Passwords have all been tested and proven to work, so if one doesn't work for you, you are simply entering it wrong. Some Japanese characters are very similar to each other, so be careful. Also, each password can only be used once in one savegame, so if you try to use them a second time in the same savegame, it will act as if the password is wrong and will not work. Personally, I think using passwords to unlock parts ruins the fun of the game.
