Introduction I am Samcan. I am widening my experience in writing FAQs for of different computers and consoles. It’s a pity that some games such as this go without a guide for years to come. I hope you find the game guide information in this FAQ good to digest and aid you in your gameplay. If there's anything I missed feel free to bring it up in the Board of this game. Constructive criticism, complements and commentary are welcome. Nuf said, let's begin the FAQ. 2.) Information 2.A - SUMMARY The object of the game is to use the helicopter/submarine to destroy Dr. Grime's disguised robots, retrieve the letters they leave behind in the proper order to make the word for this level and then collect the Lander Software logo to finsh the level and acquire one of Dr. Grime's keys to his safe. Get all five keys to get Morgana's wand and win the game. 2.B - TIPS * You start the game with limited lives. Lives are lost by touching one a robot or a trap. If all the lives are lost, the game is over. * Destroying a robot leaves behind a letter and earns points. * Some robots can fire projectiles (some of which are impervious to your shots) * The word for a level is random. Make sure you familiarise it and know which letters you need. * Make sure you collect all the letters in the proper order to spell out the word for the level. If you do not spell the word out properly and try to exit the level, you will need to restart the level. * If letters get in your way you can shoot them repeatedly to move them. Otherwise if you collect the wrong one by accident, you can drop it. * Don't waste too much time. Your fuel supply is limited. If you run out, you'll have to restart the level. * If you have some fuel leftover, it will boost your score. * After you complete a level, you are required to type the level word twice. If you make two mistakes you will need to restart the level. 2.C - DIFFICULTY SETTINGS You can adjust the difficulty settings at any time. Higher difficulties earn the player more points. * LIVES - You can lives as low as 3 or as high as 15. Once a life is lost throughout gameplay, it cannot be replenished. * WALLS - If the setting is set to SAFE touching them won't lose you a life. Setting it to DEADLY however will. * ENEMIES - You can adjust the enemy speed to Low, Medium or High Speed. Higher speeds apply to not only movement but also projectile speed too as well as traps. * LETTERS - You can adjust the setting to SIMPLE if you want to collect letters in order as you shoot enemies or if you prefer the classic Amiga challenge to JUMBLED in which letters are randomly placed in areas and requires you to backtrack to get the letters in correct order. * FUEL LEVEL - You can set the fuel level to HIGH, MODERATE and LOW depending on how confident you can finish the level fast. You can also change the available words that will appear in the game. Words can be short or long, depending on how challenging you want the game. 3.) Walkthrough LEVEL 1 - Caves Take out the hornet and the spitting flower, then head downwards. There is another hornet and spitting flower. After you've taken both enemies out head to the right. Avoid the water droplets. That's a trap that cannot be shot. Shoot the mouth of the rock spitting face on the rock wall. This will make a spitting snail appear, so shoot that as well. Continue to the right. First take care of the hornet, which flies in an awkward pattern. Watch out for the mole's well-aimed projectiles and take it out at ground level in one of four holes. Make your way to the right. Shoot the fish that dives out of the lake. The fish may take multiple hits to destroy. Collect the Lander Icon if you got the letters in the proper order. LEVEL 2 - Underwater Shoot the round fish as it swims up and down. Also destroy the cannon as it fires projectiles in a straight direction. Head to the right. Carefully shoot the shark as you dodge its projectiles. Shoot the bubble shooting oyster as well. Go right. First shoot the bubble shooting green fish as it peaks above the broken column and then do to the same to the cannon on the ledge. Take the tunnel downwards. Make quick work of the oyster take care not to run into the enemy submarine. When both enemies are dealt with, go right by the upper platform. Shoot down the school of fishes and final oyster before continuing right. Eliminate the octopus and the angler fish before you collect the Lander Icon from the column (assuming you have all letters in the proper order). LEVEL 3 - City Shoot the airship. Also shoot the parrot as you avoid its well aimed projectile. Now go right. Take out the rocketeer. Don't get shot by the gunman on the condo. After you remove both enemies, head upwards. Carefully manuever yourself to a good position to shoot the building cannon while avoiding its beam. Then shoot the alien ballonist, while avoid its downward shots. Now go right. Go the right of the building and shoot both the gun cannon and the ballonist. Make your way downwards. Keep to the top so you can safely shoot the flying saucer. Watch out for the mean thundercloud's lightning bolts. After you're done, go right. Shoot the parrot and the projectile tossing building before collecting the Lander Icon on the mountain top (I assume you have all the letters in the proper order by this point). LEVEL 4 - North Pole Hover close to the treelines and shoot the snowman tossing diagonal snowballs. Also take care of the snow tossing hover alien. When that's done, head right. Stay clear of the projectiles shot by the sniper and airship as you eliminate them. Fly to the right. First shoot the snowman and then the flying saucer. The igloo cannot be destroyed, so wait for it to fire a low projectile before flying past it to the right. Carefully dodge the projectiles of the hover alien and penguin as you shoot them and go right. Quickly fly downwards, so you can shoot both the snowman to allow more space to take out the flying saucer. Keep to the right and fly upwards. Take out the two balloon troopers as they fire diagonal and vertical projectiles. When they're gone, collect the Lander Icon (You defintely have all the letters in the correct order right?). LEVEL 5 - Space Shoot the hover alien and the cyber head before you destroy the gun cannon. Fly downwards. Shoot the flying saucer. As for the space jet, try to shoot it as it ascends since its projectiles are impervious to your shots. The Grim Corp machine cannot be destroyed so dodge its rockets when going downwards. If you haven't got all the letters you need, go down-right. Otherwise go down-left. Optionally you can access an empty secret room to the right. Following the DR path, avoid the broken cannon's fire shots since it cannot be destroyed and go right. Remember that you will take inevitably take damage from the broken cannon upon backtracking. Shoot both an alien guard and hover alien. Now backtrack to the Grim Corp machine and take the other path. Following the DL path, dodge the vertical cannon's fire shots and shoot the alien sentinel. Now destroy the cannon and head to the left. Shoot the last hover alien and the alien guard. Carefully time your way past the fire spurting trap and collect the last Lander Icon (All letters are correct accounted for, yes?). 4.)
