Hey there. DT here,  welcome to my very first project. A Deck Database. 
this Guide is here for your convenience, in this guide you'll find various 
deck from me and hopefully others. this guide may help you get through the 
practical exams, or maybe try a new and fun approach to dueling your opponents. 

In our games BBS, verious users have asked for good E-hero decks, good 
Cyber Dragon decks, etc, and other users flame them for it, 
occasionally complaining about deck theft. well, here you can/should
find some nice decks of every possible variety, enjoy. 

If you want your decks added after my topic disappears, just e-mail me. 
if you want it posted under 'Deck Elite' just ask in the e-mail, whereupon 
I'll give you 2 options, follow through with one of the options and if
you get a good review, your deck will be added. I can't gurantee the success 
rate of any of these decks right now, but ratings may be coming soon
i think.

NOTE: Until I'm finally able to completely overhaul the guide, most decks 
will appear AS THEY ARE WRITTEN when i recieve them.

5)Deck Archetypes [J1000]
=======================================================================
Here i'll write about a few types and archetypes that are applied to 
some standard decks. 

_______________________________________________________________________
The Basics
_______________________________________________________________________

Beat-Down   | Ah, such fun, wailing on your enemy with monsters. The
            | idea is simply to get your opponent's lp to 0 with
            | strong monsters. It's also at the core of most
            | archetypes. 
_______________________________________________________________________
Burn        | AKA Direct Damage, burn away the opponent with cards that
            | deal damage in ways other than battle. 
_______________________________________________________________________
Pierce      | A type that relies on monsters that can deal damage to 
            | the opponent even it they have monsters in defense mode.
            | Usually contains monsters that can attack directly, or
            | inflict damage equal to the difference of the opponent's
            | monster's defense VS your attacking monters atk.
_______________________________________________________________________
Instant Win | A deck that relies on achieving something mid-duel. if 
            | you succeed, game over, you win, no questions asked
_______________________________________________________________________
Fusion      | Mixing and matching and crunching monsters together is 
            | the key to this deck, using fusing cards to pull fusion
            | monsters from the fusion deck. this game's 
            | headliners are the "Elemental Heros" and the "Cyber 
            | Dragons" as seen with Jayden and Zane

Rituals     | Summoning monsters by having them absorb monsters in your
            | hand or on the field. Though the monsters are powerful, 
            | not many people get into this kind of deck, due to the
            | steep sacrifices.
_______________________________________________________________________
Hand Control/ Though I don't like this deck type, it's usually very 
Deck Out    | effective, removing cards from the opponents hand before 
            | they can use them against you, stopping thier draw phase 
            | so that your opponent can't restore their hand, or sucking
            | the opponent's deck dry by sending as many cards from the deck
            | to the grave as possible.

Advanced
_______________________________________________________________________
Hat Tricks   | Recently there have been cards released that allow you 
             | to dominate the field, but like instant win, you have to
             | pull something off, decks revolving on certain monsters
             | like Mokey Mokey, or Des Frog.
_______________________________________________________________________
Themes       | Can be anything, A deck filled with monsters and cards 
             | applying to recurring theme. Light attribute decks, or 
             | Fairy-type theme decks for example. in today meta-game there
             | are cards that reward duelists for playing to the theme. As 
             | seen with Chumly's beast deck or Chaz's dark zombie
             | deck.

Odds and Ends | My preferred archetype, no real archetype at all!
              | Decks that don't apply to the 
              | above, yet still overwhelms the opponent. Try to expand 
              | on ideas to come up with weird, 
              | fun, and occasionally powerful decks.

Comments:Well, this deck is based on, well, Des Frogs destructive chior
         potenial. Although this deck may be effective early in the game
         it might not be able to hold it's own later in the game. It's a
	 water-themed deck, main defense is forcing your opponent to return
         monsters to thier hand. The goal is to get at least 2 tadpoles in the 
         graveyard, then tribute summon a des frog, then another, and another.
         then to try to keep them on the field for as long as possible, using 
         Des Croaking to blow away the opponent's side of the field.
