The exact nature of said curse will be determined by a spin of the "Wheel o' Curses", with two spins being conducted on Wednesdays, and the 17th day of each month.. Credit: Tim Jost (pink999@my-dejanews.com)- Wrote the first N64 NJP2 FAQ. Besides being an invaluable general FAQ, it also contains a character guide for Lyger. This FAQ's format is a modified version of Tim's. Well kids, everyone wants FAQ's for this game, yet no one wants to seem to write one. Well after Tim's, this makes number two. I'm probably not going to do more than two or three of these, so the rest of you NJP2 fans are going to have to either chip in, or be berefit of FAQ's. As for this FAQ, unless someone points out a noticeable mistake, it will not need any updating. If you do find a mistake, or want to write me for some odd reason or another, my e-mail is listed above. Note: I'm not on AOL by choice. Just had to say that :) About Kendo Ka Shin- Kendo Ka Shin is truly Mr. Submission. I've never seen so many ways to get an armbar or kneebar on somebody. He's also got some pretty cool unorthodox moves, most of those involving submissions as well. Particularly noteworthy moves include his rolling cradles, top-rope clotheslines, nasty lower body submissions, and my personal favorite, the middle-rope super flying arm-bar. Say that 52 times fast! No wait, don't. That would be stupid. Note on move names: Although I enjoy pro wrestling, I am a huge fan of and competitor in MMA (Mixed Martial-Arts) competition (UFC, Pancrase, Vale-Tudos, Shooto, HookNShoot, Extreme Challenge, etc). As such, I tend to use a move's MMA name over the pro wrestling version, when the two are different. The exception to that are moves involving rear chokes. Instead of the MMA version: Guarded Full-Rear Choke or Guarded Rear Naked Choke, I prefer Fallaway Sleeper or Fallaway Choke. Brevity is good. Despite studying boxing, muay-thai, and submission wrestling, there are still some very funky moves in this game that I can't put a proper name too. These have a (?) after them. If you have the "official" name, or a better one, then by all means send it to me. Also: If a character doesn't have moves in a certain set, such as "Inside to Outside Attacks, Far Rope", then they are not listed. Period. Also: You may have noticed that this faq doesn't cover any overly basic info such as controller layout, positioning for the different move sets, what Z+A means, etc. If you have any difficulties with the aforementioned topics, please see Tim's excellent general faq.
