Mullins(CMull11217@aol.com)                                           Version  1.0    This is the sequel to Quiz Daisousa Sen, the quiz game detective game.  SNK(without Moby Dick productions) made it, and this FAQ has some parts from my Quiz Daisousa Sen FAQ, as many aspects of the two are the same.  Now, on with the FAQ! --------------------------------------------------------- 1. Any past versions, or people to thank? 2. Gimme all the options, and how the game plays.... 3. Time Slip Love Scenario 4. Space Hunter Scenario 5. Strategies --------------------------------------------------------- 1. Any past versions, or people to thank?                No past versions yet, but unless this FAQ is indeed complete, there will be. I'd like to thank my little brother for helping me complete the game. If anyone would like to contribute, please e-mail me your contributions, and I'll credit you here.  Thanks! ---------------------------------- 2. Gimme all the options, and how the game plays.......       Okay, I'll try.  There are 2 scenarios in the game(Space Hunter, Time Slip Love), 2 heroes (Neo McDonald and Geo Kentacky), and when you select a scenario, you determine difficulty right before it.           A=Easy           B=Medium           C=Hard           D=MVS (between Medium and Hard)       You have 3 continues to beat the game, but in two-player mode, you work together, always. Each player starts out with 3 life bars per continue as well.  Every time you get a question wrong, you lose one life bar, and if you get it right, it remains the same.         While a question scrolls on the screen, you have to choose the correct answer, by pressing the corresponding button.  The person you face, holds up 5 fingers, which count down to zero after the question scrolls once.  If you get one wrong, the person will laugh hysterically at you, but if you get it right, the person will look dumbfounded or straight-faced.          Above the area where the question scrolls on the screen, is where there are empty-bars waiting to be filled.  One question equals one bar filled.  Different people require different amounts of right answers to pass. Also, each question is worth 500 points, and when you beat a person, you get 1000 points per answered question.       Now, before you face someone, now you have the opportunity to buy various items, such as:    One Extra Life Bar            1500$    Change Category                300$    Each answer worth 2            500$    3 answers per question         300$    2 answers per question        1000$    Pick Category                  300$    ???                           3000$          There are seven random "mini-scenarios" to go through, and a Jeopardy-like part as well, which I'll describe right now. ACCIDENT scenarios don't further you along in the story, and are random.       "SCORPIONS"--Only Slot Quiz and the rapid press one, are ACCIDENT ones. This one invloves a magnate of sorts, and you have to save yourself and Geo(hanging on a rope) from being torn to pieces by a giant scorpion.  In order to win, you need to answer 5 consecutive questions right, or something like 3 correct, one wrong, and 3 correct will do. Well, if you get one wrong, each one will move you closer to the scorpion.      "RAPID PRESS"--This involves a policewoman(and, in another case, two space policemen), and in order to ring in to answer ? questions right(not consecutively), you need to rapidly press the button you want to choose for your answer.  It's not as hard as it seems.      "PUNCH THUGS OUT"--You have to beat up two thugs, and in order to do so, you need to punch them three times, which means getting three questions right.  1 question wrong will mean you get punched.      "SLOT QUIZ"--Just like a slot machine, you press A, B, and C, to stop each part, then a random question will be given.      "BINGO"--3 questions each row, in three rows, the objective is to get 3 questions answered in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal row.      "YES OR NO"--You have to answer a number of questions in 60 seconds, questions are connsummated with either YES or NO answers.      "MATCH PUZZLE"--The hardest to figure out, there are 16 squares in each puzzle, and you must mark off one after another(mark, then skip, then mark). The answers seem to be completely random on this as well.      "JEOPARDY"--- Like the game show, when a TV screen comes up, almost always will you play interactive "Jeopardy" to get farther in the game.  You need 8 points to pass.       There are 16 questions, 4 one point, 4 two point, 4 three point, and 4 four point questions on each "Jeopardy" board. All you need is 8 points, so if you get a four-point question, you get 4 points, or 4 regular questions.  Fun, isn't it?     Well, I hope that does it for you.  Now, on with the scenario! ------------------------------------- 3. Strategies   There are some strategies to beat this game, as follows:   1. Use two players as often as possible in this game, as two people working together is always better than one.   2. There seems to be a button pattern to questions.  If you see "D" answers one after another(2 in a row), you press "D", then there is a 75% chance to get it right.  Then, pick the letter above, or below it, for the next answer, and that is a 75% chance also.   3. Sometimes, about 60% of the time, the weirdest looking, and longest answer will be right.   4. A legit button pattern seems to be found, and it cycles through the game.  It is the following: D, D, A, D, B, D, C, C, A.......    This cycles through the scenarios about three times, by the way. ---------------------------------------- That's about it for now, I hope you enjoy this FAQ, and this great seguel to as great game.
