This game is a fighting style one but with some differences like there are no special moves at all, each character has a special move depending on its level. ========== Characters ========== ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Playable characters: Yusuke Urameshi: Fourteen-year-old Yusuke Urameshi is the worst student at Sarayashiki Junior High. He gets terrible grades, skips class as often as possible, and has little respect for authority. On top of that, his coarse language and brash, arrogant manner get him into more altercations than he can count. Fortunately for him, he's good at protecting himself. Really good. In fact, Yusuke has the reputation of being the toughest kid in town. But despite his killer rep, Yusuke is misunderstood. His home life is troubled. He is constantly hounded by his teachers, by his mother, and by fellow students gunning for him... As such, Yusuke is generally pretty miserable. Only after being assigned the job of Spiritual Detective does Yusuke truly begin to find his place in life. Kazuma Kuwabara: Kuwabara is Yusuke's chief rival at Sarayashiki Junior High. Like Yusuke, he isn't the greatest student, but he is an excellent fighter. Next to Yusuke he is a formidable adversary. Kuwabara is driven by an unwavering desire to be the best. Kurama: Not actually a human, Kurama has lived for over 300 years and possesses the wisdom and knowledge one would expect of someone his age. He is generally soft-spoken, almost eerily calm, even in the face of great adversity. But this calm exterior belies Kurama's incredible strength. He is a powerful, ruthless warrior, with wisdom and experience. As such, he is a formidable opponent to all he battles. Hiei: Hiei is a fire apparition whose true origins are unknown. He is a master swordsman, and his strength and speed are incredible. However, these are hardly his most fearsome abilities. Typically kept concealed behind a bandanna on his forehead is the Jagan, a mysterious third eye that possesses magical properties. With it he can control weak-minded humans, send telepathic messages, and move objects telekinetically. Hiei is fiercely independent, and his raw ambition drives him to pursue his own agenda at all times. Although he generally cares little for human life, and views others as mere obstacles in the pursuit of his own goals, Hiei strictly adheres to his own unique code of honor. As such, he helps those who help him, and is fiercely loyal to those who have managed to earn his respect. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ The enemies: Kido: Fresh off his victory at the Dark Tournament, Yusuke is challenged by Kido, who appears to be a normal human. But little does Yusuke know that Kido has the power of Shadow. He can render a person unable to move by stepping on their shadow. He can also manipulate his own shadow to do his bidding. Mitsunari: Mitsunari enjoys teasing Kuwabara, but prefers to let his actions speak for him. He can make himself into an exact physical copy of someone just by touching them. He gains their physical features, memories, and abilities. To make him transform back to his regular form, he must be injured in some way. Kaitou: Kaitou would be the top student in his class if it weren't for Kurama. This competition fuels Kaitou's rage and hatred of Kurama. Kaitou has the power of Taboo. He can designate any word as taboo. If someone utters the taboo word or sound, their soul becomes his property. Murota: Murota has the power to read minds. He desires to use this gift to become a boxer. In doing so he could anticipate his opponent's thoughts allowing him to easily win the match. But Murota's power is at times a painful burden as the thoughts of dozens of people around him can flood his mind at once. Doctor: As a result of his new powers, the Doctor has begun to slowly become insane. He can create bugs that inject viruses into victims. The victims will die if the Doctor is not destroyed or knocked out within 10 minutes. He can use his body with more cutting precision than a scalpel. He has also lost the sensation of pain allowing him to reattach his body parts with ease. Seaman: A lost soul and loner by nature, he never really fit in anywhere, but he finally found the support he needed from Sensui. Seaman can create an indestructible monster of water from a single drop of blood. The more blood, the larger the monsters. Each monster exists in their own separate universe and cannot be destroyed by normal means. Sniper: Sniper can concentrate his energy into the body of anyone else. He can then attract projectiles to his energy, piercing the victim. He is also an expert motorcyclist. GameMaster: At only 11 years of age, Gamemaster does not appear to be a terrible threat. However, he can make any video game into reality. Any person in his territory must play by game rules, or they will be destroyed. Gourmet: The grim Gourmet has a most disgusting ability. He is able to gain a person's Powers by eating them. Fearless, Gourmet will go after any prospective victim. The more powerful the victim, the more power Gourmet attains. Toguro The Elder: If his younger brother has the brawn, the older, smaller Toguro certainly has the brains. He has the amazing ability to shift his internal organs around inside his body allowing him to survive even the most powerful assaults. As long as his vital parts remain intact, this Toguro brother is virtually unbeatable. Itsuki: Itsuki was nearly killed by Sensui, but was spared at the last minute and became the madman's partner. He was with Sensui on the fateful day the Black Club met vengeance at the hand of the Spirit Detective. He is a shadow demon that can trappeople in different dimensions, and the gatekeeper guarding the inner most depths of Demon World. Sensui: Once a powerful defender of humans and a former Spirit Detective, Shinobu Sensui happened upon the Black Black Club at their worst. He was so revolted at the inhumanity displayed by these criminals that he destroyed everyone in the room eventually going insane and taking on seven different personalities. He took up Sakyo's plan to open the gateway between Demon World and Living World deciding he should be the one to exterminate humanity. ======== Controls ======== A = Jump B = Attack A+B = Special Attack =========== Walkthrough =========== You start in your house. Get out of there and go to the school. Defeat all enemies, they are very easy, just punch them 5 times to defeat them. In the rooftop you'll find Kuwabara. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Kuwabara ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty : Easy Recommended level : 2 This is a really easy boss if you're in level 2. If level 1 you may have problems, but it isn't too hard. I recommend you to use your special attack at the beginning of the fight, then jump and punch him until he is defeated. The only thing that you have to take care is when Kuwabara runs, don't try to punch him while he's running. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Go home for restoring all HP an SP. Go to the construction place. Here is a bit difficult, the enemies are the same as before but there are some places where you'll have to run, duck, or jump. If you have good timing it won't be difficult. Continue going up until you find Kido. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Kido ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Easy Recommended Level: 3 He isn't as easy as Kuwabara. He will mainly attack with his shadow, simply jump it and combo Kido. Repeat this process and he will fall quickly. If you have problems attack with your special five times and he will fall. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Go home for restoring all HP an SP. Go to school again. Make your way to the rooftop, now the enemies are more difficult. Be careful with those skeletons don't let them to approach near you, they will cut your HP. In the rooftop you'll find Kuwabara and he will join you. Now you can use Kuwabara, press select for Selection Menu. Go to the train station. Defeat all spirits. At the end you will find Kurama and he will join your team. Now you can use Kurama, press select for Selection Menu. Go to the park. Talk Botan. Hiei appears. He will join you. Now you can use Hiei, press select for Selection Menu. Go home for restoring all HP an SP. Go to the building south your house. Here it may be a bit difficult, try to not lose HP, when you reach to three doors, enter to the second one. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Mitsunari ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Easy Recommended Level: 4 He is the same as Kido. He will attack you with a barrier, jump and combo him. Eventually he will take your form and attack with your own special, attack him before he does it. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Go home to restore your HP and SP. Now you can play Kaitou's mini game (see Mini-Games section). Go north near the train station. Go to the bar. Enter to the room, you'll find Murota. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Murota ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Easy Recommended Level: 4 Fire him your special attack repeatedly and he will fall quickly. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Go home to restore your HP and SP. Go to the hospital. Here there are lots of enemies, be careful. Don't waste your SP here, you will need it. Continue your way to the rooftop. Before the boss fight there is a bottle of HP restoration (this only appears once, so you should win this battle in the first attempt). ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Doctor ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Hard Recommended Level: 6 Wow, this isn't easy. This battle is divided in two parts. In the first part the doctor will only run and summon his bugs. A good strategy is to ran after him and combo him before he summons the bugs. Repeat this process until he falls. Don't waste SP. Now the hardest part. The doctor will attack you, try to dodge his attacks and take distance. When he stops running attack with your special or combo him. If you're level 6 it won't be so hard. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Go home to restore your HP and SP. Go south the bar and talk Seaman, follow him and fight him. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Seaman ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Hard Recommended Level: 6 Use this strategy for quickly defeating him. When he crouch for summoning his water spirit attack with your special, so he receives the attack when he gets up. Do this until you run out of SP. Now go near him and start hitting B rapidly, don't care of your HP. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Now you're in your house and Sensui will attack you. Chase him. Here Sniper will start firing you darts. Dodge the attack jump and attack him. Then go back and repeat the process. After hitting the car ten times it will explode. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Sniper ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Easy Recommended Level: 6 He will only fire you a rock that will follow you, just dodge the attacks. Simply attack him with all you have he will do nothing, except escaping. Impossible to lose this fight. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Go home to restore your HP and SP. Enter the forest. Defeat all enemies. If you can't go ahead jump on the trees. When you reach the cave, go left and talk Seaman to restore HP and SP. Enter the cave. Go left. Here is a labyrinth, but all the ways leaves you in the same place. When you reach a place where there are two doors, go left. If you reach to a place where there is a door with a G, you will play a mini-game (see mini-games section). Continue until you find Gourmet. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Gourmet/Toguro the Elder ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Medium Recommended Level: 9 First you'll fight Gourmet. He will attack you from distance. Try to combo him a lot. If you're in trouble use you special. After you defeat him you'll fight Toguro. He's the same as Gourmet. The only difference is that Toguro is faster. The same strategy as before. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Continue going through the cave. It will be the same as before. Look for and HP and SP full restoration. Defeat enemies until you get level 10. At the end, talk Itsuki and fight Sensui. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Sensui ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Medium Recommended Level: 10 Finally, you have found Sensui. He will attack you with some fireballs, jump them. If you combo him, he will block and attack you with an unavoidable kick. Try not to use your special. Try to dash attack him until you defeat him. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ ^ Boss Fight : Armored Sensui ^ ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Difficulty: Hard Recommended Level: 10 If you're low of SP this will be really hard, I recommend you to have your max SP. Attack him with you special attack until you run out of SP. Then dash attack him. Don't let him attack you, his attacks are very powerful. Once you defeat him, he will talk you. Then you get the "The End" screen. Controls: Directional Pad Rules: at the beginning you get 2 numbers. You have to make those numbers to stay on the two squares. Using the directional pad you move the blocks.
