If you're reading this, you probably know what it is, so I don't need to explain. I've been playing this game for over a year now, and I've gotten very good with Ryuhi, so I'm going to share my knowledge - Strategies, Combos, Equipment, and all, with you, so that you can use him just as good as I do ^^ Ryuhi is a kicking master - The strength of almost all of his attacks come from his powerfull legs and deadly feet. He sadly has only 1 move that is considered to be a throw - A simple chest-chop attack called the Toshin Sotai, and even that isn't that great. He also has no attacks to hit downed opponents, like Suzaku and Powers, but none-the-less he is a great fighter. Ryuhi's Secret Busters are powerfull, but, sadly, they also are almost always dodged by opponents - You have to master the timing before they become of any use. Ryuhi is the 'hero' of Flying Dragon. He also appears, almost identically, in Virutal Hiryu mode. (NOTE: Power is based on a 16 Power [Mine] against a Defense of 0. It is how much of the 200 health an opponent has the move will take off if the stats match those above [Which is rare]) -=-=-=-=-=- -4.1) Basic Techniques Punch Punch Basic Punch, Middle Power: 2 Kick Kick Basic Kick, High Power: 22 Chouchu -> Punch Elbow attack, Middle Power: 12 Tokyaku -> Kick Upwards kick, Middle. Target goes into air. Good for starting combos Power: 17 Squat Punch \/ Punch Basic Punch, Low Power: 2 Sotai \/ Kick Leg Sweep, Low. Can't be blocked Super Kinryuha 1 Secret Buster \/ -> CLeft Attack: Blast of energy right in front of Ryuhi (Like Gengai's Buster in Virtual Mode) Power: 36, 9, 9, 9 (63 Total) Note: It's got a short range, but it still does some damage even if blocked. If the opponent tries to jump it, does more damage Unlocked with: #151 Dragon Scroll Vol. 2 - Get Perfects and don't use Continues during tournaments High Speed Hiryu No Ken 1 Secret Buster -> CLeft Attack: Faster version of the Hiryu no Ken Power: 102 Note: Since it's faster, it's more likely to hit, but only use it when the target is right in front of you - He'll move to jump, but as he lands, he'll get hit Unlocked with: #150 Dragon Scroll Vol. 1 - Get Perfects and don't use Continues during tournaments Real Hiryu No Ken 2 Secret Busters /\ CLeft Attack: Dashes straight towards opponent, and if it hits, turns in mid- air and comes back to hit again Power: 62, 132 (194 Total) Note: You have to do this when the target is just getting up, or else they'll jump it. However, if it hits, the power of this is the strongest of all of Ryuhi's Secret Busters... Any NORMAL Character - Believe it or not, one strategy fits all with Ryuhi - Kill them with combo attacks. Jump in, pull a Combo, wait for them to start to get up, jump in, combo again... Platinum Shouryu - This is a bit difficult, but you DON'T need the Prevent Treasure thingy. Use Leg-sweeps and the Ryuoukyaku (/\ CDown) to knock him out as well, reducing your vulneurability Platinum RoboNoHana - Although, with this guy, it always helps to have the Prevention Treasure, Mr. Virus, you don't need it. Instead, you can just do the following pattern - Jump back, Kinryuha (Fireball), jump back, Kinryuha, etc., and when he gets close, jump over him Platinum Hayato - No, you DEFINATELY don't need the Prevention Treasure! Use normal strategy against him, just don't focus too much on the Combo attacks - They don't work on him if you don't have the P.T. Platinum Powers - Actually, although nearly NO combos work on this guy, jump in and use your Toshin Sotai (CDown when close), then jump away. Pretty easy Platinum Ryuhi - Fight him like normal, just be a bit more carefull - he's got a LOT higher attack then what you normally face... Platinum Wiler - You can't use your C Buttons against him unless you have the Prevention Treasure, so you'll have to improvise - Use the Chuochu (-> Kick) to get him up in the air, then something like the Combo 5 or Ryuga Renkyaku (Use the alternate method - <- -> Kick Kick Kick) Platinum Yuka - Keep attacking her, don't back off for ANY REASON! Her Secret Buster, which is like a Ring of Genie, will hit you even if you're on the ground, and takes off a good chunk of health - To keep her from using it, you'll need to keep her constantly busy Platinum Suzaku - Don't worry about defending too much, but make it a quick battle - Especially if you get poisoned!! Platinum Bokuchin - Oh, this guy's annoying if you don't have the Prevention Treasure - He comes back to life 9 times. Of course, it's not as bad as Shin Ryumaou 2... Anyway, just keep attacking him and don't let him attack back Platinum Ryumaou - You probably won't fight this guy unless you try to take on the Ryumaou Tournament before you have the other 9 medals. Either way, just fight him like you did Metal Hayato - He has the same Genei Ability, thanks to a Robe of Vision... Shin Ryumaou 1 - >< This guy's tough. He has Metal Wiler's ALL PREVENT and Hayato's GENEI, but he's not too hard, really. Fight him like Metal Wiler. In other words, keep smashing him with Combo 5 and the Chouchu Shin Ryumaou 2 - *Spits* Oh, crud. This is THE hardest enemy in the game as Ryuhi. He's got Bokuchin's IMMORTALITY and Powers' V4 POWER. The only way I've found is to carry a recovery or two, and do this - Jump in, do the Toshin Sotai (CDown when close), jump back. This will eventually wear all his life down Shin Ryumaou 3 - Suddenly very easy after the rest. His only ability is the "Super Akukan Jigoku" - Super Hell something-or-other - I think it might be 'Hell Blast' or something to that effect. If you see him start to do something like laugh, stay away or it'll do some heavy damage. Other then that, he's the easiest of the Shin Ryumaou - The Darkness Medal is yours after beating him, allowing you to use Metal Ryuhi!! -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- 7) Ryuhi's Conversations The Conversations are taken RIGHT FROM THE ALBUM IN THE GAME! These are what the characters say to each other, including the Hidden Conversations. PS: I'll get the 'Shin Ryumaou' convos in the next update. I doubt I'll be able to get the 'Last Round of Tournament' conversations, since they're not included in the Album... >_< It's arranged like this...
