At first, buy the Shelves for 2500G and the Fridge for 2500G. Then you can buy the Kitchen for 4000G. After you get the Kitchen, several Utensils will become available for buying. They are (not necesarilly in this order): Oven - 2500G Seasoning Set - 2500G Knife - 1500G Frying Pan - 1200G Pot - 1500G Mixer - 1200G Whisk - 500G Rolling Pin - 750G Additonally: You must go to Doug's pub in order to use the phone and order.
