Basic Editing Important files for -editing your starting fleet -and other stuff In the data dir of "Star Wolves" find the data.dat and open it with WinZip or WinRar or similar. ...in "\data\scripts\" extract the file "InitTeamScript.script" to ...\Star Wolves\data\scripts folder ...open the file with Notepad or similar. Color Themes and Ship List usage The Ships come along with different color themes but have all the same statistics except for the Corsair Excalibur and the Special Triad Evil Eye. You are using the list as follows. The Ship ID represents only the main part of the whole ID - the name. The second part after the "_" is the color theme you are choosing. Copy and paste the name and the desired color theme in the AddShip line as described in Section "A. Basic Editing" eg. you choose the InoCo Excalibur mothership:AddShipToInventory("", 1); no ship mothership:AddShipToInventory("Excalibur_", 1); Excalibur ship type mothership:AddShipToInventory("Excalibur_ino0", 1); InoCo Excalibur There are also some special ships with only one theme. If so i will write down the complete ID. The Buying Price is just for fun. Non Player Fighters and usage These Fighter will never be controlled from the player by normal means. Because of that you cannot see/edit the ship loadout (the right screen) without a (legal) trick. You cannot only drag and drop equipment directly to their corresponding slots but from the inventory to the ship icon on the left too. The slots will be filled up automatic. Drag and Drop the desired ship to the left window, check with right mouse button the available mountports, drag and drop the equipment to the same slot where you put in your special ship. For clearing the ships from their inventory, drag and drop the whole ship back to the inventory of the mothership.
