[INTRODUCTION]----------------------------------------------------------------
This is a secrets guide for Beach Spikers on the Nintendo Gamecube. Nearly all
of the things listed here can be found on the official Japanese Beach Spikers
website (listed below in the Miscellaneous section), but for those who do not
understand Japanese, this guide was created. Therefore, I do not take any
credits for writing this other than merely to provide a translation.

[UNLOCKABLES]-----------------------------------------------------------------
Below is a list of the things you can unlock as you play the various modes in
the game. For unlocking the uniforms in Arcade mode, it does not matter what
game style, difficulty, or start point you choose.

:ARCADE MODE..................................................................

	Clear with Japan team
	  .	Unlocks uniform (103, 104)

	Clear for the 1st time
	  .	Unlocks uniform (87, 88)

	Clear for the 2nd time
	  .	Unlocks uniform (90, 91)

	Clear for the 3rd time
	  .	Unlocks uniform (93, 94)


:WORLD TOUR MODE..............................................................

	Clear with any ranking
	  .	Unlocks uniform (96 - 102)
	  .	Unlocks sunglasses (86 - 93)
	  .	Unlocks hair (71 - 74)
	  .	Unlocks extra stages

	Clear with overall 1st place
	  .	Unlocks uniform (89, 92, 95)

	Clear with 100% Team Work and overall 1st place
		[After staff roll, a new challenger team consisting of a pair
		of gold and a silver players will appear. Defeat them.]
	  .	Unlocks face (54, 55)

	Clear with less than 30% Team Work and overall 1st place
		[After staff roll, a new challenger team consisting of a pair
		of metallic black players will appear. Defeat them.]
	  .	Unlocks face (56)

:TUTORIAL.....................................................................

	Complete all the training courses
	  .	Unlocks uniform (71 - 86)



[PASSWORDS]-------------------------------------------------------------------
The passwords below can be used to unlock special uniforms and items which
are based on characters or themes from other Sega games. Enter the passwords
in the space where you input a new player's name. When done correctly, you
will hear a sound and the password will disappear. You can then input other
passwords, or the name of the player.

:VIRTUA COP...................................................................

	Password : JUSTICE
	  .	Unlocks uniform (105, 106)
	  .	Unlocks sunglasses (94)

:DAYTONA USA..................................................................

	Password : DAYTONA
	  .	Unlocks uniform (107, 108)

:FIGHTING VIPERS..............................................................

	Password : FVIPERS
	  .	Unlocks uniform (109, 110)
	  .	Unlocks hair (75)
	  .	Unlocks face (51)

  .	Resembles Honey and Candy from Fighting Vipers.

:SPACE CHANNEL 5..............................................................

	Password : ARAKATA
	  .	Unlocks uniform (111 - 113)
	  .	Unlocks hair (76)
	  .	Unlocks face (52)

  .	Resembles Ulala from Space Channel 5.
  .	This password comes from one of Ulala of Space Channel 5's lines;
	"arakata yattsukemashita".

:PHANTASY STAR II.............................................................

	Password : PHANTA2
	  .	Unlocks uniform (114, 115)
	  .	Unlocks hair (77)
	  .	Unlocks face (53)

  .	Resembles Nei from Phantasy Star II.

:SEGA.........................................................................

	Password : OHTORII
	  .	Unlocks uniform (116, 117)

  .	This password comes from the name of the final train stop near the
	Sega's main headquarters, which incidently is "ootorii-eki" (Ohtorii
	Train Station).



[OTHERS]----------------------------------------------------------------------
These are the miscellaneous secrets.

:USING THE EXTRA STAGES IN ARCADE MODE........................................
  .	After unlocking all the extra stages World Tour mode, hold down R
	trigger and then select Arcade mode. You will now play Arcade mode in
	the extra stages instead of the normal ones.

:DISPLAY "RATING POINTS" IN WORLD TOUR MODE...................................
  .	During the tournament chart screen, hold L and R triggers until the
	match starts. Your character and your partner's "rating points" will
	be shown on the screen. You can use this as a reference guide on
	choosing the action; whether to praise, cheer up, scold or be silent
	to your partner.
  .	Basically, if your partner has high points, you can praise her. Cheer
	her up if she has slightly lower points than you. However, if she has
	really low points compared to yours, you can try scolding her.
	NOTE : The "rating points" are not the only factor in determining the
	right action to choose, so use it only as a reference.
