Tendo Dokuta FAQ

This is my first FAQ. Before I begin, I would like to say that I do not know 
Japanese or what is going on story wise with this game. Basically, two other 
people and I played through this game doing trial and error, so this FAQ is 
also a lot of their effort as well.

I. Characters

In this section is the list of characters (given by Importaku). Sadly, this 
list isn’t complete, so I’ll give a description of the character to use (in the 
walkthrough).

II. Before you start

Please understand, that I do not know what is going on story wise nor do I know 
where to find the story. Basically, you’ll talk to people and use “pictures” of 
people to talk back to the people. I’ll give a description of the person as 
best as I can as well as what picture of theirs to use. Some have more than 
one. To access these, scroll down for the higher numbers, or go up to go back 
to a lower number. Use the d-pad to flip through the pages and use ‘L’ or ‘a’ 
to choose which picture to use. Also, you’ll use items sometimes. To access 
these, hit the ‘R’ button on the picture screen. To go back, simply hit ‘R’. 
Also, unless I state otherwise, to save and quit at any time, hit start and 
select the left option. To continue, at the title screen, select the bottom 
option, then choose the left option.

I’ll let you know when you’re receiving a picture and/or item. I WILL NOT tell 
you whom you’re talking to or when. Follow this walkthrough and you’ll know 
when to use what. It’s a very simple straightforward game. 

There will be surgeries. Please note that I’ll do my very best at describing 
where to cut. You might want to save before attempting these. Also, there are 
times when you must examine someone. I’ll explain where to touch on the screen.
And finally, there are “heart battles”. You may or may not want to save before 
these, as these are easy and don’t require touching like in the surgeries. 

Also, when I tell you which place to go, I’m only describing the area as I see 
it. It may not be the type of area it really is (i.e. I call one place a break 
room when in fact it may not be one). 

Also, if you see any mistakes or would like to add something, please post it on 
the Tendo Dokuta message board (GameFAQS only of course). If it’s something 
that I think should be added I will add it to the walkthrough and give due 
credit.

SURGERY ONE

DO NOT let this run out. You might want to save and quit here, then load your

You’ll now be shown a part of the patient’s stomach with a pic at the bottom 
right. Notice the red square area. Draw a line bout an inch or two (not to big, 
going down) within the area ON HER STOMACH! Draw about the middle of the LEFT 
SIDE)

You’re now shown her inside. Look at the pic. You’ll see a big “organ”, part of 
it branching off to the right, and part of it branching at the bottom. Circle 
the bottom part (basically circle the entire bottom part, even to where it 
connects to the main part, but just the part branching off!)

You’ll now see a pic of something red in the background and a yellow thing. 
Trace WITHIN the yellow thing, starting at the top (in the middle) and going to

(I tried)

4) Give Text 1/4 (item) (between gray book and needles with thread)

Whew! Try doing that first time through WITHOUT an FAQ! Back to the game!

After some conversations it’s time for the…


SECOND SURGERY

1) Use Tendo Pic 1/2 

2) Scroll down to the chest. On the left side circle the veins/arteries (in 
front of the gray area. I’m guessing the lungs).

3) Now do the same for the right side veins/arteries in the chest area.

4) Scroll down further. You’ll see a small batch of arteries/veins above a 
bigger batch. Focus on the BIGGER batch. Circle the left half of the bigger 
batch.

5) Use Text (item) 1/4

6) Use Text (item) 2/4

7) Look at the neck area (NOT the shoulder). You should see a vein/artery out 
front (it looks bigger) and one in the back. Touch the one out front (bigger 
one) on either the left OR right side.

8) Use Green Nurse Pic

11) Use Blood Pack (item) (you might want to save and quit for this next part)

12) Tracing. This can be tough. Start middle of the circle on the left, and 
trace to middle of arrow on right.

16) Start at middle of circle at top and trace to middle of arrow at bottom.

It’s a dark area. It’s a small O circle.

Look on the left side at his “lung”. Notice a white lump and how part of it 
hangs down, touching another piece. Circle where they touch. It’s a small O 
circle, like the one above.

FINAL SURGERY!

5) This part is HARD! I’ll explain as best as I can. Look on the (right side) 
leg, and you’ll see blue veins. See the calf part? Good. Now, look how her leg 
goes down, curves in, and then starts to come out making an ankle. With me? I 
hope so. If not, save here because you will probably mess up a few times. Okay, 
start from the calf and circle down to HALF of where it’s curving in but BEFORE 
it curves out to start making the ankle. Start going back up, staying in the 
middle of the leg, then connect back. I’m sorry I can’t make this any clearer.
Remember, have your game saved before attempting this.

6) Tracing. Same as before except now the pathway is just arrows. Watch the 
arrows and trace their path. Don’t worry, they’ll keep showing up to help you.

7) Use Punk Nurse Pic

8) Notice the damaged vein in the left area? Circle the top part that’s cut 
then circle down. Notice how the bottom cut part seems to be a darker red then 
clears up? Circle down to the darker area using a skinny oval.

Whew! If you’re reading this then it probably means you finished the surgery. 
I’m sorry my explanations couldn’t be any clearer, but if you made it then 
let’s continue!
