Walkthrough for Kero Kero Keroppi's Big Adventure

Intro:
This is a walkthrough/information guide for the NES game Kero Kero 
Keroppi's Big Adventure 1. Why this game? Because there isn't a guide 
for it yet at GameFAQs, and I thought it would be a good way to get my 
feet wet in FAQ writing. This game is a relatively simple, but still 
fun, puzzle game released only in Japan, but translated a couple of 
years ago. Any questions/comments/constructive criticisms can be sent

Basic Information:
The control pad moves Kero around, A makes Kero hop one square, B is 
used to commit suicide/redo (if you have a cloud), and Start 
pauses/unpauses the game. One player can attempt all the puzzles, or 
two players can alternate turns. There are four types of stages in each 
level. The grape stages are not covered in this walkthrough because all
you have to do is follow the path. If you have trouble with the grape 
stages, there isn't much I can do for you. The apple stages are 
somewhat of a maze/find the correct path often using tunnels. In the 
pineapple stages, you must hop from lily pad to lily pad or pink pad. 
The pink pads can only be entered and exited from certain directions, 
and that direction changes every time you land on that pad. The lemon 
stages are something akin to the old ACCLAIM game Othello. You can only
move or hop onto a chip the same color as the one you are currently on.
Also, when you move to a new chip, all the chips to the left and right
will change color until reaching the same color as the chip you now 
stand on. For example, you move onto a blue chip. The chip will then 
change to orange. The chips to the left and right will also change 
from blue to orange until another (already) orange chip or a gap is 
reached. If there are no orange chips to the left and/or right, the 
chips will stay blue. Sounds complicated? It's easier to picture once 
you actually play the stage. And if you follow this walkthrough, you 
won't need to worry about what the chips are or aren't doing.

Walkthrough:
This walkthrough is complete as noted above except for the grape 
stages. This walkthrough will tell you how to collect every candy 
(bonus points), ice cream cone (more time), and heart (access to the 
bonus levels, see section near the end of this walkthrough). I didn't 
include the clouds except in rare cases for two reasons. First, they 
can usually be collected in the grape stages. And second, follow this 
walkthrough and you won't need the clouds. And most people will be 
playing this game on an emulator with save states so you'll use those 
instead of the clouds. I went through all the levels in the same 
order: grape, apple, pineapple, lemon. This is basically in order of 
toughness, from easiest to hardest, but not necessarily so. The 
walkthrough labels the stages by their number rather than fruit 
because on the later levels there are two of each fruit. The 
stage/level number is found in the upper left corner of the choose a 
stage screen, upper right within an actual stage. That said, on with 
the walkthrough.

Bonus Levels:
Although you can collect multiple hearts in the various levels, the 
hearts only appear in the stages if you do not currently have access to
the bonus stage. In order to access the bonus stage multiple times for
the same level, you must collect a heart, attempt the bonus stage, and 
then you can collect another and try the stage again. In addition, the
bonus stage is always the same for each of the levels, not matter how 
many hearts you collect for that level. The numbers below represent the
starting path to choose in order to "beat" the bonus levels. 1 is the 
left most starting block, 4 is the right most.
