It is an action/adventure/RPG game that lasts a couple hours. Your goal is to play as Rento as he wanders the light world, fighting monsters and bosses, and eventually to defeat the evil Devin The Demonlord. This is a fun little game, but can be rather tough if you're not prepared. Infact it's tougher than it's counterpart Fantasy Warrior 2: Evil. However to get the full story, you should play Fantasy Warrior 2: Evil. Think you have what it takes, go for it! ---------------------- D: |About This Walkthrough| ---------------------- Several times throughout the walkthrough I will probably repeat myself. A few times would possibly be necessary, such as a Boss guide, as well as a few other things. Sometimes I do this without even realizing it, and sometimes I do it to make it easier for people to find what they are looking for on this walkthrough. This guide, like others, is described on how I played/beat the game. You have your methods as do I. This is just my way of doing it. The Experience shown shows how much you need to get to the next level. Also when you get to the next level, your Experience you gain will continue to climb instead of reset back to zero (like some RPGs). Also when you max out your stats, you can still continue to gain Experience from battles, but it won't mean anything. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| ----------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------- SECTION 2: |WALKTHROUGH| ----------- ---------------------- A: |Before The Walkthrough| ---------------------- 1. There are two "merchants" in this game, which both are in the village area. One, which is found just east of where you started off at, will offer Elixers Of Life 10 Gold Coins each, but you can only carry 3 at one time. Before each task, it is best to buy all 3 Elixers Of Life so you'll have backup just incase. The other, which is the nearby blacksmith, will offer to upgrade your sword twice, making them much stronger. The first time will be for 150 Gold Coins, and the second time will be for 500 Gold Coins. 2. Once you complete a dungeon, you can not go back into it, so make sure you get all the items within the dungeon. The only exception for this is Dungeon #07: Forest Dungeon. 3. As you can probably guess, I've made maps for this game, which can be found on the FAQ Listing page. Refer to those to help you get around the entire game a bit more easily. 4. When in battle, you may face different kinds of enemies in one battle. The best strategy to use when fighting is to take out the easiest monster first. This is a list of all 8 monsters in order from easiest to hardest: Rattlings > Red Spiders > Boomerang Rattlings > Electro Wisps > Spiked Cyclops > Zombie Soliders > Armored Knight > Ice Teleportes ------------------------------- B: |Day 1 - The Adventure Continues| ------------------------------- TASK #01: GETTING STARTED ITEMS: None You appear in the back corner of a basement, ready to make right what you did wrong, which is to seal away Devin The Demonlord. For this task, you start off in DUNGEON #01. DUNGEON #01: DUKE'S BASEMENT ITEMS: Elixer Of Life, Thunderhammer From where you are, head south and Rento will tell you that you must kill all the Rattlings that are lurking in the basement. Oh look, a Rattling, I guess you should kill it. Go up and defeat it, and the barrier nearby will be gone. After that, head east to find an ELIXER OF LIFE and the THUNDER HAMMER (a decent secondary weapon which will cause shockwaves once used). Get them and the nearby barrier will be gone. Now head north through there to find another Rattling. Defeat it, and the barrier will be gone. Then go through the doorway and you will have completed this dungeon. You are now on the Overworld! Right next to where you are is the Duke, Keir, who will commend you on cleaning out the basement. Continue talking to him, to learn of your next task. ----------------------------------------------------------------- TASK #02: FETCHING THE PAPER ITEMS: News Report, 2 Bags Of 10 Gold For this task, Keir will tell you to go and find a report from the watchtower to the north, he will pay you 10 Gold. So with that, you should be in Area [C2], so from there, head east until you reach the well in the middle. From there, head north and before you go through the north entrance, head west all the way to the corner to find a BAG OF 10 GOLD. Now head back to the north entrance and go through it. You should now be in Area [C1]. Upon entering here, simply head northeast of your location to find the watchtower. Talk to him to get the NEWS REPORT, which only contains bad news (typical). Now head back down to Area [C2], and once there, head over to Keir to give him the report. Once you get there, receive the BAG OF 10 GOLD that he gives you, then talk to him for your next task. ----------------------------------------------------------------- TASK #03: RATTLINGS IN THE FIELD ITEMS: Bag Of 10 Gold For this task, Keir will read the report saying that monsters have invaded the east side, and for you to take them out. Your reward will be 10 Gold. So with that, simply head east all the way to the otherside, and go through the east entrance, which will take you to Area [D2]. Once here, there are three Rattlings spread throughout the field, so take them all out one at a time (perfect time to use the Thunderhammer), and you will be at Level 2. Once you have taken them all out, head back to Area [C2]. Once there, head back to Keir to receive a BAG OF 10 GOLD. Talk to him, and he will say that you have proven your valor and to rest up and explore the land tomorrow. And with that, the screen will darken up, showing the sun is going down. Rento rests up as the dead roams, but the sun will come up again, which results in the end of Day 1. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------- C: |Day 2 - Exploring The Lands| --------------------------- TASK #04: SEEKING OUT THE EARTH WIZARD ITEMS: Erik's Bones, 2 Bags Of 10 Gold Start off this new day by talking to Keir to learn of your next task. He will see that you are seeking out the Earth Wizard, so he told the watchmen to let you through (good thing!). So with that, head east, then north through the north entrance to Area [C1]. Once here, head north then through the west opening. Out here are three Rattlings scattered about, so take them all out (you'll be at Level 3 then). After that, make your way to the far southwest corner of this area to find a doorway. Enter it to find the Earth Wizard. Go up and talk to him and he will see that you released Devin The Demonlord (word travels fast) and that his trust comes with a price. He instructs you to seek out Erik The Explorer's bones so that he can make his potion. So with that, leave here, and back on the Overworld, go north then west through the west entrance. In here is a giant maze, so listen up on how to get through it. Head south, then west to the entrance of the maze (there is a Rattling here, so take it out). Now from the entrance, head west and soon north and follow the path to the 3-way. From there, head west and continue following the path all the way to the end to find a BAG OF 10 GOLD. After that, head back to the previous 3-way, then back to the entrance of the maze. This time, head east then north, and then follow the path all the way around and you will eventually come to a 3-way. From there, head west and north to get the BAG OF 10 GOLD. Back to the 3-way, follow the path north then west to the next 3-way. From there, head south then west and follow the path alll the way to the end. Soon you will come across ERIK'S BONES. With that, make your way back through the maze to the entrance (you can do this easily). Now head back to Area [C1], then down to the Earth Wizard. Enter the cave and go talk to the Earth Wizard for your next task. ----------------------------------------------------------------- TASK #05: SEARCHING FOR A NEW WEAPON ITEMS: None For this task, the Earth Wizard will tell you that while he works with the bones, for you to go find a better weapon, mroe specifically a magical bow, which can be found in Hallow Woods. So where is it, well head outside of the cave, then head over to where the south entrance is (by the watchmen), and go through it to Area [C2]. Once back here, head down to the middle well, then go east all the way to the otherside. Once there, go through the east entrance, taking you to Area [D2]. Once here, head all the way to the otherside of this area along the south fencing. When you get to the Rattling, take it out then head back west along the southside of the fencing. Following this pathway will take you to a dungeon entrance. This is DUNGEON #02. DUNGEON #02: HALLOW ROOTS ITEMS: Elixer Of Life, Silver Bow This is a rather simple dungeon to get through. From the starting point, head south, then west and and north to the 3-way. From here, go west, taking out the Red Spider and follow the path to the next 3-way. From this one, head west then north and follow the pathway all the way to the end. Up here, you will find an ELIXER OF LIFE and a Rattling (take it out). After that, head back to the previous 3-way, and once there head east to the next 3-way. From this 3-way, head north and around the corner, taking out the next Red Spider. Now you should see a big hole in the ground. You'll see these throughout other dungeons, and it looks like you can go in it, but you can't so keep this in mind. Anyways, after taking out the Red Spider, the nearby barrier will open, so go through it then around the next corner to find a Rattling. Defeat it and the nearby barrier will be gone, revealing the SILVER BOW (a useless secondary item). Grab it, then make your way back to the entrance and go through it, which will complete this dungeon. You should now be back on the Overworld. With that, head east to the otherside, then north and west and continue going west through the west entrance, taking you back to Area [C2]. Now once here, head to the north entrance, going back to Area [C1]. Once here, simply head back to the Earth Wizard and talk to him for your next task. ----------------------------------------------------------------- TASK #06: HUNTING FOR MUSHROOMS ITEMS: Bone Key, Onyx Shard For this task, the Earth Wizard will have created the BONE KEY for you. With it, use it to gain access to the Rattling Cave which is to the west, and steal the magical mushrooms. So with that, leave the cave, then head north and through the west entrance. You should now be in Area [B1]. Once here, head south, then west to the otherside. Go through the new opening and continue going north to the west entrance, which you will go through. You should now be in Area [A1]. With that, head west to the trees then go north and west. There are a couple Rattlings here, so take them out and go into the dungeon entrance (you should be at Level 5). This is DUNGEON #03. DUNGEON #03: RATTLING CAVE ITEMS: Bag Of 10 Gold, Elixer Of Life, Mushrooms Upon entering this cave, head east then north to find a Boomerang Rattling. These take a bit more to defeat. After fighting this one, head west to the 3-way to find another one. Take that out and the barrier will be gone, but for now head west and follow the path south to find a BAG OF 10 GOLD. Grab that, then head back to the 3-way and go north to the next 3-way. Avoid the Boomerang Rattlign and go east and follow the path all the way to the end to find an ELIXER OF LIFE and a Boomerang Rattling (take it out). Now head back to the previous 3-way, take out this Boomerang Rattling and the barrier will be gone. Head north and follow the path all the way to the end to see another Boomerang Rattling. Take it out and head into the doorway, leading tot he Boss Chamber. Upon entering here, you will see the Rattling King, who won't give up his mushrooms. Get ready for a boss fight! BOSS #01: RATTLING KING HP: 30 EXP: 45 GOLD: 50 LEVEL: 5 ITEM: Mushrooms Here's how this fight will setup. The Rattling King will roam around the area, stopping only to shoot out energy blasts at you, which will do some good damage. This fight is rather simple though. Your best bet to fight him, is to use your Thunderhammer to paralyze him, then strike at him a couple times, run away and go at it again. Repeat this process several times, and he will be defeated. And with that boss gone, you will receive the MUSHROOMS. After getting those, the nearby barrier will be gone, so go through the door which will complete this dungeon. You will be back on the Overworld. And with that, head east and follow the path around the trees and go through the east entrance taking you back to Area [B1]. Once here, head south, then east, then north through the east entrance going back to Area [C1]. Once here, head south and head back to see the Earth Wizard. He will notice you have the Mushrooms so he will keep his promise. He tells you that to defeat Devin you must wear the Onyx Crown. He tells you the Water Wizard lives in the marshes, which is who you should see next. After that, you will receive an ONYX SHARD. And with that, the screen will darken up, showing the sun is going down. Rento rests up as the dead roams, but the sun will come up again, which results in the end of Day 2. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------ D: |Day 3 - Tredding Through The Marshes| ------------------------------------ TASK #07: FINDING THE MIRROR SHIELD ITEMS: Sword Upgrade, 3 Bags Of 10 Gold Start off this new day by back in the village. For this next task, head over to Duke Keir, and he will tell you the whereabouts of the Water Wizard, but he hasn't visited the village in forever (what a shut in). He then mentions of a hermit who may know what has happened. So with that, let's go find the hermit. But first, head east to the well, and talk to the guy northeast of there. This is the blacksmith, and make sure you have 150 Gold on you, so that he can give you a SWORD UPGRADE. Now head south through the south entrance. You should now be in Area [C3], and once here, you will see a man right next to the entrance. Talk to him (he's the hermit obviously) and he will say that the way to the Water Wizard has been blocked by a seal placed by Medusa. The only way to defeat her is with the Mirror Shield which is in the Old Ruins. So with that, it's time to head to the Old Ruins! From where you are, head south, defeating the Red Spiders scattered throughout here. Take note that in the northeast corner of this area is a BAG OF 10 GOLD. After that, head to the south entrance, and go through it. You should now be in Area [C4]. Right away, head east to the corner then go south to find a Floating Wisp and a BAG OF 10 GOLD. After taking that out, head north a bit then go west all the way to the otherside to find a Red Spider and another Floating Wisp. Take them out and before going through the west entrance, grab the BAG OF 10 GOLD which can be found directly above there (walk around the tree to get it). Now head through the west entrance. You should now be in Area [B4]. Upon here, head south following the brick path until you see the Floating Wisp. Take it out and go north a bit and find another Floating Wisp. Go up to it, take it out and enter the dungeon you see. This is DUNGEON #04. DUNGEON #04: OLD RUINS ITEMS: 2 Bags Of 10 Gold, Elixer Of Life, Mirror Shield Now this is a rather extensive dungeon, so be ready. From the starting point, head west then north to the 3-way. From there, head west and follow the path to the end. You will find a Spiked Cyclops (these are tough) and a BAG OF 10 GOLD. After that, head back to the 3-way and then head east, following the long path north to find another Spiked Cyclops. Take it out and the nearby barrier will be gone. After that, head west and follow the path all the way to the next 3-way. Along the way is another Spiked Cyclops, so take that out and another nearby barrier will be gone. From the 3-way, head east then south to find a BAG OF 10 GOLD, so get that and back to the 3-way. Once back there, head west then north and follow the path to the next 3-way. There's a Spiked Cyclops east of there, but you're goal is to head north and continue following the path to the next 3-way. Once there, head north (taking out the Spiked Cyclops) and you'll find an ELIXER OF LIFE. Get that, then head back to the previous 3-way, and take the south path, taking out another Spiked Cyclops. A nearby barrier will be gone, so after that, simply follow the path all the way to the end (another Spiked Cyclops will be here). Enter the door you see, which will take you to the Boss Chamber. Inside you will see an Electro Wisp who will destroy anyone who dare takes their treasure. Get ready for another boss fight! BOSS #02: 4 ELECTRO WISPS HP: 100 EXP: 60 GOLD: 15 LEVEL: 8 ITEM: Mirror Shield First off, the stats listed are the total of all four. Now this fight is just like fighting the Floating Wisps, only these are a bit more stronger and there are four of them. They basically float around, shooting out energy blasts at you. Since there are four of them, it's best to use divide and conquer on them plus the Thunderhammer. This might pose as a challenge, but not overly tough. Soon you will have these boss defeated. After defeating the boss, you will then be presented with your reward, the MIRROR SHIELD! This semi-useful secondary weapon will create a temporary shield around you, which can be used offensively and defensively. Grab than and head through the north doorway, which will complete this dungeon. You are now back on the Overworld. Breathe a sigh of relief as you have completed this task. ----------------------------------------------------------------- TASK #08: SEEKING THE WATER WIZARD ITEMS: Onyx Shard For this next task, well I will tell you what that is, find the Water Wizard! From where you are, make your way to the east entrance and go through it, back to Area [C4]. Once here, follow the brick path east a short ways and then head south through a recently opened path. Continue following that path through the south entrance and you will be in Area [C5]. In here are some Floating Wisps floating around (get it?). Take these out then head towards the southeast corner of this area. From there, head directly west and slightly north to find a dungeon entrance, which you will enter. This is DUNGEON #05. DUNGEON #05: SWAMP CAVE ITEMS: Elixer Of Life For this dungeon, it's a bit straightforward. So from the starting point, head either east or west (you'll end up at the same place either way) all the way around, and you will see a Spiked Cyclops. Take it out, and the nearby barrier will be gone. Go through it to see a Floating Wisp, so take that out too. After that, go west to find another Floating Wisp. Take that out then continue the path till you get to a 3-way (there is a Floating Wisp far east if you want to take it out). From the 3-way, head north then east to the next one, then go north from that. Another Floating Wisp is here, so take it out and the nearby barrier will be gone. With that, continue going east and follow the path all the way to find a Spiked Cyclops. Take it out, the nearby barrier will be gone, so go west until you reach a doorway. Now don't go in it quite yet, instead continue going west to find an ELIXER OF LIFE and a Floating Wisp. After that, head back to the doorway and enter it, taking you to the Boss Chamber. Inside is Medusa, who says that you will make a marvelous statue when her venom turns you to stone. Get ready for another boss fight! BOSS #03: MEDUSA HP: 65 EXP: 72 GOLD: 60 LEVEL: 10 ITEM: None Now this will be a tough fight! Medusa will roam around rather quickly, and will shoot out several energy blasts which will do some serious damage if they hit. You were told earlier that the Mirror Shield will help you defeat her, but forget that. The strategy here is simply use your Thunderhammer to paralyze her, hit her a couple times and run away. Repeat the strategy I told you for about 4 or so rounds and she will be defeated. And with the boss defeated, you get nothing (I know, what a rip-off). Anyways, head through the north doorway which will complete this dungeon. Back on the Overworld, simply head south then west to find another dungeon entrance. Enter it to find the Water Wizard. Go up and talk to him to learn that Medusa turned him to stone, but by defeating Medusa the spell was broken. To show his appreciation, the Water Wizard will give you his piece of the ONYX SHARD. He tells you to beware of a female vampire, that is also looking for the shards. He then instructs you to go seek the Fire Wizard, who is in the Wastelands. He says you will need the Amulet Of Fire to get in, but the Downcast King has it, who lives in the Forgotten Palace. And with that, the screen will darken up, showing the sun is going down. Rento rests up as the dead roams, but the sun will come up again, which results in the end of Day 3. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------- E: |Day 4 - Staring Evil In The Face| -------------------------------- TASK #09: ACQUIRING THE AMULET OF FIRE ITEMS: 2 Bags Of 10 Gold Start off this new day by back in the village. For this next task, you are to find the Forgotten Palace and retreive the Amulet Of Fire from the Downcast King. Duke Keir will tell you that it is in the forest to the east. So with that, head east all the way to the otherside and go through the east entrance. You should now be in Area [D2], and once here, simply head east to the otherside and go through the east entrance here (taking out the Rattling if you like). You will now be in Area [E2], and upon entering here, you will see a Zombie Solider. These guys can be a pain, but not too much, so take it out. Continue following the brick path and you'll see another Zombie Solider and a BAG OF 10 GOLD. After that, continue following the brick path south (amongst the trees is another Zombie Solider). At the end of the brick path you should notice a south entrance between the trees. Go through that and you'll be in Area [E3]. Here there will be a few Zombie Soliders scattered around, but they aren't important. So instead, head west all the way to the otherside to find a BAG OF 10 GOLD and a Zombie Solider (okay one is in the way). Take it out and continue going south to find a dungeon entrance, which you will enter. This is DUNGEON #06. DUNGEON #06: FORGOTTEN PALACE ITEMS: Bag Of 30 Gold, Elixier Of Life, Amulet Of Fire This is a fairly challenging dungeon so keep your guard up. From the starting point, head either east or west (won't matter) all the way around to the northside. There are Zombie Soliders on both sides, so be ready. After that, you should be at a 4-way. From there, head west and follow the path all the way and you will find a BAG OF 30 GOLD (the only one in the game) and a Zombie Solider. After that, back to the 4-way, then go north and follow that path all the way to find an ELIXER OF LIFE and another Zombie Solider. After that, back to the 4-way and this time go east and follow the path until you reach another Zombie Solider. Defeat that and the nearby barrier will be gone. Continue following the path and you will reach a 3-way and a Zombie Solider. Take it out and the nearby barrier will be gone. From the 3-way, going west will take you to another Zombie Solider, but east is what you want. Do so and follow the path and you'll find a doorway, leading to the Boss Chamber. You will be face to face with the Downcast King who laughs at your attempts of reaching him. Get ready for another boss fight! BOSS #04: DOWNCAST KING HP: 100 EXP: 90 GOLD: 70 LEVEL: 12 ITEM: Amulet Of Fire Now this fight will be very tough. His attacks will consist of creating an energy barrier around him as he walks (which will lower after a few seconds), which will hurt. He will also teleport as well as shoot out purple energy blasts, so these are what you should avoid. Best strategy, you can use the Thunderhammer to paralyze him, but his barrier will still be in motion and then strike at him and run. You could also use the Silver Bow from a distance, but this way will take way long to do (if you get a shot in). After about 8 or 9 rounds of this, he should be defeated. After that, you will be rewarded with the AMULET OF FIRE, which you can use to enter the Wastelands, thus completing this dungeon. Just then, Devin appears and says the amulet won't help you, and blasts you taking you down to 0 HP. And with that, the screen will darken up, showing the sun is going down. Rento rests up as the dead roams, but the sun will come up again, which results in the end of Day 4. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------- F: |Day 5 - The Firey Journey In The Wastelands| ------------------------------------------- TASK #10: SIDE QUEST FOR THE MAGICAL ARMOR ITEMS: Sword Upgrade, Magical Armor, Bag Of 10 Gold Start off this new day by back in the village. For this next task, you will see a familiar person ahead of you. Go up to that person to see that it's Rento's sister! She tells you that after the heavy attack, Pegasus Rider brought you back to the village and she healed you. She tells you that he is off to find the vampiress and that you should find the Fire Wizard. But first, a rather important side-quest. So with that, from where you are head east to the blacksmith from earlier and if you have 500 Coins, talk to him to get a SWORD UPGRADE so it will be very strong. After that, head north through the north entrance and you will be in Area [C1]. Up here, take out the Rattlings running around if you like, then make your way to and then through the west entrance. You should be in Area [B1], and once here, simply head south, then west (take out the Rattling) then north and through the west entrance. You should now be in Area [A1], and once here, head west and north around the trees. Take out the Rattling here, then go south into the small maze. The barrier from before is gone, so you can go into this area. Once into the new area, go east to the 3-way then go north then east and follow the path. Along the way is a BAG OF 10 GOLD, so get that, then go into the nearby dungeon entrance. This is DUNGEON #07. DUNGEON #07: FOREST DUNGEON ITEMS: Magical Armor This dungeon is extremely simple to get through, despite the enemies. From the starting point, head west and just follow the path all the way around till you reach the end. It's a very long path filled with Ice Teleporters. Once you make it to the end, take out the third Ice Teleporter and the nearby barrier will be gone. After that, go through there and you will see the MAGICAL ARMOR. After getting that, simply make your way back around to the starting point. Go through the doorway and you will have completed this dungeon. Now you could go back into the dungeon (why I dunno), but it would be pointless, so don't bother. If you're at Level 13, then you're doing good! With that, it's time to move onto the next task. ----------------------------------------------------------------- TASK #11: FINDING THE FIRE WIZARD ITEMS: Elixer Of Life, Elixer Of Life (after dungeon) You should now be just outside of the previous dungeon, so make your way out of the small maze and head through the east entrance, going back to Area [B1]. Once here, simply make your way over to the east entrance and go through it. You should now be in Area [C1], and here, head to the south entrance (you should know where to go). Go through the entrance, and you will be in Area [C2]. Once here, head over to the east entrance and go through it. You should now be in Area [D2], and here, head east through the east entrance (taking out the Rattling). You should now be in Area [E2], and once here, follow the brick path all the way around (there will be a Zombie Solider) to the southeast corner. Now go through the small south entrance between the trees. You should now be in Area [E3] and once here head directly south to the southeast corner, then go west to the otherside (there will be more Zombie Soliders for you). Once in the southwest corner, head through the south entrance and you will be in Area [E4]. Once here, head south then make your way east (Zombie Soliders here), and soon you'll see an ELIXER OF LIFE. From there, head south and go through the west entrance you see. You should now be in Area [F4]. Once here, head up the ramp and then continue going east until you find a dungeon entrance. Go in it and you will see the Fire Wizard. Talk to him to learn that the vampiress Vera has got to him first and that she took his shards and is heading for Devin. He then says he can help you get there, but he needs Sulfur first for his spell which can be found in the Fire Pit. So with that, head back out to the Overworld, and from the cave, head south down the ramp and then go east and north a bit. Now if you go north some more, there will be another Elixer Of Life, but ignore that for now. Instead head through the east entrance, and you will be in Area [G4]. Upon entering here, head north all the way and you will find an Armored Knight (kinda tough). After that, head east then south and keep following the path all the way around, finding more Armored Knights. Soon you will come to a dungeon entrance, which you will go into. This is DUNGEON #08. DUNGEON #08: FIRE PIT ITEMS: Bag Of 10 Gold, 2 Elixers Of Life, Sulfur Here we go with a tough dungeon. From the starting point, head west and follow the path to the 3-way, then go west taking out the Ice Teleporter to the next 3-way. From there, head south and follow the path to receive a BAG OF 10 GOLD. Now go back to the previous 3-way, then head west and north all the way, taking out another Ice Teleporter until you reach the next 3-way. From there, head west to find an ELIXER OF LIFE. After that, head back to the previous 3-way then once there, head east and follow the path to the next 3-way, taking out yet another Ice Teleporter along the way. From the 3-way, head east to find another ELIXER OF LIFE, then back to the previous 3-way. Now head south to find another Ice Teleporter. Take it out and the nearby barrier will be gone. Go through there, then go either north or west (won't matter) all the way around to find another Ice Teleporter. Take it out and the nearby barrier will be gone. After that, head east and through the doorway, which will take you to the Boss Chamber. You will see the Fire Elemental which looks like you. Get ready for a fairly tricky boss fight! BOSS #05: FIRE ELEMENTAL HP: 40 EXP: 108 GOLD: 80 LEVEL: 15 ITEM: Sulfur This might pose as a challenge, starting off, the Fire Elemental will charge at you so move it. After that he will just walk around until he senses you near him. When he hits you, he will do some serious damage to you. So what to do, use your Thunderhammer on him to paralyze him, then strike at him a couple times. If you attack him without paralyzing him, he will do damage to you. After that, run because he will be coming at you fast. Repeat this strategy for about 3 or 4 rounds and he will be defeated. And with the boss defeated, you will be presented with SULFUR. Now head through the north doorway and you will have completed this dungeon. You are now on the Overworld, so simply follow the path back to the west entrance and go through it. You should now be back in Area [F4]. Once here, head north then west then north (up the ramp) to get the ELIXER OF LIFE you passed up earlier, as well as taking out the Ice Teleporter. Now head back down to the Fire Wizard's Cave and enter it. Talk to the Fire Wizard and he will commend you on completing this task. And with that, the screen will darken up, showing the sun is going down. Rento rests up as the dead roams, but the sun will come up again, which results in the end of Day 5. ----------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------- G: |Day 6 - The Final Day| --------------------- TASK #12: INVADING THE DEMON CITADEL ITEMS: None Start off this new day in the Fire Wizard's Cave. For this final task, start by talking to the Fire Wizard who will tell you that the entrance to the Demon Citadel is now opened. So now, leave here, and back on the Overworld, head south down the ramp then south through the south entrance. You should now be in Area [F5]. Here there will be Spiked Cyclops in each corner of this area, so take them out for some heavy Experience. Once that's all done, make your way to the south central part of this area, then go north to find another Spiked Cyclops. Take it out and you should be at Level 17, which is very good. Now head either west or east and follow the path all the way around. Soon you will be at the entrance to the Demon Citadel, which you will enter. This is DUNGEON #09. DUNGEON #09: DEMON CITADEL ITEMS: 2 Elixers Of Life Get ready for the final dungeon! From the starting point, head east then north to the 4-way (with the north blocked by two barriers). From there, head west to find an Ice Teleporter. Take it out then head east to find another Ice Teleporter. Take that out and head back to the 4-way where the two barriers are gone. Go north to the next 4-way (again the north is blocked by two barriers), and just like before, go west, then east taking out both Ice Teleporters. After that, return to the 4-way and the barriers will be gone. Now go through that to the 3-way, then go west to find an ELIXER OF LIFE, then head back east tot he opposite side to find another ELIXER OF LIFE. After that, head west again along the northside to find a doorway. Enter it, and you will be taken to the Boss Chamber. In here you will see Devin and Vera. Vera will insist you give her your Onyx Shards so she can defeat Devin, but Devin thinks otherwise and destroys Vera. With Vera's life fading, she will tell you to use the Onyx Crown and destroy Devin. Prepare yourself for the final boss fight! BOSS #06: DEVIN THE DEMONLORD HP: 240 EXP: 0 GOLD: 0 LEVEL: 17 ITEM: Onyx Crown Now this is gonna be extremely tough. Devin will float around and then begin to charge up creating an energy barrier around him. While in this state, he will shoot out purple energy blasts at you, so avoid these at all costs (don't get in a corner). After awhile his barrier will be gone, which is when you should strike. Go up and use the Thunderhammer on him to paralyze him, then get in a few hits and then run away. He's got alot of HP so it'll take about 11 or 12 rounds of doing this tactic before he is defeated. Make sure you use your Elixer Of Life when your life is low not zero. After enough rounds of fighting, he will be defeated. And with that, Devin The Demonlord is no more. The Onyx Crown shatters, and the citadel is about to crumble. Vera is gone, but a black rose is left in her place. You pick it up and high-tail it out of there. The sun will peek through the clouds and your quest will be over! You will now be presented with the number of monsters you have killed. With that, you have completed the game!            out an arrow at one enemy, not a choice weapon to use.
        4. MIRROR SHIELD: A pretty handy secondary weapon that will 
           place a barrier around you, causing damage to enemies.
        5. ELIXER OF LIFE: This will refill half your life once your 
           life is zero. Or use it yourself to refill all of you life.

        1. NEWS REPORT: Given to you by the watchmen, telling you that 
           enemies are attacking in a nearby field.

           use to create the Bone Key.
        3. BONE KEY: Made from the bones of Erik The Explorer, use this 
           so you can access Rattling's Cave.
        4. MUSHROOMS: An item found in the Rattling Cave, given to the 
           Earth Wizard to earn his trust.
        5. ONYX SHARD: Two items which when combined forms the Onyx 
           Crown, which can be used to defeat the Demonlord.
        6. AMULET OF FIRE: An item found in the Forgotten Palace, which 
           will allow you to travel the Wastelands.
        7. SULFUR: An item that is found in the Fire Pit, which the 
           Fire Wizard needs to open the way to the Demon Citadel.

     This is a list of all the enemies in the game. Please note that 
     their HP is an estimate I came up with while fighting them, so it 
     may not be 100% accurate. Also EXP and GOLD may change depending 
     on if you're battling different monsters in a battlefield scene. 
     Another thing, it's best to defeat enemies (within battle) in the 
     order of difficulty. The list below shows them from easiest 
     (Rattlings) to hardest (Ice Teleporters):
     
        NAME: Rattlings             HP: 4      EXP: 4     GOLD: 2
        A small brown creature that will swipe at you when you get 
        close, but is still very easy to take out.

        NAME: Red Spiders           HP: 10     EXP: 6     GOLD: 1       
        Fast moving spiders that will roam around, and then jump 
        really high, sending out shockwaves when they land.

        NAME: Boomerang Rattlings   HP: 12     EXP: 7     GOLD: 3
        These are a stronger version of Rattlings, which will throw 
        boomerangs at you no matter where you are at.

        NAME: Floating Wisps        HP: 20     EXP: 15    GOLD: 3     
        White floating creatures that will roam around the area, and 
        shoot out a 4-way electric blast when they stop.

        NAME: Spiked Cyclops        HP: 20     EXP: 17    GOLD: 2       
        These one eyed floating creatures thats close their eye and 
        race around quickly, but vunerable when it's opened.

        NAME: Zombie Soliders       HP: 34     EXP: 18    GOLD: 8        
        These are sword carrying zombies that will roam around and 
        attack you with their blade when you are close.

        NAME: Armored Knight        HP: 70     EXP: 27    GOLD: 1
        Armored soliders that are like Zombie Soliders, except more 
        tough and will chase you down quicker.        

        NAME: Ice Teleporters       HP: 50     EXP: 40    GOLD: 10       
        These are very tough blue armored soliders that will shoot 
        ice blasts and then teleport to another location.

     This is a list of all the bosses in the game. Please note that

        BOSS #01: RATTLING KING

            Here's how this fight will setup. The Rattling King will 
            roam around the area, stopping only to shoot out energy 
            blasts at you, which will do some good damage. This fight 
            is rather simple though. Your best bet to fight him, is to 
            use your Thunderhammer to paralyze him, then strike at him 
            a couple times, run away and go at it again. Repeat this 
            process several times, and he will be defeated.

        BOSS #02: ELECTRO WISPS

            First off, the stats listed are the total of all four. Now 
            this fight is just like fighting the Floating Wisps, only 
            these are a bit more stronger and there are four of them. 
            They basically float around, shooting out energy blasts at 
            you. Since there are four of them, it's best to use divide 
            and conquer on them plus the Thunderhammer. This might pose 
            as a challenge, but not overly tough. Soon you will have
            these boss defeated. 

        BOSS #03: MEDUSA

            Now this will be a tough fight! Medusa will roam around 
            rather quickly, and will shoot out several energy blasts

            told earlier that the Mirror Shield will help you defeat 
            her, but forget that. The strategy here is simply use your 
            Thunderhammer to paralyze her, hit her a couple times and 
            run away. Repeat the strategy I told you for about 4 or so 
            rounds and she will be defeated.

        BOSS #04: DOWNCAST KING

     While trying to find something new to map out, I decided to check 
     out some Mobile Phone games, and came across this. While Fantasy 
     Warrior is a very short game, I found it to be rather interesting 
     and fun. A simply storyline, with a twist. Then I played the two 
     follow up games, which made the storyline even better, and rather 
     wide open for any possibility. After playing the three games, I 
     was instantly into it (which is rare for games I never heard of). 
     So why an FAQ, well, seeing how simple and to the point the game 
     is, I figure why not whip one up. I hope this walkthrough helps 
     you out in any way possible.  

     Ok, I'll make this quick and simple. This walkthrough is my work.
