The Simpsons: Treehouse of Horror is an awesome game. You get to play all the characters and most of the challenges are taken from the Treehouse of Horror episodes. They are changed around a little though. Take the second challenge; MAGGIE is the one who gets turned into a fly. But it's still fun. -_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+Walkthrough+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_- + +_-LEVEL 1: Bad Dream House Time Limit: Seven minutes Objectives: Find four fuses for the fuse box to light darkened rooms and find 3 keys to open the locked doors. Rescue Santa's Little Helper from the attic. Go directly to the right and into the basement and head for the fuse box on your right. Jump onto the box to the left of the fuse box and jump left again onto the beam to collect your first fuse. Put it in the fuse box by standing in front of it and pressing up. Continue right until you see another box. Jump on it and jump to the right onto the beam to collect the second fuse. Bring it to the fuse box. Go right again and continue until you see a ladder. Go down it and jump as far right as you can. Jump on the pipe and to the platform on the right to collect the first key. The goo starts rising so hurry out of the basement. Go right and into the kitchen. Jump on the counter and go left. Watch out for the sink and the stove. When you get to the end collect the fuse and exit out of the door you came in. Go to the basement and place the fuse in the fuse box. Get out of the basement and go to the Living Room on the left. Collect the key on the table and go out the door you came in. Go upstairs and go right until you reach a door with a blue keyhole. GO in and collect the key at the end. Exit and go left and into the door with an orange keyhole. Watch out for the hands on the floor. Reach the end to find the door to the second bathroom. Go to the end to find the last fuse. Bring it to the basement and to the fuse box. Get out of the basement and go to the door with a yellow keyhole. Climb up a few shelves to find the broom. See the boss section for help on beating it. After you beat it, go to the top to find Santa's Little Helper. Just walk in front of him to exit the level. +_-LEVEL 2: Flying Tonight Time Limit: Four minutes Objectives: Find three microchips to put in the matter transporter. Flip all the switches to make it possible to pass over the hot goo. Fly right and under the first faucet. The first microchip is in between the faucets. Fly right more to find a donut. Fly up and right to find a second microchip by a Venus fly trap. Fly over the Venus flytrap and right until you reach the last microchip over some goo. Fly right and up to find the first switch. Just fly up next to it turn it on. Go down and right more and over the Venus flytrap. Fly up and right to find the second switch. Turn it on. Go right over the Mr. Sparkle box and right again. Just over the pipes is third switch. Turn it on. GO down and under the outlet. Go right a little while and over the plate of cherries. Fly up on the right side of the pipes to find the fourth switch. Turn it on. Go down and over the Krusty Beans. Go right and dodge a few Venus flytraps. Go right until you see the boiling goo. Flip the switch next to it to make it possible to fly over the goo. Go right until you reach the toaster/matter transporter. Head into the white light to clear the level. +_-LEVEL 3: Plan Nine From Outer Springfield Time limit: Six minutes Objectives: Beat 4 bosses and make it back to the Simpson's house alive. Move to the right and onto the grass. Go straight up until you reach the corner. Pick up the power-up (the puddle) and continue going straight until you cross the street. Pick up the power-up (spilled bag of leaves). Continue straight until you reach the first boss, Apu. See the boss section for details on how to beat him. After you beat Apu, continue straight until you cross the street. There are lots of zombies over here, so you might have to move right to dodge them. You can pick up the power-up in the grass if you want, but I suggest following the path left. Go straight and you should find a power-up on the sidewalk. You absolutely MUST pick up this power-up. Continue straight until you find the next boss, Moe. After you beat him, go straight a little bit to find a donut. Continue going straight and collecting the power-up until you reach Principal Skinner. From there, go straight and collect the donut. *Head left and there will be leaves there and after that go right to find a puddle.* Continue straight into the water and you'll find the fourth and final boss, Krusty the Klown. I haven't been able to beat him yet, but I think you can exit the level by walking up to the door on the house. *Thanks to Ryan Mucha for telling me about the last two power-ups -_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+FAQs+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_- +_ Okay, so this isn't a section yet. But, once people start sending me questions, it will be. -_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+Boss Information+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_- +_ This is how I will have this section set up: Name of Boss Level Found In Information on How to beat it The Broom Level One This boss is pretty easy. First, find out the pattern it is moving in. Then, stand on the one platform to the left of it that it goes by when it circles around. You shouldn't have to move from there. It only takes about 3 hits to kill it and free Santa's Little Helper. Apu the Zombie Level Three This boss is fairly easy. To beat him, dodge the beams he shoots and shoot when he's moving around and shooting beams at you. It helps to have the power-ups you would of gotten before the fight, but if you don't (or you just ran out), go left and pick up the power-up. These power- ups make the fight a lot easier. It only takes about four hits to kill him with the power-ups. Moe the Zombie Level Three Okay, I thought this guy was pretty hard the first time I fought him. You absolutely must have the puddle power-up to defeat this guy. The other power-up works good too, but it takes a few more hits to kill him. For this guy, move back and forth in front of the sewers while shooting diagonally because you have a better chance of hitting him this way. It only takes about 3 hits to kill him with the puddle power-up and 4 of 5 with the leaf power-up. Principal Skinner the Zombie Level Three Principal Skinner is your average boss. He's not to easy, but he's not to hard either. He throws rounds of books at you that are fairly hard to dodge. I suggest having a power-up before beating him. Shoot him when he is walking and just before and after he throws the books. It takes around four hits to kill him with the charged gun. Krusty the Zombie Level Three This guy is really hard. He shoots ice cream at you that does lots of damage. He also takes very little damage. You have to dodge the ice cream almost every time or you won't make it. Run back and forth and dodge the ice cream and wait until he throws it and then shoot him. Or, you can stand in one place, wait until he's ready to shoot the ice cream and then run left or right out of the way and shoot him from behind. Then just repeat that a few times until you kill him. You automatically start out with a power-up and even though you have a power-up, it still takes tons of hits to kill him. I'm not actually sure how many hits it takes, but I think it takes well above ten to kill him. -_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+Special Thanks+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_-+_- + I would like to thank: My mom and my dad for buying me this game The great people at Nintendo for creating this game My best friend Lizzie Huber for supporting me Ryan Mucha for telling me about the last two power-ups in level 3 Jeff "CJayC" Veasey for keeping up GameFAQs Frank G. for doing a great job on cheating.de -_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+-_+Copyright Information+_-+_-+_-+_-+_- +_- This document is Copyright 2001-2002 Katie Curl.
