Additionally, several enemies in the game do NOT appear in NG+, because there are no recruitment quests (since you start with every citizen). Weakness Lists Looking to level a specific character or set of characters? If so, these lists may be useful. For example, if you're trying to level up Firefighter (who has strong area Hydro attacks), load up the VR Arena and fight a bunch of Fearcrows (who are weak to Hydro). For reference, the most common weakness is Static, with the least common being Muscle. The enemies in these lists are listed by their order in Conspiracy Guy's Almanac, which generally goes weak to strong (some bosses break the order a bit).
