This handy text document will provide you will a list of all the events that can happen in this educational title, and what they do. =============================================================================== TABLE OF CONTENTS =============================================================================== 1. Version History 2. Game Basics and Controls 3. Word List 4. Conclusion and Special Thanks =============================================================================== 1. VERSION HISTORY =============================================================================== Version 1.0 - 12/08/2004 ------------------------ The first complete version of this FAQ. Everything is complete. =============================================================================== 2. GAME BASICS AND CONTROLS =============================================================================== This section is just a look over all things in the game, such as what you have to do, and the controls. Controls -------- Keyboard - The letters on the keyboard are what you use to trigger off the events. F1 - Toggle music on or off. F2 - Demo Mode. To exit, press any key. Changing Disks -------------- When prompted, eject the current disk, insert the requested disk and press any key to continue the game. There are only two disks anyway, so you should be OK. :) Demo Mode --------- This is accessed by pressing F2, or when the game is left for a period of time. This is where letters are selected at random and played, like a demo. To exit, press any key. Point of the Game ----------------- The point of the game is to help kids to learn the alphabet and learn words that begin with a letter. You type in a letter of your choice, and a word will appear with an event that shows that the word means. Also, there can be more than one word linked to the same letter, so if you want to see every event, press the same letter twice. If you want to know what these double event letters are, look below. There are two areas to the game, Mickey's house and the Fair. Each has a different set of events. You start at Mickey's house and to get to the Fair, type in the letter F (for FAIR). However once you are at the Fair, you cannot return back to the house, so if you want to go back, restart the game. Start of the Game ----------------- When you start the game, you are given three options - UPPER CASE (U key), lower case (L key) and Quit (Esc key). The upper case and lower case options is to change how the letters and words look in the game (either upper or lower case) and the Esc key, well, does nothing. I think if you are running this from the Workbench then it will escape back to that, however I was running this straight from the disk. =============================================================================== 3. WORD LIST =============================================================================== -------------- Mickey's House -------------- You start off with Mickey asleep. Press a key to get him going.
