X-Change Alternative Walkthrough version 1.00 January 17, 2007 By OrcAttack INTRODUCTION XCA has several different endings that are determined by a number of two-choice decisions you’ll make through the course of the game. Some of these have no effect on the endings at all, but do unlock different CGs, memory room entries, and some slightly different text entries. I’ve arranged the entries in this guide as paths toward the various endings. Each path includes the options you must select to get the ending for that path. Some of the decision points don’t affect how the game will progress. Of the ones on every path, the first and third choices don’t affect the ending at all. ENDINGS Below I list the endings, plus which sex Kaoru ends up being. I also added a brief note summarizing (in my own words) the ending. Some of the endings have credits and an additional scene afterwards. I’ve noted these also. 1. Male - Mizuki’s boyfriend - credits 2. Male - Kyoka - power couple - credits 3. Female - Kyoka’s pet 4. Female - Yui’s slave 5. Male - Sakuya’s husband - credits 6. Female - Sakuya - paying off a debt 7. Male - Miu’s husband - credits 8. Female - Miu - oneechan 9. Female - Touya’s girlfriend - credits 10. Male - No one - back to the way things were 11. Female - Karin - oneesama - credits 12. Male - no one - always up to their idiocy PATHS Here are the paths to reach each of the endings above. The option you should select at each decision point is listed. To get all the CGs and Memories you may have to go back and choose the other option for the first and third decisions. 1. Male - Mizuki’s boyfriend (Dickgirl Path) Either Hang in there! Decision Points of Note: Here are the decision points that don’t matter in reaching an ending. They do affect CG and memory room items though. 1. On Every Path Go to the Student Council to meet Kyoka-san. I can’t ignore that idiot Sengoku’s challenge! 3. On Every Path Being a guy is definitely better. Maybe being a girl... will not be so bad? 4. On the Student Council Path The roof. Rear grounds. 8. On the Renji Path Have a master chef teach me. Force Renji to say it tastes good. Other Notes: The Mizuki path involves a few dickgirl scenes. Miu is Kaoru’s unrelated stepsister. The infamous rape-bus of the original X-change series is nowhere to be found in this game. There are several very long periods between decision points. Don’t forget to save the game at every decision point. There are 60 saves allowed in the game without overwriting. Make use of them so you won’t have to replay a long path over and over again. Make use of the skip button to fast forward through dialog you’ve already been through. LEGAL STUFF Yin-Yang!
