she left her luggage in the car until she gets on, though. The kitchen staff is having trouble keeping up with its customers, however, so Flo and Darla decide to lend a hand. The Train restaurant is a lot like Tony’s Pizzeria from DD2, minus the Cell Addicts (thankfully). The colors have increased to three (blue, red, and green), and the goals and expert goals will begin to increase. These are the upgrades available to this restaurant: 1. Tables & Chairs 2. Counter 3. Grandfather Clock 4. Shelves 5. Chandelier 6. Wall Lights Level 11 *********** Goal: 4500 pts. Expert Goal: 6200 pts. Upgrades: N/A Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 4 Challenges: Turbulence New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A This level isn’t that bad. Just watch out whenever the train shakes; expect some drink spills. You should be able to easily makes chains of three and four. Don’t get too hung up on color-matching since it probably won’t play a huge role in how you accumulate points this shift. Level 12 *********** Goal: 5000 pts. Expert Goal: 8000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 6/10 Tables: 4 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Lovebirds New Equipment: N/A We’re meeting your fourth customer type today, the lovebirds. They’re very patient at the table, but they smooch randomly whenever they’re waiting. Watch out, because it annoys all customers but families at this point. Additionally, lovebirds only sit at tables for two The expert goal is kind of steep. This level will require some bigger chains of four to make it through. The good news is that the customers are agreeable enough that you shouldn’t have to think too hardly about seating them. Level 13 *********** Goal: 7800 pts. Expert Goal: 9700 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 5/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Lemonade Station Now that you have lemonade to serve (or atleast that’s what I think it is... maybe it’s punch, I don’t know), this shift will be a bit easier. And you’ve got an extra table. Level 14 *********** Goal: 8800 pts. Expert Goal: 11000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 5/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: Turbulence...? New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A Despite what the game tells us, there’s no turbulence this shift, so don’t worry about having to grab the mop. Be prepared for a good rush of customers, though. Thankfully you’ll be getting a podium next shift to help out a bit. Level 15 *********** Goal: 8000 pts. Expert Goal: 10500 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Podium Not only have the goal and expert goal dropped, but you have the podium now, which makes chaining much easier. By the way, be prepared for a few groups of business women to somehow make their way into the line later in the shift. The game doesn’t formally introduce them, yet they show up on this level... as Diner Dash veterans know, business women are very impatient. Make sure you keep them happy. Level 16 *********** Goal: 8500 pts. Expert Goal: 10500 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Bookworm New Equipment: N/A We have Bookworms now, but as veterans of Diner Dash 2 will recall, the corresponding shift in Tony’s Pizzeria was much harder due to the presence of Cell Addicts. Well, that’s not the case here, so you have very little to worry about as far as seating goes. Bookworms do hate Lovebird kissing though, so try to keep them away from those pairs. Level 17 *********** Goal: 7000 pts. Expert Goal: 8500 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 6/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: Blackout New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A The blackout isn’t even really the toughest part about this shift; it’s the families instead. There’s a lot of them, and that means a lot of highchair- grabbing and a lot of micromanaging. They’re conveniently thrown in several bookworms too, so plan your chains carefully so that you minimize the chance of having angry bookworms. Luckily the goal and expert goal are pretty minimal. Level 18 *********** Goal: 11000 pts. Expert Goal: 14000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 6/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Chocolate Cake Station For whatever reason, the goal and expert goal have taken a jump in this shift; nevertheless, it’s not that tough to reach them. Just make chains of six and serve dessert to everyone, and you’ll go way past it. Atleast the lights are back on, and there are less families around. Level 19 *********** Goal: 8500 pts. Expert Goal: 12000 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 5/10 Tables: 7 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Father & Son New Equipment: Staff Phone A couple of new things this shift: first of all, the staff phone can be used once during the shift to call in a helper for a short amount of time. You have 4 choices: the busser (I never use him) that gives checks and clear dishes for you, the drink server, who serves continuous drinks (he’s pretty helpful), the hostess, who stands at the podium for you (she’s pretty good, but only use her when customers in line are getting angry and you have too much work to do at the tables), and the entertainer (in this restaurant, the pianist), who plays tunes throughout the shift. Additionally, you’ll see a father and son this shift. They’re like other families, except they don’t need a highchair and they don’t make noise. They do spill drinks, though. You’ll also see a senior with a mom and dad; this group behaves much like the regular family. Level 20 *********** Goal: 11000 pts. Expert Goal: 14000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 7 Challenges: Color-Matching New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A In this level, customers only sit in seats that match their colors. The nice thing is that it’s painfully obvious where everyone is supposed to go, and you have little chance of screwing the seating up as long as you seat the initial customers in spots where they should go. After that, everything falls into place as more customers come in and sit at the spots that already have colors on them. I managed to get 26000 points on my latest run through this level, so this should be a piece of cake. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Restaurant #3- Submarine ################################ Flo and Darla wave goodbye to the people in the dining car. Unbeknownst to Flo, a couple of men take her bags, and as she and Darla get ready to board a submarine, Flo notices that she’s lost her luggage yet again. On board the sub, the kitchen staff is... once again doing a bad job (do you see a part here?). Time to serve up grub under the sea! This has to be one of my favorite restaurants in the series. The music is terrific and the atmosphere is great with the underwater scene in the background. A few of the later shifts can be rather tricky, but it’s all still good fun. These are the upgrades available for the sub: 1. Tables & Chairs 2. Counter 3. Star Pillars 4. Helmet 5. Anchor 6. Periscope Level 21 *********** Goal: 6000 pts. Expert Goal: 9000 pts. Upgrades: N/A Difficulty: 7/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: Turbulence New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A This level is pretty hard, even for being the first one of the restaurant. What makes it hard is that you don’t have a podium or a drink station. I’ve got a good strategy table below, but if you don’t want full information, you’ll need to get some pretty long chains here. The turbulence doesn’t really help since it has a bad tendency to disrupt chains, but at the same time mopping up messes will give customers a happiness boost. Follow the strategy guide by seating customers with the same chain # together, and at the tables that correspond with their names on the layout below. ---------- | | ---------- ---------- | 1 | | 2 | | 3 | ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- | | | 4 | ---------- ---------- | | | 5 | ---------- Customer Type Chain Table Other Notes *********************************************************************** 2 Tourists 1 4 2 Tourists 1 2 Family 1 1 2 Bookworms 1 3 <-- Don’t chain check & dishes 2 Young Ladies 1 5 Family 2 1/4 2 Lovebirds 2 3 4 Bookworms 2 5 Family 2 1/4 2 Lovebirds 2 2 2 Bookworms 3 3 Don’t chain first two checks 2 Young Ladies 3 4 and dishes of chain 3; seat Family 3 5 chain 4 immediately after 2 Bookworms 3 1 clearing first two dish sets 2 Tourists 3 2 2 Lovebirds 4 2 Family 4 4/5 *********************************************************************** Level 22 *********** Goal: 7000 pts. Expert Goal: 9000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 5 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Kindly Senior New Equipment: Podium Seniors are one of the easiest customers in the game to handle because of how super patient they are (and although they dislike noise, they don’t hate it as much as Bookworms). Add in the podium, and this shift will drift by peacefully. Match colors and make chains of five, and you’re good. Level 23 *********** Goal: 9000 pts. Expert Goal: 11000 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 6/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Cocktail Shrimp Station There’s an influx of tourists this shift, or as I like to call them, “chain- breakers.” Try to get them seated before other customers in a chain so that you can respond to their picture requests BEFORE you start taking orders. Of course, now that we’re serving shrimp for snacks, we have another chain- breaker anyway. Nevertheless, snacks are very profitable; it’s +100 points for serving one, and they chain just like everything else, so if you’re lucky enough to get three or four requests at a time you can make some big bucks. Level 24 *********** Goal: 9000 pts Expert Goal: 11500 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 5/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: Turbulence New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Beer Station This level tends to get pretty annoying with the mass drink spills going on. The turbulence is stronger than any shift we’ve seen before, so you’re going to be mopping up a lot of messes. The good news is that you get points for it and it doesn’t take that long to clean it up. Additionally, this shift has a better balance of customers than the last one, so things should roll along very smoothly for the most part. Just use that podium! Level 25 *********** Goal: 11000 pts. Expert Goal: 13500 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Sorbet Station Dang, don’t you wish they could all be this easy? Seriously though, this shift practically just plays itself. It’s ridiculously simple to match up colors and with the sorbet for extra points, you should have zero trouble reaching the expert goal. However, as the game hits its halfway point, it also takes a jump in difficulty starting with the next level, so enjoy it for now... :) Level 26 *********** Goal: 7000 pts. Expert Goal: 8800 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 5/10 Tables: 7 Challenges: N/A New Customers: Cellphone Addict New Equipment: N/A Ah, the crowning achievement of Diner Dash 2 is back: the Cell Addict. His appearance marks the beginning of the second half of this game (which is substantially tougher than the first). However, this level should not be overly difficult due to the table arrangement which makes it drastically easier to seat the cell addicts so that they don’t annoy others. Just put Lovebirds at the central tables and then let the other customers branch out from them; this way, you keep the Cell Addicts confined and go with the smaller risk of having the Lovebirds kiss in front of everyone. Level 27 *********** Goal: 8500 pts. Expert Goal: 10500 pts. Upgrades: Decorations Difficulty: 6/10 Tables: 6 Challenges: Blackout New Customers: N/A New Equipment: N/A We’ve got another power outage this shift, but this one is slightly trickier than previous ones for two reasons. The first is that we now have snacks and dessert to serve, so you need to constantly be checking the tables for any requests. Secondly, we’ve got Cell Addicts in the restaurant now, but on the bright side there are only two groups of them this shift. You shouldn’t have any trouble dealing with them. Overall, the expert goal is very attainable but the shift itself can just be a little challenging due to the circumstances. You can definitely do well, though. Level 28 *********** Goal: 10500 pts. Expert Goal: 13000 pts. Upgrades: Clothes Difficulty: 4/10 Tables: 7 Challenges: N/A New Customers: N/A New Equipment: Staff Phone The only customer types we’re serving this shift are Father & Son pairs, Cell Addicts, Bookworms, and Seniors. The fathers and sons are far and away the most abundant, and because they don’t mind noise, there are endless options for keeping the cell addicts from annoying the bookworms and seniors (especially due to the table arrangement, which is set up perfectly). Color- matching should also be considered, but it’s also very easy to do. I was able to double the expert goal for this shift, so I’ll just go ahead and admit that I think this is another ridiculously easy shift. It’ll probably the last one in quite a while, though... It doesn’t help that quite a few Cell Addict groups come through, but luckily there are just as many Families and Lovebirds to use to your advantage. Still, surpassing the expert goal isn’t that hard as long as you do a good job of seating customers. For that reason, I’ve created another strategy guide below. And... surprise, surprise, there’s another diner on board that could use some assistance! Flo on the Go’s penultimate diner presents us with the final two customer types and the final color (purple). This makes everything just a bit more challenging, but if you got through the Submarine with all expert goals, then you’ll make it through this just fine. What really sucks here is that you have four tables crammed together, and four Cellphone Addict groups. And if you’re expecting them to be accompanied by Lovebirds and Families every time, then you’re wrong. In fact, the hard truth is that you’ll have to seat some Bookworms near Cell Addicts. The good news is that we do have a drink station for this shift, but it will not be able to keep up all of the time. Be prepared to have a lot of cranky customers in the line too, because with only four tables you can’t get everyone a seat right away. I’ve created a detailed strategy guide below with a step-by-step process on getting through. I hope it helps. ---------- ---------- | 1 | | 2 | ---------- ---------- ---------- ---------- | | | | | 3 | | 4 | ---------- | | ---------- Customer Type Chain Table ************************************************* 4 Young Ladies 1 3 2 Cellphone Addicts 1 2 2 Tourists 2 2 6 Bookworms 2 4 2 Lovebirds 2 1 2 Moms & Babies 2 3 2 Young Ladies 3 1 4 Bookworms 3 3 2 Cellphone Addicts 3 2 2 Tourists 3 4 6 Cellphone Addicts 4 4 Family 4 3 3 Seniors 5 3 6 Young Ladies 5 4 2 Cellphone Addicts 5 1 2 Lovebirds 5 2 2 Bookworms 6 1 2 Young Ladies 6 4 ************************************************* Chain 1: Seat the Young Ladies immediately when they enter the restaurant. The Cell Addicts are quicker to order and eat, so this way they should both finish around the same time. Chain 2: The moment that the Cell Addicts from the first chain leave, seat the Bookworms, and then the Lovebirds shortly after. At this point, the pair of moms probably hasn’t arrived, but you can go ahead and seat the Tourists if you want since there’s a strong possibility that they’ll ask for a picture. The rest of the chain should be like normal. Chain 3: Seat the Bookworms immediately after clearing dishes from the previous chain, then the Young Ladies and Tourists, then the Cell Addicts. In this chain, the Tourists and Ladies will get annoyed from the Cell Addicts, but try to alternate between serving them drinks to keep both happy enough. Because the Bookworms will take too long to eat, do not chain their check and dishes; just do the other three to get them out of the restaurant. Chain 4: As soon as the dishes at Table 4 are cleared from the previous chain, seat the Cell Addicts and give them milkshakes. They order/eat faster than the Family that’s still waiting in line, but don’t worry about chaining this time since the points aren’t very high for two groups anyway. While the Cell Addicts are sitting, the Bookworms should finish eating; give the check, clear their dishes, and seat the Family. Chain 5: Seat the Seniors and Lovebirds immediately after clearing the dishes from Table 3; shortly after, seat the Young Ladies, and then finally the Cell Addicts. If you have already reached the expert goal (or you’re extremely close to doing it), then you don’t have to chain the checks and dishes here since the two groups in line will start getting grumpy, and you don’t want to lose either of them. Finally, make sure to serve the Seniors drinks to keep them happy. Chain 6: If you let the Cell Addicts from the previous chain leave early, then the Bookworms can be seated in their spot immediately. The next group to leave should be the Young Ladies at Table 5, so put the pair of Young Ladies at that table. After that, everything should be good. Level 32 *********** Goal: 6500 pts. In this level, that will include Cell Addicts, Lovebirds, and other pairs of moms and babies. Just whatever you do... don’t put any Bookworms near them. Just don’t. Oh, and although you have seven tables now, don’t feel obliged to create massive chains; chains of three or four will do just fine for this goal and expert goal. Level 34 *********** Goal: 10000 pts. The ninth and final customer type makes an entrance in this level: the
Business Woman. For those of you who don’t know her, she’s basically a
Cellphone Addict that doesn’t talk 24/7. Just serve her quickly and you’ll
have no issues, especially since she eats really fast.

In comparison to the last two shifts, this one is a lot less hectic, but the
table arrangement makes it harder to deal with Cellphone Addicts.
Additionally, the expert goal can be tough to reach if you don’t do a good job
of color-matching; you’ll also need to serve lots of dessert. While this one
probably doesn’t need a strategy guide, I created one anyway.

The hostess is less useful this shift since you’ll have a lot of time to stand
at the podium due to the short chains. I would instead recommend the drink
server for either Chain 2 or 4 (where you’ll have a group of Business Women
annoyed by Cell Addicts).

A blackout with lots of businesswomen... yikes. This one actually seems a

group of Cell Addicts, and with all of the noise-tolerant customers in the
restaurant you shouldn’t have any trouble taking care of them. Just match
colors, serve dessert, and keep an eye on the tables and you’ll do fine. The

Although the game claims that Lovebirds will not sit at the bar, they will sit
in seats A and B if there is already a customer at seat C.

If three Young Ladies are sitting at A, B, and C, and there are two Cellphone
Addicts at seats F and G, the noise will not reach the Young Ladies. Any
closer, however, and it will.

Families can sit at the bar, but they will be constantly noisy since you can’t
give them highchairs.

Noise from the bar doesn’t travel to the tables (and vice-versa) in the blimp
restaurant, but it will in the final restaurant.

Because color-matching is mandatory and impossible to screw up in this level
since all of the colors are there to begin with, you’ll be earning a lot of
your points from simply seating the customers. Additionally, you’ll be giving
customers happiness boosts every time, lessening the need for you to stand at
the podium. You should be able to easily surpass the expert goal as long as
you make good chains and serve lots of dessert.

The only difficulty you’ll have with the customer types here are the Cell
Addicts. I would recommend leaving them for their own separate chain at the
end, since it’s very hard to find a spot for them where they won’t be annoying
someone else (there are some Lovebirds and Families, but it’s tricky to seat
them close to eachother due to their colors).

Hold on tight, because this rocket is going at light speed! The rocket

The good news is that this level is slightly easier than the first level of

I’ve proposed a strategy guide below. It’s different than the previous one
that I created, but I think this one is a little easier since it gives less
chance of losing customers in line since the chains are all pretty linear.
Color-matching is really important; on the two-top tables, it’ll be really
obvious, but big bonuses can also come from the four-tops, so pay attention to

A few notes:

- If the Bookworms and Seniors in Chain 4 begin to get angry waiting line,
feel free to seat them before Chain 3 is finished since neither of their

- Chain 5 is a little strenuous since the Lovebirds are likely to get angry

Addicts. However, the Cell Addicts eat really quickly so the Seniors shouldn’t
lose too many hearts.

This is the first of several shifts in the rocket restaurant where you have to
really close attention to color-matching in order to attain the expert goal.
This one isn’t quite as tricky as Level 43 or 45, but it still requires a lot
of strategy. You can’t just seat everyone as they appear in the restaurant, or
else it won’t work. For this shift, you need to make perfect chains of five
for every action that Flo can do. My strategy guide has the appropriate chains
and what tables each customer group goes at, but it doesn’t account for the
colors, so be careful when doing it. A few notes:

- For every group that sits at the 6-top table, match up the purple colors
every time. This will ensure that you get the most possible points out of that
table.

- You should be able to figure out how to seat customers at Tables 1 and 2.
You won’t be able to keep the exact same colors every time, but if you see
flags that say x3 or x4, then you should probably try and get that matched up.

Level 43 is one of the three levels in the rocket restaurant that pushes your
ability to do everything correctly... and that’s just to get the regular goal!
You have to be spot-on and have a little luck as far as snacks go in order to
get the expert score.

First of all, consider that the customer types are about as contrasting as you
can possibly get. We have Businesswomen and Cell Addicts (who eat quickly) and
Bookworms and Seniors (who eat very slowly), so you’re going to have to pay
attention to when you seat each group, because chances are that some will be
ready to order way before others if you don’t. Color-matching is huge. The
colors of each group in this shift are designed in such a way where there is a
very logical pattern on seating them; you just have to acknowledge it and take
the time to arrange them perfectly at each table. Chains of six for the
majority of the shift will be a necessity. Additionally, it’s essential that
every customer leaves with full happiness. Considering there’s only one point
where you’ll ever have a group annoyed by Cell Addicts, that shouldn’t be too
much of an issue.

Ultimately, just realize that even if you’ve believed in the past that color-
matching isn’t a big deal, realize that it is here. I’ve provided the
necessary table and chain combos below, but before you start seating customers
at a chain, try arranging them around at the tables they’re supposed to go to
so that you can do it to the best of your ability. If you see a x3 or x4 flag,
try your hardest to get that one to match up.

Unlike the previous two shifts, Level 44 is more hectic than it is actually
challenging. I was able to get almost 33000 points, so it shouldn’t be too
tricky.

Although I’ve stressed color-matching lately, don’t think too hard on it here.
Most of the two-top and four-top tables will be pretty obvious, but you might
as well forget trying to perfectly match up colors at the 6-tops, because it
just won’t happen. The groups of six have no color synergy at all, so you’ll
just have to pick and choose for which colors you want to match up.

I tried not to get too drastic with the chaining. The most you’ll ever have in
one chain is seven customers, and that’s for only Chains 1 and 2. Serve
dessert as much as possible; with these long chains, you can earn some major
points from chaining it. Factoring in that the Joggers won’t eat dessert, you
can earn 1680 points from doing it on the first chain.

The reality of this shift is that you can’t screw up anywhere. While I have
provided another strategy guide below, here are some other tips and
“essentials” to make it through:

- This shift has four chains containing five customers. In every single
department (orders, food, dessert, checks, and dishes), you will want a
perfect chain of five. The only exception is Chain 2 where the Joggers won’t
eat dessert. Serve dessert to the other four groups, take the check from the
Joggers, and then take the other four checks after they finish eating dessert.

- For this reason, you need to wait to start a chain until you’re damned sure
that NOBODY is going to request a snack. I had a few instances where I picked
up a couple of orders, only to have a group of Bookworms or Businesswomen ask
for some onion rings at the last second. Even if you lose some hearts of
happiness, WAIT until everyone is ready to order their food or dessert before
you start doing things. If you do lose hearts, you can always make those up by
providing quick service later on.

- Speaking of hearts... everyone needs to leave with five of them. This
shouldn’t be too difficult since we’re dealing with fairly reasonable chains
and there’s no instances where Cell Addicts will annoy other customers.

- Color-matching is arguably the most important part of the strategy. For each
table...

1) This one should be pretty obvious. You won’t match things up perfectly
every time but for the most part it meshes. Originally I didn’t have the 4
Bookworms in Chain 4 seated here (I instead put them in a fifth chain by
themselves so they could sit at Table 5), but I calculated the extra points
you earn from having a chain of 5 vs. the points that would’ve been earned
from color-matching in their own separate chain, and the former value was
greater.

2) For the first three chains, this one will be a perfect match every time. On
the fourth chain, you’ll only get the red to match but it’s enough.

3) This is sort of the throwaway table for colors; nothing really perfectly
matches but you will be able to squeeze in a few color bonuses here and there.

4) This is a really important table that you need to pay close attention to.
On the second chain, you should be able to match up four out of the six
colors, so rearrange the Businesswomen until you’ve got that. On the third
chain, you’ll have a perfect match. On the fourth chain, you should once again
be able to get four out of the six colors to match. Make sure you execute this
perfectly every time, because this table has some major points riding on it.

5) This one should also be pretty obvious. It’s not perfect, though, and for
the first three chains you’ll never have a perfect match. The Family in Chain
4 should perfectly fit with the prior group, however.

Another tough shift, but atleast we don’t have to prioritize color-matching
since it’s pretty much already laid out for us. With that in mind, there are
going to be several instances throughout this shift where you’re forced to
have customers sitting near noisy ones. However, most of the time you should
be able to remedy this with drinks. The first chain is kind of tricky though
since there are two separate customers getting annoyed and you have to keep
them both happy. Try getting a few drinks in your hands before you seat the
chain so that you can have drinks to serve for the first time they lose
hearts.

Serve dessert, but realize that you don’t have to be a perfectionist about it
like you did in the previous few shifts (especially since there are several
groups of Joggers coming through).

NOTE: You can choose when and who you want to phone, but since Chain 3 is kind
of hectic with the impatient customers and Businesswomen losing hearts, I
found that this was the best place to let someone take over the podium since
you’ll have little time to use it.

This shift is going to feel like a cakewalk after the first six levels of this
restaurant. I was able to surpass the expert goal by over 20000 points (my
final score was a little past 45000), so I’m confident that you can get
through this one just fine. You might not even have to serve any dessert if
you can make good chains and do a decent job of color-matching. There’s
endless options open to you for how to seat your customers; I could create a
guide, but there’s no way that it’d be the best.

The only downside of this shift is that there are an awful lot of customers,
but that just makes it even easier to reach your goals.

her and everyone else would be stretched like a spaghetti...

Level 48 is basically Level 47 with no lights and more Lovebirds than normal.
You can be the judge on how difficult that is, but personally I feel like it’s
really tricky. The expert goal isn’t even that tough to reach, but having five
tables + bar seating and a super long line is just not a good thing when you
can’t see anywhere except for your pointer.

First tip: don’t serve much dessert. I was able to get 32000 points for this
level by serving barely any. If you feel like you’ve got a grip on things and
the people in line look very happy, then you can, but I wouldn’t really
recommend it since you don’t exactly need it to reach the expert goal. It’s
just easier to drop the checks and get the customers out of your restaurant
before you lose track of what everyone is doing.

If you’re not using the strategy guide, then remember that Lovebirds CAN sit
at Bar A and B IF someone is already seated at C. I used this several times
during the level since often times there was a better pair of customers to
match colors at one of the two-top tables.

This is likely not the best way to get through this level, but it got me way
over the expert goal even without dessert.

Level 49
***********
Goal: 20000 pts.
Expert Goal: 25000 pts.
Upgrades: Decorations
Difficulty: 6/10
Tables: 6 + Bar
Challenge: Color Bonus Loss
New Customers: N/A
New Equipment: N/A

Whereas the last shift gave us a blackout, this one gives us no colors at
all... yet it’s almost the exact same scenario as Level 47 (with the same goal
and expert goal). The lack of colors is both good and bad; you don’t have to
worry about matching up customers, which frees up your ability to put people
anywhere you want, but at the same time you don’t get the color bonuses and
you don’t get the happiness boost when seating customers.

In any case, I thought this shift was a little tricky but not bad enough to
warrant a strategy guide. If you would like one, feel free to send me a PM and
I’ll type one up.

Level 50
***********
Goal: 30000 pts.
Expert Goal: 40000 pts.
Upgrades: Clothes
Difficulty: 9/10
Tables: 5 + Bar
Challenge: Color-Matching
New Customers: N/A
New Equipment: N/A

The major issue with Level 50 is that if you don’t seat the first customers in
the right spots, you will automatically lose some groups later on because
their colors will not match up with what’s on the chairs.

Once you get those down... it’s actually not too bad of a shift. There’s a lot
of customers though, and in the guide that I created you’ll have to wait a
while at some points in order to get all of the necessary customers for your
chain. In Chains 3 and 5 you’ll have to deal with Businesswomen getting angry
from Cell Addicts, but that’s not too big of a deal, especially if you call in
the musician for the third chain. The hostess is a good choice too, but I
found that it wasn’t too hard to manage the line in this level.

I was able to clear 50000 points on my latest run through this level, so the
expert goal is definitely do-able if you have the right setup. (I also got
pretty lucky with snacks... I think at one point I had six snack requests in a
row, earning me an extra 2100 points!)

One thing to note before you get started:

In Chain 1, there is a group of Seniors that is to be seated at Table 4. Later
on, you will also place a Family at this table, but the highchair for the baby
can potentially screw the entire table up if you don’t have the colors in the
right spots to begin with. For this reason, seat the group of Seniors like
this:

  ----------
A | TABLE | D
B | | C
  ----------

A = Purple
B = Green
C = Green
D = Purple

BAR
----------
| A |
|--------| ---------- ----------
| B | | | | 2 |
|--------| | 1 | ----------
| C | | |
|--------| ---------- ----------
| D | | |
|--------| | 3 |
| E | ---------- ----------
|--------| | |
| F | | 4 | ----------
|--------| | | | 5 |

After completing Level 50, the owner of the rocket restaurant congratulates
Flo and Darla for their hard work, and as a reward, they get to hang out in
the Zero-G Lounge... finally, they’ve earned their vacation!

At this point, you can go back and try for any expert goals you’re still
missing. If you’ve gotten all of the expert goals in a single restaurant,
then you’ll unlock a bonus level for it. These are detailed later in the next
section, but I haven’t played them very much so I don’t have great strategies
for them.

Part 8: Bonus Levels
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

After getting all expert scores in a certain restaurant, you will unlock a
bonus level. These bonus levels do not count for anything; they are simply
extra shifts that have unique groups of customers and circumstances.

Date Night
***************
Goal: 12000 pts.
Expert Goal: 15000 pts.
Location: Cruise Ship
Tables: 3 + Bar
Objects: Fruit Drink Station, Flan Station, Mop
Customer Groups & Pairs:
  - Business Woman & Cellphone Addict
  - Father & Young Lady
  - Jogger, 2 Fathers, and Young Lady
  - Bookworm, 2 Young Ladies, and Cellphone Addict

Not much to really say here... you’ve got some interesting groups though,
that’s for sure.

Girl’s Night Out
*********************
Goal: 10000 pts.
Expert Goal: 13750 pts.
Location: Train
Tables: 5
Objects: Lemonade Station, Podium, Staff Phone
Customer Groups & Pairs:
- Business Woman & Young Lady
- Business Woman & Jogger
- 2 Joggers
- 2 Business Women
- 2 Young Ladies
- Tourist, Jogger, Business Woman, & Young Lady
- Tourist, 2 Business Women, and Jogger
- 4 Joggers

Business Lunch
********************
Goal: 12000 pts.
Expert Goal: 14250 pts.
Location: Submarine
Tables: 4
Objects: Beer Station, Podium, Staff Phone
Customer Groups & Pairs:
  - 3 Business Women & 3 Cellphone Addicts
  - Cellphone Addict & Business Woman
  - Cellphone Addict & Father
  - 2 Fathers & 2 Cellphone Addicts
  - 2 Business Women & 2 Cellphone Addicts
  - 4 Cellphone Addicts
  - 2 Cellphone Addicts
  - 6 Cellphone Addicts
  - 3 Cellphone Addicts, Young Lady, & 2 Fathers

The tables here are so spread out that the Cell Addicts won’t even cause
problems. This shouldn’t be too hard.

Summer Camp
*****************
Goal: 20000 pts.
Expert Goal: 25000 pts.
Location: Blimp
Tables: 9
Objects: Milkshake Station, Podium, Banana Split Station, Staff Phone

I didn’t include a list of customer groups and pairs because it’s mostly just
kids coming in with fathers and Young Ladies. It’s a cool but very fast-paced
level; the groups order very quickly.

Everybody to the Limit
*************************
Goal: $25000
Expert Goal: $30000
Location: Rocket
Tables: 9
Objects: Galactic Punch Station, Podium, Staff Phone

Everybody to the limit... more like everything to the limit. This is a pretty
tough shift and there are so many different groups that I didn’t bother
listing them all. Good luck!

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Part 9: Endless Shift
&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&

Endless shift is unlocked for each restaurant once you unlock it in the
regular Story Mode. In Endless Shift, the shift never ends, and all of the
different customer types come in to eat at your restaurant. It starts out
with either ladies or businesswomen, and then the customer types come in as
you go along. Whenever you reach a goal, the “Upgrades” button flashes and
you can pick something to help you work faster. Then a higher goal is set,
and you can keep using the “Upgrades” button to help you work. These are all
of the object upgrades that you can get:

New Table
  - Add a new table (or 2)

Drink Station (Fruit Drinks, Lemonade, Beer, Milkshakes, or Punch)
  - Standard Drink Station
  - Drinkmaster Ultra (drinks appear faster)
  - Ultra Drinkmaster Max Pro (bigger mood burst)

Podium
  - Standard Podium
  - Podium Deluxe (able to use more)
  - Podium Cruiser 2000 (charges up faster)
  - Podium Elite Cruiser (gives bigger mood burst)

Bench
  - Bench
  - Luxury Bench (gives bigger mood burst)

Oven
  - Oven Pro (food appears fast)
  - Oven Pro Silver (food appears faster)
  - Oven Pro Gold (food appears fastest)

Energy Bars
  - Standard Energy Bars (Flo moves fast)
  - Super Energy Bars (Flo moves faster)
  - Super Max Energy Bars (Flo moves fastest)

Entertainment
  - Radio (1/2 heart mood burst for all seated customers when clicked)
  - Stereo (able to use more)
  - Entertainer (Pianist, Harpist, Singer, or Musician- bigger mood burst)

There are 3 different difficulties, “Easy”, “Medium”, and “Hard”. The
customers will have different patience per difficulty level. Also, whenever a
group leaves angry, you loose a star. Once you lose all of your stars, the
shift is over. There are 5 stars in the Easy level, 4 in the Medium level,
and only 3 in the Hard level. Also, the table amounts change. There are 4
tables in all restaurants of the Easy level except for the Cruise Ship, where
there are 5. There are 5 tables in every restaurant of the Medium level
except for the Cruise Ship, where there are only 4. In the Hard level, each
restaurant starts out with 4 except for the Cruise Ship, which starts with
only 3.
