This is a guide to all the teams and leagues in Sports Interactive's
Championship Manager 2001/2002 game for the PC. CM 01/02 is the last game in
the series that will use the Championship Manager 3 engine - a new engine will
be used for future games in the series.
Just a few notes before we move on...
All stats are based on the data update included with the final patch, 3.9.65.
So if the stats don't match what you have on your copy of CM, it likely means
one of two things; you didn't install the data update that came with 3.9.65,
or you're using a third-party data update. (There is a 3.9.66 version which is
available to be downloaded and purchased, but I'm under the impression that it
still uses the 3.9.65 data.)
Some cash values for teams are approximated. The reason for this is that when
starting a new game, the game picks a certain date to start at depending on
which league (or starting season) has been selected. This could mean that
qualifying rounds for European competitions (which is where most of the money
would come in) have already taken place. This could throw off the totals for
the teams, so I tried to make the finances as accurate as possible to their
actual value before the funds start rolling in. The leagues that suffer the
most from this are ones that start in the spring, such as Norway and Russia.
Teams can have massively inflated bank accounts if they reach the Champions Cup
group stage or go far in the UEFA Cup.
There appear to be errors in team expectations for many leagues in the game.
I'll touch on those on a league-by-league basis. They shouldn't have any
effect on gameplay, however.
You'll notice I haven't included data for teams which aren't immediately
playable right off the bat. The reason for this is that it would take way too
long, especially in some leagues like Sweden. Teams that end up getting
promoted into a league are usually a good challenge to play as anyways.

3) Team/League Information
Here's a rundown of all the different attributes you'll see here:
Club - The short name of the team, abbreviated in some instances.
Expectations - The board's expectations for the team in the upcoming season:
Championship - Win the title.
Achieve Promotion - Finish in a promotion spot.
Reach Playoffs - Finish in a promotion playoff spot.
Qualify for Europe - Finish in a Champions League or UEFA Cup spot.
Qualify for Cont. - Finish in a spot that qualifies you for the region's
respective Continental club competition.
Respectable - Finish in the top half of the table.
Clear of Relegation - Finish in the middle area of the table.
Battle Relegation - Finish near the bottom of the table, but not in the
relegation zone.
Improve Squad - Rebuilding year; can finish anywhere on the table. Mainly used
in divisions where there is no possibility of relegation. (Ex:
Scottish Third Division, J-League 2)
Bank - The team's starting bank balance in British pounds.
Funds - The amount of money a team has to spend on players in British pounds.
Stadium - The team's stadium capacity. Teams with ---- as their capacity
either do not have a stadium (which will likely be assigned to the
team after the start of the first season), or do not have a capacity
entered in the data files for their stadium.
Facilities - The team's training facilities. The different classes of
facilities, from worst to best, are: Needs Major Investment
(M. Invest), Needs Some Investment (Invest), Awful Facilities
(Awful), Adequate Facilities (Adequate), Good Facilities (Good),
Top Facilities + Youth Academy (Top/Youth).
Size - The squad size of the team at the start of the game.
Best Reputation - The teams that have the best reputation at the start of the
game, making it easier to sign top players/staff.
ARGENTINA

Argentine Premier Division - 20 teams, each team plays each other 2 times for a
total of 38 games. The season is divided into two
stages (Opening and Closing) of 19 games each,
with a winner being declared for each stage. 2
teams relegated based on their total points
accumulated over the past 3 seasons, divided by
the number of games played by each team. The 17th
and 18th place teams based on these average points
will play promotion playoff matches with Second
Division teams. The two champions and the best 2
teams over the entire season qualify for the Copa
Libertadores.

Argentina Second Division - 25 teams, each team plays each other once for a
total of 24 games. The teams (with the exception
of the champions, who win promotion to the Premier
Division) are then divided into 3 groups of 8
teams each. Each team plays each other 2 times for
a total of 14 games in each group. The winners of
each group, as well as the top 5 teams overall
after the league and group stages (?), advance to
the Second Promotion Quarter Final. All rounds are
2 legs each, with the winner being promoted to the
Premier Division. The runners-up of the final will
play in the Third Promotion 2 leg series against
the 18th place team in the Premier Division. The
highest-ranking league team left after the Second
Promotion phase will play in the Fourth Promotion 2
leg series against the 17th place team in the
Premier Division. 2 teams relegated based on their
total points accumulated over the past 3 seasons,
divided by the number of games played by each team.

Notes: This is a pretty interesting league to play in, mainly because of the
unique relegation system. It may take a while to topple the giants such
as River and Boca, however. Surprisingly, there's no cup included,
although that's true in real life as well.
AUSTRALIA

Number of Staff: 3317
Australian National Soccer League - 14 teams, each team plays each other 2
times for a total of 26 games. The top 6
teams advance to the Playoffs. Teams
ranked 3rd to 6th participate in a 2 leg
Elimination Final. The winners of those
two matches face each other in the Minor
Semi Final. Meanwhile, the top 2 teams face
each other in a 2 leg Major Semi Final.
The loser of this series faces the winner
of the Minor Semi Final in the Preliminary
Final, with the winner of that facing the
winner of the Major Semi Final in the Grand
Final to determine the league champion.
The champions enter the Oceania Champions
Cup.

Notes: The general consensus is that this is the most boring league in the
game, although lots of people do think that the NSL is a pretty boring
league in real life as well. There's also nothing to play for in this
league either, as there's no cup and the Oceania Champions Cup isn't the
most challenging or rewarding competition out there. Managing Canberra
to success could be a challenge, however.

2 times for a total of 6 games in the playoff group.

involved in the Third Division playoffs.

times for a total of 30 games in each group. 1 team
promoted from each group, x teams involved in a
promotion playoff. The playoff finalists are
determined by their performance in Periods throughout
the season. There are three Periods of 10 games each.
The winners of each Period advance to the playoffs,
with the overall winners meeting for the division
title. The 16th place Second Division team joins the
playoffs in the Semi Finals. All rounds are 2 legs
each except for the Final, which is 1 leg. The winner
is promoted to the Second Division, or remains in the
Second Division as the case may be. 2 teams relegated
from each group, 1 team in each group involved in a
relegation playoff with 12 lower division teams. The
Third Division teams enter in the Quarter Finals. All
rounds are 1 leg each. The two winners of the Semi
Finals are promoted to the Third Division, or remain
in the Third Division as the case may be.

Belgian Cup - Open to all Belgian teams. Third Division teams enter in the
Third Round, Second Division teams enter in the Fourth Round,
First Division teams enter in the Sixth Round. All rounds are 1
leg except for the Semi Finals, which are 2 legs.
Belgian Super Cup - Held between the First Division champions and the Belgian
Cup champions from the previous season. 1 leg match.
Notes: It's definitely a challenge to take a Third Division team and lead them
to the First Division title in Belgium, although there aren't too many
good teams in the league either. Anderlecht and Club Brugge can make
waves in Europe, though. The period system might be tough to get the
hang of and can seem unfair, but those are the rules in real life, so
don't complain.
BRAZIL

2 leg Second Round, with the winners of
those matches advancing to the Third Round.
Teams are split into 2 groups of 4 teams,
each team plays each other 2 times for a

Notes: Like the Belgian league, this uses the period system as well, which can
be a little confusing the first time you see it in action. It's also
rather odd, as you can have a great first period to clinch a playoff
spot, sink down the table with poor performances the rest of the season,
yet still end up earning promotion. No relegation from the First
Division is also an oddity, but those are the rules in real life.

are drawn against low-ranking Serie A teams. The winners move on
to face the top Serie A teams in the Second Round. Each round
aside from the Group Stage is held over 2 legs. (Note - I assume
that there are 10 Serie C1 teams, but Ravenna is drawn into the
groups at the start of the game, and they are in Serie D.
This may be an exception for this season (01/02) only.)
Italian Serie C Cup - Open to all Serie C1 and C2 teams. The top 10 Serie C1
teams (involved in the Italian Cup) receive a bye to the
Second Round. The other 80 teams are divided into 16
groups of 5 teams each in the Group Stage. Each team
plays each other once for a total of 4 games each. The
group winners and the best 6 2nd place teams advance to
the Second Round. From there, all rounds are 2 legs
each.
Italian Super Cup - Held between the Serie A champions and the Italian Cup
champions from the previous season. 1 leg match.
Italian C1 Super Cup - Held between the winners of Serie C1/A and Serie C1/B.
1 leg match.
Notes: Serie C2 is optional, so you don't have to play with it if you don't
want to. Another classic league here, although the Italian Cup is a bit
elitest with only 48 teams total taking part. Since there are exactly
128 teams in the top 4 divisions, why doesn't the Italian FA just have
one big national cup competition? In any event, those are the rules in
real life, so CM abides by them. Expectations are very high in Italy,
so make sure you keep your fans (and your chairman) happy.

Notes: Another very demanding league, with the fans and board expecting success
every step of the way. Barcelona are the richest team in the game,
which makes them perfect for CM beginners. You don't have to play with
the Second Division B if you don't want to. Like Portugal, there are
reserve teams in the Second Division B, and it can be odd watching your
team go for the First Division title and your B team trying to earn
promotion to the Second Division. Also, some teams (which I'll identify
in a later update) can only sign players from the Pays Basque region of
Spain - Athletic Bilbao comes to mind right away.

Notes: Don't worry, you don't have to play with the Second Division on.
There's enough challenge to be found there, however, with a lot of teams
either broke or lacking players. Like in Russia, the cup starts at the
end of one season and finishes in the next, but it's clearly the largest

Notes: Surprisingly, the Welsh Premier Division isn't accurate. There should
be two relegation spots, but for some reason they weren't added in CM
00/01 or 01/02. Maybe in CM4, although I am aware it's sad that I'm
complaining about the accuracy of the Welsh Premier Division. One
interesting thing here is that if you manage Cardiff, Swansea or Wrexham
in England and have Wales active as well, you can participate in the
Premier Cup. A nice little side attraction at any rate. Welsh teams
tend to do quite poorly in European competitions, so make sure you
succeed if you end up in one so Wales doesn't drop down in the rankings
and ends up without a Champions Cup slot.
4) Easy/Challenging Teams

succeed if managed well. If you're new to the game, you can't go wrong with

World Cup:
FIFA World Cup - 32 teams divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each. Each team
plays each other once for a total of 3 games in each group.
The top 2 teams in each group advance to the Second Round.
From there, all rounds are 1 leg each.
World Cup African Qualifying Section - Open to 50 African nations. A 2 leg
First Round cuts the field down to 25
nations. The teams are then split into
5 groups of 5 teams each. Each team
plays each other twice for a total of 8
games in each group. The group winners
advance to the World Cup.
World Cup Asian Qualifying Section - Teams are placed into 10 groups of 4 teams
(with possibly one group of 3 teams) for
the First Round. Each team plays each
other twice for a total of 6 (or 4) games
in each group. Group winners advance to
the Second Round, where they are placed in
2 groups of 5 teams each. Each team plays
each other twice for a total of 8 games in
each group. The group winners advance to
the World Cup, with the runners-up in each
group meeting in a 1 leg playoff to decide
who will face an European representative
for a World Cup slot. (I believe that
after the 2002 World Cup, the top 2 teams
in each group advance to the World Cup,
with the 3rd place teams in each group
participating in the playoff.)
World Cup CONCACAF Qualifying Section - Opening qualifying rounds are divided
into two zones. In the Caribbean Zone,
24 teams play in three rounds of 2 legs
each, with the 3 teams left after the
Third Round entering the Semi Final
phase. The 3 Third Round losers enter
the Interzone Playoff. In the Central
American Zone, teams are divided into 2
groups of 3 teams each. Each team
plays each other twice for a total of 4
games in each group. The group winners
enter the Semi Final phase, while the
group runners-up enter the Interzone
Playoff. The 5 remaining teams and
Honduras are drawn to play each other
over 2 legs, with the 3 winners
entering the Semi Final phase. Canada,
United States, Mexico and Jamaica
receive byes to the Semi Final phase.
In the Semi Final phase, the teams are
placed into 3 groups of 4 teams each.
Each team plays each other twice for a
total of 6 games in each group. The
top two teams in each group advance to
the Final, where they will play each
other twice for a total of 10 games
each. The top three teams advance to
the World Cup.
World Cup European Qualifying Section - Teams are placed into 9 groups of 5/6
teams each. Each team plays each other
twice for a total of 8/10 games in each
group. Group winners advance to the
World Cup, while 8 of the runners-up
will playoff against each other over 2
legs for 4 more slots. The 9th runner-
up is drawn to play the winner of the
Asian playoff over 2 legs for a World
Cup slot.
World Cup Oceania Qualifying Section - Teams are placed into 2 groups of 5
teams each. Each team plays each other
once for a total of 4 games in each
group. The group winners meet in a 2
leg playoff to determine who will face
the 5th place South American team for a
World Cup slot.
World Cup South American Qualifying Section - One group consisting of all 10
South American teams. Each team
plays each other twice for a
total of 18 games. The top 4
teams in the mini-league advance
to the World Cup, while the 5th
place team plays the winner of
Oceania for a World Cup slot.
International Competitions:
Olympic Games - 16 teams divided into 4 groups of 4 teams each. Each team
plays each other once for a total of 3 games in each group.
The top 2 teams in each group advance to the Quarter Finals.
From there, all rounds are 1 leg each.
European Football Championship - 16 teams divided into 4 groups of 4 teams
each. Each team plays each other once for a
total of 3 games in each group. The top 2
teams in each group advance to the Quarter
Finals. From there, all rounds are 1 leg
each.
European Championship Qualifying - Involves virtually all European teams.
Teams are divided into 9 groups of 5-6 teams
each. Each team plays each other twice for
a total of 8-10 games in each group. The
group winners and 3 best runners-up advance
to the finals. The remaining runners-up
play 2 leg playoffs to decide the remaining
qualifiers.
African Cup of Nations - 16 teams divided into 4 groups of 4 teams each. Each
team plays each other once for a total of 3 games in
each group. The top 2 teams in each group advance to
the Quarter Finals. From there, all rounds are 1 leg
each.
Copa America - 12 teams divided into 3 groups of 4 teams each. Each team plays
each other once for a total of 3 games in each group. The top 2
teams in each group and the best 2 third place teams advance to
the Quarter Finals. From there, all rounds are 1 leg each.
Oceania Nations Cup - 6 teams divided into 2 groups of 3 teams each. Each team
plays each other once for a total of 2 games in each
group. The top 2 teams in each group advance to the Semi
Finals. From there, all rounds are 1 leg each.
Asian Cup - 12 teams divided into 3 groups of 4 teams each. Each team plays
each other once for a total of 3 games in each group. The top 2
teams in each group and the best 2 third place teams advance to
the Quarter Finals. From there, all rounds are 1 leg each.
Confederations Cup - 8 teams divided into 2 groups of 4 teams each. Each team
plays each other once for a total of 3 games in each
group. The top 2 teams in each group advance to the Semi
Finals. From there, all rounds are 1 leg each.
International Club Competitions:
FIFA Club World Championship - Open to continental champions from all around
the world. The teams are split into 3 groups of
4 teams each. Each team plays each other once
for a total of 3 games in each group. The group
winners and the best runner-up of the three
groups enter the Semi Finals. The Semi Finals,
Final and Third Place Playoff are 1 leg each.
Intercontinental Cup - Held between the European Champions Cup winners and the
Copa Libertadores winners from the previous season. 1
leg match.
Inter-American Cup - Held between the Merconorte Cup winners and the Copa
Libertadores winners from the previous season over 2 legs.
Continental Club Competitions:
European Champions Cup - Open to the top 48 countries (from UEFA coefficients)
in Europe. Higher-ranked countries can send more
representatives, lower-ranked countries can only send
league champions. Three qualifying rounds are played,
with teams from higher-ranked countries entering as
the rounds go on. 18 teams play in the First
Qualifying Round, with the 9 winners moving on to
enter a 28-team field for the Second Qualifying Round.
The 14 winners then join a 32-team field for the Third
Qualifying Round. The winners enter the Group Stage
portion of the Champions Cup, while the losers enter
the First Round of the UEFA Cup. 16 teams from top
ranked European countries receive byes to the Group
Stage. In Phase 1, the teams are split into 8 groups
of 4 teams each. Each team plays each other 2 times
for a total of 6 games in each group. The top 2 teams
in each group advance to Phase 2, the 3rd place team
in each group advances to the Third Round of the UEFA
Cup, and the last place team is eliminated. In Phase
2, the teams are split into 4 groups of 4 teams each.
Each team plays each other 2 times for a total of 6
games in each group. The top 2 teams in each group
advance to the Quarter Finals. All knockout rounds in
the competition are 2 legs each except for the final,
which is 1 leg.
UEFA Cup - Open to all European domestic cup winners, top-ranked teams in a
league which didn't qualify for the Champions Cup, league champions
which couldn't enter the Champions Cup because of a poor UEFA
coefficient, the three winners of the Inter-Toto Cup and teams that
win a UEFA Fair Play drawing (based on a league's discipline
record). 82 teams enter the Qualifying Round, with 41 advancing to
the 96-team First Round. Aside from teams which are seeded because
of their country's standing in the UEFA rankings, 16 teams from the
Champions Cup Third Qualifying Round and 3 teams from the Inter-Toto
Cup Final also advance to the First Round. The 8 3rd place teams
from Phase 1 of the Champions Cup enter in the Third Round. All
rounds are 2 legs each except for the final, which is 1 leg.
Inter-Toto Cup - Open to European teams which wish to attempt to qualify for
the UEFA Cup despite a poor league position. Teams enter in
the First, Second or Third Round based on their country's
coefficient ranking. The three winners of the Final move on
to the First Round of the UEFA Cup. All rounds are 2 legs
each.
European Super Cup - Held between the European Champions Cup winners and the
UEFA Cup winners from the previous season. 1 leg match.
South American Copa Libertadores - South American club championship, also
including teams from Mexico. Teams are
divided into 8 groups of 4 teams each. Each
team plays each other 2 times for a total of
6 games in each group. The top 2 teams in
each group advance to the Second Round.
From there, all rounds are 2 legs each.
South American Copa Mercosur - Open to select teams from Argentina, Brazil,
Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. Teams are divided
into 5 groups of 4 teams each. Each team plays
each other 2 times for a total of 6 games in
each group. The top 2 teams in each group
advance to the Quarter Final. From there, all
rounds are 2 legs each. Boca, Central,
Independiente, River, San Lorenzo and Vélez
always compete for Argentina. Corinthians,
Cruzeiro, Flamengo, Grêmio, Palmeiras, São Paulo
and Vasco always compete for Brazil.
Asian Club Championship - Asian club championship. Countries are placed in 2
geographic zones - West and East - composed of 16
teams each. Teams will play in a 2 leg knockout
format for the first 2 rounds. The 4 teams remaining
in each group go to a Quarter Final group stage.
Each team plays each other once for a total of 3
games in each group. The top 2 teams in each group
advance to the Semi Finals. The 1st place team in
the East Quarter Final plays the 2nd place team in
the West Quarter Final, and vice-versa. The Semi
Finals, Final and Third Place Playoff are 1 leg each.
Asian Cup Winners' Cup - Open to all cup winning teams in Asia. Countries are
placed in 2 geographic zones - West and East -
composed of 16 teams each. Teams will play in a 2 leg
knockout format for the first 3 rounds. The 2 teams
remaining in each group advance to the Semi Finals.
In the Semi Finals, East and West teams will meet each
other for the first time. The Semi Finals, Final and
Third Place Playoff are 1 leg each.
Asian Super Cup - Held between the Asian Club Championship champions and the
Asian Cup Winners' Cup champions from the previous season
over 2 legs.
CONCACAF Champions Cup - CONCACAF club championship. All rounds are 1 leg.
Merconorte Cup - Held betwen teams from Mexico, the United States, Bolivia,
Peru and Colombia. Teams are placed in 4 groups of 4 teams
each. Each team plays each other 2 times for a total of 6
games in each group. Group winners advance to the Semi
Finals. The Semi Final is held over 2 legs, while the Final
is 1 leg.
Oceania Champions Cup - Oceanic club championship. Teams are placed in 2
groups of 4 teams each. Each team plays each other
once for a total of 3 games in each group. The top 2
teams in each group advance to the Semi Finals. From
there, all rounds are 1 leg each.
6) Misc. Information
Player Stats/Meanings:
Each player in the game has a wide array of attributes, most of which are
visible in the game. Most attributes range in value from 1 to 20 - 1 being the
worst rating possible for that attribute, and 20 being the highest rating
possible.
Some players have ratings of 0, meaning that the game will randomly generate
that rating. So a player with 0's for all attributes could turn out to be a
superstar, or one of the worst players in the world. Generally, however,
they'll turn out to be average.
Here are the hidden mental characteristics for players:
Adaptability - How the player adapts to living in a foreign country. For
example, a Swede playing in Italy. The higher the rating, the less likely he
is to become homesick and unhappy.
Ambition - How much ambition the player has. The higher the rating, the more
pumped up he'll be to win league titles and cups for his club.
Determination - How determined the player is to do well. This is self-
explanatory.
Loyalty - How loyal the player is to his boss. The higher the rating, the less
likely he'll be to turn on the team and demand a transfer for some reason.
Pressure - How the player performs in clutch situations. The higher the
rating, the more likely he is to shine when the chips are down.
Professionalism - How professional the player's conduct is. The higher the
rating, the less likely he's going to do anything foolish like make a rude
gesture to the crowd or strike out against his manager.
Sportsmanship - How sporting the player is. The higher the rating, the less
likely the player will be pulling stunts on the field like diving or spitting.
Temperament - How well the player keeps his temper. The higher the rating, the
less likely the player will retaliate against another player, or even punch
referees.
The following attributes determine a player's playing ability, which determines
how popular and talented he is. Note that the values of these attributes can
range from 0-200, with 0 being random, 1 being the worst possible and 200 being
the best possible. Few players will have 200 for an ability, since that would
be reserved for greats like Pele.
Current Ability - The player's current overall ability at the start of the
game.
Potential Ability - How far the player's ability can develop. There are 2
special ratings for this attribute. -1 will randomly generate that player's
Potential Ability from 120 to 200, biased towards the lower end of that scale.
In contrast, -2 will randomly generate that player's Potential Ability from 120
to 200, biased towards the higher end of that scale. So a player with -1 can
get a Potential Ability of 180 and a player with -2 can get a Potential Ability
of 125, but those aren't as likely to happen.
Home Reputation - The player's reputation in his home country. A player from
South Korea may be struggling on his team in France, but he can be regarded as
a hero in his homeland.
Current Reputation - The player's current overall reputation.
World Reputation - The player's current worldwide reputation.
The following attributes apply to all facets of a player's game. Again, all of
the attributes are scored between 0-20, with 0 being random, 1 being the worst
rating possible and 20 being the best rating possible. Ratings with an
asterisk (*) beside them mean that they're hidden on a player's info screen,
and thus not noticible during a game.
Acceleration - How quickly the player can reach top speed on a run.
Agression - How agressive the player is.
Agility - How agile the player is.
Anticipation - How well the player can anticipate events on the field.
Balance - How well the player can keep his balance after a tackle.
Bravery - How brave the player is.
(*) Consistency - How consistent the player is. The rating is multiplied by 5
to find out the chances of the player being consistent. For example, a rating
of 10 means that the player is consistent 50% of the time. To be consistent
means that the player performs to his Current Ability.
(*) Corners - How skilled the player is at taking corners.
Creativity - How creative the player can be on the field. (takes Movement into
account?)
Crossing - How skilled the player is at crossing the ball.
Decisions - How skilled the player is when it comes to making quick decisions
on the field.
(*) Dirtiness - How dirty the player is.
Dribbling - How well the player can dribble the ball.
Finishing - How well the player can finish a goal-scoring chance.
Flair - How likely the player is to do something special on the field.
(*) Free Kicks - How skilled the player is at free kicks.
Handling - Only applies to goalkeepers. How skilled the keeper is at handling
the ball.
Heading - How well the player can head the ball.
(*) Important Matches - How well the player performs in important matches.
Influence - How well the player influences his team. (takes Leadership into
account?)
(*) Injury Proneness - How prone the player is to getting injured.
Jumping - How good the player is when jumping to get the ball.
(*) Leadership - How well the player can lead his team.
(*) Left Foot - How good the player is using his left foot.
Long Shots - How good the player is at taking long shots at goal.
Marking - How well the player can mark his opponents.
(*) Movement - How well the player can move into attacking positions.
(*) Natural Fitness - The player's natural fitness level.
(*) One on Ones - Only applies to goalkeepers. How good the keeper is when
faced with a one-on-one situation.
Pace - How fast the player can run when he reaches his top speed.
Passing - How good the player is at passing.
(*) Penalties - How good the player is at taking a penalty kick.
Positioning - How good the player is at keeping a defensive position. This
rating also applies to goalkeepers.
Reflexes - Only applies to goalkeepers. How good a keeper is at making a quick
save.
(*) Right Foot - How good the player is using his right foot.
Stamina - How long the player can play before starting to tire and lose his
effectiveness.
Strength - How strong the player is physically.
Tackling - How good the player is at executing tackles.
Teamwork - How good the player is at playing as a team instead of focusing on
himself.
Technique - How good the player's ball control and overall technique is.
(*) Throw-Ins - How skilled the player is at taking throw-ins.
(*) Versatility - How good the player is in adapting his game to positions that
he normally doesn't play in.
(*) Vision - How well the player can spot players in good positions to pass to.
Work Rate - How hard the player works during a match.
Future Stars:
The following players have been given future potentials of -2 by the game. This
means that their potential is randomly generated from 120 to 200, biased
towards the higher end of that scale. Therefore, these players are likely to
become superstars, although it all depends on how they do in your game. Many
of these players are also cheap buys, and should serve you well in the future.
Don't forget that not all of these players will be loaded into your game
depending on the size of your database.
